  • Recently, web-based service software has been used as to combine various information or to share information according to the needs of users and the convergence of specialized fields and individual dependent systems. According to the necessity of the user, the proper service environment and the selective service environment according to the purpose and the needs of the user have been studied in a variety of specialized and combined professional research fields and industries. Software based on cloud systems and web services is being used as a tool for appropriate group and user groups and roles. A service system combined dynamically needs a module to manage a user through internal logic and grant a service access authentication. Therefore, it has been considered various approaches that a user who accesses the system is given a service access authority for a certain period of time. Also, when the deadline is over, the authority that you are given to access system will go through the process of expire the right. In this paper, we define the roles of users who access web services, manage user rights according to each role, and provide appropriate service resources to users according to their rights and session information. We analyzed the procedure of constructing the algorithm for the service according to the procedure of each user accessing the web service, granting the service resource and constructing a new role.

  • Recently, various security threats such as data leakage and data forgery have been possible in the communication and storage of data shared in the cloud environment. This paper conducted a study on the CP-ABSC scheme to solve these security threats. In the existing CP-ABSC scheme, if the data is obtained by the unsigncryption of the data user incorrectly, the identity of the data owner who uploaded the ciphertext cannot be known. Also, when verifying the leaked secret key, the identity information of the data user who leaked the secret key cannot be known. In terms of efficiency, the number of attributes can affect the ciphertext. In addition, a large amount of computation is required for the user to unsigncrypt the ciphertext. In this paper, we propose ECP-ABSC that provides data user traceability, and use it in a cloud environment to provide an efficient and secure data sharing scheme. The proposed ECP-ABSC scheme can trace and verify the identity of the data owner who uploaded the ciphertext incorrectly and the data user who leaked the secret key for the first time. In addition, the ciphertext of a constant size is output and the efficiency of the user's unsigncryption computation were improved.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide empirical and quantitative analysis on user's perceived privacy, security, and user satisfaction when providing visualization information about objects and service provider behaviors that users can not perceive in internet service process. Through previous research, we have examined the importance of privacy and security factors as a key factor to be considered for the characteristics of the Internet of things and the Internet of things. In addition, service blueprint, which is one of the service design methodologies to examine the flow of service usage in providing Internet service of things, was examined. In the flow of things internet service utilization, it is found that the things that are out of the user's cognitive area and the behavior of the service provider take up a large part. Therefore, the hypothesis that the trust of the Internet service security and the satisfaction of the user experience can be improved by providing the security visualization information about the behavior of the object and the invisible service provider in the non-contact aspect of the user and the object. In order to verify the hypothesis, we conducted experiments and questionnaires on the use of virtual objects' internet environment and conducted statistical analysis based on them. As a result, it was analyzed that visual information feedback on non - contact and invisible objects and service provider's behaviors had a positive effect on user's perceived privacy, security, and satisfaction. In addition, we conclude that it can be used as a service design evaluation tool to eliminate psychological anxiety about security and to improve satisfaction in internet service design. We hope that this research will be a great help for the research on application method of service design method in Internet environment of objects.

  • In the future, the ubiquitous computing environment will provide users with context-aware services, intelligently interacting with omnipresent resources and surrounding environments at any location and time. Therefore, the ubiquitous computing environment requires context-aware applications in order to gather and analyze context information in various situations. However, existing context-aware applications have mainly focused on providing services and adapting themselves to users based on user related contexts. But this environment requires not only user related contexts but also Quality-of-Service (QoS) related contexts. In this paper we propose a frame-work for supporting user-oriented QoS in ubiquitous environments. The proposed approach adopts a semantic ontology and a neural network algorithm in order to reason about explicit and uncertain contexts. We also show the possibility of applying the framework to real environments such as collaborative engineering service, automobile maintenance service and ubiquitous home service.

