The article highlights the European experience of innovative educational technologies of training management specialists. Based on existing strategies, relevant in the European educational space, the introduction of regulatory elements to maintain a balance between the traditional and innovative format of the educational process, which is typical for the Ukrainian education system is proposed. The article aims to single out educational and technological innovations into a separate cluster of managerial training at different levels in the context of the principles of the modern synergetic sociocultural paradigm. The main objectives of the work are to develop settings to ensure the effective functioning of innovative educational technologies. Among the synergetic principles of educational technologies, providing the formation of necessary competencies of future managers, are: self-organization, interdisciplinarity, nonlinearity, individuality, and technologization. The methods used in the scientific study can be attributed to the group of scientific synergetic methodology. So, the training of specialists in management, implemented in the European practice assumes the use of new educational strategies. These technologies provide both the necessary skills of different levels (hard-soft-digital skills) and the observance of value components (solidarity, ethics, inclusiveness, openness).

The article is dedicated to the phenomenon of modern ex-libris created with the help of computer graphics. The process of evolution in the use of various techniques of book plate creating is analyzed, the role of computer technologies in the popularization of the modern book plate is emphasized. The debatable nature of the issue of the danger of displacement, replacement of traditional techniques of printed graphics with computer technologies is emphasized. The work is devoted to the problem of modernization of the higher education system of Ukraine through the integration of higher education institutions into the European Higher Education Area. Based on the analysis of statistical data, a conclusion was made about the collapse of the higher education system of Ukraine due to a number of problems, which negatively affects the formation of human capital. The importance of international cooperation with the EU in the field of education for the modernization of higher education is substantiated. The institutional principles of formation are investigated, the main priorities of its development at the present stage are determined. The legal bases of European integration of higher education in Ukraine are analyzed. An analysis of the development of international cooperation of Ukrainian universities and their participation in European educational programs. There is a positive tendency to increase the activity of Ukrainian universities in international cooperation, which increases their position in international rankings. Weaknesses of integration processes are revealed and directions of improvement of higher education are offered.

The article discusses the use of the concept of digitalization in the science of education. The influence of information technologies on the ability to self-study is analyzed. Various technologies that are used in science and education are shown. The issues of the advantages of using IT as a tool for creating conditions for the implementation of the problem-activity approach and the organization of project activities are considered. The possibilities are shown, which gives the opportunities that the use of ICT of distance educational resources in the educational process gives. Relevance. Innovative activities in education should be aimed at ensuring the comprehensive development of the individual and professional development of students. The main idea of modular technology is that the student should learn by himself, and the teacher manages his learning activities. The advantage of modular technology is the ability of the teacher to design the study of the material in the most interesting and accessible forms for this part of the study group and at the same time achieve the best learning results. Innovative Moodle technology. it is gaining popularity every day, significantly expanding the space of teaching and learning, allowing students to study inter-faculty university programs in depth. The purpose of this study is to assess the quality of implementation of the e-learning system Moodle. The study was conducted at the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushinsky in order to identify barriers to the effective implementation of innovative distance learning technologies Moodle and introduce a new model that will have a positive impact on the development of e-learning. Methodology. The paper used a combination of theoretical and empirical research methods. These include: scientific analysis of sources on this issue, which allowed us to formulate the initial provisions of the study; analysis of the results of students 'educational activities; pedagogical experiment; questionnaires; monitoring of students' activities in practical classes. Results. This article evaluates the implementation of the principles of distance learning in the process of teaching and learning at the University in terms of quality. The experiment involved 1,250 students studying at the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushinsky. The survey helped to identify the main barriers to the effective implementation of modern distance learning technologies in the educational process of the University: the lack of readiness of teachers and parents, the lack of necessary skills in applying computer systems of online learning, the inability to interact with the teaching staff and teachers, the lack of a sufficient number of academic consultants online. In addition, internal problems are investigated: limited resources, unevenly distributed marketing advantages, inappropriate administrative structure, and lack of innovative physical capabilities. The article allows us to solve these problems by gradually implementing a distance learning model that is suitable for any university, regardless of its specialization. The Moodle-based e-learning system proposed in this paper was designed to eliminate the identified barriers. Models for implementing distance learning in the learning process were built according to the CAPDM methodology, which helps universities and other educational service providers develop and manage world-class online distance learning programs. Prospects for further research focus on evaluating students' knowledge and abilities over the next six months after the introduction of the proposed Moodle-based program.

