교통약자 자율주행서비스 요구사항에 대한 우선순위 연구: 휠체어 이용 장애인 및 보행 장애인을 중심으로 (A Study on the Priority of Autonomous Driving Service Requirements for the Transportation Vulnerable: Focusing on Wheelchair disabled and Walking disabled Persons)

  • The development of autonomous driving technology is expected to bring about a major change in the mobility rights of the transportation vulnerable. It is very important to identify user requirements in developing autonomous vehicles and service technologies for the transportation vulnerable. User requirements were derived for the wheelchair disabled and the walking disabled. Through focus interviews, a total of 58 requirements were derived for wheelchair-using disabled people and 53 requirements for walking disabled people. A Kano survey was conducted on 33 wheelchair disabled and 34 walking disabled. After that, the quality types of functional requirements in terms of autonomous vehicles and service environment development were analyzed using the Kano model. Priority analysis was conducted on the functions required by the wheelchair disabled and the walking disabled. The results of this study can be used as basic data to determine the priorities of user function requirements in the early stages of autonomous vehicle and service technology development.

  • Welfare centers for disabled person which are typical facilities in Korea are classified into two catagories One is general welfare center for all type of disabled persons and the other is special welfare centers for special disabilities such as visually handicapped persons, hearing-impaired persons and the physically disabled. In this study the movements of disabled persons in daily lifes were measured and many evacuation drills in welfare centers were conducted for the achievement of basic data such as velocities and evacuation patterns of disabled persons The evacuation patterns are characterized by different kinds of disabilities.

  • This study aims to plan connecting living facilities considering on the Barrier Free Walking of the disabled and the elderly in the residential area. We had found several physical problems on the pedestrian's way that becomes the major factor of disturbing the barrier free movement for using living facilities in the local area by investigations and enquetes. We had suggested the arrangement method for these physical problems on the pedestrian's way and building the ideal area for living facilities by the disposition stages with the result of investigations and enquetes. After these process, we had planned connecting living facilities considering on the Barrier Free Walking of the disabled and the elderly in the residential area.

지체장애인의 보행 보조기 사용 (The utility of walking assistive devices among people with mobility disabled)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 장애인의 보행 보조 기구의 사용 능력에 따른 보행 보조 기구의 사용과 일상생활 수행정도를 비교하는 것이다. 연구자료는 2014년 한국복지패널 표본에서 추출하였다. 전체 435,947 자료를 교차분석과 t-검정을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 독립적으로 보행 보조 장치를 사용할 수 없는 장애인들이 장애정도가 더 심하고 일상생활 수준도 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사회참여 수준과 여가활동 수준도 역시 비교그룹에 비해 독립적으로 사용하는 그룹에서 현저히 낮았다. 보행보조기는 장애인의 보행보조기 사용에 있어 장애인의 독립성 수준에 따라 맞춤형으로 해야 한다는 결론이 도출되었다.

  • Safety, accessibility and distinguishment as the concept of architectural planning and design are demanded in staircases due to increase of the old aged people and disabled people's enlarged social participation. In this research is tried to provide the importance of vertical walking function at the design for the staircases. For this reason, structural elements of the staircases are studied in the ergonomic aspect for barrier-free environment and a comparative study is made on the regulations of the staircases in the inside and outside of the country in disabled & aged people's view. Based on this study, the quality of the staircases in public facilities and Apartments is analyzed. As the result, it has been proved that the vertical walking function of the staircases is the most fundamental characteristic of the staircases design before everything else.

Development of walking assist system for the people with lower limb-disability

  • There is some equipment that helps user to exercise and to walk. But almost all equipments require some physical strength of their muscles. So we developed a system that could assist walking action of the people with lower-limb disability. The system called as walking stand adopted the balancing mechanism which assures the stable walking, and the 4 link-based mechanism that had 2 degrees of freedom on each leg. The walking stand uses four motors and has two sets of the special link-structure to simulate the human walking mechanism. With our system, even serious disabled with lower-limb disability may enjoy walking rehabilitation. And by adjusting the power, it can be used as the walking assistant mechanism instead of conventional wheelchairs. Experiments showed that our walking stand is applicable to the rehabilitation and also to the mobile device in our daily life for those people who do not have enough physical ability to walk by themselves.

