This study has been attempted using the Q methodology to clarify leader type of nurse managers that head nurses and general nurses recognize, and to clarify its relative relation. Sixty-three statements were extracted through interviews with general and professional people interested in the subject of nurse leaders to extract the Q population. A total of 314 Q population was formed added with 251 questions extracted from related documents. Final 32 Q samples were selected by reorganization of 314 Q population after reexamining statements through inquiry of 1 professor of the nurse department, 2 students in course of nurse science masters degree and 2 students in course of doctoral degree. The P sample selection standard of this study were 25 nurses and 30 head nurses. Examination subjects themselves filled out 32 statements classified in a measure of 9 points from agreeable items to disagreeable items. Principal component factors were analyzed using the QUANL pc program after grading the contents of the P sample. Nurses recognizing subjective structure for leader behaviors of nurse manager were analyzed to be 3 factors: vision presentation type, self-capability consideration type, relationship consideration type, and head nurses recognizing subjective structure were analyzed to be 2 types: task pursuit leader type, and concord pursuit type. Nursing manager's leader behavior, expected by staff nurse are more complex and higher level which may combined with task pursuit leader type in concord pursuit leader of head nurse. Also according to Horsey and Blanchard theory(1977), the effectiveness of leadership becomes to be larger as the accordance rate between the behaviors of nurse leaders and followers reaction increase Two suggestions have been made based on the conclusion. 1. Studies on creating strategies in relation to development, management, selection of nurse leaders should be made based on this study. 2. There is a need for relative study of production and degree of similarity of leadership types based on this study.
This study was intended to investigate the influences that consumer's price sensitivity, bundle discount type, and price level of the male cosmetics have on consumer attitude. The design of this research was comprised of $2{\times}2{\times}2$ mixed design studies. The first element was high price sensitivity vs. low sensitivity, the second element was the bundle discount type (mixed leader vs. mixed-joint), and the third element was the price level of male cosmetics (high-price brand vs. low-price brand). The results of this study showed that price sensitivity, bundle discount type and price level of male cosmetic had a statistically significant interaction effect on the consumer's quality perception. The quality perception of low-cost brands for high price sensitivity/mixed-joint bundle group was low. The quality perception of low-cost brands for mixed-leader bundled groups did not change significantly even when the price sensitivity became higher. However, it can be seen as the same result that the overall value is higher when suggested the price information in Mixed-leader bundle than Mixed-joint bundle. In particular, this study suggests that price information should be presented in mixed-leader bundles for high price sensitivity and low cast brands.

According to shift of the political focus from agricultural productivity to social development, it has been increased importance of local leader in rural society. Especially rural women leader's role has been increased not only in agricultural business but also in social activity of locality. Although a lot of leadership study related to rural community development, it has been very scarcely study about leader's action in pattern or doing in style based on psychological scale. Therefore this a kind of pilot study on that. For this data, it was gathered from 24 female farmer leaders of a federation group in 2005. In this study, to define the action in pattern or doing in style of leader, it was adopted to Ozasz Yoshihisa's scale which is consisted of 40 items into 8 types. From analysis of female farmer leader's action in pattern or doing in style, most of them were belong to volunteer type, generalist type, farmer type. This menas most of them were head toward maintenance of the present status, keeping one's balance, adaptation oneself to new environment, or acceptance the logic of events, not trying to innovate. But it was not clear that any variable has a relation in the action in pattern or the doing in style, for definition of variables, it should be more detailed study.
The purpose of this study was to set related variables for leadership measurement in the leader of a community organization as an effort to Community development constantly. Therefore, in this study, first, various theories on leadership were reviewed. Second, approaches and variable relationships were reviewed by leadership theory study. Third, leadership measurement variables were set based on Bass's Transformational theory, one of new trend theory, to measure the leadership of the community organization leader. As a follow up, clear and scientific analysis, through empirical analysis, based on the variables set in this study will be made to measure leadership of a community organization after creating investigation tools based on the variables set in this study A literature study was mainly used. 'Human Behavior' by Dr Han-geom Lee, 'Leadership Theory' by Eung-seop Shin, many other related books, articles of the Human Relation Organization Association, and theses and Bass's writings. Major findings of this study, through the literature study, were as follows. As conventional leadership theories, characteristics theory, behavior theory and situational leadership theory were proposed. First, characteristics theory searches the characteristics of an effective leader. It proposes that effective leaders and ineffective leaders have different characteristics, respectively. Therefore, it proposes to study the leader's characteristics. However, there is not a flexed definition for leader's characteristics. Scholars make different definition on leader's characteristics, and they are very subjective. Thus it cannot be a valid theory. Second, behavior theory describes how the leader behaves to his fellows. It studies leader's behavior focusing on what type and what combination is the most effective in all situations. However, it has weakness in that it focuses on a leader's behavior only, and ignores the situational features. Third, situational theory describes the relationship between leadership type and situation. It suggests that there is not a single leadership style that can suit all situations. It emphasizes the relationship between leadership type and situation. Although situational theory considers more variables than characteristics theory or behavior theory, it also sees situations as static and flxed. Although Fiedler's theory tried to comply with situations, he did not analyze interactions between a leader and his fellows.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the leadership style and performance of university athletes' leaders. Research design, data, and methodology: This study utilizes survey items constructed by reserach variables. Data were collected from college athletes of universities in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, where sports teams are located. A convenient sampling method was used of non-probability sampling methods. A total of 314 responses were computed at statistic program, spss version 21.0. In specific, the study employed correlation, exploary factor analysis, mulple-regressions to test the effects of ledership types on performance. Results: As a result of an empirical analysis to examine the relationship between the leader's leader-ship style and the athletic performance of college athletes, it was found that the leader's leadership style had a significant effect on the college athletes' performance. Conclusions: A leader's leadership style is a very important factor for college athletes who enter the professional world after graduating from college. Therefore, coaches maintain a horizontal relationship with the players rather than a vertical one, and if a leadership style suitable for the players is applied, the players' performance will be better, and the development potential of players and teams will increase. Suggestions for future studies were discussed.
In this article, the author studied the relationship between the Sovereign and the follower in Juyeok which contained some eliments, such as Eum-Yang, Soseong 8 gyae, Daeseong 64 gyae. In Juyeok, the 'Sovereign 5 hyo' (1) shows distinctiveness in basic characteristics whether they are Eum or Yang(high level classification), (2) shows characteristics of Soseong-gyae to which they belong(middle level classification), (3) shows different characteristics according to Daeseong-gyae's circumstances(low level classification). Five Yanghyo are regarded as male sovereign having masculinity, whereas five Eumhyo are female sovereign with femininity. Gungyae is the most 'sturdy type leader' who possesses dignity and has good judgement. Taegyae, the blessing type leader, holds affection and calmness within sturdiness. Rigyae is gorgeous and passionate 'enthusiastic type leader'. Jingyae, the pioneering leader, bravely starts ascending in Eum-dominant atmosphere. Songyae has the virtue of hesitancy and concession, known as the leader of humbleness. Gamgyae always stay low and calm, regarded as a leader of sense. Gangyae shoots up from the earth, meaning a leader of strong will. Gongyae, embracing type leader, is straight and square, though it tries to embrace everything. Daeseong-gyae(64gyae) is formed by Soseong-gyae piling another Soseong-gyae. The characteristics of Soseong 8gyae are embodied in two-level form, the top(inner gyae) and the bottom(outer gyae). Simultaneously, the whole characteristics of 대성괘 are embodied. The Sovereign should show his/her leadership based on the 'characteristics of Daeseong-gyae'. These characteristics are the contingency from 'contingency leadership'. In other words, they are preconditions which leaders ought to admit.

