본 연구는 사회복지사와 친밀한 정도가 여성결혼이민자의 사회복지서비스 이용에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한 여성결혼이민자의 서비스 정보에 대한 양을 매개변수로 고려하여 서비스 이용정도에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 부산과 경남지역 여성결혼이민자 304명의 자료를 수집하여 SPSS 21을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과 여성결혼이민자의 사회복지사와 친밀한 정도는 사회복지서비스 이용정도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이러한 사회복지사와의 친밀도는 여성결혼이민자의 서비스 정도의 양에 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 근거로 여성결혼이민자들의 사회복지서비스 이용정도에 사회복지사의 역할이 미치는 영향과 서비스 이용의 촉진 방안에 관해 본 조사연구가 가질 수 있는 함의와 제언을 제시하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the factors affecting mental health in the use of social welfare services by male elderly, and to provide basic data that are helpful for integrated mental health promotion programs suitable for each region by comparing and analyzing the Yeongnam-Honam. Results: As a result of the analysis, when comparing the two regions, annual income, age, and physical health were found to be the influencing factors among the personal characteristics of male elderly in the Yeongnam, and caring services were found to be the influencing factors of social welfare services. Among the personal characteristics of male elderly in Honam, annual income, age, and physical health were found to be the influencing factors, and caring services were found to be the influencing factors of social welfare services. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, three implications are presented as follows. First, it suggests that mandatory checkups are required not only for the physical health of male elderly, but also for the mental health. Second, the necessity of social welfare service policies that link health and welfare is presented. Third, the necessity of specialized mental health and welfare services by region is presented.

본 연구는 고령층의 사회복지서비스 이용과 사회복지정책 만족도에 주목하여 고령자의 사회복지 인식이 사회복지서비스와 사회복지정책만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 한국보건사회연구원과 서울대학교 사회복지연구소에서 조사하여 축적하고 있는 한국복지패널 자료를 근거로, 가구용, 가구원용, 복지인식 부가조사용을 결합한 머지데이터(merge data)를 활용하여 부가조사에 응답을 완료한 60세 이상 465명을 연구대상으로 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, "노인복지 인식(복지지출 인식, 복지대상 인식, 복지증세 인식)"은 "사회서비스 이용"에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, "노인복지 인식(복지지출 인식, 복지대상 인식, 복지증세 인식)"은 "사회복지정책 만족도"에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, "인구통계학적 특성(교육수준, 소득수준, 학력, 성별)"에 따라 노인복지인식이 사회서비스이용에 미치는 영향은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, "인구통계학적 특성(교육수준, 소득수준, 학력, 성별)"에 따라 노인복지인식이 사회복지정책 만족도에 미치는 영향은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 다차원적인 복지인식과 사회서비스 이용경험을 사회복지정책 만족도의 영향요인으로 함께 살펴보았다는 점에 있다. 즉, 사회복지정책만족도의 영향요인으로 개인의 가치와 주관적 인식을 바탕으로 형성되는 복지인식에 주목하였으며, 고령자의 복지인식과 사회복지정책만족도의 관계에서 사회서비스 이용경험이 사회복지정책만족도에 도움이 되고 있는지 살펴봄으로써 복지정책과 복지현장의 실천적 대안을 모색하였다는데 의미가 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 장애 노인의 사회서비스 이용 여부가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 있어 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 한국복지패널 2020년도 제15차 자료를 사용하였으며, 삶의 만족도에 관련된 변인들의 특성과 상관관계 및 다중 회귀분석등을 검증하기 위해. SPSS WIN 25.0프로그램을 사용하였다. 조사대상자는 65세 이상 장애 노인 684명을 추출하였으며, 복지서비스 이용 여부는 소득보장 서비스, 건강보장 서비스, 재가복지서비스, 사회 참여 서비스로 나누어 살펴보았고 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애 노인의 복지서비스 이용 경험은 삶의 만족도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째. 장애 노인의 복지서비스 이용 여부는 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 있어 사회적 지지가 조절 효과를 나타냈다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 장애 노인의 사회서비스의 질적 향상과 다양한 사회적 지지를 통하여 삶의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 사회복지 정책의 실천적 개입방안과 다양한 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제시하였다.

The primary purpose of this study is to examine the buffering effect of social welfare services on the relationship between the level of older persons' impairment and burden experienced by the family caregivers. It also assessed the level of caregiving burden as well as the effect of both older person's impairment and the characteristics of the caregivers on burden. The survey data collected from 150 community residing family caregivers was used for analyses. Findings are as follows. First, the caregivers are more burdened in the deterioration of mental health, scarce time for oneself, and the suffering of social life than in other areas of burden. Second, the more severe the physical and the mental impairment of the elder, the more burden the caregivers experience. The caregivers' characteristics such as the worse mental health, the lower level of attachment to the elder, the longer caregiving hours are also related to the higher level of caregiving burden. Third, the caregivers' use of adult day care and respite care services buffer the relationship between the level of impairment of older persons and the caregiving burden. However, social work counselling, visiting nurse, homemaker services do not have such buffering effects. Among informal support, instrumental support buffers the relationship between the elder's physical impairment and burden, while emotional support buffers the relationship between the elder's mental impairment and burden. According to the results, implication for social welfare services and practice methods for the family caregivers was discussed.

