회전체 진동 데이터의 AC/DC 성분 데이터 획득 및 분석 장치 (An Acquisition and Analysis Equipment of Dynamic/Static Data on a Rotating Vibration)

  • This paper is proposed that in-output Digital module is acquired a vibration signal of a rotating machinery by Data Acquisition System. The module is designed to get ride of nose through low pass filter on the vibration signal from sensors and set the gain value for being able to sampling AC to DC, and also the sampled data by sampler and the conversed data by DIP/FPGA is supplied to the analyzer for analysis at a software tool. The DIP(Digital Signal Processor) of the Digital input/output Board makes Average voltage, Peak to Peak voltage, RMS(Root Mean Square) and Gap voltage, also FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) for rotating vibration diagnosis.

가속열화에 따른 옥외용 epoxy 수지 애자의 전기적특성 평가 (Evaluation on the Electrical Properties of Outdoor Epoxy Resin Insulators under Accelerated Agings)

  • Epoxy resin insulator have good electrical properties (high electric strength, high resistivity, low dielectric loss) in addition to high mechanical strength, small dimensions and design versatility. Polymer insulator, however, are subjected to aging processes, caused by the surrounding atmosphere, which may lead to degradation of their properties. This paper describes the results of a important study on the artificial pollution test, Weather-Ometer properties and rotating wheel dip test of high voltage different aging insulators which are the most important factors for outdoor uses. Also, the objects of this paper are to (a)result of insulator under dry(wet) flashover voltage, (b)artificial pollution test of salt spay, (c)Accelerated aging test of Weather-Ometer, (d) wet and dry flashover voltage under rotating wheel dip test.

  • The proposed detector is consists of three-phase sinusoidal signal generator and peak detector. This peak detector can detect the peak voltage value at the state of variable frequency. In experi-ment three-phase sinusoidal signals are generated from D/A converter using IBM PC and deliv-ered to the peak detector. Each signals are squared by multiplier and summed up Peak value is the square root of summed value extracted by square root circuit.

  • Ferroelectric vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene ($VF_2$-TrFE) copolymer films were directly deposited on degenerated Si ($n^+$, 0.002 $\Omega{\cdot}cm$) using by dip coating method. A 1 ~ 3 wt% diluted solution of purified vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene ($VF_2$:TrFE=70:30) in a dimethylformamide (DMF) solvent were prepared and deposited on silicon wafers using dip coating method for 10 seconds. After Post-Annealing in a vacuum ambient at 100~200 $^{\circ}C$ for 60 min, upper aluminum electrodes were deposited by thermal evaporation through the shadow mask to complete the MFS structure. The ferroelectric $\beta$-phase peak of films, depending on the annealing temperature, started to show up around $125^{\circ}C$, and the intensity of the peak increased with increasing annealing temperature. Above $175^{\circ}C$, the peak started to decrease. The C-V characteristics were measured using a Precision LCR meter (HP 4284A) with frequency of 1MHz and a signal amplitude of 20 mV. The leakage-current versus electric-field characteristics was measured by mean of a pA meter/DC voltage source (HP 4140B).

  • EDLC(electric double layer capacitor)용 활성탄소전극의 제조공정을 dip coating method, doctor blade coating method, paste rolling method로 달리하여 전기화학적 특성과 비축전 용량을 조사하였다. Dip coating method에 의한 전극제조시 전해질염으로 LiPF6를 이용하고 유기용매로 PC-DEC를 이용한 EDLC의 비축전 용량이 130F/g으로 가장 우수하였고, 선형의 시간전압곡선에서의 IR-drop도 0.11V로 작았으며 CV(cyclic voltammetry) 분석 또한 이상적인 EDLC의 특성을 나타내었다.

  • This paper presents DC voltage recovery time improvement method in DC link of High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) with offshore wind farm. The wind farm should be satisfied Low Voltage Ride Through(LVRT) control strategy when grid faults occur. The LVRT control strategy indicates actions which have to be executed according to the voltage dip ratio and the fault duration. However, The LVRT control strategy makes between wind farm and power system through DC Link voltage when grid fault occurs. The de-loading scheme is one of the method to control the DC voltage. But de-loading scheme need to long DC voltage recovery time. Thus, this paper proposes an improved de-loading scheme and we analysis DC voltage and active power reference through a simulation.

