KISTI 과학기술정보서비스의 콘텐츠 활용 분석 (A Study on the Content Utilization of KISTI Science and Technology Information Service)

  • 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)가 제공하는 과학기술정보서비스는 일반적인 정보서비스와 유사하게 구축된 콘텐츠를 이용자가 쉽고 편리하게 검색하고 조회할 수 있도록 만들어진 서비스이다. NDSL은 KISTI의 핵심 과학기술정보서비스로서 약 1억 38백만건의 콘텐츠를 제공하고 있으며 2019년 1년간 약 93백만회의 페이지 뷰를 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 NDSL이 제공하고 있는 학술논문, 보고서, 특허 등의 과학기술정보가 웹 서비스(https://www.ndsl.kr)를 통해서 어떻게 검색되고 활용되는지와 입력된 검색 질의어 등을 분석을 통해 다양한 인사이트를 도출하였다. 콘텐츠 구축 현황, 콘텐츠 유형별 활용 현황과 활용 방식 등의 일반적인 통계 이외에도 월별/요일별/시간대별 콘텐츠의 이용 행태, 조회수 구간별 활용 콘텐츠의 유형, 콘텐츠 유형별 1회 검색 대비 조회 비율, 학술논문의 발행년도별 이용 현황 비교, 국내 학술논문의 활용과 KCI 영향력 지수와의 관계, 학술논문과 특허 활용에 대한 특징 등 콘텐츠 유형별 활용성에 대한 분석을 진행하였다. 또한 콘텐츠 유형별 검색 질의어의 구성 방식, 질의어의 단어수 분석, 검색 질의어와 시기성의 관계 등의 검색 질의어에 대하여 분석하였으며 NDSL에서는 한글 성명 검색이 많다는 특징도 발견할 수 있었다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 정보시스템 구축 관점에서의 NDSL 서비스 개선 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 콘텐츠 활용에 대한 행태 분석 결과를 이용자의 검색 결과에 동적으로 반영, 비로그인 이용자에 대한 식별을 통해 타겟팅 서비스가 가능하도록 시스템을 구축, 질의어 확장하는 등의 것을 NDSL 개선 사항으로 제안하고자 한다.

중소기업의 정보시스템 활용수준에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Influencing Factors for Information System Utilization in Small and Medium Enterprises)

  • Information System is a critical success factor for overcoming the limitations of asset and capacity of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME), and for acquiring competitiveness. Although, the rate of adopting information system by SME has grown, the rate of its utilization has been stagnant. The purpose of this study is to identify the influencing factors that increase SME's information system utilization. We identify perception of strategic value, supplier's support capacity, and organizational characteristic by examining previous researches on information system utilization by SMEs, and verify their the influencing relationship with the information system utilization. This study verifies the research model and hypothesis using structural model. A date-set of 1209 samples from a survey on employees in charge of information system of SME was applied in verifying the research hypothesis. The result of this study shows that the information system utilization influences perception of strategic value and support of supply company, and partly, the structural characteristics. This study presents directions to establish strategy and policy making, and theoretically presents core factors of SME's information system utilization.

고등학교 수학 교과서의 공학 도구 활용 현황 분석 (An analysis of the use of technology tools in high school mathematics textbooks based )

  • 인공지능 디지털 교과서 도입에 따라 수학 교육에서 공학 도구의 활용에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 공학 도구는 수학적 개념을 시각화하고, 실험과 탐구를 통해 수학적 원리를 발견할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이미 우리나라 2015 개정 수학과 교육과정에서도 공학 도구의 활용을 언급하고 있으며, 이에 따라 수학 교과서에는 다양한 공학 도구를 활용한 교수·학습 활동이 제시되고 있다. 그러나 고등학교 교과서에 제시된 공학 도구의 유형과 활용 방식에 대한 체계적인 분석은 아직 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 고등학교 수학 교과서에 제시된 공학 도구의 활용 현황을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 수학 교과서에 제시된 공학 도구의 유형을 범주화하고, 각 범주별 활용 비율을 조사하였다. 또한 교과목별, 내용 영역별로 공학 도구의 활용 양상을 분석하고, 교수·학습 활동 형태에 따른 공학 도구의 활용 비율을 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 공학 도구는 교과목과 내용 영역에 따라 다양한 유형과 비율로 활용되고 있었다. 특히, 기호-조작 그래프 작성 소프트웨어 범주의 공학 도구가 전체 활용 사례의 58%를 차지하여 가장 높은 비중을 나타냈다. 교과목별로는 해석 영역을 다루는 과목에서 기호-조작 그래프 작성 소프트웨어의 활용이 두드러졌으며, 기하 영역에서는 동적 기하 소프트웨어의 활용이 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 교수·학습 활동 형태 측면에서는 보조도구형(49%)과 의도된 탐구유도형(37%)의 활용 비율이 높았다. 본 연구의 결과는 수학 교과서에서 공학 도구가 다양한 역할을 하고 있음을 보여주며, 향후 공학 도구를 활용한 수학 교수·학습 방법을 개선하는 데 유용한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

  • Expectations for artificial intelligence technology are increasing, and its utility value is growing, leading to active use in the public sector. The use of artificial intelligence technology in the public sector has a positive impact on aspects such as improving public work efficiency and service quality, enhancing transparency and reliability, and contributing to the development of technology and industries. For these reasons, major countries including Korea are actively developing and using artificial intelligence in the public sector. However, artificial intelligence also presents issues such as bias, inequality, and infringement of individuals' right to self-determination, which are evident even in its utilization in the public sector. Especially the use of artificial intelligence technology in the public sector has significant societal implications, as well as direct implications on limiting and infringing upon the rights of citizens. Therefore, careful consideration is necessary in the introduction and utilization of such technology. This paper comprehensively examines the legal issues that require consideration regarding the introduction of artificial intelligence in the public sector. Methodological discussions that can minimize the risks that may arise from artificial intelligence and maximize the utility of technology were proposed in each process and step of introduction.

