대학의 특성에 따른 산학협력역량과 산학협력성과의 관계에 대한 연구 (A Study on Relationship between Performance of University-Industry Cooperations and Competency Factors of University-Industry Cooperations by Characteristic of Universities)

  • 본 연구는 대학의 특성에 따른 산학협력역량이 대학의 산학협력 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 202개 대학의 산학협력 역량요인과 산학협력 성과에 대한 자료를 수집하여, 다중회귀분석을 통해 실증분석하였다. 연구모형에 사용된 투입요인은 대학의 특성(연구/교육중심 대학 및 국공립/사립 대학), 산학협력 역량(자원역량 및 교육역량)이었고, 대학의 산학협력 성과요인은 지적재산권 창출성과, 기술이전 성과, 창업성과 그리고 재정성과로 구성하였다. 그 결과, 연구중심대학 및 국공립대학이 교육중심대학 및 사립대학에 비해 산학협력성과가 높았고, 산학협력자원 및 산학협력교육역량 요인 모두 산학협력성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 결과가 제시되었다.

Importance-Performance Analysis와 Borich 요구도 분석 방법을 활용한 임상간호실무 교육 요구도: 일개 상급종합병원 일반병동 간호사 대상 (Education needs for clinical nursing practice using an Importance-Performance Analysis and Borich needs assessment model: Focused on nurses in the general wards of a tertiary hospital)

  • Purpose: This study's aim was to confirm the importance and performance of the clinical practice of nurses working in the general wards of a tertiary hospital and to analyze their educational needs. Methods: The study employed a descriptive research design, and a self-reported questionnaire was developed and used for nurses in a tertiary hospital. Data were collected from July 22 to July 29, 2022, analyzed by an independent t-test, paired t-test, and one-way ANOVA for the importance and performance of each clinical nursing practice according to general characteristics, and then a post hoc verification was performed by Scheffé's test. An Importance-Performance Analysis and Borich needs assessment model were used to analyze clinical nursing education needs. Results: Clinical nursing practice performance showed a significant difference according to length of total clinical career, time working in current department, and preceptor experience. According to the results of the Importance-Performance Analysis, neurological evaluation, and nursing intervention, artificial respirator and high-flow oxygen inhalation nursing, chemotherapy, emergency nursing, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation were identified as belonging to the "concentrate here" quadrant. All these items ranked in the top 10 in the Borich needs assessment model. Conclusion: Based on these results, the current education system should be reviewed, and short and long term education strategies based on educational needs should be established to strengthen the competence of nurses.

경기도 학교 급식 조리 종사자의 위생 교육을 통한 위생 지식 및 수행 수준 연구 (A Study on the Sanitary Knowledge and Performance Levels of School Foodservice Employees in Gyeonggi-Do by Sanitary Education)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of sanitary education on the sanitary knowledge and performance levels of school foodservice employees in Gyeonggi-do, particularly in Siheung, Ansan, Gunpo and Anyang City. Four times we provided questionnaires consisting of the same content to each individual. The first and second questionnaires were answered before and after the first sanitary education, respectively, and the third and forth questionnaires were answered before and after the second sanitary education, respectively. The changes in sanitary knowledge and performance level before and after education were statistically significantly different(p<0.01). Most of the school foodservice operations performed sanitary education once a month, and recognized the need for sanitary education as well as experienced improvements through sanitary education. Moreover, the fact that sanitary knowledge following the second education was higher than after the first education suggests the possibility of improving sanitary practices of foodservice employees through continual education.

  • 21세기 IT 선진국을 꿈꾸면서 우리나라는 2001년도부터 초등학교를 비롯한 각급 학교에서 컴퓨터 교육을 실시해 오고 있다. 그러나 기능 위주의 ICT교육은 학생들의 정보 소양 교육에 적당하지 못하다는 지적을 받아왔다. 이에 2005년도에는 "정보통신기술교육 운영지침 개정안" 이 발표되면서 정보 소양 교육이 보다 체계적인 틀을 갖추게 되었다. 뿐만 아니라 전문가들은 컴퓨터 교육에 수행 평가를 도입할 것을 주장하고 있다. 수행평가는 단순한 기능교육 위주의 컴퓨터 교육을 문제 해결 과정으로서의 본격적인 교육을 가능하게 하지만 좋은 수행평가 척도 없이는 소기의 목적을 달성할 수 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정보통신기술교육의 올바른 교육을 위하여 "발표용 문서 작성" 영역의 수행평가 척도를 개발하였다.

어린이급식관리지원센터의 위생교육 프로그램이 영유아 보육교사의 배식위생 수행도 및 영유아 급식소 배식환경 개선에 미치는 효과 -대전 동구, 중구 지역을 중심으로- (Effects of an Education Program on Sanitation Status at Centers for Children's Food Service Management - Focusing on Jung-gu and Dong-gu regions of Daejeon Metropolitan City -)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to assess the improvement of teachers' sanitation performance and food distribution environment at Centers for children's food service management after a sanitation education program. Methods: The subjects were 119 teachers working at child care centers registered in the Daejeon Center for Children's Foodservice Management in Dongu and Jung-gu, Daejeon. The sanitation education was provided three times from March to August in 2014, and the survey questionnaires were distributed before and after the education. The sanitation status of food service environment of the centers was examined by ATP(adenosine-5'-triphosphate) bioluminescence. Results: After the sanitation education, the teachers showed higher levels of sanitation knowledge. Also, sanitation performance and recognition level of the importance of it significantly improved after the education program. The mean variation scores of importance and performance after the education were 0.14 and 0.23. According to the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) results of 26 sanitation attributes about the food service environment, the selection attributes with relatively low performance and importance were mostly distributed in the children's and distributer's personal hygiene management area. However, all attributes except using a personal water bottle and cup were moved to high performance and importance level. Also, the ATP examination results showed that the sanitation status of the food service environment was improved after the education program. Conclusions: The sanitation education program was effective in improving the recognition of the importance of sanitation and its performance with regard to food service management.