Nursing students do a variety of learning at the practice field during clinical practice. They can recognize the importance and effectiveness of nursing leader. The purpose of this study was to categorize the types by analyzing what are important aspects of nursing leader's role to make effective practice environment nursing students experienced from training course. This research was used Q methodology to understand how nursing students recognize deeply. Participants were involved 30 nursing students who have experienced nursing practices. Q samples included 36 statements gathered from interviews with students who experienced clinical practices and literatures regarding types of nursing leader's role. Furthermore, major factors were analyzed and categorized by using QUANL PC program. As a result of research, there are 4 types of nursing leader's role. The first type is "Maintaining justice and level-headed", the second type is "Creating environment for motivation", the third is "Respecting character and growing capacity up" and the fourth is "Relationship center through confidence". Through the research process, this study is about to make evidences by understanding role of nursing leader for effective environment of practice field.

A guidance scheme for controlling the relative geometry of multiple flight vehicle formation flying is proposed. Each flight vehicle in the formation takes the roles of leader and follower simultaneously except for the formation leader. In this scheme, the flight commands for a leader are shared by all the followers and this leaders to a synchronized flight of all flight vehicles comprising the formation. Lyapunov stability theorem is used to obtain the guidance law. High fidelity nonlinear simulation results are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed guidance law using a reconnaissance and surveillance mission example.
As online shopping malls have emerged as a substantial shopping channel, they have used various sales promotion strategies to acquire new customers. Most of these strategies have been applied by offline malls for years. One, loss-leader pricing, is a type of promotional pricing in which stores sell well known products below their marginal cost, in order to attract customers and induce them to purchase more goods through impulse buying. This strategy is based on the expectation that customers will factor transaction costs into their purchasing decisions. However, its application to online malls fails to recognize that transaction costs are lower online, and that customers will behave differently as a result. Our study predicts that loss-leader pricing will not work online because online malls entail lower searching and moving costs than offline malls The study examines the effectiveness of loss-leader pricing with empirical data from a survey as well as log data from a Korean online shopping mall. The results show that while loss-leader pricing does attract customers to online shopping malls, it encourages cherry-picking rather than impulse purchases of regular-price goods.
To improve nut production and timber quality in a plantation, crown shape controls were suggested for Korean white pines (Pinus koraiensis) under age class III through the analyses of the crown shape controls for seed orchard trees in several species, of crown status of controlled and uncontrolled trees in a Korean white pine seed orchard, and of growth characteristics of plantation trees under age class III. For nut production from the small trees less than 8 m, modified leader type can be applied by cutting the central leader and all branches below 1 m and keeping 4~5 nodes with 3~4 whorled branches a node locating 1 m apart. Trees with a 4~8 m long trunk below the first living branch are shaped into trees for nut and timber production, which have a 4~8 m long knotless stem and a modified leader type crown with 4~5 nodes with 3~4 whorled branches a node at a distance of 1 m. Trees, showing the first living branch at or above 9 m from the surface, are pruned severely for timber production and result in a central leader type containing two fifths of the initial crown. It is advisable to remove the leader and the branches when collecting cones or after/during October to take advantage of easy labor and little resin while cutting. After stem cut, branches showing apical dominance are to be cut to control height when necessary. The removal of the uppermost node may be needed to control the crown shape several years after the initial stem-cut.
