Airworthiness certification is critical, in ensuring the flight safety of military aircraft for development tests and production operations. The MIL-HDBK-516C, latest airworthiness certification document, handles the field of flying qualities in Chapter 6 (flight technology), and refers to specific chapters of MIL-STD-1797B, which is the specification document for developing military aircraft. Since the MIL-STD-1797B released in 2006 by the U.S. Department of Defense is not disclosed to other countries, the Chapter 6 (flight technology) of MIL-HDBK-516B Expanded, the former certification standards pursuant to flying qualities, has to be applied to military aircraft being developed in the Republic of Korea. However the requirements of Chapter 6 of MIL-HDBK-516B Expanded comprise unclear sentences, because of contents from various development specifications. Also, clarification is needed in that the same requirements have to be verified in different criteria. In this paper, the results of this study present an effective verification method, for acquiring the airworthiness certification in field of flying qualities based on MIL-HDBK-516B Expanded.
Objective : This study aimed to develop a Korean version of the Flow State Scale for Occupational Task (K-FSSOT), to measure the level of a flow experience of a subject in occupational therapy activities. Methods : To develop a measure of K-FSSOT, validity and reliability were verified through a systematic development process. The validity was verified by calculating the content validity index (CVI) through the content validity of 10 occupational therapists and a question-and-answer survey of 20 patients. Reliability was verified by investigating the internal consistency and examination-re-test reliability of 33 patients. Results : The item-CVI for each question in the content feasibility study was .90 to 1.00, and the scale-CVI, which is the average of the whole item, was found to be appropriate at .97. The verification of reliability indicated that the intrinsic value of the entire question was high at .855, and the test-retest reliability value was high at .894 (p<.01), showing a high correlation, and very high reliability. Conclusion : K-FSSOT could be used as a useful tool to measure the level of a flow experience of the target in performing occupational therapy activities for occupational therapists concerned about the participation and flow experience of the target.

One of the technologies in urban agriculture, hydroponics cultivation, has primarily focused on technological development, resulting in a lack of research on urban agriculture's cultural utilization aspects, encompassing cultural values associated with urban residents' leisure activities. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the participation constraints perceived by school community members when implementing urban farming activities using hydroponics and understand the structural relationships between the variables that influence decision-making from the perspective of leisure activities in urban farming. As a result, participation constraints in urban farming activities utilizing hydroponics were first categorized into intrinsic, interpersonal, and structural factors. Second, the results of hypothesis model verification showed that interpersonal constraints significantly influenced the participants' willingness to participate and their expected behavior. This study found the multidimensional perceptions of school community members regarding hydroponic urban farming conducted in urban spaces, particularly rooftops, and revealed the influence of decision-making factors on participation when conducting urban farming activities using hydroponic cultivation.

E-voting is a concept that includes actions such as kiosk voting at a designated place and internet voting at an unspecified place, and has emerged to alleviate the problem of consuming a lot of resources and costs when conducting offline voting. Using E-voting has many advantages over existing voting systems, such as increased efficiency in voting and ballot counting, reduced costs, increased voting rate, and reduced errors. However, centralized E-voting has not received attention in public elections and voting on corporate agendas because the results of voting cannot be trusted due to concerns about data forgery and modulation and hacking by others. In order to solve this problem, recently, by designing an E-voting system using blockchain, research has been actively conducted to supplement concepts lacking in existing E-voting, such as increasing the reliability of voting information and securing transparency. In this paper, we proposed an electronic voting system that introduced hybrid blockchain that uses public and private blockchains in convergence. A hybrid blockchain can solve the problem of slow transaction processing speed, expensive fee by using a private blockchain, and can supplement for the lack of transparency and data integrity of transactions through a public blockchain. In addition, the proposed system is implemented as BaaS to ensure the ease of type conversion and scalability of blockchain and to provide powerful computing power. BaaS is an abbreviation of Blockchain as a Service, which is one of the cloud computing technologies and means a service that provides a blockchain platform ans software through the internet. In this paper, in order to evaluate the feasibility, the proposed system and domestic and foreign electronic voting-related studies are compared and analyzed in terms of blockchain type, anonymity, verification process, smart contract, performance, and scalability.

As data utilization is becoming more important recently, the importance of data centers is also increasing. However, the data center is a problem in terms of environment and economy because it is a massive power-consuming facility that runs 24 hours a day. Recently, studies using deep learning techniques to reduce power used in data centers or servers or predict traffic have been conducted from various perspectives. However, the amount of traffic data processed by the server is anomalous, which makes it difficult to manage the server. In addition, many studies on dynamic server management techniques are still required. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a dynamic server management technique based on Long-Term Short Memory (LSTM), which is robust to time series data prediction. The proposed model allows servers to be managed more reliably and efficiently in the field environment than before, and reduces power used by servers more effectively. For verification of the proposed model, we collect transmission and reception traffic data from six of Wikipedia's data centers, and then analyze and experiment with statistical-based analysis on the relationship of each traffic data. Experimental results show that the proposed model is helpful for reliably and efficiently running servers.
To study the evaluation standard and control limit of mortar filling layer void length, in this paper, the train sub-model was developed by MATLAB and the track-bridge sub-model considering the mortar filling layer void was established by ANSYS. The two sub-models were assembled into a train-track-bridge coupling dynamic model through the wheel-rail contact relationship, and the validity was corroborated by the coupling dynamic model with the literature model. Considering the randomness of fastening stiffness, mortar elastic modulus, length of mortar filling layer void, and pier settlement, the test points were designed by the Box-Behnken method based on Design-Expert software. The coupled dynamic model was calculated, and the support vector regression (SVR) nonlinear mapping model of the wheel-rail system was established. The learning, prediction, and verification were carried out. Finally, the reliable probability of the amplification coefficient distribution of the response index of the train and structure in different ranges was obtained based on the SVR nonlinear mapping model and Latin hypercube sampling method. The limit of the length of the mortar filling layer void was, thus, obtained. The results show that the SVR nonlinear mapping model developed in this paper has a high fitting accuracy of 0.993, and the computational efficiency is significantly improved by 99.86%. It can be used to calculate the dynamic response of the wheel-rail system. The length of the mortar filling layer void significantly affects the wheel-rail vertical force, wheel weight load reduction ratio, rail vertical displacement, and track plate vertical displacement. The dynamic response of the track structure has a more significant effect on the limit value of the length of the mortar filling layer void than the dynamic response of the vehicle, and the rail vertical displacement is the most obvious. At 250 km/h - 350 km/h train running speed, the limit values of grade I, II, and III of the lengths of the mortar filling layer void are 3.932 m, 4.337 m, and 4.766 m, respectively. The results can provide some reference for the long-term service performance reliability of the ballastless track-bridge system of HRS.

