Korean overseas construction has been on the rise, and exceeded the 2011 goal of $50 billion by securing $59.1 billion in orders. However, these orders were heavily concentrated in the Middle East (50%) and plant construction contracts (75%). This study suggests that, to maintain growth in foreign markets, Korea construction companies should enter into the high value-added investment development business and aggressively seek ways to diversify their regions of activity and construction types. To secure the entry of Korean construction companies into lucrative markets and better understand the competitive factors facing Korean construction concerns, a survey of the literature and focus group discussions targeting relevant experts were carried out. From those efforts, a list of 44 competitive factors crucial to entering and competing in the international investment development business was developed. Survey responses were analyzed by applying IPA. The results revealed that while Korean concerns compete well in engineering/technical capabilities, maintaining a cooperative relationship with contractors, and warranty/after sales service capabilities, their ability to obtain business information on the target country, to form private/public cooperative systems, and to build international human networks require immediate improvement.

최근 인터넷에서 접근할 수 있는 정보의 양이 급속히 증대함에 따라 사용자의 선호도와 목적에 따라 개인화 또는 전문화된 검색기능을 제공하여 기존 인터넷 검색엔진의 약점을 극복할 수 있는 방법으로 인터넷 검색에이전트가 연구되고 있다. 현재 개발하고 있는 인터넷 검색 에이전트는 다양한 목적에서 개발한 인터넷 검색엔진의 검색 결과에 부가가치를 더하는(value-added) 접근 방법을 따른다. 하지만 이 방법은 검색엔진의 재현율이 떨어지면 문제영역 지식이나 사용자의 선호도를 이용해도 정확도가 증가하지 않는다. 따라서 검색엔진의 재현율과 정확도를 동시에 높이면서 효과적인 결과를 얻기 위해서는 기존 검색엔진을 모듈화하여 효율적인 분산 및 다중처리가 가능하도록 함으로써, 문제영역 지식이나 사용자 선호도가 검색결과에 반영되도록 해야한다. 이 논문에서는 부산대학교의 인터넷 검색엔진인 미리내 시스템을 에이전트 기반 시스템으로 변환하고, 분산, 다중 처리 및 실시간 검색이 가능한 검색에이전트 환경을 구축하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the quality characteristics of cookies prepared with wheat sprout powder substituted at varying proportions (0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, and 8%) for wheat flour. The bulk density of cookie dough with wheat sprout powder were higher than that of the control group and the pH decreased. The moisture content of the groups with wheat sprout powder was higher than the control group. Width and thickness of finished cookies containing wheat sprout powder were lower than those of the control group. The spread ratio of the group with 8% wheat sprout powder was higher than that of the control group. In color, the L and a value decreased significantly with addition of wheat sprout powder. The hardness of the study groups was lower than that of the control group. DPPH radical scavenging activity of the control group was 24.90%, whereas the study groups ranged from 27.53~38.76%. Sensory evaluation scores in terms of appearance, texture, taste and overall preference of groups with 2% and 4% of wheat sprout powder did not show any significant difference when compared to the control group. Based on the above results, using less than 4% of the wheat sprout powder would be appropriate for use in cookies.

Korean government, port and logistics companies have given a lot of their efforts to exchange electronic documents between themselves and their partners. As the results of them, Korean EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) standards were made by Korean EDIFACT committee and the standards have been used by companies and governmental organizations in Korea. However, Korean port and logistics EDI system is based on YAN(Value Added Network) and one VAN company has monopolistic right to relay EDI documents to Korean HOMAF(Ministry of Maritime Affairs & Fisheries) and Customs Service. Therefore it leads to a lot of problems such as inconvenient software, expensive transmission fee, insufficient improvement of business process and the difficulty of connection with the in-house systems of user companies. For solving these problems, this study is aimed to progress for XML and XML-based electronic commerce framework. This paper shows a optimal XML/EDl method using XML/EDl, BizTalk Framework, ebXML Framework. Fer improving extant problems in port and logistics industry, this paper proposed XML/EDl system based on system architectural level, support technical level, business infrastructure level.

This study was focused on analyzing the impacts of e-commerce on the farmer's management behavior and suggesting alternatives for the development of e-commerce in agricultural industry. For this study, survey was conducted for 24 farmers who sell agricultural products through e-commerce in Chungnam province. The results of study are as follows; First, farmers have changed their management practices in terms of production, marketing and processing by using the information of consumers' preferences while doing e-commerce business. Second, farmers have attempted to differentiate their product through product brand and customer relationship marketing, because they recognized the importance of developing marketing techniques adapted to e-commerce system for more revenues. Third, if quality certification system of agricultural products is introduced under e-commerce, farmers would use it for their environmentally sounded farming because they expect to increase their income. Fourth, 75% of the farmers sold their product at retail price. It means that e-commerce farmers act as a price maker rather than price taker at e-commerce market, who will be encouraged to have larger business size resulting in more added value. Based on the results of study, we suggest that there should be reduction of service charge for credit card, and encouragement of B2B transaction for the economy of scale and introduction of quality certification system so as to establish e-commerce system of agricultural industry as soon as possible.

