Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate a satisfaction survey of untact education and platforms that can be used for untact education to provide recommendations on future development of Education of Persons Conducting Clinical Trials. Methods: Online survey was distributed among students who have taken Untact Education of Persons Conducting Clinical Trials. The result was separated according to topic and descriptive statistics was used for analysis. The satisfaction survey used 10-point scale. Results: Of the 1,720 students who received the survey, 1,347 (78.3%) responded to the lecture satisfaction survey. The satisfaction level for broadcasting program (Kakao TV), an untact educational platform for the education of clinical trial workers at Kyung Hee University Medical Center, was relatively high with 8.09±1.99 points. Average score respondents recommending Kyung Hee University Untact Education of Persons Conducting Clinical Trials was 8.03±1.83 and customer recommendation score (Net Promotor Score) was 27.1%. Satisfaction level of the preferred training time was divided into weekday-morning (8-11 AM) (8.16±1.75), weekday-afternoon (12-4 PM) (7.73±2.07), weekday-evening (5-9 PM) (7.78±2.22), and weekend-morning (9-11 AM) real-time untact education (8.48±1.76) and analyzed. There was a noticeable difference between weekend-morning and weekday-afternoon (p<0.0001) and weekend-morning and weekday-evening (p=0.0001) real-time untact education. When asked about conducting education after COVID-19 pandemic ends, 79.2% (1,012 of 1,279) of the respondents answered that they prefer real-time untact education while 20.8 % (266 of 1,279) preferred face-to-face education. Conclusion: Online education, without time and space constraint, is expected to be the mainstream market in Korea for Education of Persons Conducting Clinical. Kyung Hee University Untact Education of Persons Conducting Clinical has achieved above average satisfaction using Kakao TV. Kyung Hee University Real-time Untact Education of Persons Conducting Clinical Net Promotor Score is 27.1%, which is above industry average, communication with trainees should be considered to improve Net Promotor Score.

This study conducted and evaluated the PBL-based team activity classes in contact and untact learning. Appropriate subject (Engineering communication) was also selected and evaluation methods were improved. In the qualitative evaluation results, in contact learning, similar score ranges were formed for each task, and the variability of scores for each task was not large. In untact learning, the difference in scores for each task was rather large, and the variability of scores for each task was large, indicating a large difference between teams that performed well and teams that did not. In the quantitative evaluation, contact learning showed a little low grades, but untact learning showed relatively high grades, but there were limitations in showing the conclusion that the untact learning effect was very good. As a result of the survey, there were more positive responses to the degree of understanding of the class conducted online, the degree of help to improve competence, and the team activity. However, if untact learning continues, it was analyzed that it is necessary to prepare appropriate measures to enhance learning effects and efficiently conduct team activities.

본 연구는 코로나19와 같은 언택트(untact) 시대에 유튜브 교육 증가로 활성화되고 있는 메이크업 국가자격 교육 유튜브에 관해 연구하기 위하여 메이크업 국가자격 교육 유튜브에 관한 인식, 특성, 선택 기준, 지속 및 추천 의사, 및 보완점을 설문 조사한 결과 인식은 매우 긍정적(75.5%)이었으며 특성은 정보성(M=3.54), 장점은 재생속도 조절(M=4.07), 단점은 피드백의 한계(M=3.64), 선택 기준은 전문성(44.5%), 향후 지속 의사 82.0%, 추천 의사 82.6%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 보완점은 위생교육 추가((M=4.20), 최신 규정 업데이트(M=4.13), 피드백(M=4.07) 등의 필요성이 대두되어 이러한 요구 사항과 피드백이 가능한 쌍방향 교육 시스템이 보완된다면 메이크업 발전을 위한 유용한 교육자료로 더욱더 활성화되리라 사료된다.

The threat of COVID-19 pandemic put many universities in Korea to develop and implement various types of untact online classes. Online education has been recognized as one of the effective educational methods because of its ubiquitous and flexible educational environments. However quick move to online education caused by the sudden attack of the COVID-19 led to many problems such as faculty's burden and stress from the planning and designing suitable for online classes, technology system problems for both students and faculty and students' complaints of the low quality of education. The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of learner, contents, and instructor factors on college student satisfaction with untact online classes during the first attack of COVID-19 pandemic. The data were collected from 605 undergraduate students of S women's university based in Seoul, who took the untact online classes in the spring semester 2020. The results of empirical analysis reveal that only contents factor are likely to predict learner satisfaction. These findings provide insights that the effective planning and designing classes are key to enhancing learner satisfaction with online education. This study suggests that instructors need various contents developed and educational strategies for students.

본 연구의 목적은 실시간 비대면 유아체육의 효율적 운영방안을 제시하기 위함이다. 연구 방법은 질적 연구방법 중 심층면담, 비 참여관찰을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 귀납적 범주분석을 통해 주제어를 도출하였고 Spradley의 영역분석과 분류분석을 통해 분류하였다. 범주화 된 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실시간 비대면 유아체육 수업에서 고려할 요인의 하위주제로 '수업을 진행하는 장소', '의사소통의 어려움', '비대면에 적합한 프로그램', '시설 및 장비의 중요성'이 나타났다. 둘째, 실시간 비대면 유아체육 수업의 효율적 운영방안의 하위주제로 '비대면 환경을 고려한 수업설계', '확실한 수업 준비', '원격 관리자의 역할', '포스트 코로나에 대비한 지도자 역량강화'가 나타났다. 향후 비대면 유아체육에 대한 연구가 더 필요하며 본 연구를 통해 비대면 유아체육 수업의 효율적 운영방안이 마련되기를 기대한다.

