A Study on the Factors Affection PC Communication Utilization -Focused on the Student Users- (PC통신활용의 영향요인에 관한 연구-학생 이용자를 중심으로-)

  • This paper addresses the issues of affecting factors to measure the satisfaction degree in PC communication utilizations. In order to develope an optimal model, we study appropriate affecting factors in PC communication utilizations through the focus group interviews with student users, and surveys the satisfaction levels that users have felt in services. Based on the optimal regression model, we suggest an appropriate satisfaction model in PC communication utilizations. That model shows that most users are interested in the A/S area for use. A/S factor is the most powerful one to the satisfaction model. Second one is usefulness, next is DB quality. But service-ability factor and convenience one are negative ones. Most users think that their factors are in the way of fluent communication. So to keep the competitiveness in the PC communication utilizations, the negative factors should be amended as soon as possible.

  • The effective development and utilization of human resources is needed to heighten the effectiveness of organization in correspondence to the rapidly changing circumstances as the industrialized society gets higher, So, the importance of the job satisfaction of organizational members which is the basis of human resources management is increasing, but the studies on organization have dealt with the unitary relations about job satisfaction with much limited methods. Therefore, this study tries to organization & personality and concept & importance and theory of job satisfaction.

Utilization and Factors Associated in Public Health Centers in Incheon Metropolitan City (인천광역시 보건소 이용실태 및 관련요인 분석)

  • This research was based on using status and factors associated in public health centers survey in 703 local residents from September 1 to 25, 2015. Data were analyzed with chi-square test, t-test, one way ANOVA, and Stepwise Multiple Regression analysis using SPSS WIN 21.0 program and significance level was set at p<0.05. It was investigated that Incheon city health centers' utilization of residents were 38.8%, the annual average of utilization was 3.92 times. Health centers were mainly used by themselves (25.3%) or recommendation of the people around them (17.8%). The reason why they don't use was no need (27.0%) and don't know well (9.4%) or long distance (7.8%). The average of awareness about the total health programs was 41.2%, the average of utilization rate was 8.1%, both higher rate of awareness and utilization about health programs were vaccination (86.6%, 36.9%), and health examinations (67.2%, 18.7%). The average of satisfaction about health programs was 3.88 out of 5, sealant (4.26 points) and rationing fluoride solution (4.07 points) indicated a high level of satisfaction. The most common factor which represents the impact on public health use and use frequency were the time it takes to move, also gender, age and form of home ownership were major factor in common. Based on this, we have to seek concrete measures of national health programs which conducted to improve the health of local residents can be implemented successfully.

Empirical Analysis of SFA (Sales Force Automation) System Utilization Level and Performance in Pharmaceutical Companies in Korea (국내 제약기업에서의 SFA(sales Force Automation) 시스템 활용수준과 기업성과의 실증분석)

  • Many pharmaceutical companies operate the SFA system to support salespeople. The SFA system is used for various behaviors of salespeople. However, there is a lack of empirical analysis on the performance of SFA in Korea. The purpose of this study is to investigate the utilization of SFA system and the non - financial performance of SFA system. The subjects of the survey were 347 pharmaceutical community members who consisted of pharmaceutical salespeople and surveyed online for 18 days from March 13, 2018 to April 30, 2018. and the effective response rate was 23.1% (80/347). The analysis shows that the higher the level of SFA system utilization, the higher the non - financial performance. By type of company, the utilization level of multinational companies was higher than that of domestic companies. Among the SFA utilization level items, 1.47 points (3.65, 2.18) were higher than the domestic companies in terms of the support service items. Among the SFA performance items, foreign companies were 1.47 points (3.16, 1.69) Respectively. This suggests that the SFA development and operation method of the domestic company focuses on the management service rather than the support service for the salesperson and the customer satisfaction. Through this study, it is considered that domestic companies should strengthen sales person support and customer satisfaction information providing function when operating SFA system.

Determinants of Welfare Service Utilization among the Single and the Married Couples Elderly (남녀 독거노인가구와 부부노인가구의 복지서비스 이용의 영향요인)

  • The single and the married couples elderly are rapidly increasing in the next twenty years. Due to the size of these group, their level of living, life satisfaction, income and medical security and welfare services utilization have been a social issue in Korea. For these reasons, the purpose of this study was to analyze the determinants of welfare services utilization by the single and the married couples elderly. Their analyses were composed of a cross-tabulations and t-test, analysis of variance, duncan test, multiple regression analysis using 5'th Wave Korea Welfare Panel(2010). Data were collected from a survey of 2,716. The results showed that the elderly single women had the lowest level of income and health, the elderly single men needed the help about the emotional support for improvement of family and social relations. The married couples elderly are young and the participation rate of job opportunities for the elderly is high, relatively. The results of the multiple regression analysis indicated that the level of income and medical security and the satisfaction of family relationships were important factors as related to the welfare services utilization.

