  • Today, labor unions have become more serious and have more critical roles in the IT industry. Labor union should enhance the quality of working life in an organization. It is the most important role of the union to satisfy employees. When a labor union enriches its roles, members have a positive attitude to the union. Hence, workers will be more satisfied and make more positive results. Moreover, although members have positive attitudes to the union, when labor and capital have a negative relationship, workers do not make the best performance. Furthermore, although unions and the companies work in close cooperation, when members have a negative attitude to the labor union, workers' performance will also decline. Hence, a positive attitude to labor unions and union-management relations has a mutual benefit for performance. This study explains these relationships with the effect of attitudes to labor unions (satisfaction, trust, and commitment) on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, and the moderate effect of union- management cooperation. The purpose of this study is to suggest that labor unions should have a positive relationship with management and win members' recognition in the IT field.

  • This study was undertaken to develope a semi-cooked pork using oven to provide a more convenient recipe for food service systems. Pork sliced 2 or 4 mm thick prepared with a Korean traditional kochujang sauce was broiled in an oven, steam oven or on a pan. 4 mm-thick meat that was broiled in oven for 4 min at $170^{\circ}C$, obtained higher scores in sensory and color evaluations. In labor-concentrated food service kitchens, the inner temperature of the pork at $85^{\circ}C$ provoked the highest satisfaction. The assessments of color L was ordered as steam oven, oven and pan broiling. And a- and b-values of oven broiling were higher than those of the steam oven or pan broiling. The color values of the steam oven-broiled pork sliced 4 mm-thick were significantly higher than those of the pan-broiled (p<0.05). In sensory evaluation, the taste score of steam oven was better than other broiling with significant differences. Furthermore pork broiling in oven was tender with low score in cohesiveness and chewiness. Overall acceptability was ordered as pan, steam oven, and oven broiling. Thus it was expectable that international Korean traditional food can be made using oven for food service system. For the diversity of the menu in food service, however it need to develope the more convenient and simpler recipes with semi-cooked Korean food.

What counts in solving these issue is to make good use of the leisure time of the elderly. • In this study, traditional markets were classified into two categories-urban or rural. This paper presents a case study of the Tongin market in Seoul and the Bongwha market in North Gyeongsang Province. Based on a survey of the customers and local residents in these markets, the peoples who have intention to show visitors around their traditional markets take more pride as local residents than peoples who do not have intention to show visitors around their traditional markets. This study includes surveys in 24 categories dealing with how local residents recognize the traditional market as regards local community, local culture and local economy. Consequently, the customers of the Tongin market and the Bongwha market had very strong expectations that their traditional markets would be popular with visitors. These surveys show that when these traditional markets were reported in the press and media, the satisfaction level of local residents was very high. Most of the respondents said that the more the local traditional market develops, the more the region develops. And, most of the respondents said that all local residents have to cooperate to develop a traditional market. To promote traditional markets that can revitalize communities, marketplaces need to be regarded as places that contain human life. In addition, there needs to a cultural and humane perspective brought to the fore. To conclude, the most effective way to solve the problem of traditional markets is to make them even more traditional.
