Public holidays are periods set aside by nations or states to observe particular events like national days, independence anniversary or religious festivals. These days are different from the usual periods of statutory leave or vacation provided for workers in the collective agreement or rule of engagement at the point of entry. These periods of leave enjoyed by workers include annual vacation, casual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, paternity leave and others as may be recognized within an establishment. Individual worker's period of leave is personal and at the discretion of the worker or the organization as the case may be, but public holidays involve the stoppage of work by the entire workforce within the period it would last. Nigeria observes many public holidays some of which, at times, are unplanned for by the people. This has attracted arguments for and against on the basis that these holidays are too many and detrimental to productivity and the national economy. Using secondary data, this paper examines the issue and opines that there is the need to review these public holidays with a view to halting their negative effects on the nation's economy. Also, measures to manage these holidays in line with constitutional provisions are espoused.

Currently, the nation's military is facing a real threat due to a reduction in military service resources and shorter service periods. Based on the military view that puts security first, the military tried to draw its impact and implications on the future army by reflecting the general objective content that the Ministry of National Defense and other government agencies and international agencies share. In other words, this study looks at the direction of the perception of mainstream perspectives (realism, liberalism) on international order, and presents the direction and framework for establishing future security strategies for the Korean Peninsula on the basis of military relevance that reflects the essential characteristics of military organizations contributing to national security on the theory and prospects of international order.

Solar energy is most green and clean, unlimited and sustainable energy source on the earth. It is almost 97% of imported consumer energy in Korea. Because of resource poor nation, it is necessary to do their best to make alternative energy to allot their deficiency of the matter in hand of energy resources of petroleum. In a point of view of this problems, the natural solar energy should be improved by any methods as much, possible as we need. Photovoltaic generation with solar tracking system for obtaining optimal power is one of most benefit equipment to improve power of solar-cell panel producing clean electric power efficiently. Solar tracker is a device for orienting a solar photovoltaic panel toward the sun perpendicularly to sunlight, especially in widely separated place. For this reason, we are very interested in developing the equipment system of tracker, specially in solar cell applications, obtaining a high degree of accuracy to ensure that the optimal sunlight could be directed precisely against to the powered device. As a result, it was obtained of 12.46 volts at 90$^\circ$toward solar panel and 9.44 volts at 45$^\circ$, furthermore, improved efficiency more than 30% of average output voltage between tracker system (12.41V) and fixed system (8.55V), respectively. It is also very useful for optimum power system of widely separated cave.

This paper aims to consider governance and governance of records and archives management suggested with democracy development. And there are some issues like that. First, it's an issue of authenticity and reliability. Authenticity means that records can be proven to be what it purports to be, to have been created or sent by the person purported to have created or sent it, and to have been created or sent at the time purported. Reliability means that the contents of the records can be trusted as a full and accurate representation of the transactions, activities or facts to which they attest and can be depended upon in the course of subsequent transactions or activities. Second, it's a problem of a point of time related opening when the records and archives management process has designed. Third, there is an issue that a people can related records and archives management, or not. Fourth, it's to consider systematic methodology for achieving business management and records management. And last, it's a topic of relation governance of records and archives management and the nation's participation.

Purpose - This study investigated small business members' cognition of happiness in accordance with changes of employment environment at the nation's industrialization. The study verified effects of labor workers' psychological wellbeing conditions upon life satisfaction as well as the effects of job burden and family burden of employment instability. Research design, data, and methodology - The subjects were small business workers in Seoul and Metropolitan areas. The author collected 150 copies of effective questionnaires. Regression analysis, hierarchical analysis and 3-stage mediation regression analysis were done. Results - The findings of this research was that psychological wellbeing factors alleviated job burden and family burden to increase satisfaction with life. Employment instability moderated between job burden and satisfaction with life, job burden between environmental control and satisfaction with life, and family burden between goal and satisfaction of life. Members needed sub factors of psychological wellbeing, especially reflection for self-acceptance. Conclusions - This study inspected effects of small business workers' psychological wellbeing upon life satisfaction at changes of management environment as well as labor environment to verify effects of job burden, family burden and employment instability and to find out conditions of human resources management from point of view of small business and workers.

