The mutual credit of Fisheries Cooperatives is reciprocal financing bring overs and shorts to settlement themselves by filling each other's needs among feeble fishermen economically. The spread of mutual credit through Fisheries Cooperatives reduces private loan dependence and private loan interest rate at fishery village, and that fills up policy financing being restricted by working scale. The restriction factors are conflict cancellation between mutual credit and them bring into existence a village vault, mutual savings and finance companies, private finance. For the sake of continuance growth rate in mutual credit as past, we should eliminate restricted factors in growth. On the other hand the better factors in growth should be act upon affirmation side continually. Consequently under circumstances not to an amicable settlement bring the fisheries fund demand as policy financing, we should do continuous and sound development of fisheries financing by means of putting in good order of fisheries cooperatives mutual credit. Surveying a problem from these viewpoints, when we study more deep and a full into a subject about growth project of mutual credit, we think to expect continuous growth in mutual credit of Fisheries Cooperatives.
This study aims to describe actual condition of residents' involvement of Sk$\"{a}$rk$\"{a}$ll ecovillage in Sweden by in-depth interviews with five residents. This study, hopefully, could contribute to offer useful information for forming ecovillage, as well as awakening about ecovillage movement to the public in Korea. The interviews were fulfilled during spring of 2010 in G$\"{o}$teborg and Sk$\"{a}$rk$\"{a}$ll ecovillage in Sweden. The results are as follows: 1) In terms of overall residents' involvement by self-evaluation everybody agrees with that residents' involvement was quite excellent during forming stage of the village, while it has been notably decreased now in running stage. It reveals there is a gap between ideology and reality. 2) Concerning decision making method, they use majority decision instead of consensus, since only 9 households of 20 are residing there all year around, it is hardly possible to assemble all the residents in the meeting. In Accordance with problematic conflicts in the village recently, development of socialization with others and education of communication skill for residents probably could be helpful to resolve conflicts among residents in long term. 3) In terms of evaluation of ecovillage movement in Sk$\"{a}$rk$\"{a}$ll ecovillage, it is the fact that many residents live less self-sufficiently, more energy consumed than the ideology pursuits. Also, they live with close connections with conventional society. Nevertheless, the efforts they are willing to practice 3R principles (Recycle, Reuse, Reduction) have to be highly respected, if we consider its educational influence to environmental movement for the conventional society.
Since 1971 when the nation wide 'New Community' movement was launched to improve rural standards of living, dol and thatched-roof houses have been reshaped or removed, thereby making it hard to find time-honored people's living structures in the countryside. Since 1977, the improvement work of rural houses has started throughout the country, so many new rural residences have been constructing along the highway, main roads, railways and around the sightseeing area, New rural houses do not show, for the most part, the traditional architectural style and the nation's unique conventional ways of living. The writer tried to find solutions to the problems derived from improvement work of rural residence, in a comparative method of traditional rural houses and newly constructed rural ones. The greater part of new rural houses' types, painting colors, and fence types had been recommended by provincial administrative trative officials. Officials recommended them to the farmer with their standards, which did not consider farmer's convenience of traditional way of life, but a fine sight from the highways or railways. Korea's three basic roof types are the HAPKAK roof (gabled and hipped), the UCHINKAK roof(hipped), and the BAKKOONG roof(gabled). However, the gabled roof houses, having their entrance on the gabled side, are found more ofter in new rural village. As mentioned above, architectural style is not harmonious with the topography and climate i Korea, because it is not Korean traditional type, but one of the western styles. And new rural house plans are inconvenient in the conservation rural family system, because of the same category with urban houses plans. Other problems derived from ton-traditional architecture style are roof painting in 4-5 colors in a new village, types of wall and fence, and attached building in the site.
In a situation in which rural areas are declining, local governments are seeking to revitalize areas by place marketing. Place marketing, defined by various efforts to promote the image of a place, has been used as an economic tool. As a result, the image has been over-promoted and marketing has been driven in a perfunctory manner, so individual residents' lives and experiences have been ignored. Thus, in addition to the traditional types of cultural place marketing and economic place marketing, this study established a 'project for rural revitalization of Hwayang-eup' so that it could be applied to political place marketing aimed at inducing internal investment and improving the welfare of local residents. To implement this project, the concept was set up as building network organization, sustainable development and symbiotic relationship, and various H/W and S/W plans were developed. First of all, in terms of political place marketing, the Hwaeyang Oulim Center was constructed to strengthen the capacity of local autonomous organizations. In terms of cultural place marketing, we explored cultural resources at the village level and created a small community space. In terms of economic place marketing, the landscape around the main street and the township was reorganized to create a cultural business space for urban and rural exchanges. The reinterpretation of place marketing seen through this project was first, it was more process-oriented than results, second, it was important to induce the community-participating village-making project, and finally, the role of experts was important to expand the community movement.
Disease threatens plant growth and recognizing the type of disease is essential to making a remedy. In recent years, deep learning has witnessed a significant improvement for this task, however, a large volume of labeled images is one of the requirements to get decent performance. But annotated images are difficult and expensive to obtain in the agricultural field. Therefore, designing an efficient and effective strategy is one of the challenges in this area with few labeled data. Transfer learning, assuming taking knowledge from a source domain to a target domain, is borrowed to address this issue and observed comparable results. However, current transfer learning strategies can be regarded as a supervised method as it hypothesizes that there are many labeled images in a source domain. In contrast, unsupervised transfer learning, using only images in a source domain, gives more convenience as collecting images is much easier than annotating. In this paper, we leverage unsupervised transfer learning to perform plant disease recognition, by which we achieve a better performance than supervised transfer learning in many cases. Besides, a vision transformer with a bigger model capacity than convolution is utilized to have a better-pretrained feature space. With the vision transformer-based unsupervised transfer learning, we achieve better results than current works in two datasets. Especially, we obtain 97.3% accuracy with only 30 training images for each class in the Plant Village dataset. We hope that our work can encourage the community to pay attention to vision transformer-based unsupervised transfer learning in the agricultural field when with few labeled images.

