Spatial Adjustment of Rainfall using Kriging Method and Application of Distributed Model (크리깅 기법을 이용한 강우의 공간보정과 분포형 모형의 적용)

  • 제주도는 표고가 높은 산악지형으로 이루어져 있으며, 산악지형에서의 강수 발생일수와 강수량 값은 평지보다 월등히 높으므로 수자원 설계시 표고에 따른 강우 보정을 실시한다. 그러나 현재 실무에서 적용되고 있는 시우량 자료를 이용한 표고와 연강우량의 관계에 따른 보정 방법은 여러 문제점을 야기시키고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 크리깅 기법을 이용하여 새로운 강우보정 방법을 제시하였으며, 격자형 강우보정계수를 산정하여 보정된 강우를 분포형 모형에 적용하였다. 제주도내 17개 강우관측소 및 제주 재난안전대책본부 41개 관측소의 강우자료를 이용하여 공동크리깅을 수행하였고, 격자 형태의 강우보정계수를 산정하였다. 제주 관측소의 강우자료로 확률강우량을 산정하여 강우보정을 하였고, 분포형 모형에 적용하여 유출량을 산정하였다. 또한, 기존 고도보정 방법 및 HEC-HMS 모형으로 산정된 유출량과 비교하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 강우보정 방법으로 지속시간에 따른 강우 증가를 고려할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 고도에 따른 강우보정시 홍수량이 과대 산정되는 문제점을 해결할 수 있었다.

  • A content recommendation according to users preferences comes up in the Internet application due to contents overwhelming. This paper newly proposes a method to predict contents preference using tags in conjunction with Content-Based Filtering. By implementing this method, this paper cleans up the contents sparsity problem in Content-Based Filtering, and shows the outstanding improvements.

  • In this paper, we propose a mixed driving circuit for the source driver of QVGA-scale TFT-LCD driver IC to reduce the area of the source driver. In the mixed driving circuit, graphic data pass or go through the mixed channel driver whether RGB data are the same or not. The mixed driving circuit has been designed in transistor level using the 0.35um CMOS technology and has been verified using Hspice.

  • Relatively high rotating speed propulsion shafting system of the large Ro-Ro Ferry has a greate risk of the resonance of the whirling vibration within the operating speed range. Therefore, it is necessary to control the whirling vibration characteristics of the shafting system in the initial design stage so as not to be resonant with the blade number order excitation in the normal operating speed range. The results of the whirling vibration analysis for l000P Ro-Ro Ferry with SHI's in-house program and the measured results during the sea trial are introduced. Additionally the outline of the program and the calculation method of the major properties are presented.

  • The improvement of the production capability of multi PCB assembly line can not be simply done by improving the capacities of each assembly robot cells but must be done by controlling the production line effectively with the line host computer which controls over the whole assembly line. A real time production control, a real time model change and a real time trouble shooting compose the specific concepts of this technique. In this paper, we present and analyze the definition and application method of real time assembly concept. The meaning of real time model change, troubles and error sooting and its algorithm will be introduced. Also, the function of the host computer which is in charge of all of many different tasks mentioned above and the method are presented. The improvement of the productivity is mainly focused on the efficiency of multi-PCB production control. The importance of this aspect is gradually increasing, which we have presented the analysis and the solution.

  • Fatigue life and penetration behavior were examined analytically by variety of initial front face crack length and initial crack depth. The fatigue crack shape before penetration is almost semielliptical, and the aspect ratio by calculation using the Newman-Raju's formula is smaller than the value obtained by the experiment. It is found that the crack growth behavior on the back surface after penetration is unique and can be divided into three stage a, b and c. By using the K value proposed by the authors, particular crack growth behavior and the change in crack shape can be evaluated quantitatively. It is found that fatigue life and penetration behavior were more dependent on initial front face crack length than initial crack depth.

  • 탄화규소를 이용한 1200V급 MOSFET 소자 제작을 위하여 특성 simulation을 수행하였다. 1200V 내압을 얻기 위해서 불순물 농도가 5E15/cm3이고 에피층의 두께가 12um인 상용 탄화규소 웨이퍼를 기준으로 하였으며 채널 저항을 줄이기 위해 채널길이를 $0.5{\mu}m$로 하였다. 게이트전압이 13V, 드레인 전압이 4V에서 specific on-resistance 값은 $12m\;{\Omega}cm^2$로 매우 우수한 특성을 보이고 있다. P-body의 표면 농도를 5E16/cm3 에서 1E18/cm3으로 변화시키면서 소자의 전기적 특성을 예측하였으며 실험 결과와 비교하여 특성 변수를 추출하였다.

  • This paper presents a step-down converter IC for automotive applications. This device was designed for a 40V/1A high-power output for voltage reference of automotive IC. It provides 250kHz PWM(pulse width modulation) and PFM(pulse frequency modulation) according to load conditions. This device was simulated Spectre of IC Design Tool And fabricated Dong-bu Hitec 0.35um BD350BA process.
