농촌지역의 정보화와 지역발전: 원주 정보화시범마을 사례 (Rural Telematics and the Possibilities for Regional Development: The Case of Information Model Village in Weonju, Korea)

  • 이 연구는 농촌지역에 있어 컴퓨터의 보급, 또는 보다 광범위하게 정보화의 확산이 지역발전에 미치는 영향을 밝히는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 강원도 원주시의 정보화시범마을로 지정된 황둔 송계마을을 사례지역으로 하여 컴퓨터의 보급 활용의 특성으로부터 지역발전의 시사점을 도출하였다. 마을주민들의 컴퓨터사용은 인터넷, 이메일, 마을홈페이지 활용 등의 측면에서 초보적인 수준이지만, 라이프스타일과 마을공동체의 형성에 있어 긍정적인 변화를 가져올 잠재력이 높고 따라서 지역발전의 도구로 사용될 수 있음이 발견된다. 이러한 긍정적인 변화는 주민들이 컴퓨터사용으로부터 얻는 경제적, 사회적, 문화적 혜택을 증대시킴으로써 가능하다고 보인다. 무엇보다도 필요한 것은 컴퓨터의 보급은 외적 동기에 의하여 이루어졌지만 이를 내적 동기로 전환시키고 보다 활발하게 컴퓨터를 사용할 수 있도록 유도하는 일이다.

리얼리티 여행 프로그램의 시청 동기가 시청 만족도와 방문 의도에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Influence of the Motivation of the Reality Travel Program on the Viewing Satisfaction and Visiting Intention)

  • 국내 여행 수요 증가 추세에 맞춰 다큐멘터리 포맷에서 주어진 대본 없이 출연자들이 상호작용하는 리얼리티 여행프로그램이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 리얼리티 여행 프로그램의 시청 동기가 프로그램에 대한 시청 만족도와 여행지 방문 의도에 어떤 영향을 끼치는지 실증적으로 탐색하였다. 연구결과로 첫째, 리얼리티 여행프로그램의 시청 동기로는 '오락성', '공감성', '심미성', '정보성', '상호작용', '간접경험' 요인을 확인하였다. 둘째, 리얼리티 여행 프로그램에서 시청 만족과 여행지 방문 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 공통 요인은 '심미성'과 '간접경험'이었다. 여행지의 아름다움과 실제 여행하는 출연자의 모습에 감정 이입함으로써 프로그램에 만족하고, 그 여행지에 방문해보고 싶다는 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 리얼리티 여행프로그램의 시청 동기가 프로그램에 대한 태도와 여행지 방문 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 준다는 것을 검증함으로써 리얼리티 여행프로그램의 이론적 토대를 제공하였다.

중학생들의 주관적 구강건강 상태에 따른 구강건강증진행위 영향요인 분석 (A Study on Factors Affecting the Oral Health Promotion Behavior of middle school students based on subjective oral health)

  • 본 연구는 중학생을 대상으로 학생들의 주관적인 구강건강상태에 따라 구강건강증진행위에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 조사하여 향후 청소년의 구강건강프로그램 개발에 기초자료로 사용하고자 2011년 3월 7일부터 2주간 중학생 1,100을 대상으로 본 연구를 실시하였다. 먼저 학생들의 주관적 구강건강상태에 대해 살펴보면 학년에 따라서는 2학년이 36.2%로 자신의 치아가 건강하다는 응답이 높게 나타났으며, 학교에서 점심식사 후 이를 닦는 정도가 높을 수록 자신의 치아가 건강하다는 응답이 높게 나타났으며(p<0.05), 자신의 치아가 건강하다고 응답한 집단은 치과에 가는 시기는 정기적으로 1년에 1~2번 간다가 타 집단보다 더 높게 나타났고, 치과 방문 목적 또한 구강검사를 위해 방문이 타 집단보다 더 높게 나타났다(p<0.001). 따라서 학생들에게 지속적인 구강보건교육을 실시하여 학생들이 구강건강에 관심을 가질 동기부여의 기회를 제공해 주고, 또한 구강건강에 대한 긍정적 태도가 가지게 함으로써 구강건강에 대한 구강건강에 대한 지식과 인식도를 높이고자 한다.

