COMPLEX MOMENTS AND THE DISTRIBUTION OF VALUES OF L(1, χu) IN EVEN CHARACTERISTIC

  • In this paper, we announce that the strategy of comparing the complex moments of L(1, χu) to that of a random Euler product L(1, 𝕏) is also valid in even characteristic case. We give an asymptotic formulas for the complex moments of L(1, χu) in a large uniform range. We also give Ω-results for the extreme values of L(1, χu).

소비자제품의 광고에 반영된 문화특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Cultural Characteristics reflected on the Consumer Product Ads)

  • The objective of this study was to identify the cultural characteristics affecting advertising contents of the consumer products. Hofstedes(1991) five cultural characteristics such as individualism-collectivism, power distance, masculinity-feminity, avoidance of uncertainty, confucian dynamism were used. Ten kinds of consumer products were included and data were collected from France, Japan, Korea, and U. S. during 1999∼2000. All ads were evaluated and compared their cultural characteristics in terms of country, product involvement and usage, and magazine type. ANOVA, Duncan test, and Pearson correlation-coefficient were applied to analyze data. The results were shown as follows: First, most ads tended to be individual, less power oriented, feministic, and showed high tendency of uncertainty avoidance as well as long term confucianism for all the countries. And some cultural characteristics were different among countries. Japan, France, U. S. and Korea in order showed higher individualism and lower power distance. Also Korea and Japan showed relatively short term confucian culture while U. S. and France did ling term perspectives in the ads. Second, product involvement and usage type had a significant impact on the characteristics of individualism-collectivism and feminity-masculinity. That is, product ads of lower involvement and personal use were likely to show individualistic messages and to have more feministic appeals. Third, magazine type had an impact on some cultural characteristics. Womens magazines would have more individualistic, less power oriented, and feministic appeals of ads. In conclusion, global ads should be localized and differentiated in terms of some cultural characteristics and differ depending on product characteristics.

모바일 RFID를 이용한 U-AD (U-AD using Mobile RFID)

  • 모발일 RFID를 이용한 U-AD(Advertisement)는 RFID태그를 읽을 수 있는 리더기를 휴대전화에 장착하여 음반, 도서, 의약품 등에 부착된 Tag의 정보를 휴대전화로 읽어 사용자에게 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 신 개념의 서비스이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 서비스를 활용하여 휴대폰의 RFID리더기로 Tag를 읽었을 때 단편적으로 밖에 볼 수 없는 광고 내용을 휴대폰으로 실시간으로 볼 수 있는 서비스 시스템을 개발하였다. 모바일 RFID를 이용한 U-AD는 소비자의 휴대폰을 이용하여 해당 상품의 정보를 구체적으로 보여줌으로써 원하는 물건인지 정확하게 알 수 있고 효율적인 구매를 유도할 수 있다. 또한 광고주 측면에서 보면 상품의 광고효과를 극대화하여 더 많은 수요를 창출하게 된다.

팜유를 첨가한 천연 바디 폼의 제품개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the product development of natural body foam which added the palm oil)

  • The natural body foam product which palm oil is added to this product, differs from products for clothes and Kitchen detergent, industrial and domestic detergent, and It has a various characteristics as a soft detergent for bath and hair product. Up to now, vidal sassoon product which imports form overseas and sells in our country, increases every year in consumption quantity. The development of this product tested to consider the quality of product in the effect of import transfer. First of all, the experiment of this product tested the fundamental items of pH, foam formation force, the moisture effect of product, the biodegradation degree of product. In case of palm oil, when it was added to this product in 0.25wt%, we could get experiment results that pH appeared in 6.2, foam formation force in product 1wt% solution appeared in 104ml per 30sec, the skin moisture effect of product appeared in incleasing from 82 a.u to 90 a.u within one hour since we have used the product, the biodegradation degree of surfactant appeared in 96.7%. According to the experiment result of product, we could know the fact that it has a high quality in comparison with other products.

Restoration of the isotopic composition of reprocessed uranium hexafluoride using cascade with additional product

  • In reprocessed uranium, derived from an impoverished fuel of light-water moderated reactors, there are isotopes of 232, 234, 236U, which make its recycling remarkably difficult. A method of concentration of 235U target isotope in cascade's additional product was proposed to recover the isotopic composition of reprocessed uranium. A general calculation procedure is presented and a parameters' optimization of multi-flow cascades with additional products. For the first time a numeric model of a cascade that uses the cuts of partial flows of stages with relatively high separation factors was applied in this procedure. A novel computing experiment is carried out on separation of reprocessed uranium hexafluoride with providing a high concentration of 235U in cascade's additional product with subsequent dilution. The parameters of cascades' stages are determined so as to allow reducing the 232, 234, 236U isotope content up to the acceptable. It was demonstrated that the dilution of selected products by the natural waste makes it possible to receive a low enriched uranium hexafluoride that meets the ASTM C996-15 specification for commercial grade.