COVID-19의 확산으로 교육 현장에서는 준비 없이 비대면((Untact) 수업을 시행하게 되어 많은 혼란을 겪었다. 본 연구는 세무회계 관련 학습자와 교과목의 특성을 고려하여 효과적으로 비대면(Untact) 수업을 설계·운영하는 방안을 찾고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 교수자와 학습자를 대상으로 설문 조사하였으며, FGI 등을 활용하여 개선 방안을 도출하였다. 분석 결과 강의 촬영을 통한 동영상 수업, PPT 기반 동영상 전환이 비대면(Untact) 수업에 가장 많이 활용되었다. 학습자들도 이 두 유형을 가장 선호하였는데, 시간과 공간에 구애받지 않고 반복적인 학습이 가능하다는 점을 장점으로 꼽았다. 개선 방안은 다음과 같다. 학습자와 교수자들이 선호하는 동영상 수업을 위해서 교과목의 다양한 특성을 반영한 기자재, 인력 등의 지원이 필요하며, 교수자들을 위해 비대면(Untact) 수업 교수법 지원과 매체 제작 및 장비 조작에 대한 교육이 필요하다. 또한 비대면(Untact) 수업의 지속적교육품질관리(CQI)를 위한 체계를 정비하여야 한다. 향후 다양한 전공을 대상으로 심층 연구가 필요하며, 이를 통하여 과목의 특성에 적합한 비대면(Untact) 수업의 방법을 찾을 수 있을 것으로 본다.

As the information age develops, Online education and Non-face-to-face work are becoming common. Telecommuting such as tele-education and video conferencing through the application of information technology is also becoming common due to the COVID-19. Unexpected information leakage can occur online when the company conducts work remotely or holds meetings. A system to authenticate users is needed to reduce information leakage. In this study, there are various ways to authenticate remote access users. By applying burn authentication using a biometric system, a method to identify users is proposed. The method used in the study was studied the main component analysis method, which recognizes several characteristics in facial recognition and processes interrelationships. It proposed a method that can be easily utilized without additional devices by utilizing a camera connected to a computer by authenticating the user using the shape and characteristics of the face by using the PCA method.

2019년 12월 중국 우한(武漢)으로부터 발생한 신종 코로나바이러스(COVID-19)는 전 세계적으로 급속하게 퍼지며 대학수학교육 환경을 대면 방식에서 비대면(Untact, 비접촉) 방식으로 전환시키고 있다. 이로 인해 대부분의 수학 연구자와 교수자들은 2020년 봄부터 인터넷을 활용한 온라인 화상 회의와 온라인 교육 등 새로운 방식을 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 과정에서 발생한 난점과 이를 극복한 방법들을 소개하고, 비대면 환경에서 교육의 질을 보장하는 대학수학교육의 다양한 사례를 통하여 체득한 노하우(Know-How)를 공유하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 코로나 이후(After Corona, AC) 시대의 대학수학교육과 연구 환경의 변화 가능성에 대하여 논한다. 특히 갑작스런 전면 비대면 방식의 온라인 교육을 진행하면서 교육의 질을 보장하기 위하여 취한 다양한 테크놀로지 활용 및 학생과의 소통에 대하여 언급한다. 마지막으로 비대면 교육환경의 교수·학습에서 당면한 문제에 대한 해결책과 특히 학생의 학습 활동과 학습과정에 기반한 평가의 구체적인 안을 제시하고 언택트 교육의 사각지대에 대하여 논한다.

신종 코로나바이러스(COVID-19)로 인한 비대면(Untact, 비접촉) 대학수학교육에서 적절하고 공정한 평가에 대한 문제가 제기되고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구진은 2020년 여름 S대학에서 진행한 도전학기에서 '인공지능을 위한 기초수학' 강좌를 운영하면서 평가의 공정성을 보장하면서도 교육의 양과 질을 향상시킬 수 있도록, 온라인과 오프라인 평가를 혼용한 과정중심 PBL(Problem/Project-Based Learning, 문제/프로젝트 기반학습) 평가를 전면적으로 도입하였다. 그 결과, 해당 강좌를 수강한 대부분의 학생들이 예외 없이 관련 지식을 폭넓게 학습했음을 확인했으며, 학습자들로부터 언택트 시대에 보통의 온라인 강좌에 적용 가능한 이상적이고 공정하며, 합리적이고 동시에 효과적인 평가방법이라는 피드백을 받았다. 본 원고에서는 과정중심 PBL 평가 사례를 구체적으로 증빙과 함께 소개한다.

본 연구는 비대면 진료의 개념과 제도적 도입과정에 대해 살펴보고 비대면 진료를 긍정적으로 인지하는 기대 편익 변인과 부정적으로 인지하는 위험 변인들이 이용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 PLS-SEM을 사용하여 각 잠재변수의 영향력을 실증적으로 검증하였고 연구 결과는 다음과 같이 요약될 수 있다. 첫째, 의료서비스의 질은 비대면 진료의 인지된 유용성과 인지된 용이성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 접근성은 비대면 진료의 인지된 용이성과 비용 절감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 비대면 진료의 기대 편익들은 이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기능적 위험과 서비스 위험은 의료진 위험에 유의한 영향을 미치고 의료진 위험은 비대면 진료의 이용의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 비대면 진료의 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 긍정적 요인과 부정적 요인을 고려하여 이용 의도에 미치는 영향을 도출하여 의료소비자들의 행태를 실증적으로 규명하였다는 점에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다.
