가치-태도-행동 모델에 기반한 음성 쇼핑 지속이용의도에 관한 연구 (Continuance Use Intention of Voice Commerce Using the Value-attitude-behavior Model)

  • 인간과 정보기기간 대화를 통해 물품을 구매하는 음성 쇼핑에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 가치-태도-행동 모델을 활용하여 음성 쇼핑 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향 요인들을 살펴보았다. 인공지능 비서를 이용해 음성 쇼핑을 이용하고 있는 20-40대 소비자들을 대상으로 온라인 조사를 실시하였고, 총 360명의 응답 자료가 분석에 사용되었다. 데이터 분석을 위해 SPSS 25.0과 Amos 23.0 프로그램을 이용하였고, 기술통계분석, 확인적요인분석, 그리고 구조모형분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약될 수 있다. 첫째, 기능적 가치가 음성 쇼핑에 대한 만족도에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 사회적 가치, 감성적 가치, 그리고 진귀적 가치가 음성 쇼핑에 대한 만족도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 음성 쇼핑의 만족도가 지속이용의도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 음성 쇼핑 이용자들에 대한 특성을 파악하고, 음성 쇼핑에서 추구되는 다양한 가치를 이해하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

Convergence research on the speaker's voice perceived by listener, and suggestions for future research application

  • Although research on the leader's or speaker's voice has been continuously conducted, existing research has a single point of view. Sound analysis of voice characteristics has been studied from engineering perspectives, and leadership trait theory has been studied from a business perspective. Convergence studies on leader voice and member cognition are being attempted today. Convergence research on voice has a positive effect on refinement of voice analysis, diversification of voice use, and establishment of voice utilization strategy. This study explains the current flow of research on convergence between speaker's voice and listener's perception, and suggests a direction for the future development of voice fusion research. Furthermore, in connection with AI in the 4th industrial age, new attempts for voice research are sought. First, advances in AI focus on strategically generating the voices needed for individual situations. Second, the voice corrected in real time will support the leader and speaker to utilize the desired voice type. Third, voices through AI based on big data will affect the cognition, attitude and behavior of individual listeners who members, customers, and students in more diverse situations. The purpose and significance of this study is to suggest the way to research the leader's voice recognized by members, and to suggest a method that can be applied in various situations.

초등학교 여교사들의 음성장애지수와 음성오남용 특성 (The Characteristics of Voice Handicap Index and Vocal Misuse and Overuse in Female Elementary Teachers)

  • Voice disorders are most common in female teachers due to work-related vocal demands; however, only a few studies tried to evaluate individual risk factors with work-related risk factors to diagnose voice disorders. This study evaluated sixty-seven female elementary teachers (36 with voice disorders and 31 without voice disorders) to compare their vocal misuse, overuse, and vocal hygiene behaviors. Total Voice Handicap Index scores and VHI subscale (P, E, F) scores were not significantly different between two groups (p>0.05) and there was no relationship between VHI and acoustic measures (p>0.05). Loud talking, talking in noisy situations, and excessive speaking were significantly more frequent in female teachers with voice disorders (p<0.05) and thereby these overuse and misuse behavioral patterns were identified as risk factors to develop voice disorders in female teachers. Also, hydration was the most common behavior for vocal hygiene when experiencing vocal fatigue; however, hydration with hot green tea or coffee and throat clearing were often misused for vocal hygiene. This study found that female teachers from both groups presented higher voice handicap regardless of voice disorders. This study suggests a multidimensional voice assessment protocol is required to reflect voice problems in teachers and a vocal education program may be important to improve vocal hygiene knowledge and behavioral changes in female teachers.

의복불평행동에 관한 연구 -의복 불평행동의 분류법과 원인, 유형을 중심으로- (A Study on Clothing Complaining Behavior : Taxonomy Cause and Type)

  • Understanding consumer complaining behaviors plays a key role in post-purchase satisfaction customer retention and long-term customer relationships. This research was conducted to empirically investigate 1) the taxonomy of complaining behavior 2) causes and types of clothing complaining behavior according to sex. The subjects compoed of 250 male and 358 female consuemrs. Data were colleted through questionnaires employing the critical incident methodology. The findings indicated that clothing complaining behavior was fitted well into Singh(1998)'s three-factor model(i. e. voice/private / third-party complaining behaviors) these factors explained 53% of the total variances 75.1% of male and 65.2% of female group complained of poor instruental performance. The types of complaining behaviors were no action negative word-of-mouth to friends and associates n order. Most dissatisfied consumers didn't assert positive consumer's right. Marketer should increase the accessibility of their complaint receiving mechanisms to passive customers.

