The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Korean dramas selection factors for Chinese audiences on the national image of South Korea. The results of this study were as follows: First, selection factors of Korean dramas for Chinese audiences were categorized 'subject and content', 'direction and background music', and 'style of actor or actress'. Among these factors, this study was found that a factor of drama's 'subject and content' had an effect on the selection of Korean dramas for Chinese audiences. Second, 'touristic factor', 'cultural factor', and 'stylistic factor' were examined as a national image factor of South Korea for Chinese audiences. The Chinese audiences surveyed responded positively on 'cultural factor'. The images delivered through the Korean TV dramas have very much influenced the Chinese audiences to view contemporary Korean society as a country of modern and urban elegance. Furthermore, the audiences cognized South Korea is a friendly nation as South Korea and China has a similar cultural background like the Confucian culture. Third, the study found selection factors of Korean dramas for Chinese audiences had positive effects on the national image of South Korean. These positive influences were found on 'touristic factor', 'cultural factor', and 'stylistic factor' From these results, Chinese audiences watch Korean dramas focused on 'subject and content', 'direction and background music', and 'style of actor or actress'. Watching Korean dramas help to create the friendly national image of South Korea. The study shows a possibility to increase an interest and preference on the Korean pop culture.

This study reviewed theories on entrepreneurial local governance and inquired the changing regional policy in Chonnam region. The region became exposure as the direct investment unit of global capital by globalization of capital, the inter-regional competition and the relative reduction of the role and function of nation state. Therefore local government have the relative autonomy and the region is effected as the chosen space by capital according to the free movement of capital. It has been argued that there has been a reorientation of urban governance away from the local provision of welfare and services to a more outward-orientated stance designed to foster and encourage local growth and economic development. These profound changes in the way that cities operate have seen the public sector taking over characteristics once distinctive to the private sector leading many commentators to term such modes of governance as entrepreneurial. In Chonnam region, many local governments are introducing entrepreneurial policies for regional development. It appears as place marketing strategy to attract capital and tourists. This strategy is very important to used identity or culture of region in order to make the attractive region. The entrepreneurial characteristics and strategies appear as image unification of region, commodity development of natural or cultural resource, event and business projects. From this point of view, the entrepreneurial policy that is based upon regional growth can cause the problem of social justice like distributional distortion and inequality.
Cultural contact, which means a current that an influential culture diffuses to another, represents the penetration of the one to the other in a negative respect and'mixture'or 'fusion'of them in an affirmative respect. Fusion of cultures was not easy to take place in the past when nationalism and ultranationalism suppressed it ideologically, inconvenient transportation and communications were obstacles to it, and most of countries were under the influences of folk religions. Today, however, mutually heterogeneous cultures can be shared by a lot of things such as collapse of a view of nation resulted from globalization, breakdown of regional characteristics, abolition of trade barriers, freedom of communications and realtime information network. Those have rendered fusion possible. Fusion in this modern consuming society is extending much faster and more extensively than at any time in the past. In addition, more and more cultural elements seem to collide and compromise with one another in the name of fusion, not relaxing the bridle of fusion, from the present situations that preference in consumption becomes subdivided and a variety of individuality is strongly attempted to seek for, This study is on the subject of the properties of'Fusion', one of new styles in a mass culture, especially focused on sociologic cultural phenomena. Furthermore, it is expected to look for a fusion in interior design which expresses sociologic cultural phenomena most in a field of design, to examine it theoretically, and to prospect a future trend of fusion design based on investigation of the latest prevailing trend.
This research aimed to Kimchi to be well known in the World, which to be international food on the each nation and each people, each religion cultural area, with having done Kimchi adaptation plan for localization. Among the plan, Kimchi utilization ways with the localization strategy in Turkish dietary life were investigated to the Kimchi preference, improvement points on Turkish view, for the Turkey person it would be able to apply in Turkish food culture, and the results are as follows. 1. According to sex of Chinese cabbage Kimchi preference, men ($M=3.75\;{\pm}\;0.89$) appeared higher than women ($M=3.62\;{\pm}\;0.88$). Color or appearance preference after Chinese cabbage Kimchi taste was investigated in order that red > burnish felt > transparent > yellow, and the smell preference which was hot($M=4.64\;{\pm}\;1.37$) appeared highest. A hot taste felt most intensely, and it was investigated in order that aftertaste> salty taste > sourness > off flavor taste > fermented fish source taste > sweetness> carbonic acid by the followings. For the feeling of texture of Kimchi, the crunch was higher than durable tough(it was visible the consider difference of the sex 2. That the Korean Kimchi hit to a palatable taste, against 109 people (72.2%) answered suitable appetite to this taste, and the reason which was in order of that hot tasty > appearance > chewing texture > red > fermented flavor was investigated. The accompanied or garnished Turkich food category for Kimchi were answered in order of cooking meat (34.1%)> steamed cooking rice (22.7%)> cooking fish (17.0%)> cooking soybean (14.2%). This result was same tendency with steamed cooking rice accompaniment for Kimchi in Korea and Turkey, and could be applied a new main menu like meat cooking and fish cooking dish which matched and accompanied with Kimchi.
History is not only Hegel's philosophical subject, but it corresponds to his entire system of philosophy. Because his system of philosophy is a description of the self-movement of spirit and 'world history' reveals the overall movement of spirit. Hegel's 'historical and philosophical standpoint' goes through the description of his entire system, and this tendency is more and more reinforced towards the later Hegel. If it is reasonable to find the corresponding relationship between Hegel's system of philosophy and 'world history', the relationship between 'objective spirit' and 'absolute spirit' must be systematically unraveled in the horizon of world history. The world-historical perspective in 'objective spirit' has the limit to consider 'modern European nations' as a final destination. On the contrary, world history that acts as a mediator in the transition from 'objective spirit' to 'absolute spirit' makes it possible to jump in absolute horizon by recognizing limitations of nation states and avoiding specific and limited conditions dialectically. So what is revealed through the study of 'world history' in Hegel's system of philosophy is that in the view of 'absolute spirit' of art, religion, philosophy 'political state' is not the end that all mankind should aim at. Therefore, it is undesirable only to criticize Hegel's philosophy of history as 'Eurocentrism'.

