파인블랭킹 금형의 개념설계 자동화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of a Computer Aided Conceptual Die Dosing System for Fine Blanking)

  • This paper describes a research work of developing system for conceptual die design system for Fine blanking. The method of approaching to the system is based on the knowledge-based rules. Knowledge for the system is formulated from experimental results and the empirical knowledge of field experts. This system has been written in VisualLISP on the AutoCAD using a personal computer and in Microsoft Visual Basic ver.6.0. Transference of data is accomplished by DXF (Drawing Exchange Format) method. This system consists of six modules, which are cognition of a drawing, cognition of shear length, calculation of shear force, materials properties database, determination of degree of difficulty of the product, determination of approximate life of punch and die modules. Results carried out in each module will provide efficiency to the designer and the manufacturer of die for Fine blanking. But the main focus of this system is the design of die for Fine blanking in the level of general concept. In order to use powerful tool in this field, developed system will be studied continuously.

내배수시스템 실시간 운영 모형을 이용한 배수펌프장 운영기법 개발 (Development of a Pump Operation Rule in a Drainage Pump Station using a Real Time Control Model for Urban Drainage System)

  • 일반적인 도시 내배수시스템은 시설물과 운영방법으로 구분된다. 시설물은 관거, 수문, 배수펌프장 등으로 구성되며 운영방법은 펌프 및 수문운영으로 구성된다. 이러한 내배수시스템에서 유역의 유출 및 펌프 운영을 실시간으로 모의하고 배수효과를 고려할 수 있는 운영 모형은 펌프를 효과적으로 운영하기 위하여 필요하며, 이러한 실시간 운영 모형을 통하여 도시유역의 침수 위험을 감소시키기 위한 효율적인 펌프 운영 기법의 개발이 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 SWMM 5.0 DLL과 Excel을 포함한 Visual Basic 6.0을 연계하여 실시간 운영 모형을 개발하였다. 또한, 효율적인 펌프 운영을 위한 두 개의 펌프 운영 기법을 제안하였다. 첫째는 각 맨홀의 수위를 통하여 현재 상황을 고려한 펌프의 운영이며, 둘째는 실시간으로 운영되는 각 시간단위별 유입량 전량을 배제하는 기법이다. 제안된 두 개의 기법은 현재의 펌프장 운영 기법인 유수지 수위에 따른 펌프 운영을 모의한 결과와 비교하였으며 개발된 모형은 중곡배수분구에 적용되었다.

Color Evaluation of Commercial Domestic Hardwoods (I)

  • Examined the color of ten species of Korean broadleaf trees were experimented based on $L^*a^*b^*$ values and color difference (${\Delta}E^*ab$) between sapwood and heartwood, in order to analyze and determine the color, a critical visual and decorative factor of the broadleaf trees that can be used for making woodcraft and furniture. According to the result, the entire sapwood and heartwood, except the heartwood of Populus tomentiglandulosa, showed positive value in whiteness, redness, and yellowness and therefore contained yellow and red. None of the species showed color difference between sapwood and heartwood that was trace (0~0.5), slight (0.6~1.5), or very much; whereas Populus maximowiczii showed noticeable color difference (1.5~3.0); Salix koreensis, Betula platyphylla var japonica, Carpinus laxiflora, and Castanea crenata, appreciable and Populus tomentiglandulosa, Juglans mandshurica, Betula schmidtii, Alnus japonica, and Quercus variabilis, much. The color characteristics of heartwood and sapwood of the ten Korean broadleaf tree species studied in this research can be used as basic data for woodcraft or furniture production, especially when replacing foreign woods with Korean ones, and also contribute to convergence researches for science, engineering, and design fields.

굴절교정된 정상안에서 운무 전후에 따른 순음청력역치의 비교 (A Comparison of Pure-Tone Thresholds to the Pre and Post Fogging after Refractive Correction in Normal Eyes)

  • 목적: 본 연구는 굴절교정된 정상안에서 운무 전후에 따른 순음청력검사 값의 변화를 알아보고자 시행하였다. 방법: 안질환이나 청각질환이 없으며, 교정시력이 1.0이상의 젊은 성인 50명(남자: 30명, 여자: 20명)을 대상으로 하였다. 시력교정 전후의 순음청력역치(pure tone threshold)의 변화를 순음청력검사(pure tone audiometry)를 통해서 비교해 보고자 하였다. 결과: 전 주파수 대역에서 운무 후의 순음청력역치가 운무 전보다 더 높게 나타났으며, 그 차이는 2000 Hz를 제외한 전 주파수 대역에서 통계적으로 유의하게 측정되었다(p<.05). 저주파수 대역인 250 Hz와 500 Hz에서 각각 6.8${\pm}$8.4 dBHL과 4.3${\pm}$6.6 dBHL로 나타나 다른 주파수 대역에 비해서 그 차이가 크게 나타났고, 중주파수 대역인 2000 Hz에서는 0.8${\pm}$4.5 dBHL로 가장 작게 나타났다. 결론: 굴절교정된 정상인에서 운무 전과 후의 순음청력검사의 역치값이 다르게 나타나 망막상의 선명도와 청각은 서로 영향을 주는 것으로 판단되며 이 결과는 굴절교정과 청각의 상관성을 제공하는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