제조물책임법 입증책임에 관한 연구 (Study on Proof of Product Liability Act)

  • Under the Manufacturing Liability Act, consumers want to be protected from manufacturers by mitigating burden of proof as an important target to be protected. However, due to the complexity of the product, it is very difficult for consumers to prove defects from the manufacturing defect. This situation has led to a major revision of the Manufacturing Liability Act, which mitigates the burden of proof of consumers by applying fruitless liability. The Manufacturing Liability Act is comparable to the U.S., which has strong consumer rights and is protected by the Manufacturing Liability Act. The burden of proof can be regarded as the most necessary content for consumers within the manufacturing product liability law when responding to manufacturing defects. The U.S. intends to provide implications for achieving consumer protection in Korea's Manufacturing Liability Act by imitating the U.S. based on the burden of proof. Case comparison regarding burden of proof can be conducted based on various criteria, including criteria for each product and key features for determining the importance of the manufacturing product liability law. The Act on the Responsibility of Korean Manufacturing Products for the Protection of Consumers was developed based on the assessment criteria, and a remedy was proposed to protect consumers who suffered from manufacturing defects.

약용 식물의 암세포 다제내성 조절 활성 검색 (Multidrug-resistance Reversing Activity of Medicinal Plants)

  • Methanol extracts from 450 plants were screened for muttidrug-resistance reversing activity using drug sensitive KB-3-1 and multidrug-resistant KB-Vl cells. Among them, the extracts of Cynanchum wilfordii, Torilis japonica, Celastrus orbiculatus, Melia toosendan and Teminialia chebula strongly potentiated vinblastine cytotoxicity in KB-Vl cells. But their cytotoxicities to both sensitive KB-3-1 and resistant KB-Vl cells were in the same order of magnitude. These results indicate that the above samples would contain the active principles which do not exert their ativity solely by cytotoxicity.

미국반덤핑법 적용을 위한 상품의 조사범위에 관한 연구 (Study concerning the survey scope of the product for the Application of the U.S. Antidumping Law)

  • 한 미 FTA 발효를 앞두고 미국 통상법에 대한 관심이 더욱 높아지고 있다. 특히, 미국의 반덤핑조치 남용은 이미 여러 선진국들을 통하여 문제가 제기 되어 왔기 때문에 이에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 반덤핑조사를 개시하기 위하여 먼저 "조사대상상품"의 범위를 결정하여야 하지만, WTO 반덤핑협정을 비롯하여 미국 반덤핑법에서도 아무런 규정을 하고 있지 않다. 미국 반덤핑법은 국내 동종상품을 (관세법에 의거하여) 조사 중인 상품과 같거나, 같은 상품이 없는 경우 성질과 용도 면에서 가장 유사한 상품이라고 정의하고 있다. 이처럼 동종상품 분석은 조사대상상품에서 비롯된다. 상무부는 통상의 의미로 조사대상상품을 해석하여야 한다. 유의할 것은 상무부가 일반적으로 조사신청자의 의도를 반영하는 방법으로 반덤핑조사의 범위를 정의할 수 있는 광범위한 재량을 향유하고 있다는 것이다. 그러므로 본 연구는 미국 반덤핑법의 조사대상상품의 범위와 관련한 규정들을 살펴보고, 관련 사례들을 분석하였다. 더욱이, 조사대상상품의 범위는 이후 반덤핑관세명령의 범위에도 영향을 미치기 때문에 이에 대하여도 검토하였다.

미(美)·중(中)·인(印) 소비자들의 한국 자동차 구매태도에 관한 비교연구 : 현대 자동차를 중심으로 (An Empirically Comparative Study on the Purchasing Attitude to Korean Automobiles of American, Chinese and Indian Consumers : Focusing on Hyundai Automobile)

  • 본 연구는 국가이미지와 기능적 속성 및 브랜드개성이 미(美) 중(中) 인(印) 소비자들의 한국 자동차 선택에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었으며, 실증분석 결과 나타난 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미국 소비자들이 한국 자동차 선택시 중국 및 인도 소비자들에 비해 국가이미지와 브랜드개성의 영향을 더 많이 받는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 3개국 소비자들 모두 다른 두 요인에 비해 기능적 속성의 영향을 더 많이 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 이중 중국 소비자들이 미국 및 인도 소비자들에 비해 상대적으로 기능적 속성의 영향을 더 많이 받는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과가 시사하는 바는, 미(美) 중(中) 인(印) 소비자들이 정도의 차이는 있지만, 한국 자동차 선택에 있어 국가이미지와 기능적 속성뿐 아니라 브랜드개성의 영향을 함께 받는다는 것이다. 이러한 점을 감안할 때 해외시장에 진출하고자 하는 한국 자동차 기업들은 독특하고 개성있는 브랜드 개발이 필요함을 암시한다. 특히 이러한 브랜드 이미지가 한국의 국가이미지를 잘 나타낼 수 있을 때 소비자들의 충성도는 더 높아질 것이다.