한국음식에 대한 일본관광객의 기호도 및 재방문 의사에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Preference of Korean Food and Revisiting Intention of Japanese Tourists)

  • This study was performed by questionnaire to investigate the preference for Korean traditional foods and revisiting intentions of Japanese tourists. The Subjects were consisted of 280 Japanese tourists staying at Gyeongju and Busan area. The results of this study were as follows: Among the respondents, $61.1\%$ selected 'taste' as the most important factor affecting the preference for korean traditional foods. On the frequency of eating, 'over 8 times per year' scored as high as $27.9\%$. The motivation of eating Korean foods was answered as 'With visiting Korea' by $48.2\%$ Thirties and forties ate Korean traditional foods more often than the others did $61.8\%$ of the Japanese tourists intended to eat more Korean traditional foods in the future. But the necessity of hygienic improvement was pointed out by $32.1\%$ of the subjects. Male subjects wanted the improvement of nutrition, taste and storage, while females shape, color and packing. The preferred Korean traditional foods were 'Bulgogi', 'Kimgui', 'BaechooKimchi', 'Bibimbap', and 'Samgaetang' in the order. On the other hand, the preference for 'Soojeongkwa', 'Songpeon', 'Kalgooksoo', 'Injelmi' and 'Sikhye' was very low. Male subjects favoured 'Cholbap', 'Ogokhap', and 'Youkgaejang', while females liked better 'Oisobaki' and 'Ddukboki. The people who were over fifties preferred 'Ssalbap', 'Boribap', 'BaechooKimchi', and 'Ggakdugi' and forties liked 'Kongbap' and 'Kimhap' better. The most effectual food items provoking revisiting intention to Korea were 'Jeon', and 'Bap', 'Meon' and 'Jjigae' were ranked in next.

수업매체 활용이 학생들의 식품구매학 강의 만족도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Various Instruction Media on Students′ Satisfaction of Food Purchasing Class)

  • The research objective was to identify the effect of various instruction media on improving students' foodservice management competencies and for increasing class satisfaction. The research involved a comparison of two student groups. One group consisted of students who attended a lecture-based food purchasing class (Group A). The other group was students who attended the same class, and who also used various media as well as receiving the lecture (Group B). The results were as follows: 1) After a 16 week program, Group B perceived their procurement management competencies to be higher than those of Group A, especially in setting up purchasing goals, marketing research, and using computer systems for procurement; 2) In terms of class satisfaction, it was also observed that Group B was more satisfied with food purchasing class than was Group A. Group B gave high scores, especially in effective utilization of media, increasing motivation, and understanding; 3) Group B perceived that various instruction media was helpful for developing their procurement management competencies. Respondents evaluated the usefulness of media in the following order: using Power Point watching videos, visiting web-sites for food purchasing class, and surfing the World Wide Web. The results of the research show that using various instruction media for food purchasing classes would improve students' foodservice management competencies. Therefore, instructors who teach foodservice management related courses should consider developing teaching strategies that apply various instruction media for students to enhance their foodservice management competencies and to increase class satisfaction.

레스토랑의 안전성이 신뢰, 불안, 만족 그리고 재방문 의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Restaurant's Safety on Trust, Anxiety, Satisfaction and Revisit Intention)

  • Purpose: Most people are worried about contracting COVID-19, which in turn increases anxiety that they may have contracted COVID-19. Therefore, this study examines the effect of restaurant safety consisting of hygiene, store management, and countermeasure on trust, anxiety, satisfaction, and revisit intention. Research design, data and methodology: The data were collected from 537 consumers who had experiences of visiting a restaurant within the last 2 months and analyzed with SPSS 28.0 and SmartPLS 4.0 programs. Result: The hygiene, management, and countermeasure had a significant positive (+) effect on trust. Restaurant hygiene was found to have a significant negative (-) effect on anxiety, but countermeasure had a significant positive (+) effect on anxiety. Meanwhile, management did not appear to have a significant effect on anxiety. Trust was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on satisfaction and revisit intention. Anxiety was found to have a significant negative (-) effect on satisfaction but had no significant effect on revisit intention. Finally, satisfaction was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on revisit intention. Conclusions: As a result of the study, this study explained the safety of restaurants in the COVID-19 pandemic environment through the protective motivation theory.

외식 소비동기가 레스토랑 선택속성 중요도에 미치는 영향: 패션 프리미엄 아울렛을 중심으로 (Motivations of Selecting Restaurants for Eating-out: Focus on Fashion Premium Outlets)

