As a result, the higher the accessibility of information, the smaller the digital divide and the greater the digital utilization, so it is necessary to increase the accessibility of information devices and increase the ability to utilize them. In addition, the higher the age, the more women than men, and the lower the income level, the greater the digital divide, so it is necessary to increase digital capabilities through detailed class-specific programs for the vulnerable. Finally, it was found that the digital divide and the level of digital literacy had a significant effect on the life satisfaction and daily life satisfaction of the vulnerable. The expansion of competency-building education programs to enhance information utilization capabilities by changing the paradigm to a digital inclusion policy should be continuously operated.

  • This paper investigates the relationship of service quality and user satisfaction in the wired and mobile Internet services based on the integrative framework of both systems. Given a moderate level of reliability and validity, the commonly driven dimensions for measuring service quality include responsiveness, assurance, empathy, convenience, usefulness, and diversity. User satisfaction is measurable by the dimensions of communication/entertainment, finance/economics, location/geography, and information/consulting. We apply the MANOVA tests to evaluate whether each of the service quality dimensions has an overall influence on user satisfaction. Next, multiple regression analyses are conducted to check if unique positive effect exists between each combination of service quality dimensions and user satisfaction dimensions. The results show that service quality must be taken care of with respect to the assurance dimension in order to enhance customer satisfaction in the dimensions of location/geography, which will contribute to increasing the utilization of mobile service. For improving user satisfaction in the dimension of information/consulting, service quality must be supported with respect to assurance and empathy in the mobile Internet market, in addition to diversity, which is the only significant service quality in the wired Internet service.

This study examined the moderating effect of gender on the customer satisfaction-attitudinal and behavioral loyalty relationship. Research design, data, and methodology: 364 respondents were collected through an online survey and analyzed using the SmartPLS 4.0 program. Results: The findings show that product quality, along with system quality and service quality, are key determinants of customer satisfaction. In addition, this study shows that the relationship between customer satisfaction and attitudinal loyalty (repurchase and word-of-mouth intention) does not differ depending on gender, but the relationship between customer satisfaction and behavioral loyalty (share-of-visit and share-of-wallet) is stronger for women than for men. Conclusions: This research integrates concepts from environmental psychology and marketing focusing on website quality (information, system, service, and product), as well as satisfaction, attitudinal and behavioral loyalty. Online shopping mall practitioners must systematically analyze and assess the quality of online shopping, a pivotal factor driving customer satisfaction, attitude, and behavioral loyalty. Acknowledging the influence of gender on consumers' online purchasing behavior can aid online retailers in devising tailored e-commerce marketing strategies aimed at attracting and retaining customers.
