This study aims to design user-oriented children's hospital by examining the user needs, especially the mothers of child inpatients and the nurses. The subjects participated in a questionnaire survey including the user's characteristics, awareness of patient's room, the preference on ward size, demands, satisfaction and hospital environment assessment. The survey was conducted of the mothers of child inpatients and the nurses in A children's hospital, and the data were analyzed by the SPSS WIN 18.0 Version software. A total of 115 copies of the questionnaire were finally analyzed. The results and conclusions are as follows. 1) The mothers' demand on family-centered space and private spaces were higher than the nurses. 2) The mothers preferred 1-bed-room to 4-bed-room due to safety and privacy. 3) The items of hospital environment assessment was categorized into four factors; 'Aesthetics', 'Accessibility', 'Comfort', and 'Lighting'. The most positive factor was 'Aesthetics', whereas 'Comfort' was the negative factor. 4) The mother's satisfaction was lower than the nurse's. The most influential factors on the satisfaction was 'Accessibility'. To improve the satisfaction of the mothers of child inpatients and the nurses, safety, privacy, accessibility should be considered.

그리드 포탈 서비스는 기존의 어플리케이션 기반 그리드 서비스가 갖는 시간적 공간적 제약을 극복하여 보다 유연한 연구 환경을 제공한다. 그러나 사용자 인터페이스와 같은 사용자 요구 사항은 개발 기간 동안 불분명하기도 하고 자주 변하기도 한다. 그러므로 그리드 서비스를 위한 사용자 인터페이스를 만들고 유지 관리하는 비용을 줄일 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 유저 인터페이스 개발이 보다 쉽고 코드의 재사용률을 증가시킬 수 있는 객체 기반의 컨트롤 모델을 제안한다. 이 모델에서는 프레젠테이션 페이지의 구조를 보다 명확히 기술할 수 있고 액션들을 구현하는 것이 보다 쉽고 간단하다.

This study proposes the concept and measurement of object-oriented systems modelling activity based on the previous research in the area of systems engineering, object-oriented modelling, and information systems. The modelling activity is related to information systems development success for exploring the correlation of each other. The object-oriented modeling activity is found to be related to user satisfaction with developed information systems, But the modeling activity does not have relation to the other successes, such as cost, development schedule, and maintenance. This study contributes to systems development modeling research, systems success, and object-oriented systems modelling research. Practically, the results support the usefulness of object-oriented modelling effort in the field in terms of user satisfaction.

A graphic user interface for effectively browsing object-oriented databases in complex applications is designed and implemented. The rationale behind our design lies in enabling the users of various levels and needs to investigate the database according to their respective interests and desired depths. A novel idea in our design is the introduction of zooming techniques from a logical view, which vidualize the backbone abstraction concepts of the object-oriented data model. These objectives are verified by evaluating the results of its implementation.

이용자 맞춤형 대중교통서비스는 이용자의 개별 특성을 고려한 이용자별 선호 대중교통정보를 언제 어디서나 정보제공 매체를 통해 빠르고 편리하게 제공하기 위한 서비스로, 차내장치, BIT, 모바일 3가지 매체와 서비스에 대한 개발 연구가 진행되었다. 서비스에 대한 평가를 목적으로 테스트 베드 지역인 부산시를 대상으로 만족도 평가를 실시하며, 각 매체별/종합만족도의 영향을 미친 중요요인을 분석하고, 이러한 결과를 기초로 서비스 개선방안을 도출하고자 한다. 본 서비스에 대한 전반적인 만족도는 평균값 3.54로 긍정적인 반응을 보였으며, 각 매체별로는 차내장치 3.29, BIT 3.62, 모바일 4.05의 만족도를 보였다. 이용자 맞춤형 대중교통서비스의 종합만족도는 범주형 회귀분석 결과 표준화계수 .632인 "차내장치"가 만족도를 결정짓는 중요요인 매체로 작용한 것으로 분석되었다. 제공 서비스 측면에서 현재 제공되는 정보만으로도 충분히 구득이 가능하므로 콘텐츠의 추가보다는 이용환경의 개선 요구가 더 많은 것으로 분석되었으며, 이러한 결과를 토대로 이용자 측면에서의 개선방안을 제시하였다는데 본 연구의 의의가 있다.