통항량 기반의 국가어항 방파제등대 서비스수준 추정 연구 (A Study on the Estimation of Service Level for National Fishing Harbour Breakwater Lighthouse Based on the Traffic Volume)

  • 국가어항은 어선의 피항지로 운영되고 있고, 항구의 식별 및 통항선박의 안전 등을 고려하여 기능시설인 방파제등대가 설치되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 전국 105개 국가어항의 통항량을 기반으로 방파제등대(234기) 서비스수준을 추정하였다. 이를 위해 평가항목의 결정, 기준지수 산정(Fs=1), 근접항 식별, 방파제등대의 기능(서비스수준) 추정 순으로 진행하였다. 하지만 국가어항은 어항의 규모, 통항량, 어선 수용능력 등이 상이하였다. 따라서 105개의 국가어항은 군집분석을 통해 3개의 그룹으로 나누었다. 군집분석은 방파제등대의 서비스수준 요소인 제적어선 척수, 어선톤수, 연간 입출항척수, 어선 수용능력 등을 기준으로 하였다. 추정결과 방파제등대의 서비스수준(등탑의 높이, 등고, 광달거리, 등고)은 그룹1이 10.50m, 16.50m, 7.00mile, 5.5sec이고, 그룹2가 10.67m, 16.16m, 8.33mile, 6.0sec이며, 그룹3이 11.53m, 16.75m, 6.75mile, 5.0sec이다. 이러한 연구결과는 차후 어항에 방파제등대를 신설할 경우 통항선박의 서비스수준 향상을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • This reserch was to develop database software in order to handle a lot of clinical nursing data with nursing diagnoses, related factors, defining characteristics, nursing interventions, nursing activities and nursing outcomes. MS Access2000 and SQL was selected to use a general purpose database logic with an efficiency. MS Visual Basic 6.0 was used to construct the circumstance of Graphic User Interface. The Linkage Database of abdominal surgery patients was constructed from the clinical data and questionnaire. This database system could add related factors, defining characteristics, nursing activities in the database and analyze the statistical results through Access query. In the final stage, end-users satisfaction analysis using 5 points Likert scale was dong with the response of using the database system. The accuracy/trustworthiness of the database system was verified with the highest average scores as 4.42 and also, the efficiency as 4.21, user friendly function as 4.1.

홍수 저류지 규모결정 시스템 개발 (Development of System for Sizing Flood Detention Storages)

  • A system was developed to size flood detention storages at the planned Dangjin residing district. Components of system is consisted of module for deriving relationship between elevation and storage, module for calculating sediment elevation, module for setting outflow sizes and elevations, module for reservoir flood routing, and module for ascertaining sizes of detention facilities. And a system was constructed with Visual Basic 6.0. Using this system, sizes of flood detentions are able to be determined very easily and rapidly only by pushing command buttons and by viewing results.

  • This study aimed at developing the through processing system of questionnaire works for public participating village appraisals. With the data-base system of standardized questions menu pool developed in the previous study, the system was developed using Visual Basic 6.0 and Access 97 and consisted of 3 subsystems; Questionnaire Design, Data-in, Analysis/Presentation. Using the system developed in this study, questionnaire works for village appraisal was carried out at the 3 sample villages and processed. The questionnaire results were compared with resources evaluation results from another past study at the same sample villages, which showed much accordance between them.

일 유출해석을 위한 논 용수 수요량 추정 모형 개발 (Development of Model for Estimating Daily Paddy Water Requirements to Simulate Daily Streamflow)

  • Model for estimating daily paddy water requirements was developed to simulate daily streamflow in upstream and downstream. Evapotranspiration in paddy fields was estimated using modified Penman equation. Daily water requirements in paddy fields were calculated from multiplication of paddy area to ponding depth decreased for one day. And model was constructed with a system form user-friendly and almost completely using controls of image, grid, and etc. in Visual Basic 6.0. The developed model was applied to estimate daily agricultural water requirements at 12 small watersheds during 20 years from 1983 to 2002 with paddy field areas of $3,332{\sim}26,422ha$ in small watersheds, and with agricultural water requirements of $37.22{\sim}294.53mcm$ on yearly average.

  • This paper presents the development of an expert system for monitoring and control of an oil production facility. The objectives of developing an expert system for the oil production facility are to monitor the Important processing parameters in different sections of the facilities and to control battery operations in real time. By providing consistent, fast, and reliable decision support to operators, the expert system can be used for automated monitoring and control of a petroleum production facility located south of Regina in Saskatchewan, Canada. The system was implemented in Visual Basic 6.0.
