Recently, most banks in Korea provide internet banking services for customers, and the number of internet banking users is growing rapidly. However, the percentage of internet banking from the perspective of total banking transactions is only about 8.8%. In this thesis we identify customers' perceived value of internet banking and the relationship between customer value and customer loyalty. Furthermore, we illustrate the role of internet banking as the strategic channel of customer loyalty. We performed an empirical data analysis on internet banking users. The results showed that the relationship between customer value and customer loyalty is significant and customer loyalty toward internet banking sites has a positive effect on customer loyalty toward banks. The implications of this study are that internet banking sites should concentrate on delivering customer value such as ease of use, playfulness, and trust, and thereby strengthen customer loyalty.

X.509 인증서 확장영역에 사용자 MAC 주소를 추가함으로써 더 신뢰성 있는 사용자 인증을 제공한다. 사용자 MAC 주소를 인증서에 첨가해도 통신 퍼포먼스에 영향을 미치지 않는 것을 시연하였으며, 간단한 MAC 주소 첨가로 인해 향상된 사용자 인증을 기대한다.

Among emerging devices propelling the growth of mobile devices, smartphones and tablet-PCs are among the most recognizable. In this study, a research model is designed for exploring acceptance-diffusion strategies for tablet-PCs from the viewpoint of consumer perception, which is verified through a survey. The results of this study show that tablet-PCs have great potential to be versatile, multifunctional devices, even though they are currently considered mostly as entertainment-oriented rather than fulfilling the essential needs of everyday life. An analysis of the acceptance model for tablet-PCs revealed that playability, cost level, functionality, and complexity significantly affect user acceptance. An analysis of the diffusion model, on the other hand, showed that playability and user interface have a significant influence on satisfaction, trust, and positive behavioral intention. We also found that cost level is not a major hindrance in the market diffusion of tablet-PCs. The results of this study can be used to establish effective acceptance and diffusion strategies for tablet-PCs and other emerging devices.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among users perception on the characteristics of U-Services, attitude factors as mediating variables, and behavioral intention toward U-Services as the dependent variable. Based on the literature review on the related theories, the research model which analyzes the behavioral intention toward U-Services was developed. The result from the analysis of the data collected validated the U-Services Acceptance Model (USAM) proposed in this study as a sound construct framework. Futhermore, significant insights on the USAM were provided for the stakeholders and future researchers in the field of U-Services Acceptance.

Logistics security has been enhanced to control cargo containers effectively and safely in global logistics. In response to the change, This study describes the system now being developed that tracks container position, watches cargo security status and gets informations of surrounding until the cargos arrived at its destination. We examine completion and satisfaction of the product for prospective users. For this, considering earlier studies about customer trust, satisfaction, service quality and purchase decision, we analyse an effect among the variables empirically. As a result, when the program is released, we examine customers' satisfaction and purchase decision for the informations to be offered from the program.

In this paper, a model combined with explanatory artificial intelligence (xAI) models was presented to secure the reliability of machine learning-based sentiment analysis and prediction. The applicability of the proposed model was tested and described using the IMDB dataset. This approach has an advantage in that it can explain how the data affects the prediction results of the model from various perspectives. In various applications of sentiment analysis such as recommendation system, emotion analysis through facial expression recognition, and opinion analysis, it is possible to gain trust from users of the system by presenting more specific and evidence-based analysis results to users.

