In the aerospace industry, we have produced various models according to operational conditions and the environment after development of the base model is completed. Therefore, when design change is necessary, there are modification and updating costs of the circuit whenever environment variables change. For these reasons, recently, in various fields, system designs that can flexibly respond to changing environmental conditions using field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) are attracting attention, and the rapidly changing aerospace industry also uses FPGAs to organize the system environment. In this paper, we design the controller area network (CAN) intellectual property (IP) protocol used instead of the avionics protocol that includes ARINC-429 and MIL-STD-1553, which are not suitable for small unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems at the register transistor logic (RTL) level, which does not depend on the FPGA vender, and we verify the performance. Consequentially, a Spartan 6 FPGA model-based system on chip (SoC) including an embedded system is constructed by using the designed CAN communications IP and Xilinx Microblaze, and the configured SoC only recorded an average 32% logic element usage rate in the Spartan 6 FPGA model.

This paper present a robot controller developed for shipbuilding yard. Since shipbuilding process handles large work pieces and has dusty and noisy environment, the developed controller has separated architecture into main control part and servo control part. Main control part is located in control room while servo control part is located near robot with work pieces. Commutation between two parts is done through SynqNet and RS485. Air purging system is adapted to servo control part for better reliability. We aimed open architecture in both hardware and software architecture. For open hardware architecture, we employed Compact PCI (cPCI) because it is widely used bus system and very reliable. Since lots of commercial boards are available with cPCI interface, upgrade and reconfiguration is easy. For open software architecture, Windows XP�� Embedded is selected as operating system (OS), because it is very popular OS and most hardware vender supports device driver for the windows XP.

본 연구는 국내 섬유의류산업의 공급사슬관리 시스템인 QR(Quick Response) 시스템 구현에 웹서비스 기반의 ASP(WS-ASP) 모델을 제시한다. 국내 섬유의류산업은 대부분 중소기업으로 구성되어 있어서 전문 IT인력을 확보하기 어렵고 대규모 IT 투자여력도 없는 형편이다. ASP 모델은 소프트웨어 온 디맨드 서비스를 저렴한 사용 수수료로 제공받을 수 있다는 장점 이 있으나, ASP 벤더에 대한 의존도가 높아 벤더 위험이 크다는 단점이 있다. 본 연구는 WS-ASP모델을 통해 소프트웨어 온 디맨드 서비스를 여러 특화된 WS-ASP벤더에 분산시켜 벤더 위험을 감소시킴으로써 ASP모델의 단점을 보완하여 QR 시스템에 적절함을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to review the process for the trade settlement system between all parties involved in the commercial transaction under SURF System. SURF application is the latest value added service from bolero.net and a fully automated documentary settlement system. It extends bolero.net's capability to enable trade transactions by providing a delivery versus payment system. It has been designed as a standard, shared, infrastructure component for handling trade settlement within an electronic environment to keep step with the operation of electronic Bolero bill of Lading. It exploits the services provided by the Bolero Core Messaging Platform - secure, guaranteed transactions based on boleroXML standards to provide document compliance services with optional bank guarantees. So, SURF system can automatically check all commonly used trade documents such as commercial invoices, bills of lading and certificates of weight and analysis, etc and supports a full range of settlement options including Open Account, Documentary Collections, Documentary Credit. 58 have key features as follows, ① automatic document compliance checking, ② integrated with the Title Registry, ③ supports various forms of vender financing, ④ governed by a set of legally binding rules, ⑤ fully prepared for Straight-Through-Processing, ⑥ Enabled compliance with UCP 500.

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) constitute an important part of current industrial economies. Information technologies can be useful strategic weapons for SMEs by enhancing their competitiveness. Categorized as one kind of cloud computing, SaaS is a computing resource and software sharing model which can be accessed via the Internet. Based on virtualization technology, SaaS is expected to improve the efficiency and quality of the IT service level in SMEs. This study attempts to identify the determinants of SaaS adoption intention among Korean SMEs. Through the lens of the theory of planned behavior, this study adopts technological, organizational, environmental factors to explore the determinants of cloud computing adoption intention. The research population is the SMEs that have been funded by the Korean government. Partial least square method was used for empirical analysis of 190 samples collected through on-line survey. The results show that the positive attitude is influenced by business process improvements. Vender support and top management support are positively associated with subjective norm. Vendor support, top management support can relieve perceived behavior control factors. Government support directly influences adoption intention of cloud computing. These findings can provide useful strategy for both SMEs and vendors of SaaS.

