홍수특성과 지하공간침수의 관계 검토 (Relationship between Flood Characteristics and Underground Inundation)

  • In recent, the utilization of underground in urban area is increased as subway, store, and others but we have done a few studies for the inundation of underground due to flooding. So, we investigate the examples of underground inundation and the causes of inundation for flood events. And the relationship between flood characteristics and underground inundation is analyzed through the frequency of rainfall which is made by annual multi maximum series. As a result, most of underground is inundated by high frequency of rainfall. And there are some cases that the underground is inundated by low frequency of rainfall because of poor drainage system and characteristics of location.

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate suitability of Underground Facility Construction in great land development area. Because there are the construct of national integration information control system and the advance of information technique, the necessity that construct the UIS to manage the urban space systematically is enlarged. In the purpose that we prepare the base of underground facility management system by driving the step digitalizing facilities buried underground and protect urban safety accident, we introduce the GIS in land development area. This study proposes the improvement direction by examining the outcome through the driving method and the outcome analysis.

  • 공간의 효율적 이용 및 법정 주차대수 확보 등으로 아파트 단지의 지하층은 대부분 지하주차장으로 활용되고 있으며, 주차장상부도 시공 중에 성토 및 포장공사가 완성되지 않은 상태에서 작업차량의 통로 및 자재 야적장으로 사용되고 있어 과하중이 작용되고 있는 실정이다. 그러므로 시공중이거나 완공된 지하구조물에서 지속적으로 균열 및 누수현상이 발생하여 구조물의 성능저하는 물론 많은 금액의 하자보수비 투입, 민원유발 및 대외적인 신뢰도 저하 등 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 시공중인 아파트와 준공된 아파트 지하주차장을 대상으로 현장조사를 실시하고, 그동안 실시한 안전진단 사례를 참고하여 아파트 지하주차장의 균열 및 누수현상 원인을 파악하고 그에 따른 설계 및 시공상의 방지대책을 마련하는데 있다.

지하연속벽 배면 도로의 지반침하에 따른 이완영역분석방법과 지반 보강 효과검증에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of the Relaxation Area and the Improvement Effect of the Ground by Road Subsidence)

  • 도시지역 지하공간을 효율적으로 이용하기 위하여 지하 개착공사가 빈번히 시행되고 있으나, 공사로 인한 각종 피해사례가 자주 발생하여 큰 사회문제로 되고 있다. 이를 방지하기 위하여 2018년부터 시행하고 지하안전관리에 관한 특별법에 따라 지하안전영향평가 대상지역의 설정, 지반 및 지질 현황분석, 지하수 변화에 의한 영향 검토, 지반안전성 검토, 지하안전확보방안 수립 등을 수행함에 따라 설계단계에서 공법선정의 적정성이 향상되고 있다. 연구대상 구간은 상부로부터 매립층, 퇴적실트층, 퇴적모래층, 퇴적자갈층, 풍화대, 기반암 순의 다양한 지층으로 구성되어 있으며, 상부의 깊은 퇴적층과 높은 지하수위 분포를 고려하여 강성이 매우 우수한 지하연속벽을 적용하였다. 하지만, 2019년 12월 경기도 고양시 일원 공사현장에서 굴착공사를 진행하던 중 토사의 유입과 함께 인근 도로에서 지반 침하가 발생하였다. 이에 지반의 지하연속벽 배면 도로 침하 발생 현장에 대한 하부 지반이완 영역 분석방법을 제시하기 위하여 도로의 시추조사 및 물리탐사 등을 실시하였다. 그 결과 지반정수의 변화를 산정하였고, 이것을 이용, 해석적 검증을 통한 보강방안을 제시하였다.

토립자 유실을 고려한 로지스틱 회귀분석 및 GIS 기반 도시 지반함몰 취약성 평가 (Logistic Regression and GIS based Urban Ground Sink Susceptibility Assessment Considering Soil Particle Loss)

  • 본 연구에서는 지리정보시스템 환경에서 지하매설물 정보를 이용하여 토립자 유실을 고려한 도시 지반 함몰 취약성을 평가하였다. 지하 환경에서 물의 흐름이나 지하수위 변화에 의한 토립자 유실은 지하공동의 발생과 확장을 유도하고, 이는 지반함몰 발생에 직접적인 원인이 된다. 토립자 유실은 지하 환경에 따라 그 정도가 달라질 수 있기 때문에 본 연구에서는 지하매설물 2종(상수도 관망, 하수관로)과 지하철 선로 권역별로 지반함몰에 영향을 주는 인자를 각각 4개씩 선정하였다. 로지스틱 회귀분석 기법을 이용하여 지하매설물 및 지하철 선로 권역 별로 지반함몰 이력과 영향인자 간의 상관성을 분석하고 회귀식을 도출하였으며, 이를 토대로 3개의 지반함몰 취약성 지도를 작성하였다. 본 연구 결과는 도시 지반함몰 위험 예·경보 시스템 구축을 위한 지반함몰 고위험지역 및 지반 안전 상시 모니터링 지역 선정 근거에 대한 기초 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

국내 최초 소형차 전용 도심지 대심도 복층터널 설계 사례 (A Case Study for the 1st Double-level Tunnel for Light vehicle in Urban Area in Korea)

