  • 기존의 웹사이트의 구축목적은 조직의 홍보에 중점을 두었으나, IT기술 발전과 더불어 웹사이트의 목적은 단순한 정보제공기능을 능가하게 되었다. 연구기관의 웹사이트는 일반기업의 경우와는 달리 복합적인 성격을 가진다. 연구기관 웹사이트의 목적을 연구정보제공, 교환 및 관리의 기능에 초점을 맞추어 보면, 웹사이트의 구축운영 과정에서 제공되어지는 다양한 정보는 효율적인 평가와 신뢰성있는 평가기준을 통해 정보의 질관리가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 현재 구축되어 운영중인 과학기술부/한국과학재단 지정 지역협력연구센터(RRC) 웹사이트 45개를 대상으로 한국웹사이트평가개발원의 3C-D-T 모형을 적용하여 내부사용자 관점과 외부전문가 관점으로 평가를 실시하였다. 내부사용자의 주관적 평가와 외부전문가의 객관적 평가 결과를 비교하는 것을 통해 도출된 요소를 분석함으로써 지역협력연구센터 웹사이트의 운영상 제기되고 있는 문제점들을 각 평가부문별로 제시하고 성공적인 웹사이트의 관리방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

The tools tested in this research consist of three foreign country made and one korean made. In addition, numerical models using finite element method are established, which are confirmed by experimental results. The evaluation results has been feedback for developing high performance end mills fur high speed cutting tools.

  • This study introduces the wind turbine (W/T) noise evaluation procedure required in the international standard (IEC 61400-11) and monitoring system for the evaluation. Noise emission characteristics of a 750kW W/T generator is investigated. Test and evaluation are performed on J48 W/T model which is under operation in Daekwanryung Wind Test Site. With the noise signal, meteorological data and W/T operational data are monitored in real time by the integrated monitoring system using LabVIEW. From the measured noise data, acoustic power level and tonality of the W/T are estimated under the wind speeds required by the international standard.

  • The performance evaluation of AOV(air-operated valve) requires the processes to confirm the actuator system capability. It is necessary to evaluate the thrust of the air actuator for the margin evaluation. In this paper, to evaluate and analysis the air actuator, the performance test system and operating program are developed. This system is composed of several sensors such as pressure sensor, LVDT, and LoadCell which are used to get the data for evaluation. The LabVIEW was used for developing the operating program. The test system and operating program are proved through the actual test of the diaphragm actuator.

  • The representative study of Patellofemoral Joint Merchant method can show the view for inspection of the sulcus angle, congruence angle and diagnose whether there are the vertical fractures and recognize the degree of dislocation and patella subluxation. However, anatomical correlation about the degree of knee joint curvature changes during position adjustment and distortion of the image reduces reproducibility. In order to resolve these problems, Merchant method needs to use assisting device which reduces the occurrence of repeat projection and effectively to increase unification of examination and the consistency of the image. However, there are disadvantages for patients who take other examinations. For example, they have to change the position for every examination and it might cause the patient's discomfort and increase of examination time. In this study, we newly devised commercial assisting device which improves the reproducibility of the images and reduces inconvenience of patients movement. Further research should be taken to obtain a image without patient's movement and to reduce the time of the examination than existing method.

기술경영 경쟁력 측정지표의 개발 (Towards Measuring Competitiveness : A Management of Technology Approach)

  • This study aims to develop a framework to measure MOT competitiveness of enterprises while proposing a concept called management of technology competitiveness (MOTC). The framework of MOTC based on both resource-based view and competence-based view is consisted of technology competitiveness and management competitiveness. A variety of metrics to measure MOTC are extracted through substantial literature review. As technology competitiveness metric, this study examines R&D investment, R&D workforce, R&D facilities, intellectual property assets, and utilization of information and communication technology; as metric of management competitiveness, leadership competitiveness, maturity of the R&D systems, collaboration and partnership, learning and innovation, and commercialization are considered. We then confirm and derive the multi-dimensions of MOTC through its reliability and validity analysis. The study is expected to provide useful guidelines and references for enterprises' self-evaluation of technology and management competitiveness that is equally applicable to small, medium, and large enterprises that must compete in the global marketplace.

