소셜 미디어에서 사용되는 한국어 정서 단어의 정서가, 활성화 차원 측정 (Measuring a Valence and Activation Dimension of Korean Emotion Terms using in Social Media)

  • 소셜 미디어의 급속한 발달로 인해 사용자가 생성한 텍스트 데이터가 급증하고 있다. 오피니언 마이닝에서는 이러한 사용자의 텍스트를 분석하여 사용자의 의견을 추출하고 있다. 특히 오피니언 마이닝의 세부 분야인 정서분석에서는 텍스트에서 사용자의 정서를 추출하는 것이 주된 목적인데, 이를 위해서는 정서 단어 목록 구축이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 소셜 미디어의 정서 분석을 위해서 대표적인 소셜 미디어인 페이스북 텍스트를 사용하여 정서 단어 목록을 구축하였다. 페이스북 텍스트로부터 데이터를 수집한 후 정서 단어를 선별하고 설문을 통하여 정서가와 활성화 차원을 측정하였다. 그 결과 정서가, 활성화 차원을 포함한 267개 정서 단어 목록을 구축하였다.

어린이 참여디자인을 위한 디자인 교육 프로그램 연구 - 수원시 어공6호 어린이공원을 사례로 - (A Design Education Program for Children's Participation Design - Focused on Eogong 6ho Children's Park in Suwon -)

  • 최근 도시공간의 설계과정에서 주민 참여와 사용자 중심의 디자인이 중요해지고 있다. 어린이공원도 사용자인 어린이의 의견 반영할 필요에 대한 논의가 시작되고 있는 바, 어린이의 의견을 반영하기 위해서는 기존 주민참여방식과 다른 방법론이 필요할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 어린이를 대상으로 디자인 교육프로그램을 구성하여 디자인 교육을 통한 사용자 의견을 설계안으로 반영하여 어린이공원에 적용했다. 교육프로그램은 기존의 연구 및 어린이를 대상으로 하는 디자인 교육, 참여디자인 프로그램을 참조하여 5주간의 교육프로그램, 교재, 교수방법을 구성하였다. 이 프로그램을 시범적으로 수원시 권선구에 위치한 어공6호 어린이공원을 대상지로 삼고, 선일초등학교 5학년 1반 아이들과 함께 워크숍을 진행한 결과를 재해석하여 어린이공원 공사과정에 반영하였다. 본 디자인 교육프로그램은 참여 교수들의 구성 및 운영방법, 교재 및 교사교재 제작 등에서 다른 워크숍 프로그램과 차별성을 가지고 있으며, 이로 인하여 동일 과정을 반복할 수 있는 프로그램 기반을 구축했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 추후, 준공 이후의 어린이공원의 사용현황을 모니터링 하는 등의 연구를 통해서 사용자 참여가 미치는 영향에 대한 검증이 추가적으로 필요하며, 앞으로 어린이 공원에 대한 보다 다양한 디자인 방법론의 적용과 사용자인 어린이 의견을 반영할 수 있는 다양한 시도들이 축적될 필요가 있다.

  • 본 연구는 서울 한강시민공원 반포지구에서의 이용자들을 대상으로 수변공간의식에 대한 설문조사를 실시하여, 그 결과를 분석하였다. 설문조사는 개별면접법으로 실시하였으며, 한강을 바로 조망할 수 있는 장소에서 실시하였다. 그 결과를 살펴보면 연령대로는 2~30대가 각각 33%, 23.5%로 가장 많았으며, ${\cdots}{\cdots}$( 중 략 )${\cdots}{\cdots}$.

  • This study begins to make inquires about user's opinion of introducing Interior Landscape into Apartment Housing to the problems of contemporary Interior Landscape and suggest the fundamental data to improve it. The city-ward drifting of population drawn from industrial development and aggravation of living condition bring about exclusion of nature and lack of green space. Furthermore, it increases the length of stay of urban liver in indoor space. Thus, dweller's desire to Interior Landscape increase but housing can't follow it. The purpose of this study is to understand characteristics of Interior Landscape, derive essential factors, study plans, establish radical data, and suggest better plans including Interior Landscape through making inquires about user's opinion.

RFM을 활용한 추천시스템 효율화 연구 (A Study on Improving Efficiency of Recommendation System Using RFM)

  • User-based collaborative filtering is a method of recommending an item to a user based on the preference of the neighbor users who have similar purchasing history to the target user. User-based collaborative filtering is based on the fact that users are strongly influenced by the opinions of other users with similar interests. Item-based collaborative filtering is a method of recommending an item by comparing the similarity of the user's previously preferred items. In this study, we create a recommendation model using user-based collaborative filtering and item-based collaborative filtering with consumer's consumption data. Collaborative filtering is performed by using RFM (recency, frequency, and monetary) technique with purchasing data to recommend items with high purchase potential. We compared the performance of the recommendation system with the purchase amount and the performance when applying the RFM method. The performance of recommendation system using RFM technique is better.

소셜 데이터를 위한 효율적인 데이터 처리 기법 (Efficient Data Processing Method for Social Data)

  • The evolution of the Web from Web 1.0 to Web 2.0 has brought up new platforms as SNSs(Social Network Service) that are used by users to articulate and manage their relationships. SNSs are an online phenomenon which has become extremely popular. A SNS essentially consists of a representation of each user, his/her social links, and a variety of additional services. SNSs are increasingly attracting the attention of academic and industry researchers. What makes SNS unique is that they have a relationship with friends. The friend recommendation is one important feature of social networking services. People tend to trust the opinions of friends they know rather than the opinions of strangers. In this paper, we propose an efficient data processing method for social data. We study previous researches about social score in social network service. Our ESS(Efficient Social Score) is computed by both friendship weight and score of a document that was tagged by a user's friends. Our experimental results also confirm that our method has good performance.

