복합 사이클 코드 지령 방식의 다중곡면 가공을 위한 실시간 곡면 보간기 (Real-Time Surface Interpolator for Multiple Surface Machining Based on a Surface Cycle Command)

  • The present CNC machining system if without any CAM software has been limited to 2D or 2.5D plane cut using lines, arcs and curves. If the CNC is equipped with a surface interpolation module and a surface reorganizing module inside it, we can easily try 3D surface machining without aid of CAM software. The existing NURBS surface interpolator is simple and direct to use for a unit surface. However, it enables only machining of each reference surface individually even when machining a simple composite surface. In this paper, we propose a method which can unify and reorganize various reference surfaces with a newly defined NURBS surface cycle command: a multi-repetitive cycle command such as in a CNC turning center. We also introduce a reorganizing rule for reference surfaces using NURBS properties. The usefulness of the proposed method is verified through computer simulation.

  • This study shows the path generation algorithm for an UGV (Unmanned Ground Vehicle). The developed UGV frame which has a 4-wheel driven mechanism and diesel source is applied. Proposed vehicle system in this research is aimed to military purpose. To achieve the unmanned autonomous driving, following two main issues are considered. First, behavior module for positioning and posture of vehicle system and second, cognition module to receive the information from environment are proposed and verified. To do this, rover which can acquire the positioning information from earth coordinate and IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) which can measure the posture are combined to design the path planning algorithm.

  • To make 3D camera system, we check the possibility of advanced range camera module based on measuring the time delay of modulated infrared light, using a single detector chip fabricated on standard CMOS process. To depth information, electronic shutter and interlaced scanning method of 2D sensor is needed. Especially, we design "lens system, illumination unit" and review simulation result.

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to select the electronic architecture concept of the powertrain domain of the electronic platform to be applied to electric vehicles after 2025. Previously, the automotive electrical and electronic architecture was determined only by trend analysis, but the purpose was to determine the scenario based on the data and select it with clear evaluation indicators. Design/methodology/approach This study identified the function to be applied to the powertrain domain of next-generation electric vehicle, estimated the controller, defined the function feature list, organized the scenario candidates with the controller list and function feature list, and selected the final architecture scenario. Findings According to the research results, the powertrain domain of electric vehicles was selected as the architectural concept to apply the DCU (Domain Control Unit) and VCU (Vehicle Control Unit) integrated architecture to next-generation electric vehicles. Although it is disadvantageous or equivalent in terms of cost, it was found to be excellent in most indicators such as stability, security, and hardware demand.

대화체 문장 번역을 위한 토큰기반 변환중심 한일 기계번역 (A Token Based Transfer Driven Koran -Japanese Machine Translation for Translating the Spoken Sentences)

  • 본 논문에서는 음성언어 자동 통역시스템의 일부 모듈로 구현한 한일 기계번역 시스템을 소개하였다. 이 번역시스템은 예제중심 기계번역(EBMT)에 기초를 둔 변환중심 기계번역(TDMT) 방법을 기반으로 구현하였다. 본 시스템에서는 토큰(TOKEN)이라는 새로운 번역단위를 정의하여 사용하였다. 토큰단위의 번역방법을 사용함으로써 한국어 문장의 매우 비 정형적인 점을 해결하고 번역의 질을 높일 수 있다. 본 시스템의 구문분석 단계에서는 대역어를 선정하기에 적합한 정도까지의 의존트리를 생성하는 간이파싱만을 함으로써 필요없는 노력을 경감시켰다. 대역어 사전은 한국전자통신 연구원이 수집한 음성 데이터베이스로부터 추출한 말뭉치를 사용해 구성하였다. 구현한 시스템은 여행 계획영역에서 수집된 600 발화 안의 문장을 대상으로 시험하였는데 제한된 환경에서 87%, 아무런 제약이 없는 환경에서는 71%의 성공률을 보였다.

Reed-Muller 전개식에 의한 3치 논리회로의 설계 (Design of Ternary Logic Circuits Based on Reed-Muller Expansions)

  • 본 논문에서는 Reed-Muller 전개식에 의한 3치 논리 회로를 설계하는 한 가지 방법을 제시하였다. 제시된 3치 논리 회로의 설계 방법은 Reed-Muller 전개식의 계수에 대하여 모든 변수의 차수를 검사하여 RME 모듈(Reed-Muller Expansions module)의 수를 최소화하는 최적의 제어 입력 변수의 순서를 결정한다. 최적의 제어 입력 변수의 순서는 회로 비용 행렬의 계산에 사용되며, 이 회로 비용 행렬의 계산 결과를 이용하여 Reed-Muller 전개식에 의한 RME 모듈의 나무 구조의 3치 논리 회로를 설계한다. 제시된 방법은 최적 제어 입력 변수를 찾는데 유일하게 단위시간 내에 수행되며, 컴퓨터 프로그램이 가능하고, 프로그래밍 수행 시간이 $3^n$이다.

임베디드 리눅스와 웹 기반의 ECU 센서신호 원격계측 (Remote Measurement of ECU Sensor Signal based on the Embedded Linux and Web)

  • In this paper, we present a new method for the monitoring of Electric Control Unit's(ECU) self-diagnostic and the sensor signals of vehicle through Web. In order to measure the ECU's self-diagnostic and sensor signals, the interfaced circuit is designed to communicate ECU and terminal according to the ISO, SAE regulation of communication protocol standard. Microprocessor 80C196KC is used for communicating ECU's self-diagnostic signals and the results are sent to the Embedded Linux System(ELS) through RF module. ELS is developed by SA1110, RF module, Embedded Linux. All commands related in ECU communication are executed through Web. The CGI program composed in web server is executed by user and will return sensor signals from ECU Software on Embedded Linux system is developed to monitor the ECU's sensor signals using the arm compiler tool chain in which RS232 port is programmed by half duplex method. The possibility for remote measurement of ECU sensor signal through Web is verified through the developed systems and algorithms.

  • 본 논문은 Malaiya와 denton이 제안한 모듈크기(module size)와 소프트웨어 결함밀도와의 관계를 확률 모델화하는데 있어서 고려할 사항으로 정확한 소프트웨어 결함밀도를 추정하는데 그 목적이 있다. 구체적으로 말하면 우리가 수행한 3개 프로젝트에 대해서 지수형 분포 및 기하분포 등에 대한 소프트웨어 모듈의 크기 분포나 모듈 또는 tan 등 규정된 크기에서 포함하고 있는 결함수를 추정하고 실측데이터에 적합한 모델의 구성 가능성을 제안하여 시험기간 중에 관측된 데이터를 적용하여 이를 상호 비교한다.

  • Semiconductor manufacturing has been emerged as a highly competitive but profitable business. Accordingly it becomes very important for semiconductor manufacturing companies to meet customer demands at the right time, in order to keep the leading edge in the world market. However, due-date oriented production is very difficult task because of the complex job flows with highly resource conflicts in fabrication shop called FAB. Due to its cyclic manufacturing feature of products, to be completed, a semiconductor product is processed repeatedly as many times as the number of the product manufacturing cycles in FAB, and FAB processes of individual manufacturing cycles are composed with similar but not identical unit processes. In this paper, we propose a production scheduling and control scheme that is designed specifically for semiconductor scheduling environment (FAB). The proposed scheme consists of three modules: simulation module, cycle due-date estimation module, and dispatching module. The fundamental idea of the scheduler is to introduce the due-date for each cycle of job, with which the complex job flows in FAB can be controlled through a simple scheduling rule such as the minimum slack rule, such that the customer due-dates are maximally satisfied. Through detailed simulation, the performance of a cycle due-date based scheduler has been verified.
