본 연구에서는 우리나라 전체 경제의 핵심을 이루고 있는 IT 산업의 우수 인재를 조기에 발굴하여 양성할 수 있는 정보교육 체제를 만들기 위하여 초 중등교육에서의 정보교육의 중요성과 실태를 분석하여 문제점을 파악하고 개선 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 정보교육의 중요성을 파악하기 위하여 최근 3년간 국가경제 지표에서 나타난 IT 산업의 중요성, 국민 개개인의 일상생활에서 IT 사용의 밀접성, 초 중 고 학생 및 학부모의 정보교육에 대한 수요를 파악하였다. 그리고 2008년 대비 2013년의 초 중 고교에서의 정보과목 운영 실태를 조사하였다. 그 결과, 초 중 고교에서 모두 정보과목의 선택률과 운영 시수가 대폭 축소된 것으로 나타났으며, 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 초 중등교육에서의 정보교육 활성화를 위하여 IT 특수목적 고등학교 설립, 초등학교에서의 정보교과 신설, 중 고등학교에서의 정보통신윤리교육 필수화 등의 3가지 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 길어깨를 활용하여 2차로도로 3지 비신호 교차로의 기능을 개선할 수 있는 대안을 도출하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 임시양보차로 설치와 Two-Way Left-Turn Lanes (TWLTLs) 방식을 개선대안으로 적용하였다. 개선대안을 적용하기 위해서는 3개 차로(2차로+양보 및 대기차로)가 필요하며, 이를 만족시키는 도로의 최소폭원은 11 m이므로 보조간선도로급인 국도와 지방도를 적용대상으로 선정하였다. 개선대안 비교를 위해 다양한 교통조건(직진 교통량, 반대차선교통량, 좌회전교통량)하에서 시뮬레이션을 분석을 수행한 결과 임시양보차로를 설치한 경우(개선율 3.7%)에 비해 TWLTLs 방식(개선율 8.0%)이 더 좋게 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 볼 때 TWLTLs 방식을 적용한 방안이 더 효과적이나 이 방식은 충분한 회전반경이 마련되지 않아 u-turn 시 반대차선의 차량과 상충이 발생할 수 있으므로 안전성 측면에서 많은 문제가 발생할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 이를 적용하기 위해서는 충분한 교육과 대응방안 수립 등 더 많은 검토가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

This paper presents the test and operation results of the domestic demonstration of the reactive power compensation device called STATCOM (STATic COMpensator). The object of the paper is to describe the reliability of the unit based on the extensive operation databases. By controlling reactive power, the technology offers utilities the opportunity for increased efficiency and their capabilities will permit transmission planners make the best use of their existing transmission resources STATCOM is a custom power device in a way and can be used in a similar way for the dynamic compensation of power transmission systems, mitigation of voltage flicker and improving the power factor. It is shown that the STATCOM has clear advantages in areas such as: mitigation of voltage flicker and improving power factor.

The power allocation optimization problem is investigated for improving the physical-layer security in two-way relaying networks, where a full-duplex relay based half-jamming protocol (HJP-FDR) is considered. Specially, by introducing a power splitter factor, HJP-FDR divides the relay's power into two parts: one for forwarding the sources' signals, the other for jamming. An optimization problem for power split factor is first developed, which is proved to be concave and closed-form solution is achieved. Moreover, we formulate a power allocation problem to determine the sources' power subject to the total power constraint. Applying the achieved closed-form solutions to the above-mentioned problems, a two-stage strategy is proposed to implement the overall power allocation. Simulation results highlight the effectiveness of our proposed algorithm and indicate the necessity of optimal power allocation.

This is a study on the ways of improving the current Kwangju Kimch Festival. The Festival has many resources for attracting visitors. 'nevertheless. it has been criticized for marketing tools. including lack of publicity, institutional inertia. etc. A new approach for improving Kwangju Kimch Festival is needed to satisfy the needs not only for residents but also for visitors. especially japan tourists. the best way of improving the current Kwangju Kimch Festival might be the development of the product(for exemple, effective linkage system with tourist attractions) and promotion(advertising. publicity).

IEEE 802.11 DCF(Distributed Coordination Function)는 소스와 목적지 단말의 데이터 전송 절차에 따라 2-way 핸드쉐이크와 4-way 핸드쉐이크 방식을 제공한다. 특정 단말이 채널을 점유할 경우 전송범위 안에 속해 있는 이웃 단말들은 데이터 신호를 수신하여 채널이 점유 중인 것을 감지하고 전송을 연기하게 된다. 하지만 먼저 전송 중인 소스와 목적지 단말에게 충돌을 발생시키지 않는 조건에서 이웃 단말이 동시 전송이 가능하다면 불필요하게 전송을 연기할 필요가 없을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 동시 전송이 가능한 조건에 대하여 연구해보고 이를 만족하는 경우 동시 전송을 수행하는 기법을 제안하였다.

본 연구는 학교수학에서의 통계교육에 대한 개선방향을 탐구하기 위해 이루어졌다. 한국과 미국의 수학과 교육과정에서 통계교육의 핵심 내용을 살펴보고 학생들의 통계적 문맹을 보다 효과적으로 극복할 수 있는 통계교육의 개선 방향을 통계교육의 내용, 교수학습방법과 교사의 재교육에 대한 방안을 모색하여 보고자하였다.

This paper aims at analyzing the process capability and at determining an optimal condition by experimental designs using the 2-way classification with repitition in order to maintain lower Nacl content and to refine both of a very small quantity of fatty acid and various magnetic ions in the glycerin to use ion exchange resin treatment process. An optimal condition of each level combination in both of passing temperature of cation exchange resin($A_1$, $A_2$, $A_3$) and of anion exchange resin($B_1$, $B_2$, $B_3$) is $A_3B_3$. The process capability index is improved from 0.63 to 1.40 and is interpreted as a desirable state. This analysis of process capability by experimental designs will contribute to improving productivity and quality of products.
