도시철도차량 타고오름 평가를 위한 3 차원 충돌시뮬레이션 기법 연구 (Study on 3-D Simulation for Overriding Evaluation of Urban Train)

  • 본 논문에서는 도시철도차량의 타고오름 평가를 위한 충돌시뮬레이션 기법을 제안하였다. 시뮬레이션모델은 대차의 동적 거동을 표현하는 대차 동역학 모델과 붕괴거동을 표현할 수 있는 차체 유한요소 모델로 구성된다. 유럽 및 국내 충돌안전규정의 타고오름 평가를 위해 40 mm 오프셋 정면충돌 사고 각본에 따른 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 충돌 후 차체의 구조적 거동과 차체와 연계된 대차 모델의 동적 거등을 확인하였으며 타고오름 판단기준인 윤축의 상승거리로 타고오름을 평가하였다. 최종적으로 본 연구에서 제안한 시뮬레이션 기법을 적용하면 도시철도차량 충돌안전규정에 따라 충돌사고 시 타고오름에 대하여 평가할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • It is expected that standardized framework for urban rail transit system will contribute to more convenient and safe traffic service and ensure higher reliability and availability of urban rail transit rolling stock and infrastructure. Information and telecommunication system in urban rail transit consists of various subsystems, such as radio communication system, digital transmission system, integrated monitoring system and public addressing system and its standardization will be implemented based on these subsystem. Public addressing system is to provide information related to operation and emergency for passengers and operators. In this paper we suggest draft criterion of public addressing system for urban rail transit through functional analysis and comparison on the present state of the system.

  • Most of the urban transit operation company in Korea have a passive surveillance system to monitor the status of the passengers and facilities in the urban transit service area. The surveillance system is based on CCTV, closed circuit television, and several sensors, such as a fire sensor. However, this system has some limitations to prevent and cope with the emergency quickly. So the urban transit operation companies have plans to be change their surveillance system to be active. The active surveillance system has an intelligent function to detect the event predefined by managers automatically. To construct the active surveillance system, there are a standard concept design and a function analysis. In this paper, we propose the classification of the functions of the active surveillance system for urban transit. We divide the functions into five parts, ordinary monitoring, safety monitoring, environment monitoring, administration support, and record management. And we describe the systems related to the every functions to clarify the classified functions.

  • This paper introduces an comprehensive monitoring and management program for implementation of a real-time monitoring system that monitors condition of urban railway AC/DC transformers, disconnecting switches, circuit breakers, regulators, and GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear). Especially, the system is applied to diagnose the overall condition of urban railway substations by sending acquired data through an OPC server to a database, effectively storing and monitoring conditions simultaneously. The above system is a management based system and is also applicable to small-scale systems.

도시 철도 부하의 최적 부하 차단 (The Optimal Load Curtailment of Urban Railway Load)

  • To execute load curtailment efficiently for Urban Railway Load, the load patterns of the Urban Railway Load and available amount of load curtailment over the Urban Railway Load are analyzed through comparing the load to the common power loads. In addition, the current policies of the load curtailment for the Urban Railway Load are investigated and the problems of those are presented. Based on the researches, the optimal load curtailment strategies for the Urban Railway Load are proposed to minimize the consumer's utility diminishment and the costs of the use of energies. Finally, the optimal load curtailment strategies are applied to the real Urban Railway Load, the results shows that proposed methods are efficient and cost effective while the amount of load curtailment is minimized.

  • The one of the necessary technologies to live in the ubiquitous society that we can exchange some informations whenever it is and wherever we are, is the technology of context-awareness. The technology of context-awareness can be used various fields-medical science, national defense, national security and etc. and the technology can affect our society by and large. The technology of context-awareness is also applicable to many fields in the urban transit. In this paper, we describe the present condition of the technology of context-awareness and the examples of practical application of it and suggest some plans that are applicable to build an intelligent surveillance system for urban transit. We can connect the operating officer who is in the nearest to the place where the some events happened within the urban transit service area through the intelligent surveillance system for urban transit and we can eel a foothold in perceiving automatically various events within urban transit service area. So, the technology of context-awareness is the basic technology to realize an intelligent surveillance for urban transit, for the security of passengers and the protection of facilities in urban transit.

  • 현재 운영되고 있는 광역도시철도 시스템에서는 표정속도의 저하에 따라 평균 출퇴근 시간도 계속 증가하고 있으며 이는 도시철도 이용률의 저하와 타 교통수단 대비 졍쟁력 저하로 이어지게 된다. 따라서 열차의 표정속도를 대폭 향상시킬 수 있는 광역도시철도의 효율적인 급행화 방안이 요구되고 있다. 이번 연구에서는 가감속도와 최고속도 성능을 향상시킨 고성능 전동차 투입을 고려하여 급행과 완행으로 분리 투입시 획득 할 수 있는 시간 단축 효과와 경제성을 기준으로, 광역철도간 급행화 방안들을 제안 및 그 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 또한 대피선 설치를 최소화 할 수 있는 최적의 급행화 방안을 분석결과로 제안하였다.

  • In order to analyze the power consumption pattern of the DC urban rail system, the method to obtain a solution establishing the current equation according to fixed position of the substation and varying position of the train is used. The proposed analysis method using the network analysis is to model the transfer function of the component constituting a direct current power supply system (dc substation, train, catenary) to the voltage and current. By multiplying the model formula consecutive, it can calculate the voltage and current of each element of power supply circuit and shows a simple case analysis.

  • Airport railroad have required maximum design speed 120km/h and wind speed 50m/s condition as design item of airport railroad vehicles. To design and manufacture the vehicle satisfying these conditions, it must carry out the dynamic behaviors analysis such as hunting stability, ride comfort derailment ratio, unloading ratio and lateral force to meet the criterion described in Urban Railroad Act. Dynamic behaviors of vehicle have carried out using the multi-body dynamics simulation program(VAMPIRE). This paper presents the evaluation methods and criterion used to verify dynamic performance of airport railroad vehicle, and show the analysis results of vehicle dynamic simulation and the test results for vibration and ride comfort measured on running performance tests. As a results, each analysis results and test results meet the criterion described in Urban Railroad Act.
