  • This paper use the USB Bulk Communication for interface of eMbedded system. But existing USB Bulk Communication have defects, it only connect point to point. And then this paper defines several command packet to improve such defects. So it improves Data Packet Layer of existing USB Bulk Communication. And then this paper make up for it's defects and implements multiplex communication Protocol in order to connect many eMbedded systems.

  • In this paper, we propose an OFDM-Based SSB System using DCT and DHT transform. The proposed system presents the same waveform as the SSB modulation. The proposed system generates SSB spectrum which are USB and LSB spectrum, also the proposed system can transmit PAM signal through USB and the other PAM signal through LSB. Additionally, we propose how to resolve the center frequency interference problem between USB and LSB. We confirm the simulation result by MATLAB program. The simulation result show the proposed system can transmit PAM signal through only half of spectrum of conventional OFDM system.

  • 최근 USB 저장장치의 데이터 노출 및 탈취 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 보안 USB 저장장치가 등장하였으나, 데이터를 보호하기 위한 다양한 보안기술을 적용함에도 불구하고, 사용자 인증 우회나 비밀번호 노출과 같은 취약점으로 인하여, 보안 USB에 저장된 중요한 자료나 민감한 정보가 노출되는 문제점이 지속해서 발견되는 실정이다. 이에 따라, 보안 USB의 취약점 연구도 지속적으로 연구되고 있지만, 보안 USB 취약점을 분석하는 것은 수동적이고, 많은 노력과 시간이 소요되므로, 취약점을 자동으로 진단하고 분석하는 도구가 요구된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 자동화된 취약점진단 및 분석 도구를 제작하기 위하여, F 제품을 대상으로, 해당 제품에서 제공하는 비밀번호인증에서 발생하는 취약점을 분석하고 실증하며, 그 결과를 기반으로 최종적으로는 보안 USB 취약점 익스플로잇 도구 프로토타입을 개발한다.

A USB DLP Scheme for Preventing Loss of Internal Confidential Files (내부 기밀파일 유출 방지를 위한 USB DLP 기법)

  • Recently industry is suffering severe losses of important internal information, and most of the leaks result from the insiders. Thus, various technological counter measures are being studied in order to protect private organization information. In this paper, among various internal information leakage path protection mechanisms, we propose a technique for preventing files which are defined as confidential from being copied or moved through USB. The implemented confidential file loss prevention system is composed of both signature insert manager and confidential file detect manager. The signature insert manager allows a system administrator to insert a special pattern specifying a classified confidential file, while the confidential file detect manager protects confidential file leakage when a user attempts to move or copy a confidential file to the USB memory. This results would be contributed to reducing the damage caused by leakage of confidential files outside of the company via USB.

  • In recent, implementation of the embedded system is gradually in the spotlight of world-wide by information technology(IT) engineers. By this time, an implementation of real time system is limited on image acquisition and processing system in practical. In this paper, the USB camera interface system based on the embedded linux OS is implemented using USB 2.0 camera with low cost. This system can obtain image signals into the memory via X-hyper255B processor from USB camera. It is need to initialize USB camera by the Video4Linux for the kernel device driver. From the system image capturing and image processing can be performed. It is confirmed that the image data can be transformed to packet of Network File System(NFS) and connected to the internetwork, then the data can be monitored from the client computer connected to the internetwork.

  • This paper describes a Gray Mode Graphic STN LCD drive circuit using USB interface. The drive circuit using USB interface can highly transfer image data created under PC t LCD. Hence, the LCD drive circuit doesn't use microprocessor for the convenience of users. The proposed LCD drive circuit part have been verified by simulation and by ALTERA EPF10K10TC144-3 FPGA implementation in VHDL. The USB interface part have been programmed in MS-Visual C++ 6.0. The validity and efficiency of the proposed LCD drive circuit have been verified by test board. After comparing this LCD drive circuit to specify it was verified that the developed LCD drive circuit showed good performances, such as convenience of users, low cost.

  • Mosts user of internet and smart phone has certificate, and uses it when money transfer, stock trading, on-line shopping, etc. Mosts user stores certificate in a hard disk drive of PC, or the external storage medium. In particular, the certification agencies are encouraged for user to store certificate in external storage media such as USB memory rather than a hard disk drive. User think that the external storage medium is safe, but when it is connect to a PC, certificate may be copied easily, and can be exposed to hackers through malware or pharming site. Moreover, if a hacker knows the user's password, he can use user's certificate without restrictions. In this paper, we suggest secure management scheme of the private key file using a password of the encrypted private key file, and a USB Memory's hardware information. The private key file is protected safely even if the encrypted private key file is copied or exposed by a hacker. Also, if the password of the private key file is exposed, USB Memory's container ID, additional authentication factor keeps the private key file safe. Therefore, suggested scheme can improve the security of the external storage media for certificate.

  • Recently, the ubiquitous is handled by maximum topic. New knowledge information and ubiquitous computing evolution have promoted new paradigm transfer and grand change. Also, need technology as powerful engineering approached fairly system and educational guidance side examination necessarily to overcome u-Learning base situation and studying obstacle situations. This treatise embodied handiness examination about attention shortage and excess obstacle (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, low ADHD) who must solve so as to be square and level being increase trend in primary school using USB (Universal Serial Bus) terminal system that allow fetters to OSGi (Open Service Gateway Initiative). That OSGi base USB terminal system is easy preservation of information, safety of network, cost-cutting and maintenance by various ubiquitous system that server that load many USB terminals and OSGi uses an USB bus of high speed and construct network, there is advantage of concentration elevation and so on of week and ADHD handled in this treatise because early diagnosis and treatment are serious. The confirmed system application that can supplement paper and pens examination's shortcoming and could solve examination's problem which use computer, and help in student guidance through ADHD simpleexamination who utilize OSGi base USB terminal system. Is available by game system that system for human nature examination or intelligence test and general exam explaining and level studying, order style question investigation program, studying system for disabled person, majority that enforce in public in school this study finding does together.

  • 본 연구에서는 USB(Universal Serial Bus)통신과 전기적 절연을 이용하여 생체신호계측이 가능한 USB 데이터 수집(DAQ, Data acquisition)보드를 설계 및 구현한 것이다. 대부분의 데이터 수집보드는 전기적 절연이 되어 있지 않기 때문에 의용계측에 있어서 적합하지 않다. 보드를 평가하기 위해 설계한 USB DAQ 보드와 PC를 사용하여 사인파와 램프신호 그리고 생체신호중 하나인 ECG 신호를 측정하였다. 제안한 USB 데이터 수집보드는 AD변환부, 전기적 절연부, 전송부, 디지털 입 출력부 그리고 DC-DC변환기(DC DC Convertor)로 구성되었고, 최대 1KHz의 샘플링 주파수와 12비트 분해능과 8채널의 성능을 가진다.

  • 본 논문에서는 USB(Universal Serial Bus) 인터페이스를 이용하여 PC와 하드웨어 사이의 영상을 송수신 하는 시스템을 제안한다. 구현된 시스템은 PC에서 스테레오 캠으로부터 획득된 좌안, 우안 영상을 USB 인터페이스를 이용하여 고속으로 하드웨어에 전송해주고, 하드웨어에서 생성된 깊이 맵을 고속으로 전송받도록 구성되어 있다. Cypress사의 USB2.0 컨트롤러 칩인 CY68013A를 사용하여 구현하였으며, USB칩과 FPGA와의 인터페이스는 GPIF(General Programmable Interface)를 이용하여 병목현상이 없이, 고속의 데이터 전송을 달성하도록 하였다.