In Korea's distribution and production field establishment of logistics information system and automation of logistics were greatly developed. But there is no characteristic and professionalism about hospital logistics, and distribution center is located in outside warehouse, logistics system is very important. Since hospital has human power to receive product, system is not as much required, but outside warehouse requires system for arrival from medicine and medical supplies wholesale dealer and vender, warehousing, storage, and automation facilities, and system for various works such as peaking instruction, classification, packing, cargo-working, delivery, order of medicine from hospital and non-medicine in hospital is essential. Therefore, This study is about development of automatic identification of slide which cannot be overlooked in efficiency of hospital logistics, establishment of database, and information interlocking between automatic storage system and outside warehouse.

최근 들어, 중소기업에서의 기업자원관리시스템 구현에 관한 관심과 연구가 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업에서의 기업자원관리(ERP) 소프트웨어 품질, 벤더의 지원, 사용자 정보 만족도 및 ERP 구현 성과와의 관련성을 규명하였다. 이와 같은 실증연구를 통하여 ERP 소프트웨어 품질과 벤더의 지원이 중소기업에서의 성공적인 ERP 구현과 밀접한 관련이 있음을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 내부자원이 상대적으로 부족한 중소기업의 ERP 시스템 구현에 있어서 패키지 소프트웨어 품질과 벤더의 지원에 대한 의존성과 중요성에 관한 시사점을 제공하였다.

This study examines the utilization effect of FTA on the sales and profit of the secondary auto-part suppliers in two aspects: 1) firm-level survey on the utilization of FTA and 2) statistical inference on the FTA effects on their sales and profit. We use the GLS statistical technique, panel and survey data of 130 secondary auto-part suppliers in the Daegu and Kyungpook area in 2007-2016. The evidence shows that the secondary auto-part suppliers struggle to prepare documents for the FTA certificates of origin due to their small firm size, although they utilize the FTA at the relatively high rate of 92 percent. Statistical evidence shows that an increase in the export of the first vender significantly affects the sale of the secondary auto-part vendors, but not their profit. The low profit and high managing cost of utilizing the FTA deteriorate the utilization effect of the FTA of the secondary auto-part vendors, which is a key factor in a global supply chain and for the competitiveness of the automobile industry. Government policies are required for the secondary auto-part suppliers to utilize the FTA more effectively and share the benefits of tariff reduction with first auto-part vendors under FTA transaction.

This paper proposes Internet-based checking technique for machine-tools with variant CNC (Computerized Numerical Controller). According to the architecture of CNC, CNC is classified into two types such as CAC (Closed Architecture Controller) which is conventional CNC, and OAC (Open Architecture Controller) which is a recently introduced PC-based controller. CAC has a closed architecture and it is dependent on CNC vender specification. Because of this, it has been very difficult for users to implement an application programs in CNC domain. Therefore, an additionally special module is required for Internet-based application such as remote checking. In this case, web I/O embedded module can be efficiently applied for Internet-based checking. The module is directly attached to TCP/IP network for communication. In order to obtain the monitoring data of CNC machines, the I/O signals of the module are assigned to PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) input and output (I/O) signals within CNC domain. On the other hand, OAC has a PC-based open architecture and an additional module is not necessary for the connection with external site. Because of this, a simple DAU is just used for signal sensing and data acquisition without additional communication modules. For Internet-based remote checking of machine-tools with OAC, a user-defined daemon and application programs are implemented as the form of internal function within the PC-based controller. Internet communication is performed between the daemon program in CNC domain and web script programs in external server. Checking points defined in this research are classified into two categories such as structured point and operational point. The formal includes the vibration of bearing, temperature of spindle unit and another periodical management. And the latter includes oil checking, clamp locking/unlocking and machining on/off status.

인터넷을 통한 전자상거래가 보편화됨에 따라 다품종, 소량 생산품을 취급하는 중소 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 수가 증대되었다. 중소 인터넷 쇼핑몰은 그 특성상 다수의 재고물량을 확보할 수 있는 공간이 부족하다. 따라서 전통적인 재고 관리 방법으로 고객의 요구에 즉각적으로 반응하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 판매자의 판매량에 따라 공급업체가 재고량을 조절할 수 있는 VMI를 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 도입한 SOHO-VMI를 제안한다. 제안된 SOHO-VMI는 다수의 공급업자 및 판매자와 상호작용 할 수 있는 M $\times$ N 구조를 지원한다. 그리고 기존 시스템에서 사용하는 EDI 문서와 상호작용을 위해 XML/EDI를 사용하도록 제안하였다. 또한, 판매자의 물품 판매 정보 및 계절적 요인을 고려하여, 공급업체에서 물품생산량 및 유통량을 조절 할 수 있는 물류 통계 예측 알고리즘을 제안하였다.