With the rapid development of AI technology, ChatGPT and other AI content creation tools are becoming common, and users are becoming curious and adopting them. These tools, unlike search engines, generate results based on user prompts, which puts them at risk of inaccuracy or plagiarism. This allows unethical users to create inappropriate content and poses greater educational and corporate data security concerns. AI content detection is needed and AI-generated text needs to be identified to address misinformation and trust issues. Along with the positive use of AI tools, monitoring and regulation of their ethical use is essential. When detecting content created by AI with an AI content detection tool, it can be used efficiently by using the appropriate tool depending on the usage environment and purpose. In this paper, we collect data on AI content detection tools and compare and analyze the functions and characteristics of AI content detection tools to help meet these needs.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 시장이 성장하면서 다양한 클라우드 서비스가 안정적으로 제공되고 있으며 국내행정·공공기관은 모든 정보시스템을 클라우드 시스템으로 운영하기 위한 전환사업을 수행하고 있다. 그러나 인터넷을 통해 클라우드 자원에 접근할 경우, 내·외부 인력의 잘못된 자원 사용 및 악의적인 접근이 가능하기 때문에 사전에 클라우드 서비스를 안전하게 운영하기 위한 보안 기술을 마련하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문은 클라우드 서비스 중, 민감한 데이터를 저장하는 클라우드 스토리지 서비스에 대해 제로 트러스트 기반으로 보안 기술을 설계하고, 설계된 보안기술을 실제 클라우드 스토리지에 적용하여 보안 기술의 실효성을 검증한다. 특히, 보안 기술 적용 여부에 따른 클라우드 사용자의 상세 접근 및 사용 행위를 추적하기 위하여 메모리 포렌식, 웹 포렌식, 네트워크 포렌식을 수행한다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 스토리지 서비스로서 Amazon S3(Simple Storage Service)를 사용하고, S3의제로트러스트 기술로는 접근제어목록 및 키 관리 기술을 사용한다. 또한, S3에 대한 다양한 접근 유형을 고려하기 위하여 AWS(Amazon Web Services) 클라우드 내·외부에서 서비스 요청을 발생시키고, 서비스 요청위치에 따른 보안 기술 적용 효과를 분석한다.

자체 인증 공개키는 공개키 생성시 사용자와 신뢰기관이 함께 참여하기 때문에 다른 사용자가 검증하는 데에 있어서 별도의 인증서를 필요로 하지 않는다. 이에 공개키를 서명 등의 어플리케이션에 사용하여 서명이 제대로 검증되지 않은 경우 서명 과정에 문제가 있는지 사용자의 공개키에 문제가 있는지 확인할 수 있는 검증 가능한 자체 인증 공개키가 제안되었으며, 이러한 공개키의 검증 과정에는 사용자가 신뢰하는 키 발급 기관(KGC : Key Generation Center)의 공개키가 사용된다. 공개키 검증시 사용자들이 동일한 키 발급 기관을 신뢰하는 경우에는 간단하게 상대방의 공개키를 검증할 수 있지만, 상이한 도메인 내의 사용자간에는 키 발급 기관간 신뢰 관계가 구축되어야만 상대방의 공개키를 검증할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서는 상호 신뢰 관계가 구축된 두 키 발급 기관하의 사용자간 인증서의 사용 없이 상대방 공개키의 정당성을 검증할 수 있는 자체 인증 공개키를 제안한다. 또한, 서로 다른 공개키 파라미터를 사용하는 키 발급 기관 하의 사용자간 서명 생성ㆍ검증과 키 분배를 수행하는 과정에 대하여 알아본다.

최근 인터넷의 발달과 스마트폰 보급의 대중화를 통해 소셜 네트워크 서비스가 급격히 발달하고 있다. 거기에 스마트폰 게임시장의 급격한 성장과 모바일 소셜 게임(SG) 이용이 크게 증가하고 있다. 이들 서비스를 대상으로 한 게임 데이터 조작, 개인정보 유출 등의 문제가 발생함으로써 소셜 게임 보안의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 소셜게임 이용자들의 보안의지 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고 이 요인이 프라이버시 침해에 대한 인지된 행동통제와 태도를 통하여 보안의지 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인들 자기효능감과 신뢰에 대한 인과관계를 실증 연구함으로써 소셜 게임 서비스에서 보안의지에 대한 효과적이고 효율적인 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 소셜 게임 사용자가 보안의지 행동에 영향을 주는 건강신념 모델(HBM : Health Belief Model)을 확장하여 주요 변수로 적용한 연구 모형을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 연구모형을 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 소셜 게임 서비스를 이용한 경험이 있는 서울 소재 S대학, D대학의 대학생들과 직장인들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 지각된 심각성은 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 지각된 심각성은 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 개연성은 자기효능감과 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지각된 이익은 자기효능감과 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지각된 장애는 자기효능감과 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 자기효능감은 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 자기효능감은 보안의지행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 신뢰는 보안의지 행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 소셜 게임 이용자들의 인식 제고로 인한 보안 인식 수준과 보안의지가 높아질 수 있도록 전략적인 제언을 하고자 한다.