중학교 보건교사와 일반교사의 성교육 중요도와 수행도: Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) 방법을 이용하여 (Perceived Importance and Performance of Sex Education between Health Teachers and General Teachers in Middle Schools: Based on the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA))

  • Purpose: In this study, the research has been conducted on the health teachers and general teachers who are in charge of sexual education in the middle schools to find out their understanding on the degree of importance and degree of performance on key concept of the sex education and then compare their differences in the recognition of sex education which leads to find out the contents and range of capabilities required for the teachers in charge of sex education. Methods: A descriptive research on 77 health teachers and 71 general teachers using IPA and SPSS/WIN was practiced. Results: The result of research showed that there are significant differences in the annual hours for sex education of their schools, the contents of the sex education which was given in the lecture type lesson, and their performance degree. It was also found the distribution of key concepts by differences in IPA matrix. Conclusion: As there are the differences in the performance degree in sex education between health teachers and general teachers in middle school, more specific education for each of them is needed. And the way to reinforce the key concepts, which are found high in perceived importance degree for both health teachers and general teachers, but low in the performance degree should be considered.

  • 본 논문에서는 RDL/PAL 인터페이스와 사건표현식을 지원하는 성능 감시 도구를 설계하였다. RDL/PAL은 성능 감시 도구의 사건 추적층과 성능 분석층간의 인터페이스를 제공하고, 임의의 추적 양식에 접근하여 사건 데이터를 추출해낼 수 있다. 또한, 사건표현식은 일반적인 프로그래밍 언어와 유사한 형태로 구성되어 프로그래머가 원하는 성능 분석 결과를 쉽게 얻을 수 있다. 프로그래머는 본 논문에서 구현한 성능 감시 도구를 이용하여 추적 양식에 관계없이 다양한 성능 분석을 할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다.

대학교육서비스에 대한 소비자만족 모델구축 (Consumer Satisfaction Model with Educational Services in Higher Education)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the model of consumer satisfaction with educational services in higher education on the basis of expectation-disconfirmatiom theory. The major findings were as follows : 1. The level of consumer satisfaction with educational services in higher education was low. Among the four dimensions of the educational services in higher education, the level of consumer satisfaction was the highest with 'education' and lowest with cost. 2. In the model of national university, the perceived performance of the core service, the disconfirmation of the core service, the perceived performance of the additional service, the disconfirmation of the additional service had a casual effect. The perceived performance of the additional service had the greatest casual effect among them. 3. In the model of private university, the perceived performance of the core service, the disconfirmation of the core service, the perceived performance of the additional service, the disconfirmation of the additional service had a casual effect. The perceived performance of the core service had the greatest casual effect among them.

초등학교 수행 평가 지원을 위한 다차원 자료 분석 처리 시스템 (Multidimensional Data Processing System for Supporting Performance Assessment in Elementary School)

  • 최근 교육 평가에서는 수행 평가가 그 중요성을 인정받으며 전면 실시되고 있다. 현장에서의 수행 평가는 각 교과별은 물론 교과와 기타 활동이 서로 분절되어 평가되고 있어 평가 결과가 학습자를 종합적으로 분석해 주지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 문제점에 기초하여 한 교과 영역의 평가 결과가 관련 있는 다른 교과 영역의 평가 결과에 영향을 미치는 다차원 처리 도구를 설계하고 구현하였다. 또한, 교과별 자료 데이터베이스를 제공하여 교사의 수행 평가 계획 수립 및 처리를 지원하며, 입력된 정보는 통합 처리되어 상담 자료, 성적 처리 자료 등으로 출력되도록 하였다. 본 시스템은 윈도기반의 수행 평가 처리 시스템으로 추후 웹 기반 지원 시스템으로의 확장을 고려하여 개발되었다. 본 연구의 시스템은 교사의 수행 평가 업무를 간편화하고 학습자의 성취도와 능력을 다양한 방법으로 평가하여 교육의 수월성을 제고하고, 평가의 투명성으로 인해 공교육의 신뢰성을 확보하는데 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

병원 간호사의 지각된 간호관리역량에 대한 중요도와 수행도 (Clinical Nurses' Perception on the Importance and Performance of Nursing Managerial Competencies)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate clinical nurses' perception on nursing managerial competencies. Methods: This was a descriptive study. The data were collected from 198 nurse managers who had worked in six general hospitals using a self-reporting questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Importance-Performance Analysis. Results: Only 32% of the participants had experienced nursing managerial competency training. The mean score for perceived performance of nursing managerial competency was lower than that for perceived importance. There were significant differences in perceived importance, performance, and importance-performance gaps among head, charge, and staff nurses. Importance-performance analysis showed that three of the 30 nursing managerial competencies require further development: staffing, human resources development and education, and nursing standard development competency. There were significant differences in importance-performance gaps according to age, career years in current hospital, work shift, position, nursing delivery system, and nursing managerial competency-education experience. Conclusion: A training program for developing and improving nursing managerial competencies which is focused on the gaps in importance and performance level is needed for clinical nurses. In addition, it should be considered to improve nursing work conditions such as nursing delivery system and formal appointment in order to increase the performance of nursing managerial competencies.
