치과용 DLP 3D Printer 가공체의 열특성 관찰 (Observation of thermal properties of dental 3D printer materials)

  • Purpose: In this study, thermal properties were observed by measuring the extent of thermal expansion and the amount of thermal residue that appears upon burnout on a workpiece made by using a dental digital light processing (DLP) three-dimensional (3D) printer. Methods: Thermal properties of workpieces manufactured by using two 3D printers were observed. The specimens were designed in cylindrical form with dimensions 10 mm in diameter and 10 mm in height. The control specimen was made of wax, and the experimental specimen was made of resin. The thermal expansion rate was measured by applying heat to three types of specimens, and burnout residue was measured. Results: The thermal expansion rate of the wax pattern (WP) specimen was 0.93%±0.05%, of the RP1 specimen was 1.30%±0.08%, and of the RP2 specimen was 1.20%±0.09%. Measuring the recovered residue yielded residual amounts of 0.2% for the WP specimen, 1.1% for the RP2 specimen, and 1.8% for the RP1 specimen. Conclusion: 1. From measurements of the workpieces manufactured by dental DLP 3D printing, the thermal expansion rate was found to be higher than that of wax. 2. As a result of measuring burnout residues on the workpieces manufactured by dental DLP 3D printing, the required summoning temperature to obtain suitable castings was determined to >750℃.

  • 인베스트먼트 주조는 정밀기기, 의료분야, 액세서리 등의 제조에 일반적으로 사용되는 생산방식으로 장비의 현대화와 고품질의 재료를 통해 발전을 거듭해 왔으며 그 활용 범위가 확대되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 인베스트먼트 주조 공정의 핵심 요소인 금형 온도의 구조적 개선 및 표준화를 도출하여 불량률을 최소화하여 경제성과 생산성을 향상시키는 것이다. 연구의 범위는 소형탕도의 구조와 원리를 이해하기에 적합한 Jewelry 제조 주조 공정에 국한되어 있으며 연구 재료로 soft Wax, 석고 분말 및 14 K Gold를 사용하여 실험적 연구를 수행했다. 그 결과 Alloy 14 k의 주물 패턴에 가장 적합한 주물 표준 온도는 980℃ 플라스크 온도 550℃에서 가장 낮은 난류로 좋은 제품을 생산할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 향후 과제로 소형탕도의 구조 및 표준온도를 데이터를 분석하고, 현장의 생산 불량을 감소시키고 우수한 인베스트먼트 주조 공법의 경쟁력 확보를 위한 데이터를 제공하기 위한 세부 연구가 필요하다.

교합면의 교모형태에 따른 치과용 모형 스캐너의 정확도 평가 (Accuracy evaluation of dental model scanner according to occlusal attrition type)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the accuracy of single crowns based on the type of occlusal surface. Methods: A single crown wax pattern was fabricated in three types of occlusal surface. The prepared wax pattern was replicated with silicone, and stone was injected to create a stone model. The prepared specimens were scanned using a model scanner. Scans were classified into three groups, and each scan was performed six times to analyze the trueness and precision of a single crown. In addition, only the occlusal surface area was analyzed for trueness and precision. Data were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis H test, a nonparametric test (α=0.05). Results: With regard to the trueness value of the occlusal scan area, the no occlusal tooth attrition (NA) group showed the largest error of 3.5 ㎛, and the complete occlusal tooth attrition (CA) group showed the lowest value of 3.1 ㎛. The NA group had the greatest precision, and the medium occlusal tooth attrition (MA) group and CA group showed a low precision value of 3.2 ㎛; the difference between the groups was statistically significant (α=0.05). In the color difference map, the CA group showed a lower error than the NA group. Conclusion: The occlusal surface with severe attrition had excellent accuracy, but the accuracy of the group without attrition was low. There were significant differences between groups, but clinically acceptable values were shown.

  • This paper focuses on the development of RT technology suitable for manufacturing a small quantity of metal prototype of a precise part from an RP master. Dimensional accuracy and surface roughness are evaluated from Thermojet part of a 3D printer, and effective post-processing method is introduced. Investment casting is done using a prototype built from 3D printer as a wax pattern. Ceramic shell investment casting technique is developed to build a prototype with materials mostly wanted. Also, experimental result shows this research is very useful in manufacturing of a small quantity of functional part or a test part of a specific material.