ATM망은 개방형 통신망에서 다양한 서비스 와 QOS를 지원하며 대역폭 확장을 통한 망 자원의 효율성과 융통성을 제공한다. 그러나 이런 트래픽 들에 대한 품질 서비스에 대한 연구가 많이 진행되고 있으나 트래픽 보안을 안전성 검사는 연구대상 부분이 많이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 ATM FORUM 보안그룹에서 정한 ATM Security Specification 1.1 중심으로 보안서비스 개념을 소개하고 외부망에서 내부망으로 들어오는 패킷들을 보안을 위한 안정성기준으로 효율적으로 처리하는 스위치와 결합한 방화벽처리 루틴 및 CAC 루틴을 소개한다. 패킷들의 안전성 등급을 분류처리 하기 위하여 SSC(Special Service Cell)를 도입한다. 본 논문에서는 스위치 처리량, 셀 지연등을 위한 시뮬레이션 시나리오을 제안한다.

수시로 많은 물류가 입출고되는 냉동창고는 재고 현황을 신속하고 정확하게 관리하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 하지만 현재 냉동창고를 관리하는 시스템은 대부분 COBOL로 구성되어 유지보수비에 많은 비용이 발생하게 되며, 소비자인 화주에게 제공되는 서비스가 전무한 상태여서 기본적인 수 발주를 위해서 팩스나 전화를 이용하는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 낙후된 기존 시스템의 문제와 냉동창고 소비자인 화주에게 제공되는 서비스가 없는 문제를 해결하기 위해 레거시 시스템을 지원하며 SaaS 기반의 다양한 화주별 맞춤 부가 서비스를 제공하는 웹 모바일 플랫폼을 설계한다.

The concept of the Hospital run for medical treatment changing to the forms of theme complex hospital with design by the impact of a boutique design. Especially, this design's element emboss with strongly to form a ring around the special hospital as the dentistry, dermatology and plastic surgery, the woman hospital of a lying-in hospital etc. that is the higher value-added industrial among groups of medical, even general hospital that is not depend on the design relatively, the application of the interior design is extending farther. Also, this special hospital shape up become bigger, form a group and competition for admission to medical industry. For dentistry, the more departmentalize and definite service as implant, children dental clinic holding an absolute dominant position about management, and effective environmental exchange can be essential element for the most profits. Accordingly, In this study I would like to see about the space composition of the dentistry that changing with the times, suggest direction from now on the bigger, specialization and a characteristic of a space focused on recently dentistry project.

The types of service using location information are being various and extending its domain as wireless internet technology is developing and its application part is widespread, so it is prospected that LBS (Location-Based Services) will be killer application in wireless internet services. The MODB (Moving Object Database) stores and manages very large current/ past moving object data, so it is very important part in LBS platform. The performance of LBS platform is tightly depending on the performance of this MODB. The other important part is alerting engine in LBS platform, which is system to transmit various value-added information or notify emergency information to mobile phone after triggering specified events. This alert engine is supported as extended function of MODB, that is to say, the alerting function is closely related with MODB. So alert cartridge on MODB must provide not only moving point triggering about going into, going out specified geographical area but also batch alerting about nearest neighbor from specified geographical area. In this paper, we study of extended part on MODB to support the alert engine. And we design alert engine cartridge on MODB before implementing the system.

We successively fabricated the Ni metal mask by additive method and evaluated the effects of wetting agents addition on the microstructure, hardness, and friction coefficient. In the process, the additive patterns with fine hole and pitch were made by photolithography technique and subsequently Ni plate was electroformed on the patterns. We found that the microstructure and mechanical properties were significantly varied when the different combinations of the wetting agents were used. When the wetting agents of both SF-1 and SF-2 were added, the microstructure consisted of crystal and amorphous phases, the grain size reduced to 5-40 nm, the RMS value decreased to 11.4 nm and the wear resistance improved. In addition, the hardness was as high as 638 Hv which is higher than that of commercial stainless steel mask and this improvement is probably due to the presence of amorphous Phase and fine grain size. The improvement of the wear resistance can provide a higher reliability and a longer service life.
