A Study on Bandwith Selection Based on ASE for Nonparametric Regression Estimator

  • Suppose we observe a set of data (X$_1$,Y$_1$(, …, (X$_{n}$,Y$_{n}$) and use the Nadaraya-Watson regression estimator to estimate m(x)=E(Y│X=x). in this article bandwidth selection problem for the Nadaraya-Watson regression estimator is investigated. In particular cross validation method based on average square error(ASE) is considered. Theoretical results here include a central limit theorem that quantifies convergence rates of the bandwidth selector.tor.

  • The aim of this article is to derive twenty five transformation formulas in the form of a single result for the triple hypergeometric series $X_8$ introduced earlier by Exton. The results are derived with the help of generalized Watson#s theorem obtained earlier by Lavoie et al. An interesting special cases are also pointed out.

  • The aim of this paper is to obtain twenty five Eulerian type single integrals in the form of a general single integral involving $Kamp\acute{e}$ de $F\acute{e}riet$ function. The results are derived with the help of the generalized classical Watson's theorem obtained earlier by Lavoie, Grondin and Rathie. A few interesting special cases of our main result are also given.

  • A newly naturalized plant, Amaranthus powellii S. Watson was found Jail-dong, Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea. This species is native to Southwestern USA and Northern Mexico, and it is also naturalized in worldwide of temperate regions. This species was distinguished from the related species, A. patulus Bertol. and A. hybridus L., by leave blades broadly elliptic, rhombic or lanceolate, petals unequal, without conspicuous green mid-veins, and utricle gradually narrowed toward the stigma. Korean name was given as 'Min-teol-bi-reum' to A. powellii S. Watson, based on the character, it was hairy less than the three related species, A. patulus Bertol., A. hybridus L. and A. retroflexus L., conspicuously. Descriptions for mophological characters, photographs, illustrations and keys to allied taxa were provided.

  • EPC companies to continue operating overseas, it is increasingly becoming apparent that risk is no longer something to be avoided but a subject to be managed. During the bidding stage, the requirements, specifications and project line items within the bid package must be studied in details to analyze the various risk factors in order to avoid cost overruns. However, reviewing vast quantities of bidding documents is time consuming and labor intensive and is not an easy task and this is where automated information technology can help. For this study, I have constructed an ITB analysis model based on Watson AI that can analyze and apply vast amount of documents more effectively in a short time. Configuration of the Watson Explorer AI architecture for AI-based ITB risk management model research, the selection of learning procedures and analysis subjects, and the performance evaluation criteria were defined, and a test bed was constructed to conduct a pilot research. Consequently, I verified the effectiveness of the analytical time reduction and the quality of its results and VOC operations by professionals.

  • 본 논문에서는 인공지능 Watson 기반의 챗봇 시스템에서 효율적인 자연어 처리를 위한 시나리오 설계 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 주제별 시나리오 구성을 단순히 무작위 순서로 배치하는 것 보다 연관도가 높은 노드를 가깝게 연결하는 것이 주제 전환 속도와 효율성 측면에서 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 시스템의 구성 요소를 연결해주는 어플리케이션은 빠르게 질문과 답변 전달이 가능하도록 모듈화하여 PaaS 클라우드에 연결하도록 한다. 그 결과 경제적이고 단순한 개발 환경에서 어플리케이션을 구현하는 것이 가능했다. API를 호출하여 답변을 전달하는 경우에는 약 2.005초 정도로 빠른 응답 속도를 보였다. 따라서 본 논문에서 설명하는 챗봇 시스템 설계 방법을 사용할 경우 저비용으로 효율성 있는 서비스 제공 플랫폼을 구축할 수 있다.