This article proposes to consider the experience of using information and communication technologies in educational processes and social practices of Ukrainian universities. The history of the introduction of information and communication technologies in the development of the higher education system is considered, the system of organizing the information space of universities is investigated. The distinctive features of the structure of a single information space, as well as distance e-learning technologies are highlighted. Empirical material obtained in the course of sociological research is used to discuss specific examples of the use of ICT in universities.

The modern development of higher education in Ukraine is the result of two main factors. One of them - the factor of social progress - reflects the transformations inherent in modern Ukrainian society. These include, first of all, the processes of democratization and the development of civic responsibility. European the choice of Ukraine, the integration of our state into the European space determine accordingly, the second factor influencing the development of domestic higher education - the trends that guide the progress of the European Higher Education Area (European Higher Education Area (hereinafter - EHEA) and the European Research Area Research Area, hereinafter - ERA). The strategy of information support of the educational process (approved by the European Commission in 2010) recognizes the leading role of higher education as a driver of social progress, accordingly states the priority - the development of free economic education and identifies indicators of such progress - the achievement and international attractiveness of European free economic education. The information support of modernization challenges in higher education are aimed at the educational process, the leadership position of students, in particular through promotion and implementation of leading achievements and best practices in the context of globalization.

Linking Ukraine's education system with the trends of global digitalization is mandatory to ensure the sustainable, long-term development of the country, as well as to increase the sustainability of the education system and the economy as a whole during the crisis period. Now the main problems of the education system in Ukraine are manifested in a complex context caused by Russian armed aggression. In the context of war, problems include differences in adaptation to online learning among educational institutions, limited access to education for vulnerable groups in the zone of active hostilities, the lack of digital educational resources suitable for online learning, and the lack of basic digital skills and competencies among students and teachers necessary to properly conduct online classes. Some of the problems of online learning were solved in the pandemic, but in the context of war Ukrainian society needs a new vision of education and continuous efforts of all social structures in the public and private environment. In the context of war, concerted action is needed to keep education on track and restore it in active zones, adapting to the needs of a dynamic society and an increasingly digitized economy. Among the urgent needs of the education system are a change in the teaching-learning paradigm, which is based on content presentation, memorization, and reproduction, and the adoption of a new, hybrid educational model that will encourage the development of necessary skills and abilities for students and learners in a digitized society and enable citizens close to war zones to learn.

Scientific space, one can observe the differentiation of the definition of the terms "value", "value orientations" because it does not yet have a clear standard definition. Many researchers have dealt with this topic, researched, analyzed, observed, and made conclusions. However, there is still a rich scope for research of such phenomena of personal structure as value orientations. Psychologists-researchers who, in their scientific, practical, and theoretical works, dealt with the topic of values and value orientations and came to the general conclusion that values are a structural component of a personality, with the help of which a person achieves a goal, sets this goal, and characterizes position in life. Saw the relationship between values and the basic structures of the personality, including value orientations-considered in values a system of orientation and personality attitudes.

The article reveals the essence of cybercrime, approaches to understanding this concept, classification of cybercrime, and other illegal acts in this area. The concept of cybercrime has multi-discourse nature and a certain legal uncertainty. Cybercrimes, their forms and types are analyzed in the economic context. The research vocabulary of the economic industry is defined. The scope and content of concepts denoted by the terms of the sphere covered by cybercrime are studied, and its types and forms are analyzed. The article studies problems, achievements, and prospects of resisting and combating cybercrime during the development of the civil information society and Ukraine's entry into the global information space. The study focuses on the economic motivation of most cybercrimes since some material benefit from the fact of cyber offenses is assumed directly or indirectly.
