This study is to identify which variables have influence on establishing successful Integrated Information Systems and relationships among these variables and to find a success model and success variables in establishing Integrated Information Systems in Korean universities. Precedent studies and other studies related to this study were reviewed and on the basis of these reviews, success variables were found to establish Integrated Information System. As for the research method, questionnaires were applied for employees working in universities and junior colleges. In order to verify influence relationships among success variables, a regression analysis was conducted. As a result, success variables for establishing Integrated Information Systems include organizational support, user support, development support, system quality, information quality, use, and net benefits. By identifying relationships among these variables, a success model was presented.

Project management is a tool for smooth operation during a full cycle from the design to normal operation including the schedule, document, and budget management, and document management is an important work for big projects such as the JRTR (Jordan Research and Training Reactor). To manage the various large documents for a research reactor, a project management system was resolved, a project procedure manual was prepared, and a document control system was established. The ANSIM (Advanced Nuclear Safety Information Management) system consists of a document management folder, document container folder, project management folder, organization management folder, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) document folder. First, the system composition is a computerized version of the Inter-office Correspondence (IOC), the Document Distribution for Agreement (DDA), Design Documents, and Project Manager Memorandum (PM Memo) works prepared for the research reactor design. Second, it reviews, distributes, and approves design documents in the system and approves those documents to register and supply them to the research reactor user. Third, it integrates the information of the document system-using organization and its members, as well as users' rights regarding the ANSIM document system. Throughout these functions, the ANSIM system has been contributing to the vitalization of united research. Not only did the ANSIM system realize a design document input, data load, and search system and manage KAERI's long-period experience and knowledge information properties using a management strategy, but in doing so, it also contributed to research activation and will actively help in the construction of other nuclear facilities and exports abroad.

In this paper, we present a system that classifies comments on a news article into a user opinion called a polarity (positive or negative). The system is a kind of document classification system for comments and is based on machine learning techniques like support vector machine. Unlike normal documents, comments have their body that can influence classifying their opinions as polarities. In this paper, we propose a feature weighting scheme using such characteristics of comments and several resources for opinion classification. Through our experiments, the weighting scheme have turned out to be useful for opinion classification in comments on Korean news articles. Also Korean character n-grams (bigram or trigram) have been revealed to be helpful for opinion classification in comments including lots of Internet words or typos. In the future, we will apply this scheme to opinion analysis of comments of product reviews as well as news articles.

With increasing of smartphone users various smartphone studies have been carried out. The purpose of this paper is to examine the factors influencing the usage intention of smartphone healthcare application. The influencing factors found from literature reviews on Technology Acceptance Model and the diffusion of innovations theory are user interface design, self-efficacy, innovativeness, and entertainment. Survey is conducted to 220 people in Seoul metropolitan area. The survey results are analyzed regarding the difference for the intention of healthcare application in accordance with respondents' demographic and application usage characteristics. We also examine the difference among four influencing factors by users and non-users. As a result there are significant differences in self-efficacy and innovativeness. This gives some implications to application developers: the system should be easy to use and provide new and useful health contents that can attract early-adopters' attention in order to increase the number of application users.

Studies aimed at reducing the occurrence of cracks by the shrinkage of concrete are in demand because the repair and reinforcement for cracks caused by declining concrete durability costs the user to maintain the concrete structure. In particular, in underground power facilities for power transmission, the cost is a heavy burden to repair and reinforce. For this reason, underground power facilities demanded effective methods for crack reduction at the engineering design step. This study, as a part of the development of shrinkage reducing agent for low shrinkage concrete on underground power facilities, investigated TEA to complement the shrinkage reducing agent to improve the early strength of concrete. In the case of TEA 3% as a shrinkage reducing agent, the early strength was improved significantly, and the shrinkage reducing effect was excellent. In addition, TEA 3.0 % and the shrinkage reducing agent 2.0 % showed excellent shrinkage property and compressive strength. On the other hand, more study of shrinkage reducing materials, including performance reviews on the shrinkage reducing materials with variable factors and type of materials, will be needed to generalize these results.