조직 내부의 정보보안 제언 행동 강화: 조직 공정성과 개인의 사회적 정체성을 통한 업무 스트레스 감소 관점 (Reinforcement of IS Voice Behavior within the Organization: A Perspective on Mitigating Role Stress Through Organization Justice and Individual Social-identity)

  • 정보보안이 조직의 핵심 가치로 인식되면서, 조직들은 높은 수준의 정보보안 정책 및 기술 도입 등의 활동을 수행하고 있다. 하지만, 정보보안을 업무에 적용해야 하는 조직원에게 엄격한 정보보안 정책은 오히려 부정적 영향을 줄 수 있다. 본 연구는 정보보안이 조직원의 업무 스트레스를 발현시킬 수 있음을 확인하고, 스트레스를 완화하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 세부적으로, 조직의 정보보안 조직 공정성과 개인의 사회적 정체성이 제언 행동에 부정적 영향을 주는 업무 스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있음을 확인한다. 연구는 정보보안 규정 및 정책을 과업에 적용한 조직의 근로자들에게 설문하였으며, 318개의 표본을 확보하였다. 그리고, 연구는 구조방정식 모형을 적용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 가설 검증 결과, 정보보안 조직 공정성이 사회적 정체성을 통해 제언 행동을 높였으며, 조직 공정성이 업무 스트레스를 완화하여 부분적으로 제언 행동을 감소시켰다. 또한, 사회적 정체성이 업무 스트레스와 제언 행동 간의 관계를 조절하였다. 본 연구는 조직 및 개인 차원의 업무 스트레스 완화 조건을 제시함으로써, 조직 내부의 정보보안 목표 달성을 위한 전략적 시사점을 제공한다.

서비스 유통 산업에서 고객 불평의도 유형과 결정요인 (Customer Complaint Intention in the Service Distribution Industry : Types and Determinants)

  • Purpose - With growing competition in the service distribution industry, the importance of managing customer complaints has increased. If firms handle customer complaints effectively, they can strengthen customer loyalty and repurchase intention. Many studies have focused on customers expressing complaints, yet research on silent customers is scant. This study focuses on two types of complainers and non-complainers. In other words, this study is to examine the value of voice complaint intention and no-action intention. This study also investigates how perceptual and relational factors affect complaint intention. Research design, data, and methodology - This study was carried out using the survey with undergraduate students who have faced a service failure in a retail store(fast foods, electronics, apparel). And if such complaint were to occur again, respondents were asked about any possible action they would take. 300 questionnaires were distributed and a total of 279 respondents provided complete and usable data. The sample consisted of 158 males(56.6%) and 121 females(43.4%). The structural equation modeling analysis was used for the hypothesis test. Results - The results are as follows. First, attitude toward complaining, likelihood of successful complaint, and ease of complaint were positively related to voice complaint intention. Second, attitude toward complaining, likelihood of successful complaint, and ease of complaint were negatively related to no-action intention. Third, commitment was positively related to voice complaint intention but didn't have a significant negative impact on no action. Forth, voice complaint behavior reduced switching intention and no-action intention enhanced switching intention. Conclusions - The findings of this study confirm the value of complaint behavior and show voice complaint intention and no-action intention should be managed differently. Voice complaint intention is evaluated positively because it reflects customers' concerns about the company, while no-action intention is evaluated negatively. Attitude toward complaing is the most effective in increasing voice complaint intention and likelihood of successful complaint is a major factor in reducing no-action intention. Also, in explaining switching intention, voice complaint intention plays a more important role than no-action intention.

방송인의 뷰티서비스 관계 연구 - 외모관리 행동, 외적이미지, 자기효능감을 중심으로- (The Study on the Relation of the Telecasters's Beauty Service - Focusing on the Appearance Management Behavior, External Image, Self-efficacy -)

  • The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze about the Telecasters's appearance management, external image & awareness on Self-Efficacy. The method of this study is carried out form 2 January 2013 until 20 January. with the 164 telecasters who announcers, voice actors, gag men, singers. The results of the research is summarized below: First, Among the telecasters, singer is the highest awareness of the beauty services importance about the fashion, makeup, hair, skin care, cosmetic surgery. Especially, about the awareness of the beauty services importance about the fashion, makeup, hair, singers> announcers> voice actors> gagmen appear one after another. Second, about the importance awareness of the beauty services importance & the relation of self-efficacy, for announcers, the more higher awareness the fashion, makeup, hair, the higher self-efficacy of the confidence, effective expression, etc.. For voice actors, the more higher awareness the hair, skin care, the fashion, make up, cosmetic surgery, the higher self-efficacy of the new image making, the confidence, task efficiency improvement, etc... For gagmen, the more higher awareness the fashion, hair, skin care, makeup, cosmetic surgery, the higher self-efficacy of the self-expression, the confidence, the new image making, task efficiency improvement, etc.. For singer, the more higher awareness the makeup, hair, cosmetic surgery, skin care, fashion, the higher self-efficacy of the task efficiency improvement, the self-expression, the confidence, the new image making, etc.. Third, about the importance awareness of the appearance management behavior, external image, about the importance awareness of the appearance management behavior, singer is the most higher awareness, announcers> voice actors> gagmen appear one after another. about the importance awareness of the external image, singer is the most higher awareness, voice actor> announcers> gagmen appear after another. The meanings of this study provide the telecasters's image's fields with the effective basic data.

