  • In recently, as the interest of media contents increase among internet users, a variety of media contents are circulated in the web. Especially, video-media content in media contents attracts internet user's interest. In conjunction with web 2.0, internet users open and share their making contents by themselves. Their attitude about accepting media contents is not passive but aggressive. Additionally, they create new form of distribution of the flow. Video media content for distribution on the Web is created by experts to a professional content, but Web 2.0 era, the UCC (User Create Contents) in the form of self-produced content is the most. The generated media by the general internet users, but self-produced content, provides video information only and has limitations. To satisfy internet users as consumers in the web 2.0 eras, it has needed to provide actual feeling contents that add various effects not just simple media. Therefore, this paper represents the existing media content with simple information based on the concept of ontology and the meaning to the subject for the media content. We will provide an actual feeling how to offer the configuration of a service model (AF-VS : Actual Feeling Video Service).

  • With the development and invention of computer and internet, GIS (Geographic Information System) has provided diverse services to users. Web 2.0, the next generation web, has been developed to create a new business by accumulating and structuring information from many users. The characteristics of Web 2.0 are blog, longtail distribution, SNS, DCC, collective intelligence, and so on. This study proposes a GIS 2.0 service model to maximize the introduction effect and use of GIS by the method that two-way communication and the participation of consumer, characteristics of Web 2.0, are used to build more practical GIS rather than providing spatial information in one-way and simple inquiry oriented way.

  • As rapid development of computing environment, field of automatic identification research which interoperates with various physical objects and digital information is making active progress. Although the automatic identification system is widely used in various industries, application of automatic identification system in the field of medical health doesn't reach other industry. Therefore research in medical health supplies such as medical equipment, blood, human tissues and etc is on progress. This paper suggests the application of automatic identification technology for biological resources which is core research material in human genome research. First of all, user environment requirements for the introduction of automatic identification technology are defined and through the experiments and research, barcode is selected as a suitable tag interface. Data Matrix which is 2D barcode symbology is chosen and data schema is designed based on UCC/EAN-128 for international defecto standard. To showapplicability of proposed method when applied to actual environment, we developed, tested and evaluated application as following methods. Experiments of barcode read time at 196 and 75 below zero which is actual temperature where biological resources are preserved resulted read speed of average of 1.6 second and the data schema satisfies requirements for the biological resources application. Therefore suggested method can provide data reliability as well as rapid input of data in biological resources information processing.

  • In Korea, two species of Ho-chang-Ho-chang $(Polygonum\;cuspidatum \;S_{IEB}.\;et\;Z_{UCC}.)$ and Wang-Ho-chang $(Polygonum \;sachalinense\;F_R.\;S_{CHM}.)$-had been identified, but the components of the leaves of Polygonum species growing in Korea had never been reported. The authors examined the anatomical characteristics of Korean Polygonum species, identified the flavonoids contained in their leaves and obtained the following results: Korean Polygonum species should be divided into three species: $Polygonum\;cuspidatum\;S_{IEB}.\;et\;Z_{UCC}.,\;P. \;sachalinense\;F_R.\;S_{CHM}\;and\;P.\;elliptica\;M_{IGO}$. The last one was illustrated in the report. P. cuspidatum contained reynoutrin and quercitrin, but no isoquercitrin could be identified. P. sachalinense also contained both reynoutrin and quercitrin. P. elliptica, which had never been studied, included the same flavonoids.

  • The demand of digital broadcasting via networks has increased slowly in spite of the development of bidirectional broadcasting service technology and the effort of revitalization are actively performed nowadays. There are some reasons that the content differentiation is necessary. First, bidirectional digital broadcasting has no special content that attracts public attention. Second, bidirectional video content such as UCC is expected to revitalize economy due to simplification of authoring tool and user's desire to communicate interactively. So this paper proposes the data broadcasting sub-content architecture model by scenario using original data broadcasting content. At the same time, we design the content object metadata schema from the analysis of original data broadcasting content. It is restricted by 25 metadata in order to make it more smoothly working contents under the ubiquitous environment. This proposal is expected to affect the revitalization of content development and find out new sub-content model by rework original content.

  • 최근 인터넷의 발달로 디지털 콘텐츠 및 UCC(User Created Contents) 산업이 발전하고 있다.

  • The Internet is a wonderland that can be enjoyed by the young, old, and those in-between. It is also a vast commercial market where many contracts are formed every second. The Internet and E-Commerce have created new situations that have generated sweeping proposals for fundamental changes in contract law. During the first half of the 20th Century. when many businesses expanded their geographic scope, there was a tremendous desire for uniform treatment of contracts for the sale of goods throughout the U.S.A. and the whole world. That same dynamic is now occurring in E-Commerce. There is a general recognition of the desirability of uniform contract law to govern E-commerce, but to date that does not exist, though there are extensive proposals for reform of contract law on the Internet. E-Commerce is currently plagued by some of the same problems that led to the passage of the UCC. In the absence of uniform legislation, state-by-state differences are inevitable with respect to E-Commerce. State-by-state differences in E-Commerce contract law is widely viewed as undesirable. To deal with this problem, a number of uniform bills have been proposed including UCITA, UETA, and revisions to Article 2 of the UCC (Subpart B). The thrust of these uniform acts is to create legal parity between paper records and electronic records. There is considerable resistance by consumer groups to this parity and progress towards Passage of UCITA, UETA, and revised Article 2 has been slow. The UCITA covers licenses of computer software but does not cover the sale oil goods on the Internet. The scope of the UCITA includes computer software. multimedia interactive products, computer data and databases, and Internet and online information, The UETA deals comprehensively with E-Commerce and contract law. The UCC covers the sale of goods, which does not necessarily involve E-Commerce. The basic principles of contract law are modified to deal with Internet transactions. Intent is inferred from the operations of electronic agents and "signatures" can occur with a response to an invitation to click to accept.
