폴리우레탄 디아크릴레이트의 미세다공성 UV코팅에 의한 PET 직물의 투습방수가공 (Breathable Waterproof Finish of PET Fabrics via Microporous UV Coating of Polyurethane Diacrylate)

  • Breathable waterproof PET fabrics were prepared by the UV coating of UV-curable polyurethaneacrylate(PUA) formulation mixed with polyethyleneglycol(PEG) as a water soluble pore former. The dispersed PEG in the UV-cured coating was extracted by warm water, which can generate individual circular pores uniformly distributed all over the coating instead of pore channels. Accordingly the moisture permeability of the microporously coated fabrics increased substantially with increasing PEG addition without significant reduction of hydrostatic pressure. Also the silicone diacrylate addition in the formulation was beneficial in increasing the hydrostatic pressure. The UV-based microporous coating can be an alternative to conventional thermal curing of solventborne polyurethane coating owing to the enhanced environment friendliness and energy saving.

접착식 방수층을 적용한 합성단면포장의 반사균열 저항특성 분석 연구 (Behavior and Resistance to the Reflection Crack of Composite Pavement with Waterproof Membrane)

  • 고속도로에서 재령이 20년이 넘는 노후 콘크리트가 늘어남에 따라 콘크리트 포장의 보수/보강이 중요한 이슈로 대두되고 있다. 노후 콘크리트 포장의 보강 대안으로서 아스팔트 덧씌우기가 많이 사용되고 있으나 반사균열 및 포트홀 등 체류수로 인한 문제가 심각하게 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 반사균열 및 체류수의 문제를 최소화하기 위해 고안된 접착식 방수층을 소개하였으며 포장가속시험을 통해 일반 택코팅을 적용한 합성단면포장과 비교평가를 실시하였다. 실험은 강우를 모사하기 위해 물을 뿌리면서 진행하였고 덧씌우기 포장체의 거동 및 수분 저항 특성을 분석하였다. 연구결과 접착식 방수층은 아스팔트 포장과 콘크리트 포장이 일체로 거동하는 것을 도와주기 때문에 아스팔트 포장체에 발생하는 거동이 일반 택코팅 구간과 완전히 다른 것으로 나타났다. 또 수분의 유입을 최소화하므로 결과적으로 반사균열의 발생을 약 70% 지연시키는 것으로 나타났으며, 체류수로 인한 손상도 줄여주는 것으로 나타났다.

스포츠웨어용 투습방수직물의 열·수분이동 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Heat and Moisture Transport Properties of Vapor-Permeable Waterproof Finished Fabrics for Sports Wear)

  • This study was to determine the characteristics of vapor-permeable waterproof finished fabric by the coating method. 4 different kinds of coating fabrics (A : wet, porous, polyurethane, B : dry, no porous, polyurethane, C : shape memory polyurethane and D : dry, porous polyurethane) were used, which were developed recently With this sample, moisture transport rate ($40^{\circ}C$, 45%RH & $40^{\circ}C$, 95%RH), changes of coating side's shape by washing times, water repellency rate, contracted length, qmax, heat conductivity, heat keeping rate, heat keeping rate with cotton, heat keeping rate on humidity temperature and humidity within clothing etc. were checked. And it was done in a climate chamber under $20{\pm}2^{\circ}C$, $65{\pm}5%RH$. The results of this study were as follow; In the moisture vapor transmission of sample B and C increased on high temperature and high humidity while sample A and D decreased, on this condition. Qmax rate had high relation with ground fabric's surface properties and the order was A>C>D>B. Heat conductivity had high relation with thickness and surface properties. Heat keeping rates on sweat condition showed around half percents of heat keeping rates on normal condition, but had no relation with moisture vapor transport rate. Changes of the fabric's properties by washing times were different in accordance with the construction of fabrics and the coating resin. Sample C had tow heat keeping rate on the high temperature and humidity and high heat keeping rate on the low temperature and humidity Moisture transport rate of vapor-permeable waterproof finished fabrics had high relation with the properties of ground fabrics on low humidity condition, but on the high humidity condition, it was highly related with the properties of coating resin.

