  • The education will boil from daily life and as doing desirably, Nammyung emphasized. This fact all people importantly from education, to think. But recognizes this problem the center of life and study of oneself and the case which indicates writes. Nammyung led and recognized the importance of daily life from education. The life of the human being becomes more distant from daily life and when being absorbed in being external makes a valuable territory lose from life. When with the same interest of education becomes more distant from daily life of life, the education makes the meaning lose. When meaning the education is embodied from if human life, must have an educational interest in daily life. And works from the daily life which is repeated, meeting, association, dialogue and relationship, introspection etc. must become the interest territory of education, the education must devise is value from daily life the possibility of experiencing in order to be. Because the work which is ordinary, meeting from ordinary, with human relation and association dialogs, reflective etc. to compose a life. When the education excepts a daily life consequently, will not be able to give the value which is important in life. When saying conclusively, the education must escape from the fact that considers seriously a knowledge acquisition and a compensation. And the education must do to make a value the people experience rather from daily life. The resultant education will be able to accomplish the essential function of the education which loses, daily life will be valuable and there is a possibility which to make feel will do. With being like that, education could be reconciled with the people.

  • A probabilistic exposure assessment was performed on the monitoring data of pesticides were assessed in agricultural products in Gyeonggi-do from 2006 to 2010. Chlorothalonil, chlorpyrifos, dicofol, endosulfan, EPN, ethoprophos, fenitrothion, methidathion, phenthoate and tebupirimfos were assessed. For this assessment, we used Monte Carlo simulation software and the distribution of concentration and intake were assumed to lognormal distribution by inputting mean and standard deviation. The hazard index (HI, %ADI) of average value and the $95^{th}$ percentile based on a probabilistic method were usually lower than those by a deterministic one. For the whole population, when non-detects data were assigned 0 mg/kg, HI of the average value and the $95^{th}$ percentile showed 0.05~0.70% and 0.11~1.94%, respectively. When nondetects data were assigned 0.005 mg/kg, HI of the average value and the $95^{th}$ percentile were 0.41~4.42% and 0.98~13.81%. For only consumers, when non-detects data were assigned 0 mg/kg, HI of the average value and the $95^{th}$ percentile were 1.24~10.16% and 3.72~33.81%, respectively. When non-detects data were assigned 0.005 mg/kg, HI of the average value and the $95^{th}$ percentile were 3.43~18.26% and 9.45~54.99%, respectively. Methidathion had highest values when both of 0 and 0.005 were assigned to non-detecs data for consumers only. This study showed that agricultural products in Gyeonggi-do were safe because they had less than 100 of HI (%ADI) based on probabilistic exposure assessment.

  • Anchovy spawn from the end of May to mid-October, when the water temperature is $14.8-27.2\;^{\circ}C$ and the salinity is 26.0-33.6 psu. The main spawning season is between July to August, when the water temperature is $21.7-27.2\;^{\circ}C$ and the salinity is between 26.0-32.2 psu. The main spawning grounds of anchovy are coastal areas shallower than 50 m around the islands located in the Jeju Strait. Anchovy larvae are distributed near the fronts between Chuja-do, Jangsu-do, Yeoseo-do, and the open sea rather than in the spawning grounds. Anchovy eggs and larvae density increased in accordance with the high level of $Chlorophyll-{\alpha}$ during the summer season (July-August). In terms of the suspended sediment (SS) levels along the northern coast of the Jeju Strait, high densities of anchovy eggs (12.0-18.0 mg/L) were observed, mainly in the area affected by the coastal waters of the southern sea with high SS levels, while larvae (10.0-19.0 mg/L) tended to be distributed over a wide area with high SS levels, including the open sea. In terms of the dissolved oxygen (DO) content, eggs (5.4-6.8 mg/L) were observed in coastal areas with a high DO content, while larvae (4.2-6.4 mg/L) were distributed widely in areas with a relatively low DO content, from the southern coast to the open sea.

  • In this paper, estimation methods of cell searching and DoA (Direction of Arrival) for mobile relay stations with a uniform linear array are proposed. The proposed methods can improve the performance of cell searching and DoA estimation by removing the effect of STOs when there exist symbol timing offsets (STOs) between the signals received from adjacent base stations,. Also, the proposed methods can improve the performance of DoA estimation significantly when there exists Doppler frequency shift caused by movement of the mobile relay station. The performances and computational complexities of the proposed cell searching and DoA methods are evaluated by computer simulation under Mobile WiMAX environments.

