  • 현재 많은 사람들이 스마트폰을 이용하고 있으며 스마트폰을 활용한 IT 기술들이 나날이 발전하고 있다. 또한 스마트폰을 이용 하여 사람들이 생활하는데 있어서 더욱 더 편리한 생활을 할 수 있도록 서비스 환경을 제공해준다. 그 중 대표적인 기술이 U-Health(Ubiquitous-Health) 기술 이며 U-Health 기술은 건강증진과 고령화 사회를 대비하기 위한 효과적인 문제해결 방안으로 주목받고 있다. U-Health 서비스는 스마트폰의 각종 센서를 활용하여 환자의 건강 상태를 체크하고 실시간으로 업데이트 하여 환자의 상태를 더욱 효율적으로 관리할 수 있다. 그러나 환자와 병원 서버 간에 데이터 단일화, 통신문제 등으로 인해서 아직까지는 많이 활용되고 있지 않는 현실이다. 또한 스마트폰으로 인한 환자의 개인신상 정보가 쉽게 노출될 수 있다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 NFC(Near Field Communication) 기반에서 환자와 병원간에 신뢰성 있는 데이터 전송을 위한 인증 시스템을 설계 하였다.

  • The u-health service is using portable device such as smart device and it consists of small computing device. The u-health service carry out same performance with desktop computer. We designed message structure based on Bluetooth HDP. This message structure is used to transmit patient's biometric data on the smart device of medical team, patient and family over the mobile network environment. ISO/IEEE 11073 PHD standard was defined based on the method of communication between the agent and the manager. And We are confirmed the reliable transmission of biometric data at the smart device by implementing the android OS based patient information monitoring application to check the status of patient for medical team, patient and family.

  • Various studies on individual health-care application services have been lively going on due to recent development of information and communication technology and improvement of life quality. Moreover, U-health care area is emerging as a new growth industry as the demand of U-health care service for a quality life grows with the development of medical technology and ubiquitous environment. U-health care system for crew members on ships, who need to spend much time on sea far from their families, is especially needed because they find their job much more stressful not only physically but also mentally than any other people in different jobs do and have less chance to get proper medical services in time. In this paper, we suggested how to get more accurate and objective U-health wellbeing index by complementing SF-36, the general heath care index model in order to managing health of crew. Also we designed the U-health wellbeing index service system which can provide appropriate sports programs or diet contents according to health index.

  • 본 고에서는 최근 IT 분야에서 많은 관심을 갖고 있는 유비쿼터스 헬스케어 서비스의 개념에 대해 간략히 소개하고 서비스를 구성하는 요소에 대해 살펴본다. u-Health 서비스의 다양한 영역 중 네트워크 기반의 건강 관리 서비스를 위한 웨어러블 혹은 휴대용 헬스 모니터링 시스템의 기술 현황과 문제점, u-Health 서비스 지원을 위한 웨어러블 시스템의 역할에 대해 알아본다. 마지막으로 u-Health 서비스 도입과 관련하여 고려해야 할 점들에 대해 기술한다.

In this paper, Context aware environment of u-health service will be provide context data related to identifies recommendations factors using multivariate analysis method and recommendations factors creation to decision tree, association rule based decision model. health service recommend for significantly context data can be distinguish through recommendation factors of identify. Also, context data of patient can know preference factors through preference decision model.

  • This paper shows a u-Health management system in user's Life environment, which is different from previous ones by enterprises. It's designed for users(citizens) and service provider(especially providing medical service). This paper is discussing on the proof on the service model being operated near the Tancheon stream in the city of Sung-nam. To maximize users' satisfaction, this service has been designed on four disciplines(so easy, so simple, well-customized, funny feedback) in the viewpoint for users. Its algorithm has 4 levels which are measurement, prescription, monitoring and feedback. In the system. there are HCBs(health check boothes) checking out status and assessment of users, customized health prescription customized a health management service prescription engine, exercise programs customized on exercise equipments near the stream and monitoring system.

  • We investigated the latest trend of u-Health and relations with clinical technologist. Since 2000, Korea has become an aging society. Korea will become an aged society by 2018, and it is expected to enter the ultra-high aged society by 2026. Increase in over 65 years population means that the desire of medical service and care demand for the elderly is greatly required. In addition, many predicted Korean national health insurance would falter financially. Medical suppression policies and regulations are also amended continuously. U-Health based on the IT industry and development of related technologies and industries contains the variety concepts of telemedicine, telehealth, e-health, u-healthcare and POCT. Especially, the use of POCT supplied quick clinical examination is extending steadily in medical center and hospital, which will generate the field friction between nurses and medical technologists. In the transition situation from provider-centric service to consumer-driven health care system, this study recommended the principal role and correspondence of clinical laboratory workers and offered information about changes in healthcare market and the basic concept of expert system, measurement and the diagnosis principle to clinical technicians throughout the investigation of the recent research and government policy trends.

  • In this paper, we proposed IoT based Smart Health Service using Motion Recognition for Human UX/UI. Until now, sensor networks using M2M-based u-healthcare are using non-IP protocol instead of TCP / IP protocol. However, in order to increase the service utilization and facilitate the management of the IoT-based sensor network, many sensors are required to be connected to the Internet. Therefore, IoT-based smart health service is designed considering network mobility because it is necessary to communicate not only the data measured by sensors but also the Internet. In addition, IoT-based smart health service developed smart health service for motion detection as well as bio information unlike existing healthcare platform. WBAN communications used in u-healthcare typically consist of many networked devices and gateways. The method proposed in this paper can easily cope with dynamic changes even in a wireless environment by using a technology supporting mobility between WBAN sensor nodes, and systematic management is performed through detection of a user's motion.

  • As the interest on healthcare area in pursuit of well-being, health etc is increasing, u-Healthcare service that can monitor the condition of oneself's health anytime & anywhere is getting an attention. The existing health information system is consist of structure supporting the storage of estimation value and just simple display. But this needs to get a harmonious interaction to provide the health information exactly and speedily for efficient condition confirmation and diagnosis in health information system, In relation to this, this study proposed the developmental contents about visualization engine providing the beuer information discrimination and more user-friendly in various service of u-Healthcare.

  • Currently, efforts towards pursuit of standardization of u-Health technology and for development of our own source technologies and functions in Korea are being made continuously. Accordingly, base technologies in the area of u-Health software as well as trends in and standards of u-Health software market were investigated, and this Study aims to develop reliable evaluation model for u-Health software. For this purpose, characteristics and service types of u-Health software were examined, and u-Health technological trend and standards were analyzed. On the basis of these preliminary research, reliable evaluation model for u-Health software was developed.