  • Purpose - This research examined the effect of hedonic and utilitarian eating-out motivations on the evaluation of restaurant selection attributes in a fashion premium outlet. Additionally, the influence of experimental and functional attributes on customers' preference for hedonic eating-out motives and utilitarian eating-out motives, and variation of moderating effects through the gender was examined. Research design, data, and methodology - A survey was conducted to verify the established research hypothesis. The questionnaire items for the research were modified to fit the situation of the present study. In order to elaborate the questionnaire, the literature of the previous researchers was reviewed and supplemented. The survey conducted 207 online questionnaires for consumers who have visited domestic fashion premium outlets from July 4, 2017 to July 27, 2017. A total of 207 questionnaires were collected, and a total of 206 questionnaires were used for the empirical analysis after excluding one inappropriate response. In order to verify the reliability and validity of the measured variables, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were performed using SPSS 20.0. Next, the structural equation model (SEM) statistical method was used to test the hypotheses of the study. Results - Hedonic motivation had more influence on experimental attribute importance than the functional attribute importance of the restaurant. However, this result was different depending on the gender. The effects of hedonic motives on empirical attributes were more influenced by female groups, and when influencing functional attributes, male groups were more influenced. However, it was statistically significant (p <0.05) in the female group only when the hedonic eating out motives influenced empirical attributes. Conclusions - This study analyzed the effect of eating-out motivation on the restaurant preference attributes and suggested practical implications. First, customers with hedonic eating-out motivations were evaluating experiential attributes to be more important than functional attributes. Second, for customers who are motivated to use practical eating-out habits, companies should provide services that meet practical and economic needs. In particular, female customers visiting restaurants need differentiated marketing strategies that make them feel new experiences rather than practical ones. In addition, it is necessary to study more complex and integrated studies which will influence restaurant selection attributes of premium outlets customers by adding various eating out motives and selection attributes.

도시 오픈스페이스 방문동기 및 만족도 연구 - 서울시 하천변 오픈스페이스를 중심으로 - (A Study on Visitor Motivation and Satisfaction of Urban Open Space - In the Case of Waterfront Open Space in Seoul -)

  • 도시 오픈스페이스는 다기능적 공간으로서 시민들의 휴식 및 건강, 자연경관 감상은 물론 예술 문화적 체험과 도시관광 및 마케팅 수단으로서 기능한다. 그러나 현대 도시 오픈스페이스의 역할과 기능에 비해 이에 대한 담론과 연구는 미진하였다. 본 연구는 지역주민은 물론 관광객 등의 원거리 이용 수요가 있는 서울시의 4개 하천변 오픈스페이스 방문객들을 대상으로 방문동기 요인을 도출하고, 오픈스페이스의 공간 특성 및 이용행태에 따라 방문동기와 만족도가 어떤 차이를 나타내는가를 알아보고자 하였다. 대상지는 청계천, 서울숲, 선유도공원, 반포한강공원을 선정하였고, 조사방법으로는 관찰조사, 문헌조사, 설문조사를 수행하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 일원배치분산분석, 다중선형회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 도시 오픈스페이스의 방문동기 요인은 크게 커뮤니티성, 자연성, 문화교육성, 디자인 심미성, 일상탈출성 등 5개로 구분되었다. 둘째, 방문동기 요인 중 커뮤니티성, 자연성, 디자인 심미성은 오픈스페이스별 경관, 집객시설 및 프로그램, 편의시설, 주변지역 특성 등의 공간 특성에 따라 방문객들의 지각 정도에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 방문객 거주지로부터 오픈스페이스까지의 거리에 따라 방문동기를 지각하는 데 있어 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 근거리의 방문객은 오픈스페이스의 자연성을, 도시관광객 등 원거리 방문객은 디자인 심미성을 주요 방문동기 요인으로 지각하고 있었다. 넷째, 도시 오픈스페이스 방문객들의 방문만족도를 높이기 위한 공통적인 방문동기 요인은 자연성, 디자인 심미성, 일상탈출성으로 나타났고, 오픈스페이스별 공간 특성에 따라 방문만족도에 영향을 미치는 방문동기 요인에는 차이가 있었다. 종합해 보면, 도시 오픈스페이스는 휴식 및 운동 등의 단순한 체험을 넘어 다양한 형태의 콘텐츠와 결합한 하이브리드 공간으로서 심미적 욕구, 유대감 형성 및 강화, 문화 및 교육, 엔터테인먼트 등의 요인들이 방문동기로서 작용하며, 이들 요인이 전체 방문만족도에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 서울시를 대표하는 도시 하천변 오픈스페이스가 방문객들에게 어떻게 인식되고 있는가를 조사 및 분석함으로써 지자체 입장에서는 매력적인 도시 오픈스페이스 창출을 위한 조성 정비는 물론 운영 관리 과정에 활용할 수 있으며, 오픈스페이스 계획 및 설계가 입장에서는 지역 여건에 부합하는 도시관광 및 마케팅적인 기능을 시설배치 및 공간프로그램 구상 과정에 적용하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