단일 절삭가공용 왁스 디스크 내에서 순차적 절삭가공 순서에 따른 크라운의 내면 및 변연 적합도 비교 (Comparison of internal and marginal fit of crown according to milling order in a single machinable wax disc)

  • 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 절삭가공이 순차적으로 진행됨에 따른 왁스 디스크의 구조적 안정성의 변화가 보철물의 적합도에 미치는 영향을 평가하는 것이다. 재료 및 방법: 삭제된 상악 제1대구치 인공치아를 이용하여 Ni-Cr 합금 표준모형을 제작하였고, 이를 스캔하여 크라운을 디자인한 뒤 왁스 디스크를 절삭가공하고 매몰 및 Ni-Cr 합금으로 주조하여 보철물을 제작하였다. 단일 왁스 디스크 내에서 중앙에 일렬로 위치한 납형들은 가장 처음 절삭가공 되는 WM1군부터 마지막에 절삭가공 되는 WM5군으로 총 5개의 군을 설정하였고 각 군의 수는 10개로 하였다. 적합도는 실리콘 레플리카 방법을 이용하여 변연 간극, 축면 간극, 선각간극, 교합면 간극을 측정하였다. 측정값은 일원배치분산분석(one-way ANOVA)을 사용하여 유의 수준은 95%로 그룹 간의 차이를 평가한 뒤, 사후 분석을 위해 Tukey HSD test를 시행하였다(α = .05). 결과: 각 군의 변연 간극은 WM1군(40.41 ± 2.15 ㎛), WM2군(40.44 ± 2.23 ㎛), WM3군(39.96 ± 2.25 ㎛), WM4군(39.96 ± 2.48 ㎛), WM5군(40.57 ± 2.53 ㎛)으로 각 군간에 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 축면 간극, 선각 간극, 교합면 간극에서도 각 군간에 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 결론: 단일 절삭가공용 왁스 디스크 내에서 순차적 절삭가공 시 크라운의 내면 및 변연 적합도는 절삭 순서에 영향 받지 않는 것으로 보인다.

전악수복환자에서 Shilla system을 이용한 교합평면 재구성 증례 (Reestablishing the occlusal plane in full mouth rehabilitation patient, using Shilla system)

  • 교합평면은 시상면적인 치열궁 형태를 나타내는 것으로, 악구강계를 구성하는 요소의 하나인 교합을 형태적으로 구성한다. 본 증례에서는 생체의 정중 시상면에 대한 수평, 측방좌표를 교합기상에 재현하여 상하악 치아 및 결손부 치조제에 대한 좌우 동적인 위치관계 얻기 위해 Shilla system (Hamans, Tokyo, Japan)을 이용하여 교합평면을 재구성 하였다. 본 증례의 환자는 41세의 남자 환자로 상악 전치부 10본금속-도재 고정성국소의치 파절 및 탈락과 전반적인 치료를 주소로 내원하였다. 임상 검사, 방사선 검사, 모형분석을 통해 임플란트 식립을 동반한 완전구강회복술을 하기로 결정하였다. Gothic Arch device (Centrofix; AmannGirrbach GmbH, Germany)를 이용하여 악간관계를 채득하고 마운팅 후, Shilla system을 이용하여 기존 교합평면을 평가, 분석하여 진단 납형을 제작하였다. 이를 토대로 방사선 스텐트를 제작하여 임플란트 식립하였고, 진단 납형을 이용하여 임시수복물을 제작하였다. 임시 수복물의 형태 및 교합 양식을 재현하기 위해 맞춤 전방유도판을 제작하고, 교차 마운팅을 시행하였으며 최종 수복물은 지르코니아 코핑을 이용한 완전 도재관으로 제작하였다. 이상과 같이 전악수복환자에서 진단과 치료 과정에서 Shilla system을 이용하여 적절한 심미적, 기능적 수복 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

  • The symbol of the sacred tree represents the world tree. They were influenced by Tree worship in Northern mounted nomadic groups, and the first is quite obvious, that the sacred tree is a palm tree. The Assyrian sacred tree possesses characteristics, making the tree iconographic and rather artificial. The tree typically has a thin trunk arranged in two or three tiers. Each tier is separated by horizontal plates or bands. The top of the tree is crowned with a palmette form. Wavy streamers emanate from the tree abd terminate in palmettes in a criss cross fashion. The central trunk is topped with a palmette and surrounded the trunk with palmettes emphasizing a link to date trees. The number of branches on the tree is limited, and there are usually seven, fifteen or thirty branches. The connection of these numbers with those of the week, and of the lunar wax and wane is so obvious. The branches on the tree may have indeed represented a calender of some sort. Mainly based on the excavated tomb articles of the three kingdoms and referred to Chinese and Japanese ones, Sacred Tree pattern showed that was lightly influenced by the times and area, but was slowly changed and developed to different types through those each ages generally. The Sacred Tree type was three part in according to the wavy streamers emanate from the tree abd, Sacred tree type I, Sacred tree type II, Sacred tree type III[the Mountain(; 山)-typed piled up Sacred Tree].