With the development of mobile devices and Internet, information exchange has actively been made through SNS and Blogs. Blogs are widely used as a space where people share their experience after their visit to tourist attractions. We propose a method of recommending associated tourist attractions based on tourists' opinions using issue analysis, association analysis, and sentimental analysis for various online reviews including news in order to help to develop tour products and policies. The result shows that north area of Chungbuk province has been selected as issue attractions, and associated attractions/keywards have been identified for given well-known attraction. Positive/negative opinion for review texts has been analyzed and user can grasp the reason for the sentiments. Multidimensional analysis technique has been integrated to derive additional sophisticated insights and various policy proposal for smart tourism.

Using ArcGIS Model Builder, with emphasis on the importance of ecology and user friendliness, a model for site selecting tool is developed. This tool is developed by establishing standardized method for data selection and analysis with evaluation criteria using GIS. For this task, our first action was to objectively define and establish 18 elements to evaluate the potentiality of the site based on extensive literature reviews. These 18 elements reflect environmental, social/cultural and legal aspects that may influence the decision process to select the desired site. Secondly, using ArcGIS Model Builder, 18 analytical elements were made into thematic mapping which represent systematically organized graphic input to the model with automatic double check system and overlay analysis capability. Thirdly, to validate the effectiveness of the developed model, site location analysis was performed using the actual site, Buk-ku, Pohang.

Objectives : MENS was used for wound healing and pain relief using bioelectric property. There are many articles on in vivo and clinical research. This article reviews articles on MENS published for recent 10 years to consider effectiveness of MENS and other fields to applicate MENS. Articles were collected from MAR, 2008 to JUN, 2008. Methods : We searched Pubmed, KSI, KERIS, KMBASE, and National assembly library using "Microcurrent Electrical Neuromuscular Stimulation" and classified the articles into subsets of foreign, Korean and wound healing, pain, relief, and increasing the range of movement(ROM). Also we evaluated their values according to the Jadad scale. Results : A total of 18 articles (Foreign-9, Korean-9) reconfirmed that MENS reduces pain, increases wound healing, ROM, and strength of muscle. In addition, MENS has effect on stress-hormone and various pain like low back pain, acute lateral epicondylitis, and plantar fascitis. And there are various styles developed. However, there is no standard protocol so the user is usually in trouble at clinic. Conclusions : MENS may be have application to various pain diseases, and further studies analysing its effectiveness are needed.

This empirical study explored characteristics that affect the usefulness of online reviews, in the China e-commerce platform, and implemented multiple regressions to find factors that significantly influence on product sales, ultimately. Till now, prior studies have continuously revealed what factor affects usefulness of online review or product sales, only in respective terms. The point of our study is that we built two-level regression models, thereby being able to comprehensively analyze these two different targets. Before plunging into running regressions, we carefully collected 192,764 online review data for 200 products extracted from the Jingdong, the second biggest e-commerce platform in China. Also, we gathered "review sentimental scores" variable from each review and used that one as a core variable in our regression model, thus we were able to implement both quantitative and qualitative research. The evidences from the two-level regression models showed that the extent to which a product is experience good positively affects both usefulness of a review and product sales, again the usefulness of a review contributes to product sales in sequence. Also, the property of experience good has interaction effect on both for two-level regression models. Our main findings highlight the importance of role of online review to business performance of e-commerce firms.

With the explosion of SNS(social network services) users, the social commerce market has emerged as a new consumer market, and will continue to grow in recent years. Despite the market environment, however, studies are lacking as to the causes of frustration that are hurting social commerce activation. This study is based on the 'Hezbollah' 2 Factor Theory and is a study of social commerce users' satisfaction and frustration factors. For this purpose, social commerce site characteristics and user characteristics were first derived from interviews and literature reviews to confirm their relationship to satisfaction and dissatisfied products. The results showed that the price discount rate, diversity, regional infrastructure, and e-commerce familiarity resulted in the impact on the definition of satisfaction, while the price discount rate, interoperability and innovation resulted in the definition of unsatisfactory goods. It also showed that satisfaction affects the definition of intended use. In particular, the price discount rate was found to be the only factor affecting the definition of unsatisfactory as well as affecting the definition of satisfaction.
