최근 웹 환경이 대중화되고 개방됨에 따라 웹은 단순한 정보 획득의 공간이 아닌, 의견 표출과 교환의 장이 되어 가고 있으며, 이에 따라 웹 상에서 표출된 특정 주제에 대한 사람들의 의견을 자동으로 검색하기 위한 기술 개발의 필요성이 점차 증대되고 있다. 이러한 의견 문서 검색 문제는 사용자 질의와 문서간의 적합성만을 고려하는 일반적인 정보검색 방법으로는 해결하기 어려우며, 문서 내 의견 포함 여부 분석을 수행할 수 있는 더욱 진보된 시스템을 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존 검색 시스템의 구조 하에서, 의견 문서 검색을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 의견 검색을 수행하기 위해 문서내 의견 분석 방법에 대해 기존의 사전 기반 방식과 기계학습 기반 방식을 결합한 새로운 혼합 방식을 제안하고, 실험을 통하여 검색 성능을 개선하는 효과가 있음을 보였다.

본 연구에서는 학습자 관점에서 메타버스 플랫폼인 '스페이셜'을 중심으로 수업 도구로서의 사용자 경험을 분석하였다. 대학 수업에서의 메타버스 플랫폼 스페이셜의 사용성 평가를 위하여 SUS를 활용하였고, 스페이셜을 활용한 수업에 대한 몰입감과 만족도를 평가하기 위하여 Magnitude Estimation 방법을 활용하였다. 그리고 수업 도구로서의 스페이셜 사용에 관한 사용자 경험 의견을 수집하기 위하여 설문기법을 활용하였다. 스페이셜 시스템에 대한 사용성 평가 결과를 보면 수강생들은 스페이셜의 사용성, 몰입감, 만족도에 대해 꽤 긍정적으로 평가하였다. 그리고 메타버스 플랫폼 스페이셜의 사용자 경험 내용을 보면, 수강생들은 메타버스가 비대면 공간 속에서도 많은 사람들의 모여 소통할 수 있는 장을 제공할 수 있는 교육 도구로서 그 효용가치를 높게 평가하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 메타버스는 다른 온라인 플랫폼에 비하여 사용편의성, 상호작용, 몰입감, 흥미유발을 장점으로 들 수 있다. 특히 키보드와 터치방식, 그리고 디스플레이 외에 음성, 동작, 시선 등 오감을 활용한 상호작용이 가능하다는 것이 큰 장점으로 인식되었다. 반면 메타버스의 높은 개방성과 자유도, 그리고 흥미요소는 학습을 촉진하는 동시에 저해 요인이 될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 결론적으로 메타버스 플랫폼 '스페이셜'은 온라인 강의실 생성과 다양한 학습 기능들을 제공하고 있고, 교수자와 학습자 또는 학습자와 학습자 간의 다양한 상호작용이 가능하기 때문에 대학 수업에서 효과적으로 적용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

최근 군에서는 새로운 개념의 한국군 독자적 군용차량 개발을 추진하고 있다. 이에 따라 향후 군용차량 개발 시 운용자에 의한 추가 요구사항 및 개발 관련 문제발생시 체계적이며 효율적인 개발관리를 위해 고려요소의 도출이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 군용차량 개발시 고려요소를 도출하기 위해 관리자 운용자 제작자 학계 및 연구자 등 4개 전문가 집단을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 의견을 수렴하였다. 설문결과 군용차량 개발시 고려요소는 총 22개를 도출하였으며, 이 요소들은 향후 군용차량 개발 간 의사결정시 유용하게 활용될 것이다.

