The purpose of this study was to identify the current problems of school health education policies and practices in Korea, and to establish the strategies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of school health education program. The severity of adolescents's health problems including obesity, smoking, drug abuse, teen pregnancy, etc has been increased recently and coping strategies to deal with these problems became urgent. The role of school as a key setting for health education should be empathized. However, there were limitations for the effectiveness of school health education in Korea because of the lack of recognition about the importance, guiding principles of the school health education by the school health related law, life skill-focused curriculum, capacity of teachers for health education, and linkage between school and community. In order to improve the effectiveness of school health education, establishment of infrastructure, national and local health education standard, and operating principles for the school health education program should be provided. Life skill-focused health education curriculum should be developed for the effective health education. Teacher training and education also should be the essential component of school health education program. For the improvement of efficiency in school health education practices, cooperation with family and community support system would be necessary.

Today, the Korean society is experiencing an increase in serious problems, such as child abuse, unmarried mothers, single mothers, which cannot be overlooked as simply trivial family matters. The increase in these problems is caused by the rapid change that has taken place within our society, which has emasculated the power of our traditional values and behavior patterns to cope with contemporary life styles. Premarital Preparation Education is starting to gain attention as a preventive measure that can overcome this serious family crisis. Although the importance of the Premarital Preparation Education program cannot be overemphasized, there are only few cases where engaged couples and unmarried men and women are exposed to this type of program and actually experience its benefits. In other words, there is an urgent need to revitalize and increase the effects of the Premarital Preparation Education Program. This research was conducted in order to find a way to revitalize and to increase the effects of the program, so that more and more people can participate and receive benefits from it. First, we have analyzed the program's contents and the current condition on how the program is actually conducted. Then we have compared real case examples of the program and analyzed the current situation and its problems.

Jeong YagYong, who are the SilHak Scholar during 18^th to 19^th century, wrote the Sadaegore with his pupil Lee Cheong. This work is the guide of diplomacy, which are asked to write from King Jeongjo. Although this book was completed after King Jeongjo's death, it harbors the King's thoughts about diplomacy or the relationship with China. Haebanggo, one chapter of the book, is about marine policy and how to treat the castaways. In this chapter, Jeong YagYong provides various ways to deal with these problems in marine area and sea refugee I will examine the Jeong YagYong's thought about the problems and ways to address these problems. Futhermore, I will inquire Jeong's opinion on the boundary in marine area. He recognized that many border transgressions happened in marine area at that time and considered that as urgent political affairs. Haebanggo consists of two parts. First part of the book is about protect own island from other countries. The rest part is about cases of dealing with castaways and their transgression. I argue that Jeong YagYong intended to make distinct borderlines in marine area and empathized the necessity of protecting Joseon's islands from other countries.

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a serious problem not only among workers who experience industrial accidents but also among workers who witness such accidents. Early intervention is needed to prevent prolonged psychological problems. There has been no study conducted regarding the psychological problems of and interventions for bystander workers in Korea. This study introduces the experience of intervention on psychological problems at the Busan Workers' Health Center workers who witnessed their colleagues' death. An investigation and an intervention were conducted according to the Korean Occupational Safety and Health Agency (KOSHA) Guide. In total, 21 individuals including indirect observers showed statistical differences on scores of the Impact Event Scale Revised and the Patient Health Questionnaire 9 after the intervention. Future interventions and research involving a larger sample size over a longer period are needed. The KOSHA Guide could be a useful tool for urgent psychological intervention in the event of major workplace disasters.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual conditions and operational problems of Health Promotion Model School' in high school. Methods: We conducted a content analysis of 2014 results report and staffs' responses of five high schools among 85 'Health Promotion Model Schools' led by Ministry of Education from 2012 to 2014. Results: The study examined the operational process of health promoting schools in five stages; system development, needs survey & current status survey, school health policy development, program development & execution, and evaluation. Every step was found to be inadequate. In addition, the study discovered three key factors in operating health promoting schools and examined the status of each factor; connection with the curriculum, connection with the community, and consensus among members. Three factors were also applied poorly. Compared to elementary school, high school showed a lack of all respects. Health promoting school staffs have faced difficulties in linking community resources, organizing and operating a working committee, conducting surveys and assessing health problems, preparing self-assessment or external evaluation, and developing strategies and programs. In order to solve the operational problems, active cooperation of all teachers is urgent. Conclusion: 'Health Promotion Model School' conducted in high school is not considered to have faithfully implemented WHO's concept of health promoting school. In the future, incentive policies for health promoting school teachers should be actively reviewed.