Fruit trees are a key part of agriculture in rural areas and have recently been a part of ecotourism or agrotourism. This study analyzes user segmentation based on user motivation to determine characteristics of potential customers in fruit tree farms, and thereby develop fruit tree experience and educational programs. We conducted a survey of 253 potential customers of fruit tree experience programs in September 2017. Data were evaluated using factor and cluster analyses. The results of the cluster analysis identified four distinct segments based on potential customers' motivations, that is, activity-oriented, learning-oriented, leisure-oriented, and purchase-oriented. These clusters showed that significant differences in the preference of potential customers exist. Different markets were segmented based on the benefits sought by users. The segments' characteristics were identified and activities relevant to each segment were proposed for rural tourism. Lastly, this study suggests directions for development of fruit tree farm experience and educational programs.

Developing user success metric will make it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of different electronic government systems and will help produce empirical data relating user success to task performance in electronic government environments. The purpose of this study is that combining output-oriented and interaction-oriented variables together into a single model might explain more of the variance in the dependent variable user success in a electronic government than either type of variable could have explained alone. The hypothesized reason is that user success is the result of the reciprocal effects of the properties of the information system and several facets of psychological functioning. Thus, the complex interplay between the system and the user in certain situational contorts may produce different degrees of user success with electronic governments.

기록정보의 관리와 보존은 활용을 전제로 행해질 때 그 의미와 가치가 살아난다. 따라서 기록관들은 기록정보의 활용을 보다 극대화하기 위하여 기록정보의 검색 및 열람이라는 단순 서비스를 탈피하여 이용자 중심의 보다 적극적 기록정보서비스를 제공하기 위한 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 노력을 활발히 하고 있는 각국의 국립기록관의 기록정보서비스를 유형별로 즉 1) 교육자와 학생을 위한 학습지원서비스, 2) 연구자를 위한 연구지원서비스, 3) 일반 이용자를 위한 특정주제서비스를 중심으로 하여 각각의 서비스 내용을 심층 비교 분석하였다. 마지막으로 각국의 서비스 현황 분석을 기반으로 우리나라 국가기록원을 비롯한 기록관에서 기록정보 활용을 활성화하기 위하여 제공되어야 할 기록정보서비스 방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구는 궁극적으로 기록관별 기록정보 이용 활성화 계획을 수립하는데 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Social participation of the elderly and the disabled continuously becomes more active due to the improvement of social systems and technological development. Various systems such as intelligence robots and intelligence home systems have been developed to support their social participation, and those systems obviously contribute to the independent lives of the elderly and the disabled. Those systems, however, usually require special hardware, which make them very expensive. Considering the economic difficulties of the users, the problem should be tackled with software-oriented approaches using existing hardware such as laptops. The software should be adapted to users with limited capabilities by enabling them to utilize the system without much knowledge related to computers and also without keyboards and mice. This paper suggests software-oriented approaches to solve those problems with the description of the unified user interface for a special work chair, and introduces an actual development procedure of the program together with real application of related theories.

A post-processing program based on the OOP(Object-Oriented Programming) concept has been developed for flow visualization of the flow analysis code(PowerCFD) using unstructured cell-centered method. User-friendly GUI(GTaphic User Interface) has been built on the base of MFC(Microsoft Foundation Class). The program is organized as modules by classes including those based on VTK(Visualization ToolKit)-library, and these classes are made to function through inheritance and cooperation which is an important and valuable OOP concept. The major functions of this post-processor program are introduced and demonstrated, which include mesh plot, contour plot, vector plot, surface plots, cut plot, clip plot, xy-plot and streamline plot as well as view manipulation (translation, rotation, scaling etc).
