Development of an Efficacy Expectation Promoting Program for the Management of Menopause and its Effect (폐경관리를 위한 효능기대증진 프로그램 개발과 그 효과에 관한 연구)

  • The two objectives of this study were 1) to develop an efficacy expectation promoting program for the management of menopause based on the self-efficacy theory of Bandura(1977), and 2) to investigate the effects of the efficacy expectation promoting program for the management of menopause. The first phase was to development an efficacy expectation promoting program through video tape. A telephone coaching program served as a follow-up to the efficacy expectation promoting program which provided encouragement and support to the subjects. The second phase was the experimental stage. This experimentation was conducted to determine whether an efficacy expectation promoting program based on theory of Bandura would increase the self-efficacy and the management of menopause. Results : The video which we developed consisted of 2 parts. Part one discussed the symptoms and the management of menopause. Part two reflected the vicarious step-by-step success of middle-aged women's menopause management. The telephone coaching program served as a follow up to the efficacy expectation promoting program and provided encouragement and support to the subjects. The total length of the video is 50 minutes. The hypotheses stated in phase two were supported by following results : In the two experimental groups consisting of the natural and artificial menopause groups both demonstrated significant increase in their general and concrete self-efficacy scores. In the experimental groups, both the objective and subjective menopause management scores increased n the natural and artificial menopause experimental groups. In conclusion, it was found that an efficacy expectation promoting program was an effective nursing intervention for increasing self-efficacy and management of menopause.

  • Video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) for lobectomy or segmentectomy is considered a favorable alternative to thoracotomy because of its usefulness and safety; it reduces postoperative pain, lowers morbidity, and shortens the hospital stay. However, despite these advantages of VATS, it has been difficult to perform VATS pneumonectomy due to the high morbidity and mortality rate of pneumonectomy. Recently, as VATS techniques have been developed and the usefulness of VATS pneumonectomy has continued to be reported, the frequency of VATS pneumonectomy is gradually increasing at large-volume centers. This article describes VATS pneumonectomy with a focus on the surgical technique.

  • Intraoperative events can occur during video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) lobectomy due to unfavorable surgical anatomy, such as dense adhesions or calcifications around the pulmonary arteries. Troubleshooting intraoperative complications is essential for performing safe and successful VATS pulmonary resection and lymph node dissection. If continuous bleeding occurs or VATS does not proceed despite all measures, conversion to open thoracotomy should not be delayed.

  • In this paper, the write analysis the application of basic video content of Mobil Device Platform in China and studies the future development scheme. According to the survey, as of 2019, 78% of Chinese total population is the Internet service users and application software users. Mobile Device Platform is independently developed to provide video content application services, which already have 640 million video application users from 2013 to the present. 65% of users install and use more than two video content applications. In China TikTok, Kuai Shou, MeiPai and other video content applications, not only can easily achieve simple user interface and users can directly shoot video content. These production functions is different from YouTube, a famous video platform in the United States. In the video platform market, the core competitiveness is content creation. In the future, the integration of video content of VR, AR and other video projects will expecte to further activate the video platform market.

  • This study proposed a logistics plan for sending supply to be distributed to areas other than producing areas to wholesalers and allocating supply to be distributed to areas near producing areas to local distribution center in the vicinity instead of shipping the entire quantity to wholesalers for fruits auction to increase the competitive edge of the domestic fruits and vegetables logistics market in the ear of infinite competition. A video auction-based short distance division logistics operation model was developed to enhance competitiveness related to the circulation of fruits and vegetables, reduce logistics costs, and rationalize logistics by distributing the items sent to wholesalers through field auction and the shipments at local distribution center to neighboring areas through video auction connected to wholesalers real-time. The study especially came up with a logistics rationalization plan by examining and analyzing the stages and costs of transportation between producing areas and wholesalers on the circulation routes of fruits.

Therefore, in this paper, it is helpful to all sorts of accident prevention and safe driving, and risks linked to the outside or the administrator tells, that intelligent video surveillance system which can be real-time analysis and monitoring configuration, technical elements, required features, application and its applies.

The a, pp.oach is compared against individual techniques relating to a neural network, case based reasoning, and induction. In the interest of concreteness, the concepts are presented through a case study involving the prediction of network traffic for video-on-demand.

  • With the development of computer technologies and the increase of internet users, Internet plays an important role in job-recruitment business. However, almost of the sites which provide job offering and job hunting service, merely have the function such as simple inquiry for information corresponding to job offering and job hunting. In this research, the online website whose task is supporting whole procedure of recruitment for real enterprises is constructed to apply the interview procedures of the real enterprises through internet. We utilize the video conference to increase the reality for interview. Also it has functions such as presentation of application form and resume and self introduction using the video conference. Through the online recruitment website we can expect time and cost saving for recruitment for both sides of enterprise to hunt the person and people to seek the job.

  • It is generally recognized that Video On Demand (VOD) service will become a promising interactive service in B-ISDN. We consider a hierarchical two level network architecture for VOD service. The first level consists of connected Local Video Servers(LVSs) in which a limited number of high vision programs are stored. The second level has one Central Video Server(CVS) containing all the programs served in the network. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the network traffic and to propose the storage policy for LVSs. For this purpose, we present an analysis of program storage amount in each LVS, transmission traffic volume between LVSs, and link traffic volume between CVS and LVSs, according to changing the related factors such as demand, the number of LVSs is also presented on the basis of the tradeoffs among program storage cost, link traffic cost, and transmission cost.

  • Many system devices for fluoroscopic and general X-ray studies in diagnostic radiographic system have been being changed from analog mode to digital mode. In addition, among diagnostic imaging and radiologic examinations, fluoroscopic studies that requires functional diagnosis is being widely used. The video recording method of fluoroscopic studies has been useful in functional image diagnosis and dynamic image observation, but the utility of its image quality is being reduced because of limitation in setting play segments of the video player, inconvenience of play, difficulties in preserving reproduced images, the change of image quality, etc. In order to complement these shortages, it is necessary to facilitate access to patient diagnosis information such as storing, editing and sharing functional diagnosis images in response to the trend of the digitalization of digital radiographic & fluoroscopic system(DRF). Thus this study designed and implemented a device of storing functional dynamic images real time using a computer rather than existing video recording, aiming at contribution to functional image diagnosis.