  • This study was performed to analyze the improvement of soil physical property and soil biota characteristics through cultivation of green manure crops for a one-year period before creation of a tea plantation as follows. The study revealed that the contents of available phosphate tended to decrease after sod-culture by green manure cultivation and open-pollination, when compared to the level before cultivation. The ratio soil porosity increased by approximately 30% when Crotalaria juncea and Sorghum bicolar L. Moench were cultivated, while the soil bacteria and fungi also increased. In a research on microfauna using a pit fall trap, the population number of the microfauna was 174 of 27 species in the plot of open-pollinated sod-culture and no organic matter application, and 268 of 26 species in the plot of Sorghum bicolar L. Moench. Consequently, the culturing tool of Crotalaria juncea recorded the highest level of species diversity at 2.5, the evenness index at 3.7 and richness at 4.6, with the lowest level of a dominance index. The ecological quotient of microfauna was 0.76 in the plot of Sorghum bicolar L. Moench, and 0.63 in the plot of Crotalaria juncea.

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the classification performance and applicability when land cover datasets constructed for AI training are cross validation to other areas. For study areas, Gyeongsang-do and Jeolla-do in South Korea were selected as cross validation areas, and training datasets were obtained from AI-Hub. The obtained datasets were applied to the U-Net algorithm, a semantic segmentation algorithm, for each region, and the accuracy was evaluated by applying them to the same and other test areas. There was a difference of about 13-15% in overall classification accuracy between the same and other areas. For rice field, fields and buildings, higher accuracy was shown in the Jeolla-do test areas. For roads, higher accuracy was shown in the Gyeongsang-do test areas. In terms of the difference in accuracy by weight, the result of applying the weights of Gyeongsang-do showed high accuracy for forests, while that of applying the weights of Jeolla-do showed high accuracy for dry fields. The result of land cover classification, it was found that there is a difference in classification performance of existing datasets depending on area. When constructing land cover map for AI training, it is expected that higher quality datasets can be constructed by reflecting the characteristics of various areas. This study is highly scalable from two perspectives. First, it is to apply satellite images to AI study and to the field of land cover. Second, it is expanded based on satellite images and it is possible to use a large scale area and difficult to access.

  • This study was conducted to review the feasibility of establishing a joint preservation library centered on the Chungcheongbuk-do Office of Education. To achieve this, a survey and perception survey were conducted. The research results suggest the following: Firstly, the functions of the Chungcheongbuk-do Office of Education joint preservation library should focus on the preservation of valuable materials, the development of Chungcheongbuk-do educational and school-specialized materials, and prioritizing the digitalization of important transferred materials and providing services to the general public. Secondly, when determining the criteria for materials to be transferred in the future, priority should be given to materials that require preservation in their original form and those that need media conversion. Thirdly, when considering the types of materials to be transferred in the future, the operational plan should primarily focus on monographs but also consider other types of materials. Fourthly, regarding ownership rights of materials during the transfer process, it is advisable to establish detailed transfer guidelines, including ownership rights, through discussions between the Chungcheongbuk-do Office of Education and individual libraries via the Joint Preservation Library Operating Committee.

  • Multicast communication has been widely used in the Internet. However, multicast communication is vulnerable to DoS attack due to static router configuration. In this paper, HMC, a hopping multicast communication method based on SDN, is proposed to tackle this problem. HMC changes the multicast tree periodically and makes it difficult for the attackers to launch an accurate attack. It also decreases the probability of multicast communication being attacked by DoS and in the meanwhile, the QoS constrains are not violated. In this research, the routing problem of HMC is proven to be NP-complete and a heuristic algorithm is proposed to solve it. Experiments show that HMC has the ability to resist DoS attack on multicast route effectively. Theoretically, the multicast compromised probability can drop more than 0.6 when HMC is adopt. In addition, experiments demonstrate that HMC achieves shorter average multicast delay and better robustness compared with traditional method, and more importantly, it better defends DoS attack.