  • The west express way is notorious for extremely heavy traffic area in the west of Seoul, South Korea. Hence, the city government recently initiated a new underground BTO (Build-Transfer-Operate) road project to solve traffic congestion and a high construction cost. The proposed underground express road being designed is the first double-level tunnel ever designed in South Korea and using Conventional tunnelling method (NATM). A total length of tunnel for light vehicles is 10.91km long including both open cut structures and concrete lining with middle-deck in bored tunnel. There are also 4 ventilation shafts for ventilation and evacuation on emergency. Many design issues had been aroused during the preliminary design phase and detail design phase is currently going on. This paper discusses design focuses including excavation methods, ground water issues, a deck slab installation, and a construction cost etc. for the double level road tunnel design of urban area.

백두산의 북측산문, 지하산림, 소천지 주변에 대한 식물상 (Flora of Surrounding North gate, Underground Forest, and Sochunji in Mt. Baekdu)

  • This study was to establish the floristic composition of vascular plants of North gate Underground forest Sochunji in Mt. Baekdu. This study was conducted during the period of 27 June ~ 2 July 2007. Vascular plants of Mt. Baekdu were composed of 56 families, 141 genera, 172 species, 34 varieties and 1 formae, totaling 207 taxa; North gate area was 136 taxa, Underground forest area was 71 taxa, Sochunji area was 63 taxa. Among the investigated vascular plants, Korea endemic plants were 4 species, rare and endangered plants were 11 species, naturalized plants were 2 species. The special plants by floristic region were 71 taxa; V rank species in 9 taxa, 8 taxa as IV rank species, 18 taxa as III rank species, 23 taxa as II rank species, and 13 taxa as I rank species.

  • Underground distribution system is a trend due to the successive development of metropolitan area and satellite cities and the environment of the commercial and residential areas. The high quality of electricity, which is related with the minimal outage duration time due to the maintenance work for the underground distribution line, is mandatory. Hence, the construction method and tools for the outage-free maintenance construction have been required for underground distribution system. So far, all the efforts for outage-free maintenance for the underground distribution have been limited only to the survey for foreign countries situation and the theoretical provision; thus, It is required to develop the various construction method and the application tools. Differently from the aerial line, the construction of the underground cable is complicated and the insulation distance between conductor and shield should be maintained in loadmaking/breaking operation, though the apparatus connected with cable is a deadfront type. Also since the apparatus is installed above ground, by-pass of faulted area at busy area needs a variety of high technologies. Therefore, in this these, the authors introduce the development status of the loadbreak connectors, connection facilities, outage-free maintenance system for secondary side, a secondary auxiliary bushing and additional tools so that there can be more progress on this field.

물리탐사 기술의 지반침하지역 공동탐지 적용성 연구 (Application of Geophysical Methods to Cavity Detection at the Ground Subsidence Area)

  • In this study, we conducted geophysical investigations for the organization of integrated geophysical methods to detect underground cavities of ground subsidence area at the field test site, located at Yongweol-ri, Muan-gun. We examined the applicability of geophysical methods such as electrical resistivity, electromagnetic, and microgravity to cavity detection with the aid of borehole survey results. Underground cavities are widely present within the limestone bedrock overlain by the alluvial deposits in the area of the test site where the ground subsidences have occurred in the past. The limestone cavities are mostly filled with groundwater and clays in the test site. Thus, cavities have low electrical resistivity and density compared to the surrounding host bedrock. The results of the study have shown that the zones of low resistivity and density correspond to the zones of the cavities identified in the boreholes at the site, and that the geophysical methods used are very effective to detect underground cavities. Furthermore, we could map the distribution of cavities more precisely with the test results incorporated from the various geophysical methods. It is also important to notice that the microgravity method is a very promising tool since it has rarely used for the cavity detection in korea. Beyond the investigation of underground cavities, the geophysical methods are required to provide useful information for the reinforcement design for the ground subsidence areas. It is, therefore, necessary to develop integrated geophysical technique incorporating different geophysical methods to precisely map underground cavities and image the subsurface of the ground subsidence areas.

A STUDY ON THE CORRELATION BETWEEN GROUND SUBSIDENCE AREA NEAR ABANDONED UNDERGROUND COAL MINE AND GEOPHYSICAL PROSPECTING DATA USING GIS

  • To estimate presumptive local ground subsidence area near Abandoned Under ground Coal Mine(AUCM) at Samcheok city in Korea, the geological properties of existing ground subsidence area and the geophysical prospecting data were analyzed using GIS. The electrical resistivity survey and seismic reflection survey database were constructed from investigation reports and factors which are related with ground subsidence such as geological map, topological map, land use map, lineament map, groundwater level, RMR (Rock Mass Rating), mining tunnel map and slope database were constructed also to make a comparative study of each parameters. As a result of the spatial analysis of existing ground subsidence area, 9 major factors causing ground subsidence were extracted and a connection between the structure of underground and the ground subsidence was determined from the analysis of geophysical prospecting data. The estimation of presumptive ground subsidence area was performed using the correlation between the result from neural network analysis of 9 factors and the scrutiny of geophysical prospecting data.