Recently, in the field of engineering and scientific and technical calculations, problems of mathematical modeling, real-time problems, there has been a tendency towards rejection of sequential solutions for single-processor computers. Almost all modern application packages created in the above areas are focused on a parallel or distributed computing environment. This is primarily due to the ever-increasing requirements for the reliability of the results obtained and the accuracy of calculations, and hence the multiply increasing volumes of processed data [2,17,41]. In addition, new methods and algorithms for solving problems appear, the implementation of which on single-processor systems would be simply impossible due to increased requirements for the performance of the computing system. The ubiquity of various types of parallel systems also plays a positive role in this process. Simultaneously with the growing demand for parallel programs and the proliferation of multiprocessor, multicore and cluster technologies, the development of parallel programs is becoming more and more urgent, since program users want to make the most of the capabilities of their modern computing equipment[14,39]. The high complexity of the development of parallel programs, which often does not allow the efficient use of the capabilities of high-performance computers, is a generally accepted fact[23,31].

본 논문은 과거 1960년대 경제개발 5개년 계획을 시작으로 수도권에 인구가 집중하는 현상에 맞추어 이사 화물의 지속적인 증가를 배경으로 화물자동차 운수사업 법률상의 모호함과 운영상의 문제점을 개선방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 선행연구 검토를 통하여 이사화물업체들이 직면하고 있는 운영상의 문제점에 대한 예비평가항목을 선정하고 하주 및 업체에게 설문조사를 실시하여 요인을 분석하였으며, Fuzzy AHP 기법을 통해 평가항목의 우선순위를 선정하였다. 선정된 요인으로는 노동 및 장비로 인한 문제, 사업의 영세성으로 인한 문제, 제도 및 계약형식으로 인한 문제, 과당 경쟁으로 인한 문제 총 4가지로 나타났으며 상위평가요인 4가지 중 과당경쟁으로 인한 문제가 이사화물업체들이 느끼는 가장 큰 문제점으로 나타났다. 측정변수 12가지의 항목들 중 해결이 시급한 항목은 무허가업체 난립에 따른 운영상 피해, 과당경쟁으로 인한 서비스품질 저하, 서비스교육 부재에 따른 클레임 발생, 미흡한 보험제도에 따른 피해보상 차질 순으로 나타났다. 이에 따른 정책제언으로는 첫째, 무허가업체 난립에 따른 운영상 피해를 방지하기 위해 화물자동차운수사업법에 이사화물 취급업의 법적 근거를 명시하는 것 둘째, 과당경쟁으로 인한 서비스품질의 저하를 예방하기 위해 무허가에 대한 처벌근거 강화 셋째, 서비스교육부재에 따른 클레임 발생을 억제하기 위해 이사화물운송주선업체의 경영자와 종사자에 대한 교육 활성화 넷째, 미흡한 보험제도에 따른 피해보상의 차질을 방지하기 위해 적재물 배상책임보험 개발과 공제제도 도입을 제안하였다.

최근 토지오염은 토지이용 현황에 따라 많은 환경 문제들을 유발하고 있는 가운데 이에 대한 관리가 시급한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 점 및 비점오염원 인자에 의한 토지오염 지역의 합리적 분석을 위해 토지의 주된 용도에 따른 지목정보를 이용하여 토양오염 지역을 분류하였다. 또한 지목정보 분석을 통해 토지오염원 정보를 효과적으로 수집할 수 있었다. 이는 토양오염 실태조사 및 관리를 위한 중요한 요소로 분류한 토지정보는 토양환경 관리와 보존을 위해 활용 되어지며 향후 토지의 이용규제와 합리적인 보존관리에 활용될 것으로 판단된다.

Model' is one of the well-used, but poorly understood word in the neurobehavioral research. After Darwin's evolutionary theory, it has been generally believed that human is different from animals in terms of the complexity, not of the essential. This notion could be applied to the mind as well as body. Therefore, it became possible to establish animal models in the scientific field of mind. Experimental analysis of the animal behavior becomes an important area for establishing an animal model of human psychopathology because behavior is the ambassador of the mind. A model emphasizes a structural correspondence between sets of causally related variables in two different domains such as the animal and the human. The first selection of elements of the two domains in correspondence called the initial analogy. Once the initial analogy is formed. causally related variables in the two domains are examined and arrayed The structural parallel is the formal analogy of a model, and similarities between corresponding variables are called material analogy. Models may serve any of three major functions ; heuristic, evidential and representative. In many cases, utilizing models may be more practical than directly assessing the domain of primary interest, since technical and/or ethical problems are more serious in the human domain. Although modeling is important to study human psychopathology, rare animal models approved to be a good model for the human psychopathology up to now. Developing the appropriate model is urgent to solve many problems raised from human psychopathology.

목적: 본 논문에서는 군의 안경 보급체계 문제점을 조사하여 개선방안을 제시하는데 있다. 방법: 한국군과 미군의 안경보급체계를 중심으로 시력검사, 안경테 보급절차 등의 현황을 조사하여 비교하였다. 결과: 한국군의 시력 DB의 내용, 구축방법, 활용방안들을 다루었다. 그리고 안경을 빠르게 배송하고 장병의 만족도를 높이는 여러 가지 방안을 제안하였다. 결론: 한국군은 장병들에게 질높은 시력서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 시력DB를 구축해야 한다. 시력관리와 서비스를 전담하는 부서를 만드는 것이 시급하다. 그리고 안경의 조달방법도 개선해야만 한다.
