SBN60 박막의 결정화 및 전기적 특성에 관한 씨앗층의 영향 (Effect of Seed-layer on the Crystallization and Electric Properties of SBN60 Thin Films)

  • [ $Sr_xBa_{1-x}Nb_2O_6$ ] (SBN, $0.25{\leq}x{\leq}0.75$) ceramic is a ferroelectric material with tetragonal tungsten bronze (TTB) type structure, which has a high pyroelectric coefficient and a nonlinear electro-optic coefficient value. In spite of its advantages, SBN has not been investigated well compared to other ferroelectric materials with perovskite structure. In this study, SBN thin film was manufactured by ion beam sputtering technique using the prepared SBN target in $Ar/O_2$ atmosphere. SBN30 thin film of $1000{\AA}$ was pre-deposited as a seed layer on $Pt(100)/TiO_2/SiO_2/Si$ substrate followed by SBN60 deposition up to $3000{\AA}$ in thickness. As-deposited SBN60/SBN30 layer was heat-treated at different temperatures of 650, 700, 750, and $800^{\circ}C$ in air, respectively The crystallinity and orientation behavior as well as electric properties of SBN60/SBN30 multi-layer were examined. The deposited layer was uniform and the orientation was shown primarily along (001) plane from XRD pattern. There was no difference in the crystal structure with heat-treatment temperature, but the electric properties depended on the heating temperature and was the best at $750^{\circ}C$. In electric properties of Pt/SBN60/SBN30/Pt thin film capacitor prepared, the remnant polarization (2Pr) value was $15{\mu}C/cm^2$, the coercive field (Ec) 75 kV/cm, and the dielectric constant 1075, respectively.

SBN60/SBN30 layer was deposited at different Oxygen amount of 0, 8.1, 17, and 31.8 sccm, respectively. The crystallinity and orientation behavior as well as electric properties of SBN60/SBN30 multi-layer were examined. The deposited layer was uniform and the orientation was shown primarily along (001) plane from XRD pattern. The crystal structure and the electric properties depended on the Oxygen amount, heating temperature and was the best at O2 = 8.1 seem, $750^{\circ}C$. In electric properties of Pt/SBN60/SBN30/Pt thin film capacitor prepared, the remnant polarization (2Pr) value was 13 ${\mu}C/cm^2$, the coercive field (Ec) 75 kV/cm, and the dielectric constant 1492, respectively.

적층 빌드 방향이 가철성 국소의치 금속 구조물의 정확도와 내부 다공성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of build orientation on the accuracy and internal porosity of removable partial denture metal frameworks)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate whether the accuracy and internal porosity of removable partial denture frameworks differ depending on the build direction in the selective laser melting method. Methods: A partially edentulous maxillary study model was scanned, and the anterior-posterior palatal bar was then digitally designed. The angles formed between the z-axis and the path of the insertion and removal were divided into five groups: -60°, -30°, 0°, 30°, and 60°. For each group, three removable partial denture metal frameworks were fabricated and used as specimens. The inner surface of each sample was scanned and superimposed on the design file to obtain the root mean square (RMS) value, and the average RMS value of each group was measured. One sample was randomly selected from each group, and the equivalent diameter and sphericity of the pores were analyzed using industrial X-ray three-dimensional computed tomography. To compare statistical differences between groups, the Kruskal-Wallis test of SPSS Statistics ver. 27.0 (IBM) was used (α=0.05). Results: The average RMS values of the whole inner surface accuracy of the specimens were in the order of -60°<0°<-30°<30°<60° (p<0.05). The equivalent diameter and sphericity of internal pores were significantly different among groups (p<0.001). Conclusion: The build orientation of the selective laser melting method influences the accuracy and internal porosity of removable partial denture frameworks.

적층 두께 및 출력 각도가 수리된 3D 프린팅 의치상 레진의 굴곡강도와 표면 거칠기에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Layer Thickness and Build Angle on the Flexural Strength and Surface Roughness of Repaired 3D-Printed Denture Base Resin)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of various layer thicknesses and build angles on the flexural strength and surface roughness of repaired 3D-printed denture base resin. 3D-printed bar-shaped specimens with a 45° bevel were fabricated according to layer thickness(50 ㎛ and 100 ㎛) and build angle(0-degree, 45-degree, and 90-degree). Denture relining resin was applied to the 2 mm repair area Flexural strength was measured by a three-point bending test using a universal testing machine, and surface roughness(Ra) and surface topography were observed using a digital optical microscope at ×500 magnification. Statistical significance was analyzed using two-way ANOVA, one-way ANOVA, and Games-Howell post hoc(α = .05). Except for the 90-degree group, the group with a layer thickness of 100 ㎛ showed better flexural strength values than the group with a layer thickness of 50 ㎛(p < .05). Additionally, within the same layer thickness, the 45-degree group showed the lowest flexural strength value. The Ra values of the 0-degree and 90-degree groups, where the build angle was 45° to the layer orientation, were higher at 100 ㎛ than at 5 0 ㎛ layer thickness(p < .05), and the Ra value of the 45-degree group, where the build angle was parallel to the layer orientation, was lower than those of other build angles(p < .05). Layer thickness and build angle significantly affected the surface roughness of 3D-printed denture base resin, and the surface roughness was confirmed to be closely related to the bonding strength with denture relining resin.