Volunteer services in communities work to provide human and material resources needed in social welfare centers and help the centers efficiently and effectively respond to diverse needs in society as well as provide quality services to clients. With this in mind, this study presents a few political suggestions on their utilization. First, potential volunteer development should be done in communities. Second, users of diverse volunteering services should be developed. Third, centers should pay attention to promotion of volunteers and the volunteers should be completely educated before services are rendered.

Purpose: Religious facilities often intend to contribute to surrounding neighborhood and local community. While motivated by religious aims, churches can play a role in social welfare for elders in local community. It is obvious that the role will be different from official social welfare services from government and this study aims to examine the possibility of churches in the role of elderly social welfare in terms of space and program. Methods: Researchers interviewed management of four existing welfare programs by churces in order to understand operation of social welfare program for elders by churches. The second step was case study of four churches in Suwon City area. The potential for social welfare space use for elders was examined. Results: Researchers found the role of churches in providing welfare relevant programs and services but its function is not well established yet. Financial support is needed and another support is need from welfare experts. Implications: While churches has not well established the role in elderly welfare in local communities, churches can further develop welfare services utilizing space, manpower, and activity programs.

본 연구는 동일한 빈곤상황에서도 아동들이 제공받는 사회복지서비스의 종류와 양은 상이하다는 현실에 초점을 맞추어 사회복지서비스의 이용이 빈곤아동의 심리사회적 적응에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 특히, 사회복지서비스 이용정도에 따라 빈곤아동의 심리사회적 적응에 차이가 있는가, 그리고 사회복지서비스 이용이 다른 관련 변수들을 통제한 상황에서도 빈곤아동의 심리사회적 적응에 독립적인 영향력을 미치는가에 분석의 초점을 두었다. 본 연구의 조사대상은 전국의 결연사업 대상아동을 모집단으로 하는 904명의 빈곤아동이다. 그 중 소년소녀가정 아동이 8.2%, 조부모 대리양육가정 아동이 22.7%, 친인척위탁양육가정 아동이 8.2%, 일반위탁가정 아동이 1.8%, 기타 일반빈곤가정 아동이 59.1%이었다. 연구의 중요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다변량 분산분석을 통해 만족스런 사회복지서비스의 이용정도에 따라 심리사회적 적응 하위척도군 전체에서 차이가 있다는 것이 파악되었다. 또한 이러한 하위척도군 중에서 서비스 이용정도에 따른 전체적 차이에 가장 크게 기여하는 종속변수는 비행이었다. 둘째, 인구통계학적 변수와 수많은 선행 연구에서 비행과 관련 있는 것으로 파악된 변수들을 통제한 후에도 여전히 만족스런 사회복지서비스 이용이 비행의 낮은 수준과 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 만족스런 사회복지서비스 이용과 부모의 지도감독과의 상호작용을 분석한 결과, 부모의 지도감독이 높은 상황에서는 비행에 대한 사회복지서비스 이용의 영향력이 미미하지만 부모의 지도감독이 낮은 상황에서는 사회복지서비스의 이용이 비행 수준을 낮추는데 크게 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 위의 연구결과로부터 만족스런 사회복지서비스의 이용이 빈곤아동의 비행 감소 또는 예방에 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 비행예방을 위해서는 사회복지서비스가 빈곤아동 중 특히 부모의 지도감독이 부족한 아동들에게 절실히 필요함을 확인할 수 있었다.

우리나라 노인들의 사회복지서비스 이용은 매우 저조하고 서비스가 각기 독립적으로 제공되고 있기 때문에 중복과 누락현상이 나타나고 있음이 지적되어 왔다. 본 연구는 경기도 국민기초생활보장대상 노인들 전수를 대상으로 노인들이 어떠한 서비스기관으로부터 어떠한 사회복지서비스를 받고 있는지에 대해 살펴보고, 노인들의 사회복지서비스 이용기관수에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과 서비스중복 문제보다는 낮은 서비스이용률이 더 문제인 것으로 드러났다. 노인의 사회복지서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아본 결과 비교적 욕구요인이 큰 비중을 차지하였고 그 외 귀속요인과 자원요인도 중에는 큰 영향을 미치는 변수들이 나타나, 사회복지서비스확충과 지역별 균형의 달성, 서비스 연계 활성화가 필요한 것으로 밝혀졌다.

본 연구의 목적은 복지서비스 이용이 저소득가구의 가족갈등에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 한국복지패널 1, 2차 년도에 참여한 1,779가구(중위소득 60% 미만)의 자료를 위계적 로짓 모델로 분석하였으며 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 저소득 가구의 복지서비스 이용정도는 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 복지서비스를 이용하지 않은 경우에 경제적 어려움의 증가는 가족갈등을 경험할 확률을 증가시켰다. 셋째, 경제적 어려움의 수준이 높아질수록 가족갈등을 완화시키는 복지서비스의 영향력은 증가하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 1) 가족갈등을 완화시키기 위해 경제적 어려움을 경험하는 가구에게 복지서비스가 집중되어야 하고 2) 가족관계 증진 프로그램을 통해 저소득 가구의 경제적·신체적·심리적 부담을 줄여주는 통합적인 복지서비스 제공이 필요하다고 제안하였다.