Purpose - These days, an individual user, private entity, hears everyday news of hacking and personal information leakage in the era of a most-connected society. This study investigates cyber attack, cyber insurance and distribution channels for insurance goods in South Korea by analyzing various cases of cyber attacks in domestic and overseas case. Research design, data and methodology - This study adopted various study cases instead of the one large case for deep quality analysis, and focused on various cases of domestic and overseas cyber attacks with insurance. Result - As a result of analyzing the cases that were hacked, types of massive losses and damages arising out of internet blackout due to cyber risks are paralyzation of public and private website and portal, electronic administrative system, public infrastructure, and consequently a normal operation of nation is impossible. These losses and damages however can be coverable under cyber insurance. Conclusions - This paper suggests insurance carriers, as suppliers, should provide multiple channels to sell to the customer and should expand the strategy of advertisement and promotion in order for them to change their mind and compare the price and value of the information of individual users and private entity in view of cost savings.

Coal-fired power plants supply roughly 50 percent of the nation's electricity but produce a disproportionate share of electric utility-related air pollution. Coal combustion technology can facilitate volume reduction of up to 90%, with the inorganic contaminants being captured in furnace bottom ash and fly ash residues. These disposal coal ash residues are however governed by the potential release of constituent contaminants into the environment. Accelerated carbonation process has been shown to have a potential for improving the chemical stability and leaching behavior of bottom ash residues. The aim of this work was to quantify the volume of $CO_2$ that could be sequestrated with a view to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and stabilize the contaminated heavy metals from bottom ash samples. In this study, we used PC boiler bottom ash, Kanvera reactor (KR) slag and calcined waste lime for measuring chemical analysis and heavy metals leaching tests were performed and also the formation of calcite resulting from accelerated carbonation process was investigated by thermo gravimetric and differential thermal analysis (TG/DTA).

The government sees drones as a key future growth engine, prepares plans to foster the nation-led drone industry, conducts pilot projects in various fields, such as transporting goods, forest protection, monitoring, facility safety diagnosis, and is actively in the use of drones. In particular, the police are attempting to use drones to search for missing people. However, existing drones have a short operating time due to the limitation of battery time. The effectiveness of the existing drones is insufficient because it has no choice but to search by aerial photography on the mountain tops in hillside or dense forest. In this study, we propose an FPV drone that utilizes virtual reality as a drone that can overcome the limitations of searching for missing people.

The formation of design in Korea and the consensus on it's necessity began in 1960's. Industrial design started to be realistically recognized and formed with the establishment of The Korea Industrial & Packaging Design Center. Later on, the industrialization in 1970s has contributed to industrial design campaigns. Now industrial design in Korea shows almost 50-year-long history respectively, and the nation's GNP soars over $ 10, 000. This study focuses on the promotion of effective advances in graphic design, which is said to be most essential in the industry. For this, graphic designer's view on their occupation and the world with their anticipation towards further development of graphic design has been discussed.

Customer satisfaction is becoming an increasingly salient topic in many firms and in academic research. One main rationale behind this interest is that customer satisfaction is believed to be associated with fruitful customer re-visit from the firm's point of view. Some country already had index models which can measure the degree of customer satisfaction. But, such models are ordinary models which used generally the scope of nation-wide industry. Therefore, we needs some modifications to measure customer satisfaction for specific product & service and to provide the valuable feedback to specific firms. In this perspectives, this study will evaluate the customer satisfaction index about automobile company and analyze it's result for valuable feedback. This study will present a model for an integrated customer satisfaction evaluation system which used structural equation modeling. Through this study, we anticipate that it will offer the measuring method about customer satisfaction and some guideline for product design process.