  • This study investigated the difference in the influence of shopping orientations, attributes evaluation, and benefits sought on brand loyalty between Korean and American consumers within a clothing purchase context. Questionnaires were administered to 237 Korean consumers and 184 American college students who had purchase experience of casual wear in recent six months through off-line. The results were as follows. First, the hedonic shopping orientation had a positive impact on brand loyalty in both groups, whereas efficient shopping orientation had a positive impact on brand loyalty in American group. Second, the aesthetic attribute had a positive impact on brand loyalty in both groups, whereas utilitarian attribute had a positive impact on brand loyalty in Korean group. Third, brand value benefit sought had a positive impact on brand loyalty in Korean group and body expression/complement had a positive impact on brand loyalty and economic benefit sought had a negative impact on brand loyalty in American group.

  • The ($Sr_{1-x}Ca_x)TiO_3$(SCT) thin films are deposited on Pt-coated electrode($Pt/TiN/SiO_2/Si$) using RF sputtering method with substitutional contents of Ca. The maximum grain of thin films is obtained by substitution of Ca at 15[mol%]. All SCT thin films had (111) preferred orientation. The dielectric constant was increased with increasing the substitutional contents of Ca, while it was decreased if the substitutional contents of Ca exceeded over 15[mol%]. The dielectric constant changes almost linearly in temperature ranges of -80~+90[$^{\circ}C$]. The temperature properties of the dielectric loss have a stable value within 0.02 independent of the substitutional contents of Ca. All SCT thin films used in this study show the phenomena of dielectric relaxation with the increase of frequency, and the relaxation frequency is observed above 200[kHz].

  • Polycrystalline silicon carbide (SiC) thick films were depostied by low pressure chemical vapor deposition (LPCVD) using CH3SiCl3 (MTS) and H2 gaseous mixture onto isotropic graphite substrate. Effects of deposition variables on the SiC film were investigated. Deposition rate had been found to be surface-reaction controlled below reactor temperature of 120$0^{\circ}C$ and mass-transport controlled over 125$0^{\circ}C$. Apparent activation energy value decreased below 120$0^{\circ}C$ and deposition rate decreased above 125$0^{\circ}C$ by depletion effect of the reactant gas in the direction of flow in a horizontal hot wall reactor. Microstructure of the as-deposited SiC films was strongly influenced by deposition temperature and position. Microstructural change occurred greater in the mass transport controlled region than surface reaction controlled region. The as-deposited SiC layers in this experiment showed stoichiometric composition and there were no polytype except for $\beta$-SiC. The preferred orientation plane of the polycrystalline SiC layers was (220) plane at a high reactant gas concentration in the mass transfer controlled region. As depletion effect of reactant concentration was increased, SiC films preferentially grow as (111) plane.

  • The surfaces of prototypes become rough due to the stair-stepping which is the inevitable phenomenon in the Rapid Prototypes are not used only for the verification of feature. The grinding, coating, or the composition of them is a main operation in post-processing in which lots of costs and long build time are needed. The solution is proposed to increase the efficiency of rapid prototyping by minimizing or removing the composition of them is a main operation in post-processing in which lots of costs and long build time are needed. the solution is proposed to increase the efficiency of rapid prototyping by minimizing or removing the regions for post-processing. the factors to cause the surface roughness and their effects are analyzed through the experiments. Software modules are developed to predict the surface roughness of each face in the prototyping with the result. An experimental compensation method is developed to apply the modules to various RP equipments, materials and build styles. The build direction is searched with use of genetic algorithm to maximize the total areas of the surface of which roughness is better than the user-defined value.

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate customer shopping orientations of non-store shoppers and identify differences shopping orientations among groups determined by amount and frequency of purchase by various direct marketing media. The subjects were male and female consumers who aged over twenty and resided in Seoul, Kungki or Masan area. A questionnaire was developed by the researchers, and distributed to 770 people. A sample of 747 consumers responded to the questionnaire, and 732 questionnaires were used for analysis. Frequency count and percentage, factor analysis, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Tukey's test were used for statistical analysis. Consumer shopping orientations were classified into 4 factors: pleasure, economy/value, and convenience I & II. Among groups of heavy shoppers, light shoppers, and non-shoppers, there were significant differences in their shopping orientations. Also, within groups, there were significant differences among their shopping orientation factors. All three groups had significantly stronger orientation toward convenience I than pleasure and convenience II. Also, within other purchase groups (fashion-good purchasers, other-good purchasers, and non-purchasers) showed the same shopping orientations as the former groups. On the basis of the above results, this study is expected to be useful for catalog retailers to develope effective marketing strategies and provide their customers new buying motives.