간호대학생이 지각한 간호사 이미지에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Nurse's Image Perceived by Nursing College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify how nurse's image was perceived by nursing college students. The subjects included were 315 students experienced clinical practice during $20{\sim}22$ weeks and 134 students not with a total of 449 nursing students in Gwangju and Chonnam. The data were collected from November 21 to December 5, 2001 by the structured questionnaires. The research tool was measured by 30 items divided into four dimensions; traditional, professional, social and personal image of nurse. Cronbach $\alpha$ for the tool of nurse's image was 0.8960. The data were analysed by SPSS 8.0 for Windows program using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA and scheffe. The results of this study were as follows; 1. In the nurse's image related to general characteristics, there were significant differences for school graduation, applicative motivation, interpersonal relationship and image forming factor. 2. In the Image forming factors, nursing college students perceived the nurse's image by visiting hospital or admission(37.9%), watching TV(25.8) and others; nurses' appearance during clinical experience(16.3). 3. The mean score for nurse's image of clinical experience group (2.76$\pm$0.28) was lower than that of non-clinical experience group(2.89$\pm$0.31) in significance (t=4.319, p=0.000). 4. In the nurse's image according to clinical experience, there were significant differences for traditional, professional, social, personal image between two groups and the lower mean scores were found in the clinical experience group in all dimensions. The ranks of dimensions were professional image(3.08), traditional image(2.76), social image(2.65), the personal image(2.59) in clinical experience group, whereas professional image(3.21), traditional image(2.93), social image(2.75), personal image(2.71) for non-clinical experience group.5. The high score items of nurse's image were 'worthwhile work(3.48)', 'always working hard(3.30)', 'profession(3.17)', 'strong responsibility toward work(3.08)', 'have a high technical skill(3.05)' in clinical experience group and 'worthwhile work(3.69)', 'always working hard(3.28)', 'clean and decent(3.22)', 'profession(3.21)', 'have a bountiful professional knowledge(3.18)' in non-clinical experience group. 6. The highest mean score for nurse's image related to the image forming factors was 86.8 by novels or literature and the second highest was 84.3 by visiting hospital or admission. And others(mean=82.1)was the most negative nurse's image by clinical experience. In conclusion, nurse's image perceived by nursing college students will be the mirror of themselves. And clinical experience will be the important opportunity to form the professional image with white uniformed nurses in future. Therefore it is important for clinical nurses to play professional roles rightly so that nursing students could form positive nurse's image.

주민의식에 기초한 도시 대공원의 이용후 평가 -울산 대공원의 공원효율성 및 이용 만족도를 중심으로- (A Study on the Post Occupancy Evaluation of Urban Grand Park with Reference to the Perception of Residents -Focused on Ulsan Grand Park's Efficiency and User's Satisfaction-)

  • The purpose of this study is to present data on the human activities responding to the physical environment of ‘Ulsan’s Grand Parks by evaluating user behavior and activity, visiting motivations, and user satisfaction. This study was conducted using multi-methods such as interviews and questionnaires surveys. The main findings of this study can be summarized in six parts as follows: \circled1 Behavior patterns showed that the users visited the park left within 30 minutes and the frequency of visits was 1 or 2 times per week. They spent their time mostly on ‘walking’ and ‘picnicking’. The users visited regardless of the seasons or the day of the week. \circled2 The priorities for improvements were analyzed as follows: the users expressed their demands for ‘shadowing facilities’ like shelters and pergolas because they used these facilities frequently. Also, the users would like an ‘event program’, ‘sign system’ and ‘guide program’. \circled3 Analysis of the the user’s perception of the park showed that they perceive the park as ‘representative source of the landscape and open space in Ulsan and place for making contact with nature. \circled4 In examining the visiting motivations of the users of Ulsan Grand Park, it was revealed that people use the park for ‘time with family and friends’, ‘to escape from city life’, ‘to relieve fatigue. As a result of factor analysis, 4 factors were identified such as ‘physical motive(MF1)’, ‘exploratory motive(MF2)’, ‘social motive(MF3)’ and ‘emotional motive(MF4). \circled5 Park users’ evaluation for park facilities showed that people are satisfied with most of the facilities and especially, they have high level of satisfaction for ‘footpaths’, ‘squares’ and ‘picnicspace’. The evaluation of the park user’s of activity reveals that they are content with nearly all the variables. Especially, they have high level of satisfaction for the variables of ‘convenience for dynamic activities’, ‘making of a beautiful atmosphere, ‘accessibility from the outside’ and, ‘convenience in group activitie. Factor analysis of the park user’s of activity revealed 5 factors such as ‘convenience and interest factor (AF1)’, ‘park maintenance, management and use program(AF2)’, ‘visual beauty(AF3)’, ‘safety and accessibility(AF4)’ and ‘crowding(AF5)’. \circled6 Regression analysis was employed to get the predictor factors of overall satisfaction with a result of 60.0%($R^2$). The variance was explained as ‘quality of the picnic space’, ‘convenience and interest factor while using the park’, ‘park program for maintain and management in the park’, ‘visually beauty while using the park’, ‘safety and accessibility of the parks’, ‘quality of the pond’, ‘crowding’, ‘quality of the square’.