한국중년층의 유료노인요양시설에 대한 견해 (The Opinions of Middle Aged Korean about User-Paid Long-Term Care Facilities for Frail Elderly)

  • Although the proportion of frail elderly among the elderly population has been rapidly increasing, there is little preparation to provide housing alternatives for them in Korean society. Long-term care facility a housing alternative for frail elderly that enables them to receive social and medical care services that enhance the quality of their life. This research was conducted to study the opinions of middle-aged Koreans about long-term care facilities for the frail elderly. This study provides useful suggestions for the development of user-paid long-term care facilities in the near future. A survey questionnaire was administered to 600 adults in their 50s to collect data. The sample was stratified according to region, gender, and housing structure type. The results showed that most of the respondents were aware of long-term care facilities for the frail elderly; but they were relatively unwilling to live in these facilities, as compared to other housing alternatives. However, a larger number of respondents said that as they became very frail, they would be willing to live in these facilities. The respondents expressed a high level of need for user-paid long-term care facilities as an alternative to hospitalization. Also, they wanted to have a variety of long-term care facilities that are designed for different levels of disability. The education level of respondents and their spouses, average monthly income, subjective economic level, and religion were major variables that differentiated significantly the opinions about long-term care facilities for the frail elderly.

  • Mobile Banking Applications (MBAPs) is one of the recent fads in mobile trading applications (Apps). MBAPs permit users to execute exchanges of money and many more whenever it might suit them; however, the primary issue for mobile banking Apps is usability. Hardly any investigation analyzes usability issues dependent on user's age, gender, exchanging accomplices, or experience. The purpose of this study is to determine the degree of usability issues, and experience of mobile banking users. The survey employs a quantitative method and performs user experiment on 240 participants with six different tasks on the application's interface. The post experiment survey is done with concerning participants. On the other hand, banking experts and Information Technology (IT) expert's group is also involved after the experiment. Expert's opinions about existing mobile banking Apps and suggestions for improving usability of MBAPs are collected through physical means (like questionnaire and interview) and online means like Google form. After that comparison of the opinions of users and experts about MBAPs is performed. The experimentation measures the tasks usability of various mobile banking apps with respect to its effectiveness, efficiency, trustfulness, learnability, memorability and satisfaction. The usability testing was led at different Universities and the outcomes acquired show that there are privacy and trust issues with their mobile banking apps. There is also a gap between users and experts which should be minimized by applying customized usability models, modes concept like other application software and also by adding complete features of banking in MBAPs. It will benefit mobile banking apps users, developers and usability engineers by providing user-friendly which are up to the mark of user's requirements.

  • 본 연구는 Google Play에서 수집된 Instagram 사용자 리뷰에 대한 심층 분석을 통해, 이 연구는 애플리케이션의 성능과 사용자 만족도에 대한 중요한 통찰력을 얻고자 한다. 텍스트 마이닝과 감성 분석 기술을 활용하여 사용자 리뷰에 담긴 감성과 의견을 체계적으로 파악하며, 이를 통해 앱의 개선점과 사용자 경험을 깊이 이해하려고 한다. 인스타그램 리뷰가 사용자들의 다양한 경험을 어떻게 반영하는지, 그리고 앱의 장단점을 어떻게 드러내는지를 분석한다. 이를 위해 나이브 베이즈 알고리즘을 사용한 감성 분석을 수행하며, 이 결과는 인스타그램 서비스 개선에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. 연구는 또한 개발자들이 사용자 피드백을 더 잘 이해하고 활용하는 데 도움을 주며, 결국 사용자 만족도를 향상시키는 데 기여할 것으로 예상된다. 이 연구는 소셜 미디어 사용 패턴과 사용자 의견의 복잡한 관계를 탐색하고, 이를 통해 더 나은 사용자 경험을 제공하는 방안을 모색한다.

시스템 개발시 사용자 참여와 태도가 시스템의 실행 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Participation and Attitude in the Process of System Development on the Implementation of Information System)

  • This paper reports the results of a field study investigating the effect of user participation and attitude on the success of information system implementation during the system development process. The theoretical framework for this research is based on the organizational change theory, in which the attitude affects the effects of user's participation. User participation and attitude were defined as independent variables and the performance of system implementation as dependent variable. User participation was defined as a direct participation by end users in the process of the new information system development. This was measured by user's participation/non-participation. User attitude refers to user's opinions or feelings before a new system is developed. This was measured by user's favor toward a system. The performance of system implementation was measured by the surrogate variable, the degree of individual satisfaction on developed system. To achieve the objective of this research, a field research method utilizing questionnaires were employed. They were distributed to 221 users present during and/or after system development. Among 185 questionnaires returned, 175 questionnaires were used for analysis. The major findings can be summarized as follows: First, there was no significant effect of user participation on user satisfaction. Second, there was a significant effect of user attitude on user satisfaction. Third, there was no significant interaction effect of user participation and attitude on user satisfaction. It is worth to note that the user's participation did not have any significant effect on the user's satisfaction. It seems the reason for the above result is due to user's involuntary participation. In fact, the user does not have much leverage in the process of system development, which may result in poor performance of user participation. Since user attitude is an important factor in the success of system implementation, however, a method to overcome unfavorable attitude of user should proceed all others.
