The purpose of this study was to design a PCSI model that can be applicable to measurement of library user satisfactions, which can be used in evaluating organizational performance. The National Assembly Library (NAL) was selected as a case to design a PCSI-based model and to test the model by conducting a self-administered survey of 341 internal and external library users. The model was validated to have a satisfactory model fit. Fitting the model, the study confirms that the service qualities of the NAL affect user satisfactions, which in turn affects organizational performances. The PCSI score of the library was 80.4, which can be used as a useful index that can compare the library's performance with other organizations in the similar public domain. Major contributions of this study are two-fold: the PCSI-based model proposed in this study provides a theoretical basis that assesses organizational performance of libraries via user satisfaction; and libraries can utilize the model as a management tool to assess the organizational performance from the user perspective.

This study investigates and analyzed to whole public offering listed company whether enterprise's integration information system exercises some influence on business users. Many medium and small enterprise introduce and operate new integrated system, but there was difficulty in Productivity Analysis that is real by unstableness of system, preservation and insufficiency of management control etc. Therefore, in this study, designed study model and research hypothesis laying stress on information strategy, system quality, information quality of information support agents to measure integration information system to relative stable enterprise. This study may become data that is useful in stable system introduction in various field of industry hereafter medium and small enterprises. This study Was construed by thing which degree that give influence of positive in user satisfaction as findings information system quality, quality of service, information support agents is good in study analysis is very high. The other side, information strategy was expose for factor that do not exert big influence on user's satisfaction, and got sequence that is affected in some degree if user satisfaction is high in details article.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of learning space Servicescape on the user satisfaction level and continuance intention and to identify moderating effect of the learning activity. The six Servicescape factors are selected after literature review and in-depth interviews; cleanliness, comfort, convenience, aesthetics, accessibility, and flexibility. The online survey is given to the university students at four-year private universities in Seoul metropolitan area. The result shows that among the learning space Servicescape factors, cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and accessibility have a significant impact on the user's satisfaction and the user's satisfaction response determines the continuance intention to the learning space. It is also found that the factors of cleanliness and comfort have a negative moderating effect on user satisfaction. This study implies that the result provides methods to develop the space arrangement for university libraries that provide the better-support to students' learning experience.

Given social problems of technology addiction such as games and mobile messenger services (MMSs), it have become important to understand theoretical mechanisms to generate technology addiction. In this vein, this study examined key antecedents of technology addiction in the MMS environment. We posit technology habit and user satisfaction as key predictors of technology addiction. In addition, the impacts of social interaction and flow on use's technology addition formation were investigated The research framework was tested by using survey data collected from 278 Kakaotalk users who have used more than 6 months. The analysis results found that both technology habit and user satisfaction play an important role in generating technology addiction in the MMS context. The findings of this study indicate that social interaction and flow significantly affects technology habit and user satisfaction. The analysis results help government and MMS providers establish policies or strategies to induce healthy MMS use.

As the use of mobile devices such as PDAs and smart-phones increases, the Mobile Payment System(MPS) is widely used as a new payment method. Accordingly, domestic and foreign MPS users can conveniently purchase or use the products and services they want, free from the constraints of time and space. In this situation, the study was to investigate how the perception of MPS value varies depending on the characteristics of MPS users(demographic characteristics, MPS usage characteristics), and to analyze whether the perception of MPS value ultimately has a significant effect on user satisfaction. To accomplish these research purposes, the study conducted a statistical analysis using a questionnaire for people with experience using MPS in Korea. The analysis results of the study could be useful in seeking ways to successfully spread of MPS at home and abroad and improve user satisfaction in the future.

This study investigated the user's attitude to the nature trail called Gubulgil in Gunsan reservoir area and evaluated the quality of user's satisfaction of the trails and their facilities by importance-performance analysis (IPA). User's evaluation was achieved through questionnaire survey and total 283 pieces of subjects were used for the analysis. The results are as follows. Firstly, importance value of circularity of trails was very high, and it has great implication to ordinary trails which connect ecological, historical and cultural spots routinely and linearly. Secondly, through the IPA, relatively dissatisfied attributes were parking lots, direction boards, storytelling, convenient facilities and encountering of wildlife. Expansion of parking lots can cause the environmental disruption, so running a shuttle service from Gunsan downtown to the reservoir at weekends can be more reasonable. In case of ecological and historical information delivery, softwares like storytelling contents with sense of realism as well as hardwares of informative signboards are very important in nature trails. Encountering wildlife in trails is fascinating experience but it means visitors may disturb wildlife habitats. So route design should be done very carefully not to intrude their territories.