Evaluation of acromial spur using ultrasonography

  • Background: The presence of an acromial spur implies a rotator cuff disorder due to impingement between the acromial spur and the rotator cuff. The purpose of the study was to observe acromial spurs using ultrasonography and to compare measurements between plain radiographs and sonograms. Methods: We retrospectively enrolled 51 consecutive patients with acromial spurs, which were interpreted on preoperative plain radiographs (supraspinatus outlet view and 30° caudal tilt) and preoperative sonograms. The ultrasonography transducer was held vertically and continuously moved laterally, which corresponded to the long axis of the long head of the biceps. The distance from the most distal margin of the original acromion to the most projected point of the acromial spur was measured. Results: No significant difference was found between the plain radiograph and ultrasonography measurements (p=0.186). A moderate to strong correlation was detected between the ultrasonography and supraspinatus outlet-view measurements (r=0.776, p=0.000). Conclusions: Anteriorly projected acromial spurs were well-visualized by ultrasonography. No discrepancy in acromial spur length was detected between the use of plain radiography (supraspinatus outlet view and 30° caudal-tilt view) and ultrasonography. The correlation coefficients between the plain radiography and ultrasonography measurements exceeded 0.7.

유방촬영 시 유방보형물 환자에 대한 새로운 압박대 적용의 유용성 평가 (Evaluation of Usefulness of Image by Using New Compression Paddle for Mammoplasty Patient During Mammography)

  • 유방확대수술이 미용을 위한 성형뿐만 아니라 유방암 절제술 후 재건의 목적으로 받는 등의 증가 추세이다. 유방확대수술을 받은 여성은 유방에 삽입한 보형물이 유방실질을 가려 유방질환을 진단하기 어려운 경우가 점점 증가하고 있고, 압박대로인한 보형물 파열 우려로 환자의 두려움은 증가하고 있다. 그러므로 유방보형물 삽입 여성에게 적용 가능한 압박대를 개발하여 그 유용성을 알아보고자 하며, 기존의 압박대와 새롭게 개발한 압박대를 유방보형물 삽입 환자모형의 phantom에 적용시켜 영상을 얻은 후 유방의 Inner, Outer 부분과 유두후방길이(Posterior Nipple Line; PNL), 전체적인 포함면적을 비교하여 그 유용성을 비교해보고자 한다. 개발한 압박대로 압박 시 전체 면적은 CC view에서 $9,813.797mm^2$로 10.09% 증가하였고, CC-ID view에서 $7,621.531mm^2$로 3.88% 증가하였으며, PNL은 CC view에서 90.916mm로 3.41% 증가, CC-ID view에서 75.357mm로 1.64% 증가하였다. 또한 흉벽 측 유방조직은 CC view에서 177.725mm로 3.53% 증가하였고, CC-ID view에서 152.510mm로 6.57% 증가되는 것으로 나타났으며, 기존의 압박대에 비해 개발한 압박대의 CC-ID 영상에서는 보형물이 완전히 제거된 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 정보화 투자에 대한 사전평가, 과정평가, 사후성과 평가를 통해 전자정부의 정보화 예산 투자에 대한 타당성과 효과성 측정 및 측정결과를 기반으로 투자대비 효과의 적합성을 제고 할 수 있는 계량적 평가모델을 제시하였다. 전자정부 과제로 추진된 정부전자문서유통센터 구축사업을 대상으로 정보화 투자에 대한 명확한 성과목표를 설정하고 사전평가 및 사후평가를 객관적으로 측정할 수 있는 핵심성과지표(KPI)를 개발하여 계량적 평가모델을 이용한 결과 활용도와 혁신 측면에서 각 지표 당 향상된 성과평가 결과를 도출하였다.