The purpose of this study was to derive selection attribute of fishing experience villages, and to analyze the importance and performance on targeting experts and experienced tourists. Consequently, it could suggest implications for the guideline and the evaluation criteria of making fishing experience villages for the revitalization of eco experience tourism. Therefore, in this study, literature investigation and IPA analysis were used by Microsoft Office Excel 2010, SPSS 20.0. As a result, the 'variety of local foods and specialties' was the most urgent attribute to require intensive management strategy. And it is recommended to improvement about 'attributes related residents' because it were insensitived on the recognition by users. Satisfaction of 'appropriateness of coast' was the lowest, but the efficiency was quite high. Finally, not only 'the area of control' but also 'the area of influence' should be reviewed as an important aspects on developing the fishing experience village. The significance of this study is to derive selection attributes of making fishing experience villages for revitalization of eco experience tourism, and to suggest strategy directions based on IPA analysis result by experts and experienced tourists. But in this study, the site was limited to Gyeonggi-do, so it is recommended to expand further.
The purpose of this study is to survey the community support program of Green Belt from 2001 to 2011 and propose the improvement of the institution. For research method, the projects were analyzed by year, area, and category using statistical data. The improvement of the institution was drawn through the opinion survey of the interest group such as residents and public servants. For 10 years, 2007 community support projects were carried out and the total amount of government expenditure was 583.9 billion won. Among the support items, life convenience projects comprise 96.7%. For area, metropolitan area comprise 32.5%. There is a bias in items and areas. According to the survey of the residents and public servants, the satisfaction for the community support program is increasing. But it is necessary to enlarge the direct life cost support, activate community involvement and develop new project type. Proposed new projects are such as making characteristic village for income creation, planning for the landscape preservation using historic and traditional resources, making leisure space for nearby residents, and projects for the aged people. And it is proposed to give incentive to the characteristic village projects through competition.

"Borderless village" is a kind of alternative social project to build a multi cultural community of migrant workers around Wongok-Dong, Ansan leaded by Ansan Migrant Center since 1999. We thought this project deserved attention from a view point of social sciences for such reasons as follows. (1)This project could give an opportunity for us to examine the concrete effects of globalization on local areas and responses of these areas to those ones. (2)This project was composed of theoretical concepts very similar to those of reflexive modernization theory. So by examining this project we could have a chance to judge the validity of the latter. (3)The process of making discourses on this project was very interesting. It looks like more democratic and constructive one than others. (4)This project proposed the problem of creating a new form or way of social movement different from so called 'old or new social movements.' Our provisional conclusion of this study was this project could be estimated as very creative and progressive one but it was too abstract to be realistic and effective yet.
This survey is focused on analyzing amenity resources for the purpose of offering basic sources for balanced development and the activation of sightseeing in Anmyen-island which has superior landscape resources and the result follows as this. 1. As a result of selecting "Amenities characterized in isles" and comparing their applications in order to choose amenity resource surveying method which is suitable for the isle districts where beaches, tidelands, fishing villages and so on are formed, it was considered that the surveying method of the rural amenity resource in the Korean Society of Rural Planning could be properly used. 2. In spite of a variety of amenity resources besides ten beaches, Anmyeon-island has been developed only focused on beaches. Therefore, it is highly recommended to develop new sightseeing courses which connect beaches with adjacent amenity resources such as theme programs. 3. It proved that compared with Anmyeoneup, Gonammyeon has superior landscape resources and higher special product rates, which is caused by the fact that it doesn't have various kinds of amenities. As diverse fish inhabit the sea and tidelands in Gonammyeon, it is beneficial for activating sightseeing tours to develop fishing village experiencing programs including going fishing. 4. Anmyen-island can be divided into East district and West distict by the national road no,77 and two districts have different distributional features of sightseeing amenity resources. In the west district, amenity resources such as coastal sightseeing routes, large event halls, and resorts have been activated in addition to fourteen beaches which have already been developed while the amenity resources in the east like fishing villages, tidelands, and salt fields have not been activated. Accordingly, for activating balanced sightseeing development in Amyeon-island, it is required to make plans which can incorporate the east amenity resources of sea sightseeing and the west amenity resources of fishing village experiencing programs. As a way, constructing sightseeing routes connecting the west and the east district or making a detour lane connecting beaches in the west, Anmyeon pine trees in the center, and fishing villages in the east.

Recently as return farmers has been increased rapidly, the introduction of a system of rental housing is being considerated in order to induce regional fixation. It was examined organizational management, business scope of rural type rental housing, management role, through the analysis about the management realities of the business of similar form Rural-Fishing New Town project. Jangseonggun and Hwasungun have maneged rental housing 280ho in Rural-Fishing New Town project. It is large village among Rural Rental Housing. And these counties have organized the complex on a large scale among the rental housing. Local governments have managed and operated directly, also these governments have two different methods for the co-management, and the way of making payment. Rental housing management services are divided into rental management, housing management, tenant management. Rental management services such as residents of recruitment, tenants and retreat, rent collection and the storage, management and leasing promotion of the cantilever, surveys of residents. Housing management services such as check of various facilities, maintenance and maintenance work, security and cleaning and daily facility management. Tenant management is life management in connection with housing welfare. In the rural type of rental housing, there are few cases to operate a management office.
