The data is a key catalyst for the development of the fourth industry, and has been viewed as an essential element of the new industry, with technology convergence such as artificial intelligence, augmented/virtual reality, self-driving and 5 G. This will determine the price and value of the data as the user uses data in which the data is based on the context of the situation, rather than the data itself of the past supplier-centric data. This study began with, what factors will increase the value of data from a user perspective not a supplier perspective The study was limited to public data and users conducted research on users using data, such as analysis or development based on data. The study was designed to gauge the value of data that was not studied in the user's perspective, and was instrumental in raising the value of data in the jurisdiction of supplying and managing data.

Furniture in the modern living environment, inclusive the importance of its practical value, is a plastic element of indoor space, and its artistic value also holds an important position. Moreover, emotional design based on the emotional engineering in a structural change of modern society such as urbanization, small family, aging society is proposed as an important keyword in the modern design. Namely, furniture as an component of modern residential space has been advanced as a human-oriented environmental element considering people's emotional and mental value to the functional satisfaction and artistic and emotional satisfaction. Furniture is a living tool that is much contacted to people, which affects highly on people's body and mind. This means that people's volition action can be naturally induced by furniture design, and that furniture can display a role as an active tool of means to make people's interpersonal communication and interchange. Namely, I think furniture design of emotional interchange that understands furniture user's pattern behavior and pattern, and observes furniture form and structure and functionality on users' relationship affecting on people's emotional stability and interpersonal interchange of emotion, as an indispensable element necessary for producing more human and prosperous environment of life.

This study was intended to point out the limit of existing digital content-centered studies, or approaches from the viewpoint of the supplier and in the aspect of business profit model and find ways to assess the quality of digital content, considering the characteristics of digital content. For this, the study is to apply value innovation strategy to digital content assessment, to analyze the applicability, and to propose a new and practical framework for digital content assessment method. To this end, this study selected the global No. 1 search service provider Google and local portal site Naver search service. The study on assessment factors by value innovation strategy was based on existing literature, while user-value elements in that respect were confined to information quality, interactivity, communication, interactive storytelling, and usability. This study objectified the relation with the value innovation strategic analysis, through qualitative and quantitative analyses on value elements of search service users.

현재 기술발전에 따라 급변하는 제품의 패러다임은 다양화 되어가는 사용자의 감성적 니즈의 변화와 밀접한 관련이 있다. 이것은 사용자들이 제품의 규격화 된 형태와 편리성을 강조하기보다는 감성적 가치 부여를 지향하고 있기 때문이다. 이러한 감성적 가치는 사용자의 제품에 대한 니즈로 연결되고, 궁극적으로는 제품의 구체적인 속성에 의해 충족될 수 있다. 창의성은 디자인 분야뿐만 아니라 미래사회에서 가장 중요한 경쟁력을 갖게 하는 요소로 대두되고 있다. 그리고 디자이너는 주어진 것에 순응하는 사람이 아니라 끊임없이 새로운 지식과 가치를 창조해 나가는 지식 노동자이며, 경쟁력에서 이길 수 있는 가장 부가가치 있는 부분이 창의성이라 할 수 있다. 결국 창의적 디자인은 사용자에게 심리적 감흥을 불러일으켜 기존 제품들과는 차별화된 새로운 디자인 해결안으로서 그 가치를 인정받는 것이다. 본 연구는 창의적 디자인에 있어 사용자의 의식 또는 무의식의 니즈에 대하여 디자인 구성요소와 심미성 요소를 파악하여 차별화된 창의적 디자인의 제품 개발에 있어 구체적인 디자인 요소를 설정하고 심미성 요소를 통한 디자인 컨셉 도출 과정에 활용될 수 있는 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다.

LPM(Linear pulse motor) was developed as a prototype. In this paper, the design results of prototype and its dynamic characteristics are shown. The prototype was designed by using permeance analysis and the thrust value was also confirmed by comparing with the analysis results of the finite element method. To verify the performance of LPM. dynamic characteristics were measured. In slewing characteristic of the LPM, the thrust value of prototype LPM is higher than commercial level. A X-Y table was structured as a application of the prototype LPM. A controller and user's interface was also developed. By using this control system, the position error of X-Y table was checked. The repeat position error in linear movement was under than ${\pm}$ 100 micron.