  • This paper describes the technology for the improvement of subxdriber loop utilization. Nearly all customer loops are now carried at voice frequency on individual wire pairs. Reenct digital technology improvements together with the increasing cost of wire, have resulted in some penetration of carrier systems into the loop plant. Moreover the increasing use of local digital switching systems should permit digital carrier systems to become an important factor in the loop plant in the future.

창업보육센터 활성화를 위한 입주목적과 지원요구사항간의 상관관계에 관한 연구 (A study on the correlation between the objectives of being members and their request to activate the operation of Business Incubation Systems)

  • The founding purpose of Business Incubation System is to induce those businessmen who have technology and promising business ideas but are lacking fund, information, and management skill, and to speed up their business establishment and enhance the level of success by providing them with managerial knowledge, production technology, design, and equipment. While some universities made Business Incubation Center to achieve the above purpose, some other universities, especially the local ones, believed that Business Incubation Center, if managed successfully, could be an accelerator picking up the sluggish local economies. This study studied the motivators that let them move in an Incubating Center, their request for support, their level of expert utilization, and the role of head of a Center. This study found a significant level of correlation among the variables such as industrial-educational cooperation, the development of common items, utilization of professors with matching majors, utilization of research professors, and transfer of technology.

  • This paper is about strategies for developing information and telecommunications standardization experts(ITSEs). For an analysis of current status of ITSEs or development of strategies for education and utilization of ITSEs, it is necessary to classify the types and roles of ITSEs. The classification of ITSEs can be made standardization technology field, characteristics of expert field, and activity domain. It is necessary to remind the ever growing importance of development and utilization of ITSEs. Furthrmore, More importanct is to set right direction and strategies with valid alternatives to enhance the importance. Correct direction setting, right problem-mindedness, long-term perspective, periodical evaluations are crucial to the policy of further development and utilization of ITSEs.

기술, 조직, 환경 관점에서 기업의 경영품질 향상을 위한 빅데이터 활용의 핵심요인에 관한 연구 (The Key Factors of Big Data Utilization for Improvement of Management Quality of Companies in terms of Technology, Organization and Environment)

  • The IoT environment has led to explosive growth of existing enterprise data, and how to utilize such big data is becoming an important issue in the management field. In this paper, major factors affecting the decisions of companies to utilize big data have been studied. And also, the effect of big data utilization on the management quality is studied empirically. During this process, we have studied the difference according to the award of Korean national quality award. As a result of the study, we confirmed that the five factors such as cost from technology, organization and environment perspective, compatibility, company size, chief officer support, and competitor pressure are key factors influencing big data utilization. Also, it was confirmed that the use of big data for management activities has an important influence on the six management quality factors based on MBNQA, and that the management quality level of Korean national quality award companies is relatively high. This paper provides practical implications for companies' use of big data because it demonstrates for the first time that big data utilization has an impact on management quality improvement.

Unraveling Biohydrogen Production and Sugar Utilization Systems in the Electricigen Shewanella marisflavi BBL25

  • Identification of novel, electricity-producing bacteria has garnered remarkable interest because of the various applications of electricigens in microbial fuel cell and bioelectrochemical systems. Shewanella marisflavi BBL25, an electricity-generating microorganism, uses various carbon sources and shows broader sugar utilization than the better-known S. oneidensis MR-1. To determine the sugar-utilizing genes and electricity production and transfer system in S. marisflavi BBL25, we performed an in-depth analysis using whole-genome sequencing. We identified various genes associated with carbon source utilization and the electron transfer system, similar to those of S. oneidensis MR-1. In addition, we identified genes related to hydrogen production systems in S. marisflavi BBL25, which were different from those in S. oneidensis MR-1. When we cultured S. marisflavi BBL25 under anaerobic conditions, the strain produced 427.58 ± 5.85 µl of biohydrogen from pyruvate and 877.43 ± 28.53 µl from xylose. As S. oneidensis MR-1 could not utilize glucose well, we introduced the glk gene from S. marisflavi BBL25 into S. oneidensis MR-1, resulting in a 117.35% increase in growth and a 17.64% increase in glucose consumption. The results of S. marisflavi BBL25 genome sequencing aided in the understanding of sugar utilization, electron transfer systems, and hydrogen production systems in other Shewanella species.

Fabrication of Cr$_2$O$_3$powder from waste MgO-Cr refractory

  • The possibility of producing Cr$_2$O$_3$powder from waste magnesia-chromium refractory was investigated by sulfuric acid reaction, alkali fusion, water leaching & purification and heat treatment. The effects of temperature, the amount of NaOH added and the flow rate of air on chromium extraction efficiency in an alkali fusion step were investigated. The fusion product was leached with methanol to solve free-NaOH, and then leached with water to produce a Na$_2$CrO$_4$solution. The purity of chrome(Ⅵ) oxides, prepared both from monochromate with an impurity content and monochromate purified with $CO_2$were also examined. The purified monochromate solution was reduced from Cr(Ⅵ) to Cr(III) with NaHSO$_3$solution. The reduced solution was neutralized with NaOH to produce Cr(OH)$_3$. Water washing was treated to eliminate Na$_2$SO$_4$from neutralized Cr(OH)$_3$slurry. The washed Cr(OH)$_3$was dried and thermally treated to produce Cr$_2$O$_3$powder. The properties like lightness and hue of Cr$_2$O$_3$fabricated in this study were L=47.47, a=-14.40 and b=17.21.