  • The significance of pork meat quality extends far beyond mere consumer satisfaction, encompassing crucial aspects such as health and nutrition, economic impact, reputation and branding, food safety, and sustainability within the global food system. Influenced by a multitude of factors, each playing a pivotal role in shaping its sensory attributes and consumer appeal, pork meat quality stands as a cornerstone of the meat industry. Thus, understanding these factors are imperative for ensuring consistent high-quality pork production, aligning with consumer preferences, and elevating overall satisfaction levels. In this review, we provide a comprehensive overview of the diverse factors affecting pork meat quality, including genetic characteristics, rearing systems, feed composition, gender differences, pre-slaughter handling, and meat aging processes.

A pilot study on job satisfaction of korean medical clinic workers (한의원 종사자들의 직무만족도에 관한 예비연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the job satisfaction of the korean medical clinic workers, and understand the factors that affect the satisfaction thereby increasing the efficiency of human resource management and providing the basic data to establish the management strategy. We visited 50 korean medical clinics which were chosen randomly from the korean medical clinics in the city of Changwon, Gyungnam. First, we explained the purpose of the study and survey contents to the surveyees, then distributed the Questionnaire and collected them. The data analysis was done statistically using the SPSS WIN IBM 20.0 program. The results were as follows: Professional career, interpersonal relationship, work autonomy, and overall job satisfaction showed significant differences depending on ages. While satisfaction of interpersonal relationship showed significant difference depending on final education. Depending on marriage status, while married persons showed significantly high satisfaction on professional career, interpersonal relationship, work autonomy, administration, and overall job satisfaction, there is no significant difference on income satisfaction. The number of years worked in the current clinic showed significant difference on administration satisfaction. Also, daytime working hours showed significant difference on administration and overall job satisfaction. The work area showed significant difference on overall job satisfaction. The income level showed significant differences on professional career, administration, and overall job satisfaction. From this study, it was confirmed that demographic characteristics and work environment factors showed significant differences on overall job satisfaction of workers in korean medical clinics. Therefore, in order to facilitate efficient manpower utilization and organization efficiency maximization, and motivation of human resources, a detailed plan should be developed to improve working environment and take demographic characteristics into consideration.

A Study on the Relationship between Digital Informatization Level and Policy Activity Satisfaction Level of Disabled Persons (장애인들의 디지털정보화 수준과 정책활동 만족도 수준과의 관계에 대한 연구)

  • In recent years, activities have become more important in political activities and participation in policies. Therefore, the level of digital informatization can affect the participation in policy in the online environment. In this study, we examined how the policy activities of the disabled have a relationship with the informatization level. To this end, we analyzed the relationship between the level of digital informatization and the level of satisfaction with policy activities based on the results of the digital divide survey of 2017. The results of this study are as follows: First, it shows that the disabled people have a positive relationship with the digital access and policy activity satisfaction levels such as the possession of wired / wireless information devices and Internet accessibility. Second, it is found that digital information capacity level and income level such as PC utilization ability and mobile digital device utilization ability have a positive (+) relationship. Third, as the level of digital information utilization such as wired and mobile Internet usage increased, the level of satisfaction with policy activities also increased positively. This suggests that the government needs various information policy to increase the level of digital informatization of the disabled.

  • Our society is evolving into an aging society. The purpose of this study is to investigate how digital informatization capacity of elderly people, one of the so - called information - neglected people, affects social activities. To this end, we analyzed the relationship between digital informatization level and social activity satisfaction level of old elderly people based on the results of the digital information gap survey in 2017. As a result, it was found that there was a positive relationship between digital access and satisfaction level of social activities, such as whether elderly people have wired / wireless information devices and internet accessibility. Second, it was found that digital information capacity level such as PC usage ability and mobile digital device utilization ability had a positive (+) relationship with only social activities. Third, the level of satisfaction with social activities increased as the level of digital information utilization increased, such as whether they were using wired and mobile Internet. This suggests that the government needs a policy to resolve various information gaps that can enhance the level of digital informatization of elderly people.

  • This study aims to examine the causal relationshps between self-efficacy and job satisfaction of young farmers by verifying the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between job ability and job satisfaction of young farmers, and to improve the job ability necessary for agriculture, and to provide implications for the development and operation of curriculum that meets the needs of farmers. To this end, an online survey was conducted on 300 young farmers under the age of 40 among 4-H members in Korea from June 17 to 28, 2022. The results of the analysis to find out the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between job ability and job satisfaction of young farmers are as follows. First, it was verified that self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role in affecting job satisfaction by verifying whether the job ability of young farmers mediates self-efficacy in the relationship between job satisfaction and job satisfaction. It can be said that the higher the job ability, the more positive the job satisfaction and the more positive the self-efficacy, which ultimately has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Second, as a result of verifying whether self-efficacy is mediated in the relationship between job satisfaction and job satisfaction by sub-factors of job competency in detail, self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between agricultural production ability, agricultural machine management ability, and job satisfaction, and agricultural management ability and agricultural information utilization ability do not have a direct significant effect on job satisfaction.
