이 연구는 대구광역시 공공도서관의 겨울방학 프로그램 이용자를 대상으로 하여 그 이용행태를 분석하고, 프로그램의 서비스품질에 대한 지각, 이용자 만족도, 충성도에 관련된 영향관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 대구광역시의 8개 공공도서관에서 실시하고 있는 겨울방학 프로그램에 참여한 초등학생을 대상으로 배포하여 회수한 444부의 설문지 중 300명의 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 분석하였다. 겨울방학 프로그램 참여자는 도서관을 방문할 때 가족과 방문하는 경우가 상당히 많고, 겨울방학 프로그램에 참여하게 된 경로도 부모님을 통해 참여하게 된 경우가 많았다. 겨울방학 프로그램의 이용자들은 어린이도서관의 다른 서비스이용자는 물론 공공도서관의 일반 성인이용자들에 비해 서비스품질에 대한 지각과 만족도, 충성도의 거의 모든 측면에서 그 값이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 서비스품질과 만족도, 충성도에 대한 구조방정식모형의 분석에서는, 서비스품질의 3개요인인 프로그램 내용/강사, 지원/서비스, 프로그램 시설 요인은 전반적 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 만족도와, 서비스품질 요인 중 지원/서비스 요인이 충성도에 직접적인 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the present state of elementary school libraries in Daejeon Metropolitan City. For this 50 schools are surveyed by questionnaires on two groups of teachers, those that take charge of school library and those who do not. As a results of this research following issues are emerged. First, the present state of surveyed school libraries is below standard with regard to the amount of books and size and it is required to improve these poor conditions. Second, the space programs are not sufficient to conduct enlarging scope of school libraries, which is conspicuous in spaces for affording librarians, supporting various activities and serving user's convenience. Third, in spite of poor conditions in school library facilities, respondents' satisfaction rate is not so low and there's no obvious demand for diversity of spaces.

This study performed factor analysis for 21 independent variables related to the effect of illumination and suggested the effect by multiple regression analysis on the relationship between the effect of illumination and the satisfaction of use of a dependent variable to find the effect of illumination in urban parks at night and the effect of illumination on the satisfaction of use. The results of this study are as follows; 1) Of the 21 independent variables used to study the effect of illumination in urban parks at night, the impact on safety and possibility of crime was highly. The effects of illumination by factor analysis were abstracted as effects of removing anxiety, securing safety, increasing use. 2) As a result of multiple regression analysis, independent variables influencing satisfaction of use in urban park were proved as effects of removing anxiety, securing safety, increasing identity, preparing atmosphere and increasing use. Also, the effect of securing safety was the most important factor; it showed a level of importance 2 times higher than the effect of removing anxiety, and 7.7 times higher than the effect of preparing atmosphere in relative contribution of the effect of illumination to satisfaction of use. 3) Of the effects of illumination influencing satisfaction of use in urban parks, the effect of securing safety and the effect of increasing visibility were more significant than the effects of removing anxiety, preparing atmosphere and increasing use. This fact means that personal safety an the identity of persons or facilities in the space of use should be considered with priority in planning or designing illumination. Also, it implies hat, for night use in urban parks, lightness of the space is required for general safety of use at parks, and proper illuminance on the activity in the space of use should be required. The subject parks of this study are 8 urban neighborhood parks. The model on the effect of illumination and the satisfaction of use depends on characteristics and conditions of location of he park and user class, so the subject parks and persons should be varied, and the difference by sex or ages should be suggested.

This study is a basic research to suggest user-centered healthcare environmental color, which aims to analyze tendency of color consciousness and preference depending on the user characteristics (generation, gender, residential area, and environment). For this purpose, this study constructed an analysis tool through the literature review with regard to environmental color of healthcare facility and influential factors of color preference. Besides, an online survey regarding general usage and satisfaction, health related color consciousness, and color preference tendency of healthcare facility was conducted targeting from 20s to 60s, total 1,500 persons. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The usage and satisfaction of healthcare facilities were higher for older generation and accessible urban area. (2) The respondents were aware that color and health are related, recognizing 'green' as healthy and stress relieving color. Besides, 'natural' and 'clear' was the highest in health related color image. 'Light' which relates to vitality was high as well for older generation. (3) In the color preference tendency survey, hue PB was generally the most highly preferred, in details, younger generation preferred B and R while older generation preferred G. The survey also showed high value and chroma were preferred, while female and younger generation preferred high value of 9.0 and low chroma close to achromatic color, which presented older generation preferred vivid color.

A computerized layout system based on a constraint satisfaction problem (CSP) technique was developed to treat both facility layout and instrument panel layout problems. This layout system attempts to allocate various facilities under multiple layout criteria including qualitative design objectives. Since most of the design objectives can be understood as constraints which the layout solution must satisfy to improve the goodness of the solution, a CSP technique was employed to solve the multi-constraints layout problem. The effectiveness of the system was evaluated by the comparison with the well-known facility layout program, CORELAP. Furthermore, the proposed system can also be applied to the instrument panel layout problem successfully. Several user-centered guidelines were well reflected on the solution obtained. CONSLAY, the prototype layout system being developed in the research, greatly enhanced the interactions with the designer so as to deal with the problem-dependent nature of the layout problem and to properly reflect the domain-specific knowledge of the designer.