Purpose: Of late, the focus of service design is moving toward emphasizing customer satisfaction and taking users' experience more seriously. In addition to the change in perspective in service design, scholars in this area are paying more attention to service design methodology and process, as well as its theory and real-world case studies. In the case of medical space, there have been few studies in attempting to apply service design methods useful for deriving user-focused results. The author of this paper believes, however, case study-oriented approaches are more needed in this area rather than ones focusing on theoretical aspects. The author hopes thereby to expand the horizon to practical application of spatial design beyond service design methodology. Methods: In order to incorporate the strengths of service design methodology that can reflect a variety of user opinions, this study will introduce diverse tools in the framework of double diamond process. In addition, it will present field cases that successfully brought about best results in medical space design. It will end with summarizing the ideal process of medical space design which is reasonable and comprehensive. Results: Medical service encompasses preventive medicine as well as treatment of existing medical conditions. A study in establishing the platform of medical service design consists of a wide range of trend research, followed by the summary of two-matrix design classification based on results of the trend research. The draft of design process is divided into five stages composed of basic tools for establishing spatial flow lines created by matching service design tools with each stage of space design processes. In all this, most important elements to consider are communication and empathy. When service design is actually applied to space design, one can see that output has reflected the users' needs very well. The service design process for user-oriented medical space can thus be established by interactions on the final outcome and feedback on the results. Implications: One can see that the service design with the hospital at its center produces the result that encompasses the user's needs best. If the user-focused service design process for medical space can be extended to other space designs, the author believes that it would enhance the level of satisfaction for users and minimize trials and errors.

도서관의 기본적인 서비스 중 하나는 이용자에게 자료에 대한 효율적이고 쉬운 검색을 제공하는 것이다. 국내·외적으로 관종별, 이용자별, 장서별 자료의 접근성 향상을 위한 다양한 논의들이 있었고, 그 중심에 분류와 목록 시스템의 개선에 관한 이슈가 존재한다. 하지만 국내 학교도서관 자료 접근의 중심도구가 되는 DLS 목록의 자료 접근성을 다루는 이 분야 연구는 많지 않다. 본 연구는 학교도서관 현장에서 제기되어온 이용자들의 도서 검색, 특히 문학 분야 도서 검색과 접근에 대한 어려움에서 시작하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 어려움의 원인을 다양한 측면에서 고찰해 보고자한 탐색적 연구이다. 이를 위해 학교도서관 장서 현황, 학교도서관 지원시스템 DLS의 자료 등록과 이를 통해 생산된 목록레코드의 주제 접근가능성, 학교도서관 사서교사 및 사서의 의견을 조사·분석하였다. 연구 결과, 학교도서관 장서는 문학 분야에 상당히 집중되어 있었고, 이들 장서 검색에 효율적인 접근을 제공할 수 있는 목록레코드 작성은 충분하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이를 보완할 수 있는 DLS 검색 기능 역시 다소 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 학교도서관 사서교사 및 사서들의 설문조사에서도 이런 문제점은 인식되었고 학교도서관 목록의 자료 접근성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법으로 풍부한 주제 색인과 검색키워드 부여가 다수의 의견으로 도출되었다. 이 주제에 대한 계속적인 논의로서 학교도서관 자료의 접근성 향상을 위한 방안은 향후 이용자 연구나, 서가 분류에 대한 새로운 도전 등을 통해 더욱 구체화 될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 광주광역시 광산구에 건립될 거점도서관인 하남도서관 운영종합계획을 수립하기 위한 기초연구로, 이용자, 공공도서관 사서, 거점도서관의 관리자 등으로 대상을 구분하여 인식조사를 진행하여 거점도서관의 장서, 프로그램, 지위, 역할, 공동보존서고의 운영 등에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 이용자가 선호하는 정보자원은 문학 주제의 단행본이며, 선호하는 도서관 서비스는 정보자원의 이용과 문화행사의 참여로 나타났다. 공공도서관 사서는 이용자 대상 도서관서비스와 도서관 간의 협력사업을 수행하는 것을 중요하게 생각하고 있었고, 분담 수서를 우선적으로 수행해야 하는 업무로 인식하고 있었다. 또한, 공동보존서고의 운영에 대하여는 전반적으로 긍정적으로 생각하고 있었다. 거점도서관 관리자는 거점도서관의 지위와 역할을 명확하게 하여 도서관 거버넌스를 수립하는 것이 중요하다고 하였고, 공공도서관으로서 지역의 이용자에 대한 정보서비스와 협력사업의 추진이 중요하다고 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 하남도서관 종합운영계획의 수립 및 향후 운영시 유용한 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대할 수 있다.