  • Cloud computing is cost-effective in terms of system configuration and maintenance and does not require special IT skills for management. Also, cloud computing provides an access control setting where SSO is adopted to secure user convenience and availability. As the SSO user authentication structure of cloud computing is exposed to quite a few external security threats in wire/wireless network integrated service environment, researchers explore technologies drawing on distributed SSO agents. Yet, although the cloud computing access control using the distributed SSO agents enhances security, it impacts on the availability of services. That is, if any single agent responsible for providing the authentication information fails to offer normal services, the cloud computing services become unavailable. To rectify the environment compromising the availability of cloud computing services, and to protect resources, the current paper proposes a security policy that controls the authority to access the resources for cloud computing services by applying the authentication policy of user authentication agents. The proposed system with its policy of the authority to access the resources ensures seamless and secure cloud computing services for users.

  • This paper suggests a multimedia educational system which has the ability to extract intelligent instruction on the distributed environment. The proposed system is designed for supporting individual instruction and real time user interaction. As the system based on CORBA, we put group managing module on it for multi user environment, so it has ability for distributed computing facilities. Using MHEG standard, we can provide multimedia courseware and real time user interaction. To diagnose students' responses and generate evaluations, we use several linguistic variables of fuzzy theory. There are two major advantages for using this system. This system can provide dynamic generation of problems and the ability to provide a dynamic instruction strategy. And it can increase reusability of courseware material for using standard of multimedia representation and communication. We use CORBA and MHEG to overcome the disadvantage of the Web, passive protocol and poor interactivity, HTTP.

  • For last decades, the interests and efforts to enhance healthcare facility users' experience is focused on improving facility environments for healing (Delvin, 2003) and servicescapes in order to meet the users' needs (Becker, 2008; Seunghee, 2011). In the emerging experience economy, customer want experiences and they're willing to pay for the experiences and memories not goods. (Pine, J. & Gillmore, J., 1999). It is important to identify what supports customer experiences and how they perceive the experiences in healthcare environments and it will provide important information for healthcare planners, managers, architects, and interior designers. This study examines the service user experience design elements from a User Experiences design perspective. It focuses on healthcare facilities as user experience elements and build up a conceptual framework that outlines service user experience design elements in healthcare facilities. Literature review and case studies were conducted to build the service user experience design elements according to affordance theory. Findings from this study shows that service user experience design elements were introduced and newly developed which can be categorized into three factors; 1) Functional experiences in the physical environments (safety, accessibility, self-directiveness), 2) emotional expression and cognitive experiences (identifiability/clarity, natural features/pleasant environment, aesthetic elements/playful space, media richness), 3) social relational experiences(closeness, privacy, communication with staff, integrated system). These service user experience design elements will help healthcare facility designers to understand what customer experiences, how they increase the satisfaction, and how they improve facilities for modeling the industry's best practices.

  • Survival horror games aim to seek cathartic psychological escapism from the framed fear or hostile environment. However, if the goal of the game playing is only "survival" against hostile environment, the motivation of such environment adaptive games may not be based on the framed fear. We may call such games as "environment adaptive survival games". In this paper, we analyze the contents of six such survival games that have large user groups in Steam platform based on the pilot survey. We extract 13 almost common fun elements that induce the fun of such games. An online user survey was conducted through multiple survival game cafe to investigate who play such games. There was no gender differences in playing time but females prefer constructing tools as a fun element and play puzzle and simulation games more than males. We found that survival games could be welcomed by female users under 30 years old if 'horror' element was minimized.

  • Purpose: The green building certification system in Korea was introduced in 2002 and developed as an improvement version of the G-SEED(Green Standard for Energy and Environmental Design) system in 2013. This study conducts surveys targeting architectural designers and users on significance of certification assessment criteria for apartment buildings on the G-SEED system and examines the differential views between the two groups on assessment criteria. Method: First, The AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method was used to find importance of assessment criteria and then the importances were compared with weighted points on the certification standard. Second, the t-test was used to investigate differential views between designer and user groups on certification assessment criteria based on drawn importances. Result: (1) While designer group considered land use and transportation, energy and environmental pollution, and water circulation management as more important, user group did material and resource, maintenance management, ecological environment, and indoor environment as more important. (2) Based on t-test results, sustainable energy, water circulation system, site management, habitat, acoustical environment, and light environment were found to be different on importance between the two groups.
