  • The coordination and control of construction projects is vital if a project is to be a success. Almost all analysis has shown that these can only be achieved if good quality communication can be maintained on a construction site. This research focuses on the role that tablet computers could play in enhancing this communication. The following points are investigated in this paper: (a) Whether a tablet computer can enable users to monitor project progress more efficiently than traditional methods, (b) How the tablet computer fits within the project management iron triangle in construction, (c) The two different psychological impacts of information transmission for the end user using a tablet computer (i) The expectancy to transmit information frequently and rapidly from tablet computer users to project members whilst working onsite (ii) The mode of information transmission to the cognition of the transmitted information to the tablet computer. Through the use of structured interviews and questionnaires, the opinions of individuals within various disciplines in construction were canvassed. The approach adopted in this paper deals with understanding both the soft and hard issues for deploying such a system. This research enabled the authors to develop a base framework incorporating the key factors which are relevant for implementing a tablet computer based on information flows primarily.

  • This study is aimed to draw the meaning and possibility of political participation of the SNS users through a phenomenological analysis of participation and awareness of authentication shot for vote of the users. Especially, the reason for focusing on 'SNS vote authentication shot' is because the creative imagination of the users and the meaning and possibility of collective intelligence are drew while citizens are participating in political activities for themselves. Theory resources are based on technical imagination of Vil$\acute{e}$m Flusser that is concerned with users and political practice in the New Media Era, creative imaginer and discussions of collective intelligence of Pierre L$\acute{e}$vy. Based on these theoretical discussions, it is aimed to select the SNS users experienced in authentication shot for the by-election for mayor of Seoul in 26. Oct. 2011 and to use phenomenological analysis model on materials collected after in-depth interview. The researchers take contextual circumstance into consideration for experiences of study participants sticking to SNS users' opinions and intersubjectivity and approach prejudice of their experiences to untouched structure of phenomenon and meaning. It is because a phenomenological study exploring "the own meaning of 'die Sachen'" is 'strict study' and method focusing on the political participation of SNS users itself.

To achieve the goal, we analyzed COVID-19 vaccine-related Twitter posts. 45,413 tweets posted from March 16, 2020 to March 15, 2021 including COVID-19 vaccine names as keywords were collected. The 12 vaccine names used for data collection included 'Pfizer', 'AstraZeneca', 'Modena', 'Jansen', 'NovaVax', 'Sinopharm', 'SinoVac', 'Sputnik V', 'Bharat', 'KhanSino', 'Chumakov', and 'VECTOR' in the order of the number of collected posts. The collected posts were analyzed manually and automatedly through keyword analysis, sentiment analysis, and topic modeling to understand the opinions for the investigated vaccines. According to the results, there were generally more negative posts about vaccines than positive posts. Anxiety about the aftereffects of vaccination and distrust in the efficacy of vaccines were identified as major negative factors for vaccines. On the contrary, the anticipation for the suppression of the spread of coronavirus following vaccination was identified as a positive social factor for vaccines. Different from previous studies that investigated opinions about COVID-19 vaccines through mass media data such as news articles, this study explores opinions of social media users using keyword analysis, sentiment analysis, and topic modeling. In addition, the results of this study can be used by governmental institutions for making policies to promote vaccination reflecting the social atmosphere.

Therefore, several ways of improving for local bookstore loan service in public libraries through a survey of public libraries, local bookstores, and users were suggested in this study. The local bookstore direct loan service for users' requests, which is a creative cooperation plan between public libraries and local bookstores, needs to constantly improve its services by increasing book purchase cost, organizing a steering committee for continuous communication and collecting plans through research on the book purchase cost. Also, it is necessary to improve its services by enacting regulations expanding reading culture services expanding the number of healthy users and fostering various local bookstores.

Internet enables collective communications between social members and contributes to form sound public opinions and to develop democracy while it has negative aspect to distribute massively crime by illegal posting which is forbidden by the Criminal Act. Criminal actors who involve to diffuse information on Internet consist of three categories of information provider, user and internet service provider. Illegal posting generated on Internet is originated from IP and the criminal regulation on it is useless and meaningless because of its countless of users and ambiguous boundary with liberty for expression. Accordingly, the only criminal policy means to prevent danger by illegal posting on Internet is to regulate ISP which saves illegal posting and mediates contacts among users. In spite of it, legislation to regulate ISP is unprepared. The prudent legislative review should be done. And it should be accordance with the doctrines of propriety and vagueness of the principle of "nulla poena sine lege".

  • SNS is a platformwhere users build a social relationship and share opinions and informations. To do these, it supports a text, an image and a video data. As it is possible to exploit the location data of a smart device, SNS tries to use the location data. However, since SNS does not support the coordinate data, it provides the restricted function sharing the image map instead of the vector map. In this paper, we propose a chatting systemsharing pathsto support the coordinate data on a classical SNS. On the proposed system, it is possible for usersjoined in a roomto watch a vector map of same area and exchange texts. If a user builds a path on the map, the system propagates the coordinate data of the generated path and the other users joined in the room watch the path immediately. The implemented chatting systemhasthe benefit to share the information related a map between users using coordinate data.
