역설계 방법에 의한 시편 치수 형상의 오차율 분석 (Analysis of Master Dimensional Shape Error Rate According to Reverse Engineering Technique)

  • In this study, an experiment was conducted using a 3D scanner, commonly used in reverse engineering techniques, and the newly introduced CT measuring machine. The hole, width, and angle of specimens having various shapes were designated, the error rates in dimensional modelling generated during scanning with each device were compared, and the models were printed using a 3D printer. A secondary comparative analysis of the two printed specimens was conducted; the causes of dimension errors that occur during the printing process after scanning with each device and the differences associated with variation in shape were also analyzed. Based on the analysis results, the featured shape for each scanning application method and issues to consider in reverse engineering were presented, and the use of the CT measuring machine was recommended as a method to minimize error rates in dimensions and ensure efficient reverse engineering.

고등학교 가정과의 역량 기반 평가 프레임워크 개발 (Development of a Competency-Based Assessment Framework for High School Home Economics)

  • The dual aims of this study were i) to explore the effectiveness of an assessment method that can measure the competencies learned through high school home economics and ii) develop a competency-based assessment framework for high school home economics, including components of competency-based assessment, item development system, and other elements. The study involved the following stages: literature analysis, draft development, concretization, validity verification, and final version. Based on the results of the literature analysis and expert deliberation, a competency-based assessment framework for high school home economics was developed which comprised three dimensions: 'core idea' × 'process' × 'context and value'. Based on this, an item analysis table was presented to systematize various activities for the competency-based assessment of high school home economics, following which a holistic rubric suitable for competency assessment tasks was proposed by referring to the newly developed 'process' dimension assessment criteria. This study is significant in that it is the first to propose a competency-based assessment framework that systematically presents a variety of assessment activities. These will facilitate the development of assessment standards and tools that teachers can refer to or trust in the changing school environment due to the introduction of the standard-based assessment system based on a high school credit system, and the guarantee of a minimum achievement level.

Teacher Change in Teaching Practices Towards Developing Students' Reasoning in Mathematics

  • Research shows that formative assessment has a more powerful effect on student learning than summative assessment. This case study of an 8th grade algebra classroom focuses on how the implementation of Formative Assessment Lessons (FALs) and the participation in teacher learning communities related to FALs changed in the teacher's instructional practices, over the course of a year, to promote students' mathematical reasoning and justification. Two classroom observations are analyzed to identify how the teacher elicited and built on students' mathematical reasoning, and how the teacher prompted students to respond to and develop one another's mathematical ideas. Findings show that the teacher solicited students' reasoning more often as the academic year progressed, and students also began developing mathematical reasoning in meaningful ways, such as articulating their mathematical thinking, responding to other students' reasoning, and building on those ideas leading by the teacher. However, findings also show that teacher change in teaching practices is complicated and intertwined with various dimensions of teacher development. This study contributes to the understanding of changes in teaching practices, which has significant implications for teacher professional development and frameworks for investigating teacher learning.

  • 서비스품질에 관한 이론이 우리나라에 도입된 이후 병원, 호텔, 여행, 금융, 통신, 소매업 등 많은 업종에 걸쳐 연구되어 왔으나, 교육 분야에서는 이에 대한 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 또한 최근 교육수요자의 요구와 기대에 부응할 수 있는 수요자중심 교육시스템이 교육서비스를 제공하는 대학들의 과제가 되었다. 그리고 시장경제의 원리에 입각하여 경쟁력 향상을 위해서는 대학의 교육서비스에도 서비스 품질 개념의 도입이 요구된다. 본 연구는 SERVQUAL에 기초하여 대학의 교육 및 행정 서비스품질의 구성요인을 파악하고, 지각된 서비스품질의 성과가 서비스만족과 가치에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 도출하였고, 이러한 요인들 간의 서비스품질 향상에 주요한 요인을 찾아 이것을 토대로 효과적인 서비스품질 향상방안을 제시하였다.