  • Power Quality and Reliability are becoming important issues for critical and sensitive loads. This paper describes the Line Interactive UPS with the function of Voltage Compensator that is 'Line interactive Dynamic Voltage Restorer(LIDVR). The main purpose of a LIDVR is to compensate for voltage sag(dip), outage and overvoltage. The overall system consists of three controller 1) current controller with prediction 2) voltage controller and 3) proposed variable DC LINK controller. The variable DC LINK control technique using the LIDVR protects DC LINK from overflowing the input current. The simulation results are depicted in this paper to show the effect of this proposed system.

  • Some controllers have been introduced in various studies to mitigate the negative effects of renewable sources. These have been modified to fit a formed solution in various ways. This paper deals with the voltage regulation of wind farms in voltage dip situations where communication failures occur. The aim is to discuss the modification of the online wind farm management system. To discuss modifications of the online wind farm management system, we focus on voltage regulation of wind farms when communication failures occur. The structure has been designed to respond to a voltage drop when the outer reference is absent due to communication errors. Since the loss reduction effect has been maintained in the designed case studies, it can be derived that the proposed method can respond to voltage drops, along with a used objective function.

유전체 장벽 방전-광촉매 복합공정에 의한 NO와 $SO_2$ 제거 (NO and $SO_2$ Removal by Dielectric Barrier Discharge-Photocatalysts Hybrid Process)

  • 본 연구에서는 유전체 장벽 방전-광촉매 복합 공정에 의한 NO 및 $SO_2$ 제거를 실험적으로 분석하였다. 유전체 장벽 방전을 위해 유전체로서 유리구가 사용되었고 $TiO_2$ 광촉매 입자는 딥코팅(dip-coating) 방법에 의해 높은 비표면적을 가지는 스펀지 형태로 유리구에 코팅되었다. 플라즈마 반응기에 인가된 전압이나 펄스 주파수, 혹은 기체의 체류시간이 증가함에 따라, NO 및 $SO_2$의 제거효율은 증가하였다. NO 및 $SO_2$ 공급농도 증가하면 NO 및 $SO_2$ 제거에 더 많은 에너지가 요구되어 NO 및$SO_2$의 제거효율이 감소하였다. 본 연구의 실험 결과들은 NO 와 $SO_2$를 제거하기 위한 유전체 장벽 방전-광촉매 복합 공정 설계의 기초 자료로 사용될 수 있다.

알루미늄 에치피트에 ZrO2 막의 졸-겔 코팅 및 양극산화 특성 (Sol-gel Coating of ZrO2 Film in Aluminium Etch Pit and Anodizing Properties)

  • $ZrO_2$ films were coated on aluminum etching foil by the sol-gel method to apply $ZrO_2$ as a dielectric material in an aluminum(Al) electrolytic capacitor. $ZrO_2$ films annealed above $450^{\circ}C$ appeared to have a tetragonal structure. The withdrawal speed during dip-coating, and the annealing temperature, influenced crack-growth in the films. The $ZrO_2$ films annealed at $500^{\circ}C$ exhibited a dielectric constant of 33 at 1 kHz. Also, uniform $ZrO_2$ tunnels formed in Al etch-pits $1{\mu}m$ in diameter. However, $ZrO_2$ film of 100-200 nm thickness showed the withstanding voltage of 15 V, which was unsuitable for a high-voltage capacitor. In order to improve the withstanding voltage, $ZrO_2$-coated Al etching foils were anodized at 300 V. After being anodized, the $Al_2O_3$ film grew in the directions of both the Al-metal matrix and the $ZrO_2$ film, and the $ZrO_2$-coated Al foil showed a withstanding voltage of 300 V. However, the capacitance of the $ZrO_2$-coated Al foil exhibited only a small increase because the thickness of the $Al_2O_3$ film was 4-5 times thicker than that of $ZrO_2$ film.