Purpose: The study aims to improve the quality of emergency medical services by surveying the user's satisfaction of 119 emergency medical services nationwide. Methods: From December 21 to December 27 each year from 2015 to 2017 a total of 5,889 people were surveyed by phone call in fire station. Results: The average degree of satisfaction with the emergency medical services was 4.17±0.70, with 85.1% respondents reporting being 'satisfied'. Factors like being a patient, injuries, residential area, and scene arrival time affected satisfaction. From 2015 to 2017, the satisfaction degree decreased every year, with factors affecting this results including "first aid guidance of phone call" and "rapidity of emergency medical services." The highest satisfaction factors were 'friendly acting of emergency medical services' and 'appropriate offer of emergency medical services', while the lowest satisfaction factors were 'first aid guidance of phone call' and 'adequacy of emergency medical team'. Conclusion: The quality of emergency medical services needs to be improved by managing the quality of phone call first aid guidance and the assignment of adequate emergency medical teams to increase user satisfaction.

Delineator is a useful device to support driver's safer maneuver. Effective placement and operation of the delineator would lead to prevent traffic accidents on the roads. This study evaluates the effectiveness of parameters associated with delineator placement and operation, which include spacing, height and size, from the point of user's satisfaction. Also, this study devises a methodology for determining such parameters using binary logistic regression technique. The proposed model is capable of producing probabilistic measure of user's satisfaction according to the various parameters. The outcome of this study would be useful fundamentals for more effective placement and operation of delineators.

This paper proposes high quality of healthcare environments for a user-oriented children's hospital by identifying the user needs according to residential characteristics of the child, especially the hospitalization period. Caregivers, mostly parents of children in a children's hospital, participated in a questionnaire survey. The user's demands, satisfaction and hospital environment assessment were measured. A total of 103 copies of the questionnaire were finally collected and analyzed. The data was processed statistically using SPSS WIN 18.0 Version software. The results and conclusions are as follows. 1)The participants were categorized into three groups according to the hospitalization period of the child (less than 7 days, 7-20 days, and more than 21 days). 2)When the patients stayed longer in the hospital, their satisfaction was lower and their demands were higher. The long-term group required a more spacious bathroom for the child inpatients and their caregivers as well as sufficient individual storage spaces that are appropriate for the length of stay. 3)The longer they were hospitalized, the more negative they evaluated the hospital environment. These results suggest that the period of hospitalization is one of the crucial factors that impact the user's satisfaction and demands. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the design factors such as territoriality, privacy, accessability, and aesthetics to improve the satisfaction of the long-term child inpatients and their caregivers.

The purpose of this study was broken down into four sections. First, this study identified both single workers' lifestyles and their motives for going to restaurants. The study classified the consumers and then confirmed the attributes of selection that the consumers considered important when eating out at family restaurants. Second, the study analyzed the consumers' lifestyles, motives for going to restaurants (user motive), and the attributes of selection for the restaurant. Third, the study analyzed how the attributes of selection toward the family restaurant affect the consumer's satisfaction and the consumer's intention of revisiting the restaurant. Fourth, the study analyzed how consumer satisfaction affects the intention to revisit the family restaurant. After the execution of the aforementioned four steps, the study was successful in meeting its purpose: to provide information to enhance the satisfaction of the consumer and to provide foundation material for consumer policy. In regards to the analytical method, this study performed a Frequency Analysis, Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Cluster Analysis, ANOVA Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The analytical results from the study are as follows. Lifestyle was categorized into 4 factors and 4 clusters. User motive was grouped into 3 factors and 4 clusters. The attributes of selection for family restaurants were categorized into 4 factors. Based on the lifestyle cluster, the attributes of selection for family restaurants showed a statistically significant difference. In addition, based on the cluster of user motive, the attributes of selection for family restaurants showed a statistically significant difference. Lastly, the attributes of selection for family restaurants were found to affect both the intention of revisiting the restaurant and consumer satisfaction after the consumers used the restaurants.