Git's commit messages manage the history of source changes during project progress or operation. By utilizing this historical data, project risks and project status can be identified, thereby reducing costs and improving time efficiency. A lot of research related to this is in progress, and among these research areas, there is research that classifies commit messages as a type of software maintenance. Among published studies, the maximum classification accuracy is reported to be 95%. In this paper, we began research with the purpose of utilizing solutions using the commit classification model, and conducted research to remove the limitation that the model with the highest accuracy among existing studies can only be applied to programs written in the JAVA language. To this end, we designed and implemented an additional step to standardize source change data into natural language using GPT. This text explains the process of extracting commit messages and source change data from Git, standardizing the source change data with GPT, and the learning process using the DistilBERT model. As a result of verification, an accuracy of 91% was measured. The proposed model was implemented and verified to ensure accuracy and to be able to classify without being dependent on a specific program. In the future, we plan to study a classification model using Bard and a management tool model helpful to the project using the proposed classification model.
This study provides a prospect for the fast growing the smartwatch market by investigating the relationship between the satisfaction and the continuous use intention of Apple watch users, as well as the factors influencing their satisfaction. Based on the TAM, this study uses system quality, information quality, and self-efficacy as independent variables, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and satisfaction as mediators, and continuous use intention as the dependent variable. We analyze the data of 256 individuals who completed an online survey with SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 software. This study conducts several tests and analyses to empirically evaluate the data including reliability analysis, factor analysis, feasibility analysis, path analysis, hypothesis verification, and mediation analysis. Our results investigate which factors may influence consumers' intention to continuously using Apple Watch devices in the future. In summary, satisfaction has a positive effect on the intention to continuously use smartwatchs. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive effect on satisfaction. Among the three factors (system quality, information quality, and self-efficacy), only self-efficacy has no significant impact on perceived usefulness but had a positive effect on perceived ease of use. In addition, system quality and information quality positively affect perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, satisfaction, and continuous intention to use an Apple Watch. Taking the Apple Watch as the subject of our research topic, this study provides theoretical value by exploring the impact of user's satisfaction with their smartwatch on their continuous usage intention. This study further explains the influence of system quality, information quality, and self-efficacy on user satisfaction. Additionally, this research offers valuable insight to practitioners by confirming that information quality, system quality, and self-efficacy are important features for enhancing satisfactory user experiences which in turn may increase users' intention to continued using smartwatches.

Over recent years, 6 Sigma has become a key methodology in manufacturing for quality improvement and cost reduction. However, challenges have arisen due to the difficulty in analyzing large-scale data generated by smart factories and its traditional, formal application. To address these limitations, a big data-based 6 Sigma approach has been developed, integrating the strengths of 6 Sigma and big data analysis, including statistical verification, mathematical optimization, interpretability, and machine learning. Despite its potential, the practical impact of this big data-based 6 Sigma on manufacturing processes and management performance has not been adequately verified, leading to its limited reliability and underutilization in practice. This study investigates the efficiency impact of DX SS, a big data-based 6 Sigma, on manufacturing processes, and identifies key success policies for its effective introduction and implementation in enterprises. The study highlights the importance of involving all executives and employees and researching key success policies, as demonstrated by cases where methodology implementation failed due to incorrect policies. This research aims to assist manufacturing companies in achieving successful outcomes by actively adopting and utilizing the methodologies presented.

The estuary dam is a structure installed and operated in a closed state except when flood event occurs to prevent inland saltwater intrusion and secure freshwater supply. However, the closed state of dam leads to issues such as eutrophication, so it is necessary to examine the extent of saltwater intrusion resulting from the opening of sluice gates. Groundwater, due to its subsurface conditions and slow flow characteristics, is widely analyzed using numerical models. OpenGeoSys, an open-source software capable of simulating Thermal- Hydraulic- Mechanical- Chemical phenomena, was adopted for this study. Simulations were conducted assuming natural flow conditions without dam and operating considering busy farming season, mostly from March to September. Verification of the model through analytical solutions showed error of 3.7%, confirming that OpenGeoSys is capable of simulating saltwater intrusion for these cases. From results simulated for 10 years, considering for the busy farming season, resulted in about 46% reduction in saltwater intrusion length compared to natural flow conditions, approximately 74.36 m. It may be helpful to make choices to use groundwater as a water resource.