This study deals with keywords from social media on domestic portal sites related to COVID-19, which is spreading widely. The data were collected between January 20 and August 15, 2020, and were divided into three stages. The precursor period is before COVID-19 started spreading widely between January 20 and February 17, the serious period denotes the spread in Daegu between February 18 and April 20, and the stable period is the decrease in numbers of confirmed infections up to August 15. The top 50 words were extracted and clustered based on TF-IDF. As a result of the analysis, the precursor period keywords corresponded to congestion of the Situation. The frequent keywords in the serious period were Nation and Infection Route, along with instability surrounding the Treatment of COVID-19. The most common keywords in all periods were infection, mask, person, occurrence, confirmation, and information. People's emotions are becoming more positive as time goes by. Cafes and blogs share text containing writers' thoughts and subjectivity via the internet, so they are the main information-sharing spaces in the non-face-to-face era caused by COVID-19. However, since selectivity and randomness in information delivery exists, a critical view of the information produced on social media is necessary.

Despite of increasing pressure of opening to free for medical market by an advanced nation and increasing number of portal websites for health information, there have been few studies on the issues of enhancing the service quality of health information websites. The survey exhibited that the quality factors mainly affect significant and satisfied level of health information websites were usability, information structure and contents, interaction, and revisiting. This study was conducted to develop the consumer-focused quality factor of health information websites using WebQual model which was valued at efficient evaluation tool for this information system The methods taken in this research was to survey quality factors for significant and satisfied level of 323 consumers live in Chungcheong-do which is based on 48 questionnaires of WebQual quality factors. Our research extracted quality factors, usability, information quality (information structure and contents), interaction (personalisation and privacy) about view of criticality and satisfaction and relevant degree of revisiting. The research results presented in the paper will provide an efficient way of installing healthcare websites, moreover stone toward a marketing strategy for the consumer focus website provides under fierce competition.
This study started from questioning our general view that the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) is a natural result of Japan being a prosperous and island country. Japan's naval power collapsed after World War II. The initial power of the JMSDF, founded in 1954, was very small and not different from the Republic of Korea Navy (ROKN), mostly consisting of ships given by or borrowed from the US. Although growing into the world's second-largest economy and the geographical characteristics of an island nation acted as an opportunity to increase naval forces, there were also difficulties in the early stage, such as a temporary severance with the Japanese Navy, strategic thinking centered on land forces, and an economic crisis caused by the oil crisis. As a result, the JMSDF has become a world-class naval power and is developing into a four helicopter carrier operating system, which may change the basic concept of exclusive defense. There are various factors behind the growth of Japan's naval power, but this study explores how to develop Korean naval forces by analyzing how Japan developed their escort fleet, the core of the JMSDF, focusing on the eight (艦)-eight (機) fleet system, which was the basic logic behind building the JMSDF.