투습방수 나일론 직물의 기능성 부여가공에 관한 연구 (Improvement of Serviceability of Waterproof and Moisture-permeable Nylon Fabric)

  • Changes of the properties of waterproof and moisture-permeable nylon fabric were investigated when softener, anti-static agents, anti-biosis agents were added to the polyurethane resin solution, and when they were applied after resin coating. The adding method of finishing agents into polyurethane layer resulted in an increase in water permeability but a severe decrease in peeling strength. It was found that the desired functionality such as softness, anti-staticity, anti-biosis were successfully introduced into waterproof and moisture-permeable nylon fabric by after-treatment of finishing agents.

Seam Characteristics of Breathable Waterproof Fabrics with Various Finishing Methods

  • We evaluated the seam characteristics with finishing, seaming and sealing processes and seam Puckering behavior of the breathable waterproof fabrics with laser scan. There were differences in 99% significant level between the seamed fabric and the sealed fabric. Seam breakage was initiated with the breakage of sewing thread, so the seam strength after seaming was almost uniform. The sewn seam strength and elongation increased with sealing process in all finishing methods. Pucker grade of laminating type was generally much higher than that of the coating type. We confirmed that wave length and amplitude have more important meaning than the number of weave in the breathable waterproof fabrics. The puckering in breathable waterproof fabrics is mainly occurred by inherent and feeding pucker. The former if due to the insertion of sewing thread and the littler is caused by differential feeding when two pieces of fabric are fed into the gap between a press foot and needle plate.

  • In this study on the appliable Asphalt sheet of monolithic and inorganic matter waterproofing ,Fing material using of field because of problem of complex waterproofing sheet. Before this cement polymer modified waterproof coating and appliable asphalt sheet of monolithic whether have stability by method of construction about all style waterproofing that evaluate to new method of construction development naturally big emphasis put and try to approach. Did performance test item first at, as a result, drew by suitable thing in all KS items. This is considered to have more effective spot construction work because if means that have stability by material as well as method of construction.

  • 이 연구는 기존 무기질계 탄성 도막 방수재와 고무 아스팔트 시트 방수공법을 지붕구조물 적용에 있어서 나타나는 문제점들을 보완하기 위하여 두 재료를 결합한 비노출 방수공법 재료에 대한 연구이다. 이에 따라 두 재료를 결합한 방수공법의 7가지 성능평가를 실시하여 지붕구조물의 적용 특성을 확인하였다. 종합적인 연구 결과 본 복합방수공법은 지붕구조물에서 요구하는 중요한 성능인 표준 및 저온 고온 하에서의 기본적인 인장성능을 능가하고 구조물 거동에 따른 안정성 확보와 구조체와의 부착성능을 확보 함으로써 비노출 복합방수공법으로써 콘크리트 구조물에 적응가능하다고 판단된다.

  • 경량골재의 내부공극을 통한 탄산가스 유입으로 인해 경량골재콘크리트는 보통콘크리트에 비해 탄산화가 더 빠르게 진행되는 문제점을 극복하고자, 4가지 표면코팅제로 코팅된 경량골재를 사용한 콘크리트에 대하여 탄산화 저항성을 보통 경량골재콘크리트, 보통콘크리트와 비교 분석하였다. 코팅경량골재를 사용한 콘크리트가 보통 경량골재콘크리트보다 우수한 탄산화 저항성을 보였으며, 특히 발수제보다는 고분자계 코팅제를 사용하였을 때 더 우수한 저항성을 나타내었다.

  • In this study, we conducted an impact assessment of the amount of volatile organic solvents addition on hybrid water-proofing system of urethane waterproof coating material and modified asphalt sheet. Also, we conducted a comparative assessment of whether modified asphalt sheet is dissolved or not and oil leakage by dissolution in order to perform a comparative analysis of characteristics of the impact on modified asphalt sheet according to the volatility of volatile organic solvents included in urethane waterproof coating material. The test was carried out by adding the same amount of organic solvents into each experimental group which is subject to volatility and non-volatility of organic solvents, respectively. The results of the test showed that in both experimental groups modified asphalt sheet was dissolved when adding over 10 percent of organic solvents regardless of volatility, and oil leakage observed only in the experimental group subject to volatility.

  • This paper deals with the obeying ability to the crack of waterproof membrane (produced from polybutadiene- or epoxy type resine) under static and repetitive loading, and an increase in fatigue life of marine concrete structure by applying the waterproof membrane. From experimental results, it is cleared that the obeying ability for crack under repetitive loading is smaller than that under static loading. With regard to fatigue life, the use of membrane possessed large obeying performance under repetitive loading results in significantly increase in fatigue life of marine concrete structure