  • 본고는 그간 독립적으로 존재해 왔던 학문분류 연구분류 기술분류 산업분류 전공분류 및 취업 분류와 같은 지식활동과 관련된 분류체계를 상호 연계시켜 종합적으로 보는 새로운 모형을 제시하고 그를 구체적으로 구현하는 방법을 다룬 것이다. 중 분야 이상의 의미를 갖는 학문분류와 소 분야 이하의 의미를 갖는 연구분류를 통합시킨 학문/연구분류는, 자체가 연구분야와 적용분야로 구성되는 2차원형이지만, 한편으로는 다양한 기술분류와 산업분류로 연계되고, 다른 한편으로는 전공(교육)분류와 취업분류로 연계된다. 연계시키는 방법은 두 개 이상의 분류체계를 동시에 기재하도록 하고, 그러한 기재를 허용하는 정보시스템과 데이터베이스를 갖추고, 필요에 따라 몇 개의 분류체계를 선택하여 동시에 사용하면 된다. 본고는 새로운 분류체계를 보이고자 한 것이지만 기본적인 의도는 분류체계를 넘어선다. 지식사회의 기본적인 활동인 지식활동을 종합적으로 파악하기 위한 수단을 강구하고자 한 것이다.

음질, 운율, 발음 특징을 이용한 마비말장애 중증도 자동 분류 (Automatic severity classification of dysarthria using voice quality, prosody, and pronunciation features)

  • 본 논문은 말 명료도 기준의 마비말장애 중증도 자동 분류 문제에 초점을 둔다. 말 명료도는 호흡, 발성, 공명, 조음, 운율 등 다양한 말 기능 특징의 영향을 받는다. 그러나 대부분의 선행연구는 한 개의 말 기능 특징만을 중증도 자동분류에 사용하였다. 본 논문에서는 음성의 장애 특성을 효과적으로 포착하기 위해 마비말장애 중증도 자동 분류에서 음질, 운율, 발음의 다양한 말 기능 특징을 반영하고자 하였다. 음질은 jitter, shimmer, HNR, voice breaks 개수, voice breaks 정도로 구성된다. 운율은 발화 속도(전체 길이, 말 길이, 말 속도, 조음 속도), 음높이(F0 평균, 표준편차, 최솟값, 최댓값, 중간값, 25 사분위값, 75 사분위값), 그리고 리듬(% V, deltas, Varcos, rPVIs, nPVIs)을 포함한다. 발음에는 음소 정확도(자음 정확도, 모음 정확도, 전체 음소 정확도)와 모음 왜곡도[VSA(vowel space area), FCR (formant centralized ratio), VAI(vowel articulatory index), F2 비율]가 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 특징 조합을 사용하여 중증도 자동 분류를 시행하였다. 실험 결과, 음질, 운율, 발음 특징 세 가지 말 기능 특징 모두를 분류에 사용했을 때 F1-score 80.15%로 가장 높은 성능이 나타났다. 이는 마비말장애 중증도 자동 분류에는 음질, 운율, 발음 특징이 모두 함께 고려되어야 함을 시사한다.

2022 개정 초등학교 과학과 교육과정 성취기준 진술 분석 (Analysis of Achievement Standards Statements of 2022 Revised Elementary School Science Curriculum)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 2022 개정 초등학교 과학과 교육과정의 성취기준 진술을 분석하여 곧 적용될 교육과정의 성취기준을 구체적으로 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위해 Bloom의 신교육목표분류체계에 기초해 초등학교 전체 성취기준의 진술을 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성취기준의 진술이 특정 지식 차원과 인지과정차원에 편중되어 있다. 이는 2022 개정 교육과정의 목표와 과학과의 교수·학습 방향에 부합하지 못하므로 다양한 유형의 활동과 탐구 학습이 가능한 성취기준을 개발해야 한다. 둘째, 학년군별 지식 수준과 인지 수준의 위계화가 필요하다. 상위 학년군에서 오히려 하위 지식·인지과정 차원이 차지하는 비율이 증가하였으므로 체계적인 위계화를 고려해야 한다. 셋째, 성취기준 서술어를 다양하게 사용할 필요가 있다. 특정 서술어에 의존하는 경향은 이전 교육과정보다 줄었지만, 한두 차례만 사용한 서술어가 절반 정도를 차지하므로 다양한 서술어를 균형 있게 사용할 필요가 있다. 이 연구의 결과를 2022 개정 초등학교 과학과 교육과정에 따른 초등학교 과학 교과서의 성취기준에 반영하도록 성취기준 진술의 설계를 논의할 필요가 있다. 후속 연구로 과학 교육의 성격과 목표, 내용 요소를 고려하여 초등학교 과학 교육에 적절한 성취기준의 진술 방식 탐색 및 과학과 전체 교육과정의 위계성과 연속성 분석을 위한 중·고등학교 과학과 교육과정의 성취기준 비교 분석을 제안하였다.