태양전지 2 단계 전극형성 공정을 위한 마스크 패턴공정 및 효율에 대한 영향성 연구 (Mask Patterning for Two-Step Metallization Processes of a Solar Cell and Its Impact on Solar Cell Efficiency)

  • 마스크를 이용하여 니켈 시드층의 형성 후 실버 도금을 통해 태양전지 상부전극을 형성하는 2 단계 전극형성 공정이 태양전지의 고효율화 방안으로 제안되었다. 본 연구에서는, 자외선 경화형 혹은 상변화 잉크를 고비용의 인쇄공정을 통해 마스크를 형성하는 방법을 대신하여, 코팅과 레이저의 복합공정을 통해 마스크를 형성하는 방법에 대해 제안하도록 한다. 마스크를 형성하는 물질로서 저비용의 저융점 왁스 혹은 플루오르카본 용액을 태양전지 웨이퍼 상에 코팅 후 레이저로 선택적으로 제거하여 전극패턴을 형성하였으며, 플루오르카본 용액 코팅이 왁스 코팅보다 패턴 균일도 측면에서 우수할 뿐만 아니라 통계적으로 0.16% 태양전지 효율증대를 유발한다는 점이 발견되었다.

주입선 형태가 타이타늄 합금의 주조성에 미치는 영향 (THE EFFECT OF CASTING MACHINE AND INVESTMENT ON THE CASTABILITY OF TITANIUM)

  • Statement of problem: Despite of the recent development of the titanium casting system methods, the casting defects such as imperfect casting and internal porosity were frequently observed. Purpose: The purposes of this study were to compare and measure the castability, microhardness, and surface reaction between Grade 2 pure titanium and Ti-6Al-4V by casting these alloys from the different sprue design conditions. Material and methods: Depending on the sprue designs and titanium alloys, 42 ready-made wax patterns were used. By analyzing the remodeling of the cast, internal porosity, microhardness, and titanium surface layer of SEM, there were several results we observed. Results: 1. The measured castability of titanium were categorized in the ascending order: individual sprue group, runner bar group, and single group. This data are based on the statistically signigicant differences. 2. The castability of titanium has not showed the statistically significant differences among the alloys. However, CP-Ti groups were superior to Ti-6Al-4V groups by showing the noticeable castability. 3. The surface layers of the castings of all groups have showed $5{\mu}m$ titanium oxide layers irrespective of sprue designs and titanium alloys. Conclusion: From the above study results, by fabricating the restorations from the centrifugal casting machine direct sprue designs revealed better castability. As we increased the number of sprues in the wax pattern, it revealed better castability. The castability of pure titanium rather than that of Ti-6Al-4V was remarkable. To fabricate the complex forms of the restorations, further researches on the efficient sprue designs and titanium alloys must be made.

고구려 고분벽화에 표현된 점문양 복식의 염색 연구 (A Study on the Dyeing Method of the Dot-Patterned Costumes on the Mural Paintings of Goguryeo)

  • Research into the ancient dyeing and weaving culture is of critical importance to the fact that they constitute an integral part of the Korean costume. Due to the absence of the originals reflecting ancient costume cultures, it is difficult to figure out what the dyeing and weaving culture was like in ancient times. Because of limited visual materials available from the wall paintings of ancient tombs, studies conducted so far concerning the costume culture for the Goguryeo have focused on visual elements such as shape, structure, and type. As a result, research into ancient Korean dyeing and weaving cultures hasn't been properly made. Thanks to the presence of both some dyeing fabric originals from Goguryeo's neighboring countries and some visual materials like the wall paintings of the Goguryeo, it may be possible to obtain some clues to the dyeing and weaving culture. The dotted Pattern costumes were selected such as Muyongchong, No. 1 Jangcheon Tomb, Gakjeochong, Samsilchong, Ssangyeongchong, Susanri Tomb. According to a book titled ‘Hanwon’, the Goguryeo people manufactured fabrics in such a way that resist-dyed spots produced elaborate patterns over the purple fabric. It can be safely said that such dot patterns were produced by means of dyeing rather than weaving, because identical patterns aren’t well produced by means of painting and embroidery. Considering Goguryeo’s natural features, the dot patterns mentioned in historical literatures are thought to have been produced using animal’s skin. However, there is highest possibility that the dot Patterns were Produced using tie-resist dyeing or wax-resist dyeing techniques. With respect to the dyeing and weaving culture for the Goguryeo, one must refer to neighboring countries’ dyeing and weaving environments, given that the Goguryeo had engaged substantial cultural exchanges with China.