추천시스템은 사용자의 기호를 파악하여 물품 구매 결정을 도와주는 역할을 할 뿐만 아니라, 비즈니스 전략의 관점에서도 중요한 역할을 하기에 많은 기업과 기관에서 관심을 갖고 있다. 최근에는 다양한 추천시스템 연구 중에서도 NLP와 딥러닝 등을 결합한 하이브리드 추천시스템 연구가 증가하고 있다. NLP를 이용한 감성분석은 사용자 리뷰 데이터가 증가함에 따라 2000년대 중반부터 활용되기 시작하였지만, 기계학습 기반 텍스트 분류를 통해서는 텍스트의 특성을 완전히 고려하기 어렵기 때문에 리뷰의 정보를 식별하기 어려운 단점을 갖고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기계학습의 단점을 보완하기 위하여 BERT 기반 감성분석을 활용한 추천시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 비교 모형은 Naive-CF(collaborative filtering), SVD(singular value decomposition)-CF, MF(matrix factorization)-CF, BPR-MF(Bayesian personalized ranking matrix factorization)-CF, LSTM, CNN-LSTM, GRU(Gated Recurrent Units)를 기반으로 하는 추천 모형이며, 실제 데이터에 대한 분석 결과, BERT를 기반으로 하는 추천시스템의 성과가 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

This thesis aims to identify the design guidelines for environmental plans for the facilities for the aged people with a focus on the users' needs and the concept of aging in place. For this purpose major environmental design factors were researched by analyzing spaces and interviewing the managers and supervisor of W nursing home in Jeju Island that was opened in 1980s. Surveyed factors were divided into five categories, and by applying the design guideline theory of age friendly environment and nursing home facilities to them, five municipal composition factors of Kevin Lynch, universal design, environmental behavior model of John Zeisel principles were found. On the other hand, the environmental changes and development process of W nursing home is a showcase that reveals the importance of narrowing the gap in the opinions of the space users, the experts of architecture and administration which is emphasized in the principles of Inquiry by Design of John Zeisel. This research is expected to be used effectively for the researchers who study the space designs for the age-friendly environment.

본 연구에서는 대학도서관 블로그의 주 이용자인 대학생들의 블로그 사용에 대한 의견과 경험을 바탕으로 그들이 선호하는 도서관 블로그에 대하여 조사 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 즉 이용자 관점에서 도서관 블로그의 역할과 기능을 파악한 후 도서관 블로그 활성화 방안을 모색하는데 궁극적인 목적을 두고 있다. 연구방법으로 D 대학교 도서관 블로그를 사례로 선정하고 설문조사와 표적집단면접을 통해서 자관 이용자들이 D 대학교 도서관 블로그를 평가하고 개선방안에 대한 의견을 심도있게 논의하였다. 연구결과로 블로그의 접근성, 최신성, 콘텐츠, 홍보 등의 측면에서 문제점이 도출되었으며 블로그의 이용률을 향상시킬 수 있는 개선방안을 제안하였다.

Purpose The purpose of the study is to identify the need of a mobile based library information and service delivery system in developing countries, identify the services that are possible to provide with the help of mobile phones and their applications, design a mobile based library information and service delivery system, and identify major challenges regarding mobile based library information and service delivery systems.Design/ Methodology/ Approach The research is exploratory in nature. This paper is based on a review of literature, survey information, and on the author’s own viewpoints. A comprehensive search of scientific literature has been done along with a survey for validating the necessity of designing mobile based library information and service delivery systems. Responses to closed-ended questions in particular on 7-point Likert scales were analyzed using the descriptive analysis techniques of SPSS 20.0 and responses to other closed-ended questions were analyzed using general statistics.Findings The research indicates that users of academic libraries, especially students and faculty members, have a positive notion regarding designing and implementing a mobile based library information and service delivery system. It also reveals user opinions regarding the possible problems associated with the design and implementation of a mobile based library information and service delivery system.Originality The paper explores mobile based library information and service delivery systems for better and faster service provision to its potential users.