Feature Selection Using Submodular Approach for Financial Big Data

  • As the world is moving towards digitization, data is generated from various sources at a faster rate. It is getting humungous and is termed as big data. The financial sector is one domain which needs to leverage the big data being generated to identify financial risks, fraudulent activities, and so on. The design of predictive models for such financial big data is imperative for maintaining the health of the country's economics. Financial data has many features such as transaction history, repayment data, purchase data, investment data, and so on. The main problem in predictive algorithm is finding the right subset of representative features from which the predictive model can be constructed for a particular task. This paper proposes a correlation-based method using submodular optimization for selecting the optimum number of features and thereby, reducing the dimensions of the data for faster and better prediction. The important proposition is that the optimal feature subset should contain features having high correlation with the class label, but should not correlate with each other in the subset. Experiments are conducted to understand the effect of the various subsets on different classification algorithms for loan data. The IBM Bluemix BigData platform is used for experimentation along with the Spark notebook. The results indicate that the proposed approach achieves considerable accuracy with optimal subsets in significantly less execution time. The algorithm is also compared with the existing feature selection and extraction algorithms.

자기결정성이론과 학습몰입이론을 적용한 MOOC 지속사용의도에 관한 연구 : 한·중 문화차이 분석 (A Study on the Intention of Continuous use of MOOC Applying Self-Determination Theory and Learning Flow Theory : Focused on Differences between Korean and Chinese Culture)

  • Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) is online education that anyone can register for free and has internet access. MOOC is also called Education Revolution and is spreading rapidly all over the world. Although recent MOOC high-quality classes may enhance the value of MOOC, MOOC learning still needs much research. Since MOOC has low learning completion rate and continuous use rate, various studies on the reasons that learners give up at the beginning of learning have not been tried yet This research is studied for the continuous intention of use of MOOC applying self-determination theory and learning flow theory based on technology acceptance model. In particular, the research are conducted for cultural difference in continuous usage of MOOC between Korean and Chinese. The research results show that self-determination theory applying perceived autonomy, perceived competence, and perceived relatedness and learning flow is useful to explain continuous use of MOOC. The research also shows that Hofstede theory works well in explaining the cultural difference between Korea and China in continuous usage of MOOC. The result shows that korean is more influenced by perceived external motivation like perceived usefulness and chinese is more influenced by internal motivation like learning flow in continuous use of MOOC.

Application of nanocomposite material to avoid injury by physical sports equipment

  • Safety in sports is important because if an athlete has an accident, he may not be able to lead an everyday life for the rest of his life. The safety of sports facilities is very effective in creating people's sports activities, with the benefits of staying away from physical injury, enjoying sports, and mental peace. Everyone has the right to participate in sports and recreation and to ensure that they want a safe environment. This study prepares a very good Nickel-Cobalt -Silicon carbide (Ni/Co-SiC) nanocomposite with convenient geometry on the leg press machine rod, employing the pulse electrodeposition technique to reduce the rod's wear and increase the durability of sports equipment and control sports damages. The results showed that the Ni/Co-SiC nanocomposite formed at 2 A/dm2 shows extraordinary microhardness. The wear speed for the Ni/Co-SiC nanocomposite created at 4 A/dm2 was 15 mg/min, showing superior wear resistance. Therefore, the Ni/Co-SiC nanocomposite can reduce sports equipment's wear and decrease sports injuries. Ni-Co/SiC nanocomposite layers with various scopes of silicon carbide nanoparticles via electrodeposition in a Ni-Co plating bath, including SiC nanoparticles to be co-deposited. The form and dimensions of Silicon carbide nanoparticles are watched and selected using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).
