Purpose The number of Tablet PC users has recently increased in steep, which started to offer media companies more opportunities to enter into a new business field. Based on Information System Success model, this study finds that tablet magazine's quality factors influence perceived usefulness, user satisfaction and intention of continuous use. Design/methodology/approach We conducted a survey for 20-40's Tablet PC users. After pilot study, we analyzed the main survey data by using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0, and employed structural equation modeling to test the hypotheses. Findings Our research results are summarized as follows : First, information quality has a positive impact on user satisfaction, but not on perceived usefulness. Second, service quality has a positive impact on perceived usefulness, but not on user satisfaction. Third, perceived usefulness positively influences user satisfaction. Fourth, user satisfaction positively influences the intention of continuous use. In particular we found that Tablet PC usage experience had a moderating effect on the relationship between perceived usefulness and user satisfaction.

Purpose: Present study was designed to examine the casual relationships among service quality, self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, user satisfaction and Continuous Usage in new technology-based banking system. Also, we intended to testify the moderating effects of user experience period in causal model. We applied path analysis model in order to test the hypotheses and research model. Methods: Survey tool, that is, questionnaire has obtained validity through literature survey, exploratory survey and pretest and sample 279 was selected. For statistical treatment of pretest and main analysis, SPSS20.0 and AMOS 20.0 were employed and structural equation model was employed as analysis method. Results: Result of this study shows as follows. All factors have an effect on user satisfaction and Continuous Usage, and we found that user experience period played moderating effect in causal relationship. Therefore, new technology-based banking system is found that the determinants of continuous usage intention is different according to the user experience period. Conclusion: Present study shows that self-efficacy in via of user experience period, there is a need to emphasize that the main consideration factor new technology-based banking system. However, present study has some limitations to additionally research in the future.

Purpose: This study is designed to explore web-site service quality factors in job information site for high quality human resource, and to test relationship among web service quality, image, user satisfaction, relationship quality, and loyalty intention. Methods: A survey tool was questionnaire that had obtained validity and reliability through literature survey and pretest survey, and sample 214 was analyzed through SEM using SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0. Results: Web design and information offer affect Image and user satisfaction. Also, relationship quality turned out to be an important mediator between image and loyalty intention and between customer satisfaction and loyalty intention. Conclusion: This study shows that two factors in via of relationship quality, were important factors that related companies have to emphasize to raise performance, Also, in order to raise loyalty intention of customer, marketer should exert to well manage relationship quality having significance as a mediator.

This study aims to investigate and analyze the current status of user education and the school library staffs' perceptions in elementary school libraries in Gyeongnam, and then to propose a plan to improve user education in school libraries. Among the 168 school libraries in the Gyeongsangnam-do where librarians are deployed, 120 that responded to the survey were selected as research subjects. The contents of the study include the contents and methods of user education, the status of librarian education for user education, school library staffs understanding and interest in user education, school library staffs' perceptions of the necessity and effectiveness of user education, and school library staffs' efforts to strengthen capacity of user education. Based on the current status of user education and the results of the school library staffs' perceptions survey, the following are proposed as a way to improve user education of the school library: 1) expanding librarian education opportunities for user education, 2) development and distribution of educational materials that diversify the content and level of each grade, 3) organizing normal school hours for user education, 4) continuous efforts to strengthen capacity for user education.

Korea has established an advanced infrastructure for real-time precise positioning such as CORS, virtual reference station service and perform continuous upgrading. However, in order to utilize the national infrastructure, it is necessary to process the acquired spatial information and take many steps to derive the final product. In addition, this process is highly dependent on foreign software. In this study, GNSS field survey system was developed and evaluation of its usability was performed. Real-time GNSS field survey system was developed and the system improves user̓s convenience and usability. The system was able to conduct survey effectively and produce the results. In addition, we compare the existing software with the survey performance to show the availability of the real-time GNSS surveying system. The system developed through the research can perform all the functions from real-time survey to the production of the outputs. It can create economical added value of the foreign software as a whole and simplify the work required for post-survey performance.

This study aims to design user-oriented children's hospital by examining the user needs, especially the mothers of child inpatients and the nurses. The subjects participated in a questionnaire survey including the user's characteristics, awareness of patient's room, the preference on ward size, demands, satisfaction and hospital environment assessment. The survey was conducted of the mothers of child inpatients and the nurses in A children's hospital, and the data were analyzed by the SPSS WIN 18.0 Version software. A total of 115 copies of the questionnaire were finally analyzed. The results and conclusions are as follows. 1) The mothers' demand on family-centered space and private spaces were higher than the nurses. 2) The mothers preferred 1-bed-room to 4-bed-room due to safety and privacy. 3) The items of hospital environment assessment was categorized into four factors; 'Aesthetics', 'Accessibility', 'Comfort', and 'Lighting'. The most positive factor was 'Aesthetics', whereas 'Comfort' was the negative factor. 4) The mother's satisfaction was lower than the nurse's. The most influential factors on the satisfaction was 'Accessibility'. To improve the satisfaction of the mothers of child inpatients and the nurses, safety, privacy, accessibility should be considered.

This study is to survey facilities installed at urban parks and identify park facilities desired by users through a questionnaire survey of users who actually use the parks. Then, the outcome will be compared and evaluated to install urban park facilities that reflect the desires of users in the future. Findings showed that park facilities currently installed are mostly those easy to install and manage among facilities suggested in relevant laws. Regardless of park types and sizes, similar facilities were installed across parks. A questionnaire survey of users showed that they wanted facilities to rest, sports facilities, waterscape facilities and facilities to accompany families. The result also showed that they wanted green area-style parks that have a lot of trees. Therefore, going forward, facilities reflecting such desires of users should be installed at parks as much as possible. When developing a park creation plan for each city, it would be critical to survey the opinions of residents in relevant areas in advance and reflect it to the creation plan.

Voice User Interface (VUI) is the most familiar and comfortable interface to human. Recently, with the development of cloud and AI technologies VUI has been applied to various products. The aim of this study was to identify the problems of the current VUI and to find the direction of future study by investigating the utilization status and user perception of the VUI of smartphones. A survey was conducted with 163 college students using Google Forms. The results showed that the level of recognition of VUI is high but the rate of usage is very low, and many users feel uncomfortable about the voice recognition rate, reaction speed and operation method. Most of the survey participants tried VUI out of curiosity, but only a small portion of them found it useful to continue to use it. Many participants disliked talking to machines and also did not want others to listen. The study results will guide future research efforts for improving the utilization of VUI.

In this paper, we present a reconfigurable mobile platform (RMP) for user-specific applications. The RMP consists of a basic module and more than one extended module that offers specified functions to a portable platform based on the circumstances and purposes of the users. The extend module for specified purposes is connected to the basic module using a common interface that offers interoperability to the traditional interfaces. This paper gives the results of a survey to determine specifications of a reconfigurable mobile platform. Utilizing the results of the survey, we propose a prototype of the reconfigurable mobile platform to enable specialized functions. The design objective is to provide specialized functions required for user specific needs related to their age and physical condition. In addition, it can be used for mobile healthcare applications that are efficient in improving the user's health conditions by executing medical analysis and prescriptions.