본 연구는 지방자치단체의 "작은도서관 설치 및 운영 지원에 관한 조례"에서 규정한 작은도서관의 시설규정과 운영방식을 분석하고, 현재 작은도서관을 이용하고 있는 이용자들을 대상으로 서비스에 대한 만족도와 요구들을 조사, 분석하여 작은도서관의 효과적인 운영방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법으로는 단행본 논문 법률자료 인터넷사이트 등을 이용한 문헌연구법과 만족도조사를 통한 설문지법을 병행하였다. 연구결과로 작은도서관의 효과적인 운영방안을 시설 자료 인력 프로그램 네트워크의 다섯 가지 영역으로 구분하여 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to understand how the factors related to quality in child care services effect decision making of parents to use such services again, using the parameter of parental satisfaction as a measure. In order to support the researcher's hypothesis, data was gathered from 566 households who send their children to one of the child care facilities in Goyang-Shi, Gyeonggi-Do. The collected data was then analyzed by means of structural equation modeling. The results of the analysis showed that the higher the level of assurance, service tangibility and empathy were, the more the parents were satisfied with the service. The more they were satisfied, the possibility of using the service again increased relatively. In conclusion, various political and practical implications were also addressed and discussed on the basis of these results, with the aim to improve the factors of quality in child care services and parental satisfaction.

Nowadays, many educational facilities are being renovated. However, due to the absence of a system for post renovation of educational spaces, users are less satisfied with the spaces after the renovation and there is a limit in establishing future directions for improving educational space renovation. From this point of view, this study was conducted to increase the users' satisfaction in renovation space planning of educational spaces and to establish a system for management after renovation. As a specific research method, the space preference of students was used to evaluate the space after renovation. By researching the opinions of the students who use the most educational space, not only the direction of the renovation plan of the future educational space can be given but also the user's opinion can be reflected in the spatial plan in detail. In terms of management of future educational spaces, this study can be used as a basic study for developing post evaluation indicators for renovation of educational facilities.

본 연구는 도시하천 수변공간의 이용자를 대상으로 실증분석을 통해 수변공간의 개선방안을 제시하고자 대구광역시 신천 수변공간에서 현장조사 및 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 수변공간을 이용하는 목적에 따라 환경요소의 중요도와 만족도를 조사하고 최종적으로 ISA 분석을 통해 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 먼저 운동 목적으로 수변공간을 이용하는 경우 '자전거 도로와 산책로의 구분'이 중요도가 가장 높고, '자판기, 화장실, 음수대등 편의시설'에 관한 항목의 만족도가 가장 낮은 것으로 조사되었다. 여가 및 휴식 목적일 경우 '나무그늘'이 중요도가 가장 높고, '전시회 등의 이벤트 여부'의 만족도가 가장 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 다음으로 ISA 분석 결과, 운동 목적과 여가 및 휴식 목적으로 이용할 때 '자판기, 화장실, 음수 등의 편의시설', '수질 및 공간의 깨끗함', '수질관리' 등의 항목에서 중요도는 높지만 만족도가 낮은 것으로 분석되어 우선적으로 개선이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 다음으로 운동 목적에 따른 중점개선이 필요한 항목은 '나무그늘', '벤치, 파고라 등 휴게시설', '자전거 도로 및 산책로의 폭', '자전거 도로와 산책로의 구분'으로 나타났으며, 여가 및 휴식 목적의 경우 '조명시설'로 분석되었다. 이상의 중점개선이 필요한 항목을 중심으로 하천정비 사업을 시행할 경우 효율적인 재원투입 및 투자가 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

이 연구의 목적은 전국의 다문화가족 북스타트 서비스와 프로그램 운영현황을 바탕으로 북스타트 선호프로그램 및 이용자만족도와 재이용의도를 조사 분석하여 공공도서관 및 관련 기관에 북스타트 프로그램의 기초자료를 제공하고 다문화가족 북스타트 프로그램 개선안을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 북스타트 프로그램 참여자를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 이용자 만족도·재이용의도 조사 및 가설검증을 하였다. 통계분석은 SPSS25를 사용하였다. 이 연구결과, 첫째, 다문화가족 북스타트 선호프로그램은 자녀의 나이와 월평균 교육비에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 다문화가족 북스타트 프로그램 만족도에서는 이용 및 서비스지원, 시설 및 환경 품질만 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 다문화가족 북스타트 프로그램 재이용의도는 이용 및 서비스 지원품질만 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 다문화가족 북 스타트 프로그램 만족도가 재이용의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 또한 다문화가족 북스타트 프로그램의 개선안을 제시하였다.
