Recently, the Ministry of Education is striving to move education and school libraries toward the information age and to create an atmosphere open education. School libraries need to be furnished with lots of useful materials for the curriculum of open education. School libraries need to be furnished with lots of useful materials for the curriculum of open education. Therefore, school libraries should adopt the concepts and techniques of marketing. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1. Nonprofit organizations such as school libraries should adopt the concepts and techniques of marketing to solve the problems for the rational management of the system. 2. Marketing techniques can be adopted in the areas such as collection development, service fee, selection of the place of library, advertising, better library user organization etc. 3. School libraries should be total educational information centers to realize educational goal and the curricular. 4. Procedures for marketing strategies for school libraries are embodied in mission statement, environmental analysis, marketing audit, marketing mix, marketing segmentation, evaluation methods etc. 5. The 4 "Ps", product, price, place, promotion make up the marketing mix for school libraries.libraries.

Today, the vehicle is used the mean of transportation as well as the mobile office with the third digital life space. So telematics is an emerging industry that has tremendous future potential. It is necessary the essential contents for telematics services : navigation map for navigation, POI, real-time traffic information etc. In this paper, we proposed the telematics contents server to manage the telematics contents with efficient performance in distributed environment. The telematics contents server transforms and stores the essential contents and provide it to user through standard interface. The telematics contents server is middleware to offer a rapid essential telematics contents management, client connectivity, and communications. It is useful for the telematics service provider to build telematics system under distributed environment.

본 논문에서는 블루투스 4.0(BLE) 기반의 비콘을 이용하여, 공항에서 물건을 찾을 때, 물건(가방)에 비콘을 장착하고 비콘의 신호를 받아 알림(Notification)을 주는 System으로써, 사용자의 편리성을 위하여 안드로이드 4.3이상 버전의 스마트 폰 Application으로 개발하였다. 스마트 폰과 비콘 사이에는 블루투스를 기술을 이용하여 통신하며, 비콘은 신호를 송신, 스마트 폰에서는 수신한다. 이러한 기능으로 Estimote사의 공개된 Software Development Kit(이하 SDK)를 바탕으로 개발을 진행하였다. SDK의 대표적인 기능으로 비콘의 정보와 연결 상태를 관리하는 객체, 그리고 Listener를 통해 범위 내 비콘을 탐색하는 기능을 정의할 수 있다. 또한 User Interface를 고려하여 사용자의 편이성과 접근성에 중점을 두어, 화면 구성에 많은 노력을 기울였다. 따라서 사용자의 배경지식, 연령대를 고려하더라도 쉽게 이용이 가능하도록 개발하였다.

As the developing of the information communication technology, more and more devices are with the capacity of communication and networking. The convergence businesses which communicate with the devices have been developing rapidly. The IT convergence communication is viewed as one of the next frontiers in wireless communications. In this paper, we analyze detailed security threats against M2M(Machine to Machine), intelligent vehicle, smart grid and u-Healthcare in IT convergence architecture. We proposed a direction of the IT convergence security that imbedded system security, forensic security, user authentication and key management scheme.

The network architecture and analysis model for evaluating the information security are presented to distribute the reliable and secure multimedia digital contents. Using the firewall and IDS, the function of the proposed model includes the security range, related data collection/analysis, level evaluation and strategy proposal. To develop efficient automatic analysis tool, the inter-distribution algorithm and network design based on the traffic analysis between web-server and user are needed. Furthermore, the efficient algorithm and design of DRM/PKI also should be presented before the development of the automatic information security model.

Recently, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) cards have been charming increasing attention. In addition, the RFID card ensures high durability and ease of maintenance because it has no built-in contact. And the benefits of RFID cards over contact cards are primarily due to the increased transaction speed and convenience brought to the cardholder. In this paper, we have developed a RFID card reader for the multi-purpose applications. The vicinity card reader with large-screen to display user ID and card number for a kinds of applications such as entrance and attendance management system is suitable for the use with EM card and TEMIC card, featuring easy to mount and reliable quality. The read range of the proposed RFID card reader is 70cm. This paper also addresses current RFID technology in terms of systems and provides a look forward its future applications in the aviation environment using RFID smart card.

Finding the factors to affect the success of the business web sites is critical to enhance their competitiveness. This paper categorizes these factors into 4 quality measures: system, information, service and entertainment. The success is measured via user's satisfaction and loyalty. It surveys 474 Internet users to explore the effect of the quality measures on web site success. We confirm the causal effect of quality factors on users' satisfaction and loyalty. Furthermore, a comparative study is performed for web site types, such as finance, e-commerce(shopping mall), and entertainment. We note that the effect differs in web site types.

The enterprise find a solution to the problems such as a reduction of manufacturing period, accurate analysis for customer demand, improvement for customer service and rise of manufacture accomplishment. Internet is a good solution to such problems. Internet offers WWW(World Wide Web), remote control, file transfer and e-mail service. Among the services, WWW takes large portion because of convenient GUI, easy information search and unlimited information registration. Remote Monitoring Server(RMS) system that uses network service is constructed for chip mounter. Hardware base consists of RMS, chip mounter and C/S(Customer Service) server. Software includes DBMS and various modules in server home page. This provide product number, bad product number, trouble code, content and countermeasure in real-time information module, user information in setup module, detailed error information in fault diagnosis module, fault history in fault history module and customer information in customer service management module.

In the recent years, as smart phones popularized, the number of people who use IMS (instant messaging service) and SNS (social network service) rapidly has increased as the usage of SMS (short message service) relatively decreased. That is why this thesis suggests a contact control service based on Android. It contains an inducing function that calls acquaintances, which were given a score based on the level of familiarity from saved contacts and call logs. And it provides an overall ranking of call log in order to grasp frequently called people. This developed system was tested on Samsung Galaxy S2 and LG Optimus LTE / Android 2.2 which were the main smart phone models.

The data models which express all types of video information physically and logically. and the definition of spatiotemporal relationship of video data objects In This paper, we classifies meta-model for efficient management on spatiotemporal relationship between two objects in video image data, suggests meta-models based on Rambaugh's OMT technique, and expanded user model to apply the adaptive model, established from hyper-media or web agent to VOD. The proposed meta-model uses data's special physical feature: the effects of camera's and editing effects of shot, and 17 spatial relations on Allen's 13 temporal relations, topology and direction to include logical presentation of spatiotemporal relation for possible spatiotemporal reference and having unspecified applied mediocrity.