  • 도시가 발전함에따라 도로시스템이 매우 복잡해진다. 따라서 현대인은 목적지를 찾아가기 위해 내비게이션에 의존하고 있으며, 심지어 길을 걷거나 자전거를 이용하는 경우에도 내비게이션의 도움이 필요하다. 일반적인 내비게이션은 차안에 설치되어 있거나 스마트폰의 앱으로 있기 때문에 걷거나 자전거를 타면서 사용하는 것은 매우 불편하다. 또한 장애인의 경우 보행 시 사용하기에는 거의 불가능 하다. 이 논문에서 우리는 보행자나 자전거 통행자들이 사용하기에 편리한 손목에 착용하는 내비게이션 시스템을 제안하고, 아두이노를 이용한 손목 내비게이션의 설계와 구현에 대하여 기술하였다. 이러한 시스템은 일반 보행자뿐만 아니라 장애인들도 사용할 수 있어 그들이 사회활동에 참여하는데 크게 기여할 것이다.

과제-지향 순회 훈련이 뇌졸중 장애인의 이동 능력에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Task-Oriented Circuit Class Training on Improves Performance of Locomotor in Disabled Persons after Stroke)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of circuit class training on the performance of locomotor tasks in chronic stroke. Methods : The study included 45 patients with chronic stroke randomly divided into experimetal group and control group. Both groups participated in exercise classes three times a week for 8weeks. The experimental group had 10 workstation of circuit class designed to improve walking. The control group practiced fitness exercises by equipment in health center. Walking performance was assessed by measuring walking speed(timed 10-meter walk and TUG), GAITRite analysis and peak vertical ground reaction force through the affected foot during walking. Results : The experimental group demonstrated significant improvement(p<.05) compared with the control group in 10-meter walking and vertical ground reaction force after training. The experimental group showed significant improvements in the walking velocity and cadence by GAITRite system(p<.05). Conclusion : Task- oriented circuit class training leads to improvements in locomotor function in chronic stroke. Further studies are necessary to occur in usual environments to improve walking performance.

A Study on the Walking Recognition Method of Assistance Robot Legs Using EEG and EMG Signals

  • This paper is to study the exoskeleton robot for the walking of the elderly and the disabled. We developed and tested an Exoskeletal robot with two axes of freedom for joint motion. The EEG and EMG signals were used to move the joints of the Exoskeletal robot. By analyzing the EMG signal, the control signal was extracted and applied to the robot to facilitate the walking operation of the walking assistance robot. In addition, the brain-computer interface technology is applied to perform the operation of the robot using brain waves, spontaneous electrical activities recorded on the human scalp. These two signals were fused to study the walking recognition method of the supporting robot leg.

보행 및 위치에 관한 국내 연구 동향 분석 : 시각장애인과 비장애인의 비교 분석을 중심으로 (An Analysis of Domestic Research Trend on Walking and Positioning : Focusing on Comparative Analysis between the Visually Impaired and the Non-disabled)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내에서 연구된 보행 및 위치에 관한 연구동향을 살펴보고 시각장애인과 비장애인 대상의 연구들을 비교 분석하여 시각장애인 대상의 연구의 현재를 바로 알고 앞으로의 연구방향을 제시하고자 국내 논문 총 113편을 선정하였다. 본 연구는 보행 및 위치에 관한 국내 연구의 개괄적 특징(게재 연도, 학술지 및 저자수, 키워드, 연구방법, 연구유형 및 구현방법, 연구지원, 참고문헌)과 연구주제 및 내용을 중심으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 보행 및 위치에 관련하여 비장애인 대비 시각장애인 대상의 논문 게재수의 연도별 증가추세에는 큰 차이가 없었으나 발행기관의 성격, 저자의 전공이나 저자수 등에는 다소 차이가 있었다. 또한 연구주제와 연구유형, 구현형태로는 비장애인 대상의 경우가 보행 및 위치 관련 기술의 다양한 시도 및 시스템 개발, 개선, 안정화, 정확성 추구라면 시각장애인 대상의 경우에는 시각장애인의 일반적 특징을 반영한 시스템 개발이나 휴대, 부착이 가능한 단말기 중심의 연구였으며 시스템 개선에 관한 연구는 많지 않았다. 연구지원에서도 비장애인 대상의 경우가 다양한 연구지원을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 시각장애인 대상의 연구들의 지속적인 개발 및 개선, 연구주제와 연구유형의 다양화, 연구 조사범위의 확장과 타당도의 향상, 실질적 정책반영의 연구지원이 마련되어 활발한 연구가 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 필요성을 제시하였다.