겸손리더십이 구성원의 발언행동과 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 감성활용의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Humble Leadership on Voice Behavior and Innovative Behavior: Focused on the Mediating Effect of Emotional Regulation)

  • 경영진 일부의 오만함, 권력의식 등으로 인해 기업 이미지에 큰 타격을 받고 있다는 연구 결과(Boje et al. 2004)가 제시되고, ESG 경영에 관심이 고조됨으로써 최근 리더의 겸손이 부각되고 있다. 그리고 MZ세대의 등장으로 조직을 이끄는 리더의 겸손은 더욱 더 중요시된다(Morris et al. 2005; Vera, Rodriguez-Lopez, 2004; Owens et al. 2013). 본 논문은 겸손리더십과 발언행동, 혁신행동의 관계에서 감성활용의 매개효과를 실증 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부산·경남·경북지역의 기업 종업원을 대상으로 2021년 11월~12월 설문조사하여 총 145명의 설문결과를 통해 실증분석하였다. 그 결과 겸손리더십은 발언행동, 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 겸손리더십이 발언행동 및 혁신행동의 관계에서 감성활용의 매개효과도 유의미한 결과가 검증되었다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 리더의 핵심역량인 겸손리더십과 감성활용의 관계를 새롭게 조명하고 인과관계를 밝히는 등 연구 범위를 확대하였다. 추후 연구에서는 겸손리더십과 다양한 변수와의 관계를 모색하고 다양한 연구방법으로 그 관계를 규명해보고자 한다.

정보보안 기술 및 커뮤니케이션 불확실성이 제언 행동에 미치는 영향: 개인의 정보 영향 민감성의 역할 (The Influence of IS Technology and Communication Uncertainty on IS Voice Behavior: The Role of Susceptibility to Informational Influence of Employee)

  • 조직 내부의 정보 노출 위협에 대한 관리가 조직 전체의 정보보안 목표 달성에 기여할 수 있음이 밝혀지면서, 조직들은 내부자에 적용되는 정보보안 정책을 엄격하게 구축하고, 보안 시스템에 대한 투자를 높이고 있다. 하지만, 정보보안 사고는 한 명의 고의적인 정보 노출에 의해서도 조직에 피해를 주므로, 심리적 측면에서 내부자의 정보보안 준수 행동 강화를 위한 노력을 하는 것이 요구된다. 본 연구는 정보보안에 대한 불확실한 조직환경이 어떻게 개인의 정보보안 관련 행동에 영향을 주는지를 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구는 정보보안 정책 구축 및 활용하는 조직의 내부자를 대상으로 설문하였으며, 440개의 표본을 활용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 검증 결과, 정보보안 기술 및 커뮤니케이션 불확실성이 정보보안 예상 불안을 통해 정보보안 제언 행동을 감소시켰으며, 개인의 정보 영향 민감성이 정보보안 기술, 커뮤니케이션, 그리고 예상 불안에 의해 변화되는 제언행동을 조절하였다. 연구의 결과는 실무적으로 불확실한 정보보안 환경의 보완 필요성과 개선 방향을 제시한다.

RVR에 의한 자율주행로봇의 정밀제어에 관한연구 (A Study on Precise Control of Autonomous Travelling Robot Based on RVR)

  • Robust voice recognition (RVR) is essential for a robot to communicate with people. One of the main problems with RVR for robots is that robots inevitably real environment noises. The noise is captured with strong power by the microphones, because the noise sources are closed to the microphones. The signal-to-noise ratio of input voice becomes quite low. However, it is possible to estimate the noise by using information on the robot's own motions and postures, because a type of motion/gesture produces almost the same pattern of noise every time it is performed. In this paper, we propose an RVR system which can robustly recognize voice by adults and children in noisy environments. We evaluate the RVR system in a communication robot placed in a real noisy environment. Voice is captured using a wireless microphone. Navigation Strategy is shown Obstacle detection and local map, Design of Goal-seeking Behavior and Avoidance Behavior, Fuzzy Decision Maker and Lower level controller. The final hypothesis is selected based on posterior probability. We then select the task in the motion task library. In the motion control, we also integrate the obstacle avoidance control using ultrasonic sensors. Those are powerful for detecting obstacle with simple algorithm.