본 연구는 음악과 유저의 움직임 간의 자유로운 인터랙션에 주목하는 리듬댄스 게임의 사용자 친화적 게임 플레이 방식을 제안한다. 기존의 리듬댄스 게임들은 사용자의 움직임과 개성적인 춤에 제한을 부여하게 되는데, 이 제한을 최소화하는 방식으로 본 연구는 댄스음악에서 가장 기본 토대를 이루는 비트값을 사용하는 게임 방식을 선택하였다. 음악의 비트를 느끼는 방식은 어깨, 무릎, 고개의 세부분으로 나누어 키넥트를 통해 추출된 각 신체 포지션 값으로 자동적으로 파악된다. 이를 통해 사용자는 게임의 정해진 규칙이 아닌 자신의 춤을 추는 개인적 방식으로 게임을 즐길 수 있게 된다.

The finite element method is one of the most widely used method of structural analysis that has wide applications in diverse fields of engineering and science. The method has been proven effective and reliable in many practical problems. One of the reasons for the methods' popularity is its ease of use, but still the user has to input the finite element mesh which affects the accuracy of the results. The knowledge required to form an effective mesh for a given problem is somewhat complex and for sometime there has been research effort to automate the generation of the mesh and this is called the adaptive mesh generation scheme. A good adaptive mesh scheme seemed to require an accurate assessment of error and generally this requires some additional computation. This paper looks into the possibility of generating adaptive meshes based on representative strain values in each finite element method. The proposed adaptive scheme does not require additional computations other that looking up the data values already computed as finite element analysis results and simple manipulations of these data. Two plane stress problems, a plate with a hole and a deep beam with a concentrated load at the end are considered to show the progress of the improved generation of adaptive meshes using the scheme.

Water Distribution Network (WDN) is a critical infrastructure to be maintained ensuring proper water supply to wide-spread consumers. The WDN consists of pipes, valves, pumps and tanks, and these elements interact each other to provide adequate system performance. If elements fail by internal or external interruptions, it may result in adverse impact to water service with different degree depending on the failed element. To determine an appropriate maintenance priority, the critical elements need to be identified and mapped in the network. In order to identify and prioritize the critical elements in WDN, an element-based simulation approach is proposed, in which all the elements composing the WDN are reviewed one at a time. The element-based criticality is measured using several resilience indexes that are newly developed in this study. The proposed resilience indexes are used to quantify the impacts of element failure to water service degradation. Here, three resilience indexes are developed, such as User Demand Severity, Economic Value Loss and Water Age Degradation, each of which intends to measure different aspects of consequences, such as social, economic, and water quality, respectively. For demonstration, the proposed approach is applied to a benchmark water network to identify and prioritize the critical elements.

In this paper, we investigate the system performance when the voice traffic is constructed as the ATM Adaptation Layer type 2(AAL-2) and then it is transmitted to the Base Station Controller(BSC) from the Base Station Transceiver Subsystem(BTS) through El link in International Mobile Telecommunication-2000 (IMT-2000) network. For this purpose, we first briefly describe the architecture of the BTS and the BSC, and then model it as a queueing network. By simulation study, we present the required processing time at traffic control blocks and the timeout time which should be set for multiplexing the user packets in the LIU(Line Interface Unit). Further, we evaluate the performance of physical links and the timeout probability that user packets can not be multiplexed within the established timeout time, and the multiplexing gain. Finally, we present the number of voice users who can be simultaneously admitted on one El link and 99.9% value of the transmission delay from the Radio Channel Element(RCE) to the Selector & Transcoder Subsystem(STS).

Safety diagnostic indicator pointer can divide by greatly two. One is management (Software) side that one that differ with mechanical (Hardware) side that handle laying stress on equipment connected with safety manages organization and management connected with safety. Weight appropriates according to specific gravity that relevant element occupies in facilities. To give so big value in particular element in grant of weight pays attention because break balance of whole guideline and should gives. Finally, efficient safety net may see effect before self-regulation inside by minimum target establishment using AHP by government and legal, systematic countermeasure establishment for this, strict law application and each business proprietor and though activity and user's active safety activity forms harmony properly.
